Summary
Peter was smarter than most his age, and what seemed to be a blessing was a curse in disguise. At five, he could already understand that bad things happen for no reason, and it only made him resent the world more each time he lost someone he cared for. And when the only thing he had left were his powers, being an orphan made it easier for him to get justice by his own means.
He doesn't know that he still has a family that has been looking for him for years.
