Summary
Current Arc: Declaration of War.
Orwyle read the words aloud, his voice steady despite the grimness of the message: "Tell Aegon the Usurper that I shall have my throne, or I will have his head. I will not bend the knee to a usurper, and if war is what you wish, war you shall get. Know that at the end of it, every Green head will be mounted on spikes for all to see what happens to traitors.”
Praying to the gods, old and new, to release him from his suffering, Aegon is sent back to the morning of his coronation. He is still weak, he still does not know how to rule. But he has one weapon: information. And with information, comes power. He now knows how to learn.
Being burned and usurped by his brother has left him with no love or patience to spare, for anyone. Everyone he thought he could trust betrayed him, and so he will pay their cruelty twice in turn.
OR
Copium to do Aegon justice after the season 2 finale. Merciless Aegon who slowly grows into a powerhouse of a King, and Helaena into a proper queen. Team Black is treated with due respect. Don't think the war will be easy for Aegon at all just because he was sent back in time (after S2E6).

Summary
A hedonistic drunkard is all he ever was. He was thrust into this role, forced to usurp his half-sister, and now he was the figurehead for a cause he cared nothing for. And yet, the deafening cheers were the first time Aegon had ever felt accepted. He'd given up on his father years ago, and he'd failed to get his mother's love. But these people, they loved him.
He had nothing before. No drive, no purpose. But mayhaps now he could do what his father never could. He'd give his son Jaehaerys what no one ever gave him.

An AU where Aegon is the protagonist and Helaena is a beloved figure that solidifies Aegon as King.
The fic is mostly Team Green POV, but Team Black will also get appearances and rightful characterisations. This will not be a feminist girlboss story that enforces gender essentialism like the show, but it will also not demonise Rhaenyra and the Blacks. Things aren’t black and white. Both sides are bad, doing what they think is right.

Power was the only way to survive in this shit world. Kenny had taught him that. If you had power, you were untouchable. But Levi had no power. He was weak. Frail. With Kenny, he'd enjoyed the safety of being the brat Kenny the Ripper took in, but now that he was alone, he was fair game, and everyone knew it.
He was ditched without a word by the one he'd clung to after losing his mother, and now he must deal with a second loss, whilst every day is a struggle to not starve.
This fic follows Levi’s struggle to survive in the Underground after Kenny abandoned him. It can be read as a standalone fic, but it’s also a side story to my main Because We're Family fic.

CURRENT ARC: The Warriors' POV and Kenny's Plan to Explore Beyond the Walls.

The story of Attack on Titan, rewritten from the start.
A universe where Kenny regretted abandoning Levi and decides to step up as a parent, eventually adopting him as his own. Here, our protagonists are Kenny, Levi, and Erwin, the latter whom is introduced as a small child who had his life crushed.
The early chapters focus on character development, until Erwin mistakenly comes across Kenny, the one ghost of his past, and blackmails him and Levi into joining the Survey Corps. From that point forward, it’ll be Kenny and Levi in the regiment (critical subplots occur), along with the Warriors' POV, until the 104th is introduced and all the arcs will be re-written. Kenny is the key in changing everything.
Erwin and Levi clash as hated enemies, but something will change, and after much grief they'll find their way towards each other.
Everyone who deserved better, from Mike, Isabel and Furlan, to Marcel and Bertolt, will not be squandered, but fully exploited.

An AU where Pouf and Youpi arrive before Netero activates the nuke, and they save the King.
The petrified Hunters find themselves stunned when the King shows them mercy. Gon is unable to transform once Pitou admits Kite is dead. The fic will mostly follow the Royal Guards, and Meruem grows to love them for their devotion. He and Komugi separate from them to live a peaceful life, and the Guards begin their shenanigans. They'll fight at Heaven's Arena (Pouf will interfere in Chrollo's quest to become a Floor Master, impeding his fight with Hisoka), they'll meet the Troupe, go to Greed Island, and meet Gon and Killua (who have not separated) again. KilluGon-HisoIllu pairings. Hisoka is raring to fight them, which might end up terribly for him. The Guards will exploit their potential (since in canon they were newborns) by training, and will reach Meruem's level and beyond. Gon can't let his grudge against Pitou go, even with the reincarnated Kite's encouragement.
Many adventures lie ahead. If you love the Royal Guards and wonder how they’d interact with the world around them, and the enemies Gon and Killua have faced, give it a chance!

Some examples of side stories are: 1) Levi's struggle to survive in the Underground after Kenny abandoned him, 2) Kenny and Kuchel as children escaping after their parents are murdered, and Kenny's struggle to keep the two of them alive (also his power awakening), up until he and Kuchel separate, 3) Stories about Erwin, the Warriors, and even the main cast (104th).

My favourite fic of all time. I will forever mourn the fact it's no longer on-going. The Royal Guards are simply everything to me, so fics like this, which are practically impossible to come by, are fics I could read time and time again. I love this so much, AH, WHY CAN'T THERE BE MORE...
