Summary
Strike just looked so 'at home' in Robin's new flat in the TV adaptation of IBH, so it sort of inspired me to write this idea that's been mulling around in my 'must write it' folder.
We all know there are traditional 'man' gifts, just as there are the same for women - I was thinking of the gifts I'd bought for my own Mr Hobbes when the initial idea came to me.
It's a one shot bit of relationship based fluff, with a lovely ending...for Robin! -

Summary
During one of our meet ups and subsequent late night conversations/squees the lovely LulaIsAKitten and I were discussing how we came to this fandom. Both of us recalled how when we first found it there were probably around 30 fics total posted and we were chatting about some of the first ones we read and loved. This got us thinking and after checking our A03 stats we discovered that we had both posted our very first fic on the SAME DAY, 6 years ago today!
So, in honour of the fact that we are still going (there are not many of us left posting from back in the early days) - posting maybe a little less often, but definitely reading and commenting on the fics of others, we are marking the occasion; and this is my offering.Happy Strikeversary Lula, and here's to many more years of wonderful fics from the prolifically talented writers on this fandom!
