‹ ... “No, we’re not doing this,” Paige refuses as she increases her speed.
Azzi pursues the woman to their mutual destination, expressing, “What is there to do, Paige? We never talk.”
The blonde glances over her shoulder at the younger woman. Her curly-haired bun bounces on her head, and loose strands frame her magnificent face. To her, Azzi is a goddess, a princess. Her princess, maybe. She’s ambivalent about the last one. ... ›

‹ ... During surgery, the doctors employed an impressive method that didn't interest shaving her hair but expertly parting the strands to perform a craniotomy, which is to drill and open the skull. A week or so after the incident, the stitches and staples were removed, and her head lingers sensitive where the tools used to be. The doctor prescribed medication and a soothing ointment, and the long, roughed scar-line and its story always renders her emotional.
This occurred about seventy-two hours before her reunion with Lisa and that goddamned turquoise trenchcoat and feelings speech-kiss. A sentiment within her senses as though the infamous wise-man Lisa mentioned was Roy. He's always provided her the motivation to live.
Before Betsy's arrival that evening, Lisa gracefully cornered Carla in the kitchen; she left ample, comfortable room between them. After seeking permission, the blonde gently cradled her head, delicately removed the white bandage, and longly kissed the brunette's forehead. Carla's fronting of resilience strumbled, and she bowed her head to Lisa's shoulder and cried heavily. ... ›

‹ ... In the captain's quarters, the ship's captain and Blackbeard's first-mate continue their unofficial cat-and-mouse game. Stede rashly meanders around the quarters with his knife in his hand like a madman, and, for what seems like the first time in his life, Izzy is unsettled and distempered.
"Oh, c'mon, Iggy. My boredom increases. How would you kill me?" spoofs Stede.
Literally, who the fuck asks questions like that? This man is inhuman. Izzy delivers a disbelieving head shake and responds, "No, I'm not telling you that."
Stede halts and mockingly pouts. "Why not?"
"Because."
"That's not an answer," chides Stede. "You usually talk more than you're far worth, but now you're being a bitchful coward. C'mon, tell me. In the forest, you told me, 'This is how you die.' Since then, I've been inquisitive. Here, right now, we're harmonious about murder." ... ›

‹ ... The United States of America is so different than the United Kingdom. Thus far, the statement hasn't portrayed inadequacy because before all of this transpired, Crowley, ever the star-studded creator even when he's glum and intoxicated off of his rocker, scheduled beforehand to have all of his ducks in a row.
Speaking of ducks, on one warm day, he sat at his bench in St. James' Park with Muriel. It was really supposed to be a private moment between him and the adorable quackers as he fed them peas and conducted research and Googled synonyms like Moving from the UK to the USA and How to Get Over a Broken Heart, but they desired to come along, and Crowley's yet to ascertain how to tell them no when need be. ... › [WIP].

Summary
Ra and Hathor are recent casualties in Colonel Jonathan 'Jack' O'Neill's list of slain marks with the consequence of foes pursuing retribution. As such, he's undisturbed for an individual with Black Ops connections, especially since he possesses an uncommon duo genetic code that's admirable through the Galaxy.
An utterance surrounding O'Neill haunts the Galaxy and the realms beyond. As SG-1 voyages to a planet the colonel previously entered into Command's database when he had the Knowledge, the grade of significance regarding his conquest of the two immoral Gods heightens as one of the planet's leaders identifies him (and not the other way around).
The colonel's casualness with the issue unsettles everyone, particularly the campers on the front-line team, chiefly as he's displaying negative signs of reverting to his past demeanor and occupations. | *Be aware of tags.
