Draco pushed off the desk, turning away from her so he didn’t stare at her mouth again as her jaw hung open. “Something wrong with me, indeed,” he murmured, shaking his head. “It was one moment, and I’ve been trying very hard to forget the thought since it hit me, hence my ignoring you. Has my interrogation ended, or would you like to question me further?”
“You wanted to kiss me?” she asked.

She tilts her head. “I would’ve guessed 5’10.”

She laughs out loud, the sound a little unrestrained, and Draco thinks her being mean is his favorite version of her he’s yet to see. He wants to see every version, though.
