Summary
In the new world after the Reclamation, the population had never been more happy. Civilization had returned, peace was stable and the world is on it's way to returning to its normal, radiation-free self. However, everyone knows that not everything lasts forever, so the International Defense Agency keeps it all together as best as they can.
However, there exists a man among their ranks. Not a mere soldier, but one of the Director Council who keeps the agency, the world itself, in working order. One who people speculate to be more than just man. A very dangerous, a very powerful man. And, to no one's knowledge, a very unstable man.
