Harry holds a small baby in his arms. Harry is astounded. She’s tiny. Barely the size of an otter.
“You cannot be serious,” Ron grumbles.
“No one else will take her. And the few that will… Well, let’s say they aren’t exactly the wholesome type,” Hermione emphasises carefully.
Harry isn’t paying his best mates half a mind. The sleeping babe in his arms is incredible. She’s snoring softly, a little huff now and then. So quiet and strangely calm in his hold.
“Well, then drop her off at an orphanage,” Ron sighs, waving a hand vaguely before crossing his arms uncomfortably.
Harry’s head snaps up at that. “No,” he answers sharply. “No orphanages, no distant relatives. She’ll be moving in with me.”

“What’s going on?” Tony asks, walking over to the security guard. The man is sitting at his desk and talking to a kid who’s gesturing animatedly. “Is it bring your kid to work day or something?”
“Hi!” the kid says, smiling brightly and waving at Tony. “I’m Peter.”
“He says he’s, uh…” The guard seems to be at a loss.
“You’re my dad!” Peter says, still smiling brightly.
Tony’s whole body flinches.

Summary
It starts like this:
MJ and Flash, hands cuffed to each other and Peter, wrists and ankles held to the wall by thick metal cuffs and dangling in a way that’s surely to leave his shoulders aching.
The first week Peter, verbally, gives as good as he gets. He never lashes out physically and always does what their captors want the first time they ask. He still spends most of his time that he is in the cell chained uncomfortably to the wall. After the first week someone, apparently, decides that Peter is weak enough from the constant abuse and malnourishment that he is no longer chained up after his sessions; just dropped unceremoniously onto the dirty floor and left for MJ and Flash to care for.

Peter, Michelle and Flash get kidnapped to get information on Tony Stark.
