Summary
He came to this town chasing a rumor. There was a human whose blood was like a drug for vampires; benevolent as he was even towards monsters, the man offered his blood to any who simply asked. Little by little, the vampires around him lost their minds, going to extremes to obtain what was readily given. Soon there was a surge in violence, and that human’s existence became a danger to himself and everyone around him. Many vampires were exterminated, and in the tense peace that followed the incident, the human was condemned to incarceration not for committing a crime—but for the sake of keeping the order.
As much as Tsukasa saw the reason in avoiding a repeat of those gruesome days, he couldn’t agree with imprisoning an innocent human being. Therefore, his plan was to free whoever that man was and bring him to the Suou Manor for protection. Surely there was something they could do to help him lead a normal life.
