Lan Wangji. Lan Wangji. Lan Wangji. Just like that! And guess what? Even then, you’re still not going to get your voice back, asshole!”

    “Fine.” Lan Wangji snapped, at his wit's end. “I don’t need my voice anyways. I’m perfectly capable of-”

    Suddenly, they both froze, staring at each other with wide eyes. 

    “...You...You can talk now…” Jiang Cheng whispered, mortified.

    “...Mn...” Lan Wangji was floored.

    Jiang Cheng had unknowingly broken the spell.

    (Or, Lan Wangji is hit with a curse that won't allow him to speak unless his closest friend says his name. For someone so quiet, Lan Wangji finds himself struggling, Jiang Cheng thinks it's hilarious, Zhancheng are idiots, and Wei Wuxian and Lan Xichen think it's all rather entertaining.)
