Eloise could hardly believe her eyes as he strode up to her, like he had every right in the world to do so. She shot him a glare before turning her back, continuing her work and ignoring the slightly startled look on his face. He probably expected her to grovel, she thought. Ha!

Hermione grabbed her wand anyway and stuffed it into the pocket of the small apron she had around her waist. “And why should I believe a Death Eater?” she replied acidly. She curled her fist around her wand, heart rate slowing a bit. She could take him if she had to. That much she knew for sure.
Draco flinched, left hand hand balling into a fist. “Haven’t been called that in awhile,” he said, pointedly looking at the three-tiered shelf off to his side.
“The Ministry may have pardoned you but that doesn’t mean I have,” she said, doing her best to mimic his careless tone.
“Wouldn’t expect you to,” he said mildly.
