“When we get to Formula 1, we’re gonna be on the same team.” He proudly announces, standing on top of Suguru's bed and pointing to the Formula 1 poster on his wall. The thick lettering becomes bright when Suguru moves their flashlight over it. It’s past their bedtime, they should’ve been asleep an hour ago.
“And,” Suguru laughs, standing with Satoru and wrapping an arm around his neck. “we’re gonna win all the podiums, right?”
“You bet.”
That dream—
Satoru only ever wanted to share it with Suguru Geto.

“Are you going to kill me, Satoru?” Suguru asks, the words dripping from his tongue like honey. “You should. I’ve done a lot of terrible things.”
“I guess that depends,” he replies, his voice surprisingly even. “Do you regret any of them?”
Suguru’s smile deepens. “No.”
Suguru Geto defects from jujutsu society in 2007, after killing one hundred and twelve non-sorcerers in a remote village in northern Japan.
He returns in 2016, a suitcase in one hand and two thirteen year old girls hanging onto the other.

The deliberate clink of books and pens echoes in the stillness, a subtle reminder of the distance he’s putting between them. His gaze flickers toward Satoru. "And get off my desk."
Satoru’s lips curl into a smug smile as he rolls his tongue over the lollipop hanging lazily from his mouth. Unbothered, his eyes sparkle with mischief. "Or what, Professor?"
OR
Gojo Satoru knew nothing about love when he started playing his game. He knew nothing of its gifts and its sorrows and its consequences. There were only two things that he was sure about: for one, he was obsessed with space, and for another, he wanted Geto Suguru to notice him.
The rest, all of the things that Satoru wasn't prepared for, came long after he began to play.

Summary
“You don’t always have to act like the strongest, you know.” Suguru interrupted the brief silence, voice low and pensive. Lifting his gaze, he caught Satoru’s, unobstructed by a blindfold or sunglasses in the comfort of Suguru’s bedroom. “Not with me.”
After a brief brush with death while on a mission together, Suguru commits himself to taking care of Satoru. Always the more reckless one in the duo, Satoru shrugs him off in an effort to push down his simmering feelings. But as tension rises, the two of them realize that they no longer have excuses to deny themselves the inevitable—they need each other.
OR: the "I'm glad you're not dead/I thought I lost you" trope runs wild and leads to Suguru and Satoru's first time together.

Summary
He’s staring again.
Out of the corner of his eye, Satoru catches the way he toys with the piercing on his bottom lip, his tongue flicking against it now and then. It’s the same tongue Satoru has seen countless times in his own delusional fantasies, so vividly that he feels like he already knows it—though its only purpose so far has been to rile him up.
Geto Suguru may not be the danger or the problem the school perceives him to be, but to Satoru, he’s definitely the biggest problem of all.
Satoru and the somewhat friendly delinquent of the school have been dancing around each other for months. Satoru thinks it's finally time to act on their desires. Fortunately for him, Suguru thinks just the same.
