Summary
Katsuki’s always holding back, and it’s unsatisfying. There’s no glory in a win or lose where he and his opponent hasn’t given it their all. That sentiment eventually crept its way into his bedroom too.
Perhaps it started all those years ago, during the first sports festival at UA where they had to restrain and muzzle him. He couldn’t break free no matter how much he screamed while the surrounding people stared placidly up at him. Or maybe his wires got crossed somewhere along the line after the — frankly, too many — kidnappings, where he was taunted and tied, and adrenaline and fear coalesced into something new and humiliating to help him cope-
Whatever, the logistics of how they got here don’t matter. What matters is the fact that the braindead moron on top of him is the most compatible partner he’s ever had. Because while Katsuki needs to fight to lose control; Halfy needs a fight to gain control. Shouto likes overpowering his partner, overwhelming them, consuming them, but he needs to feel like he’s earned it.
Katsuki and Shouto have found they're excessively- inordinately- egregiously compatible sexual partners, so they make the most of it.

Summary
Shouto is happy to have two boyfriends. Izuku is ecstatic to have two best friends despite knowing he’ll never be anything more to them. Katsuki is allergic to feelings but is pretty damn sure Izuku and Shouto are dating and hates how he’s crushing pathetically on them both.
It all comes crashing down when Shouto kisses Katsuki.

It’s a few days after the first battle, and Shouto reveals something far too weighty for Katsuki to handle properly in his post-battle rawness, and his temper gets the better of him. Usually Deku acts as translator in this situation — he always knows what Katsuki’s trying to say, even through his calloused pride. The two of them will talk and Halfie will get over it, as he always does.
Or, at least that’s what he thought would happen. Deku leaving UA – casting Katsuki aside and leaving Shouto in the dark – was never part of the plan.
