Stiles spent the first week after waking up in the hospital, after apparently having a seizure, freaking out. He asked a multitude of different, hysterical questions that made his dad interrogate him worriedly about how he was feeling.
Stiles spent the second week freaking out Scott and cursing Deaton with all the strength he had. The first time they met up after he’d been discharged, Stiles looked Scott straight in the eyes and asked him, very seriously, “Have you, by any chance, been bitten by a werewolf in the middle of the night after finding half of a corpse?”
Scott gave him a long, blank stare, before shrilly responding, “Stiles, what the hell?!”
Stiles took that to mean that Scott had not, in fact, been gallivanting off in the woods looking for dead bodies.
Or the mortifying ordeal of dimension travel and all the morally dubious quandaries that come with it.

Cute! Kid Fic, for the most part, focusing on Derek and Stiles growing up together.
No angst, no misunderstandings, no jealousies, nothing. Just devotion, friendship, and more.
Two plot points that aren't sweet and fluffy:
1) the bit where a rogue alpha tries to encroach on Hale territory, and bites several teens, and then injures Cora and kidnaps Stiles. Derek fights the alpha, almost dies, somehow Stiles heals him and Derek manages to kill the alpha just barely, becoming an alpha in the process.
2)Enter Gerard and Kate, who kidnap Stiles, lure Derek, injure him, monologue about how Stiles is the Nemeton and how they'd been trying to kill it, but figured out they won't be able to without first killing Stiles. Thanks to that monologue, Stiles remembers who he is, and promptly gets rid of all the hunters and heals himself and Derek, accidentally making Derek as immortal as himself. Derek isn't complaining.
Gotta say though, reading about Kate trying to pull a meet-cute from the standpoint of an utterly oblivious and focused-on-Stiles Derek is hilarious.
