Summary
THERE IS A CERTAIN MAGIC in this world, a presence living alongside the sciences and rational thought, but never being encompassed by them. An eternal human problem, subject to much stigma within the world itself—and it is only ever mentioned in hushed words behind closed doors.
It has long been suspected, but hardly ever spoken of, that everyone holds a level of innate magic. For most, it simmers in disuse, never manifesting itself strongly enough to be noticed. But there are a few born now and then who are cursed to harness it—the witches—and the witches are creatures of perpetual misery. They have already reached damnation, in a sense—in that they are forever forsaken by the rest of the world.
OR: The cast of Forsaken are witches, in a world where witches are condemned to persecution and death. Several storylines starring multiple characters are followed, (and the author doesn't know how a plot is supposed to work.)
Final chapter count is an APPROXIMATE and is almost certainly subject to change.

Summary
In the days of Ancient Greece, divine intervention was an everyday factor of life, but what are humans without change? As times passed and values shifted, so did beliefs: and soon the gods of Olympus began to lose mortal faith. Thus gradually slipped their control over the happenings of the world, and any sort of interference ended up problematic or redundant, causing either widespread chaos, or failing to achieve any intended effects.
Over the course of medieval, Renaissance, and all following eras' religious changes, advancements of science, and sociopolitical/cultural shifts, as well as increasing international interaction, the gods began to distance themselves from the mortal realm. Finally, after centuries of turmoil and accidental world wars, they finally agreed on one thing: they must withdraw entirely.
But now it's the 21st century, and the gods are bored. They've been holed up in Olympus for decades, centuries even, and they want to be able to mess around again - so why not follow them in their misadventures and their divinely fucked-up group chats, whether they're messing around down in the mortal realm or up in the heavens?

Summary
After endless years of taunts and attacks from Antinous and the other suitors, Telemachus has finally had enough. In an effort to prove himself worthy of respect, he sets out to explore on his own, intending to gain some worldly experience and hoping that he can put his hard work and training to the test.
But Poseidon, ever on a quest for revenge, finds the boy standing at the shoreline that very same day. And Odysseus, too, who has just been freed from Calypso's island, is well within the sea god's range.

007n7's legs start to go on display out of desire, uncrossing and going totally exposed and manspread. His head leans backwards with his torso, the burger hat wanting to fall off of his blond and brown curls. The hacker slaps a hand over his own mouth to hold back any obscene noises or series of swear words from being heard by Noli.
But holding one back is unbearable when his roommate decides to do something he's not supposed to: pull on that loose wire. "Yeesh, Sev, you've got a [loose] wire, alright." He says, immediately covered by the loud moan that escapes from the flustered and mortified 007n7. Noli scrambles back away from the opened C00lgui, knowing he did something wrong. "Whoopsies..."
Or: 007n7's essays are finally over, and a destined summer break full of hacking is just a few moments away. But his C00lgui, his prized posession and 'second body,' is malfunctioning—and it leaves him in a predicament between him and his roommate that ends in something more than just fixing some wires.
