Summary
There’s a house across the street that Don isn’t sure was there the day before.
Not that he’s made a habit of looking too closely at the houses surrounding his. The grass always looks more even and the paint is always a bit brighter. Sue him, he’d rather protect his peace of mind over the insidious comparative nature of midwestern suburbia. So, in the long run, anything strange about the house across the street could be nothing more than re-painted doors or maybe a new bush on the lawn.
So, that’s probably it.

“He really fucked you up, huh?” Sylvie murmured.
Mobius let out a bark of laughter, surprised, and shook his head. He wanted to deny it. He studied Loki's life and still, he went and fell for the one person destined to leave.

When Sylvie kicks Mobius through a time door, Mobius never expected to land in Asgard 2011 on the sacred timeline, right before Loki stages the Frost Giant attack in the weapons vault. He also never expected to survive long enough to become someone important to Loki and maybe even fall in love with him again.

“Guess your rendez-vous with destiny didn’t turn out so good, huh.”
Mustering a strained smile that dissolves instantly, Sylvie hums. Nothing about that is right. And the glaring anomaly in the room can’t be avoided any longer. Now there are no prying eyes, now Mobius can lean into that swell of apprehension enough to burst it wide open.
"Where is Loki?”
“Where’s Loki?” Sylvie asks at the same time.
