    Self-indulgent Rain World AU.

    Pebbles knew he could not save himself. Nothing he would do can pull him out of the slow crawl towards his collapse.

    But, Pebbles was not alone. Maybe it would take something physically dragging him out of his rotting corpse to prove that, even if he couldn't recognize the color of the overseer guiding him and his citizen out of the dark halls of his corpse.
