Strix just rested his cheek against Viktor’s pec and grunted in return, feeling a kiss pressed to the top of his head.

The Crown Prince of Lǔ considers himself to be a lover, not a fighter. So when a real live dragon out of mythology appears to demand him as a sacrifice, he makes the obvious choice of dressing up the dumb Western barbarian in his royal robes and sending him to be killed and eaten instead.
