"Ah-ah, shh Daniel," Armand coos. The hand holding the crop reaches out and strokes Daniel's cheek with the back of the knuckles. The pommel brushes against Daniel's chin. "Not yet, you're not. But you will be. I promise."
Archived tumblr roleplay thread in an AU where Armand and Daniel have a threeway with Louis, then Armand lets Daniel and Louis bang separately. Daniel drinks from Louis and intentionally breaks Armand’s unspoken rule of ‘do not drink from other vampires.’ Thread picks up the night after, when Armand finds out and a punishment is enacted.

Summary
Being hoisted up into Daniel's arms is an indignity. Having to cling to Daniel with dulled reflexes is a challenge. Everything is so miserably hard, down to his scrambling thoughts and failing instincts. Not even the thought of warm, fresh, wholesome blood could entice him, insides still churning as they are, so when he presses his face into the crook of Daniel's neck it is merely for the animal comfort of the gesture.
Whatever burden his weight is, he feels small in Daniel's arms. Weaker than he's been in decades, centuries, even.
And foolish. He feels horribly, inexpressibly foolish.
A night at the club turns into a nauseous nightmare when Armand drinks dead blood from an overdose. Daniel's not exactly clear-headed himself, but he has to take the reins to help a messy, weakened Armand flee the murder scene and get him home to recover. Sickfic and diminished capacity shenanigans ensue.

“Did you know that, besides finger prints, dental records are the most identifiable record of a person?”
It’s difficult to see Armand with the light still beaming straight at him.
“Aren’t you a treasure trove of fun facts?” Lestat tries to smile, even goes so far as to huff a bit of air from his nostrils in an attempt at laughter.
Delicate cherub lips twist upwards at the corners, and Lestat can’t tell whether it’s meant to be a smile or a snarl. He doesn’t know which one he wants more. It makes him squirm either way.
“When the flesh is gone,” Armand tucks a stray curl behind his ear. “When the body is burned or bludgeoned beyond recognition, when the fingerprints are rotted away, they look to the teeth to uncover the mystery of death.”
