  Summary

  Teia and Viago have broken up again, and for some reason it's up to Rook to fix it. Do they know what they're doing? Debatable. But they will persevere, nonetheless.

  "I mean, I like sex, and they're both good at it," they say, "but sometimes I just feel like… that one weird fork you have, you know?"

  Lucanis laughs, startled.

  "What?"

  "You know!" they say, smiling now, "That one fork from the old silverware set that Caterina refuses to get rid of? It doesn't match the others?"

  "Yes? You feel like that fork?" Lucanis says, incredulous, holding back laughter.

  "Yeah!" They giggle, interrupting themselves for a moment. "Like, it's useful, but it doesn't belong with the others, you know? Feels like that, sometimes."

  "Ferro," Lucanis says, trying very hard to keep a straight face, "that's very… but why the fork?"
