Bakugou and the rest of his class had been training, he got paired up with Shouto and they had gone all out. As Bakugou was about to blast his training partner’s face, he had made the stupid move of accidently slipping on a piece of half melted ice. His blast ricocheted straight back into his face. That was the last thing he remembered, the very distant sound of classmates shouting, the smell of burnt flesh, the taste of iron in his mouth before he collapsed onto the floor.
