Seeing his sweater on Momo, it feels like an amalgamation of pride—pride? And fever and yearning and allurement. Hunger. Possessiveness. Like the last bowl of zaru soba at Lunch Rush or the opponent’s head during battle, all he can think is mine, mine, mine.

    Shouto lends Momo his sweater and comes to a realisation.

    But Shouto isn’t the only person pulled into Izuku’s orbit. Because if his eyes veer left, he’ll realise there’s someone else staring at Izuku too. Someone whose yearning is poorly hidden behind intense red eyes and a scowl that’s nowhere as menacing as it looks. 

    Shouto is more observant than what most people give him credit for. Bakugou Katsuki lifts his gaze from Izuku to meet Shouto’s eyes and blushes immediately like a deer caught in the headlights.

    Oh, Shouto thinks. He’s just like me.

    Shouto's relationship with Katsuki blossoms out of their shared love for Izuku.
