Summary
Wild hated getting his memories back. They could be triggered by seemingly anything, they forced the entire group to stop or have someone stay with him until he got over it, which mostly ended up being Twilight, and he tended to end up feeling terrible. Even the good ones were bittersweet, when he saw glimpses of a family that was long gone or a fleeting moment when his life wasn’t destined to be a nightmare, only to open his eyes a century later having lost everything.
He knew it was starting to become a hindrance on their quest and the last thing he wanted to be was a burden.

Summary
A hand rose out of the basin, tar black, and gripped the edge. Slowly, a figure rose out of it, humanoid, but wrong in a nearly grotesque sense. It lifted its way out of the basin, red light twisting through the tar as it moved. It stopped once it was out of the water and standing on the stone ground. It stared across the room at them and groaned, rasping, gurgling noises. It started to take a step towards them, before grabbing its chest, almost pained and collapsed onto the ground, its arms wrapped around itself.
“You sure we’re not supposed to fight this?” Twilight glanced over his shoulder at Sky. He looked almost sick.
“She says it’s a hero. The- the Hero of the Wild.”

Summary
When Captain Link of the Hyrulean royal guard was summoned back to the palace after two straight weeks of slaying mysteriously strong black-blooded monsters, the first thing he planned on doing was telling Zelda to stop talking and then take a nice hot shower.
He didn't expect other wielders of the triforce of courage waiting for him in the throne room.
He definitely didn't expect one of them to be a walking insanity case.
(In which Warriors joins the chain last and lets just say a knight and a wanderer are two very different things.)
