Summary
Someone had opened the window. The darkness outside clawed at the windowsill.
He should close it.
Instead, he made his way towards the bed. His strength was fading fast. He collapsed on top of his comforter, curling into himself. Hugging himself, like he had done when he had been much younger. A habit that had come back ever since Mystra had left him. Something settled next to him.
“Gale.”
He blinked into the darkness. Nothing there but the shadows reaching through his window.OR: After the events of Act 2 the gang make their way towards Baldur's Gate, stumble upon a side quest of sorts and get more than they bargained for.
An adventure gone wrong between act 2 and 3, mild spoiler up until the end of act 2. Very mild, tho.
More of a character study of the wizard and his emotions towards his goddess, the orb and his new companions. -

Summary
After witnessing what happened to Sebastian's Uncle, the new 5th year student Cassandra is trying hard to keep it together.
Obviously SPOILER warning (mid game spoilers at least, nothing beyond that).
(A short one part fic about the aftermath of that one mission. Because it's wild to see all those teenagers going through the most traumatic things and not just .. keeling over. Esp the player character. Not much is happening besides some catharic emotional hurt/comfort stuff. No ships or anything. Just a student and a teacher meeting at the right time and place for once.) -

“No. The animals are calm. But I’m not sure we should stay here long.” That sounded off until Arthur made the connection.
“You mean the camp.”
“Yeah.” Charles had come up to Arthur, the men standing close to each other and keeping their voices down.
“Did you tell Dutch?”
Charles hesitated for a moment. “I did.”
“And?”
Charles paused, watching something to his side. “He didn’t appreciate the idea of moving camp.”RDR2 with a weird west twist but nothing too outrageous. Because I‘m obsessed with red dead and I love weird west. Would love some feedback!
