Summary
Izuku Midoriya has a massive crush on his radiant, golden-retriever-like upperclassman, Mirio Togata. With a gym bag full of nerves and the emotional support of the Dekusquad, he embarks to woo Mirio with confident compliments and strategic flirting. Too bad his version of “flirting” involves loudly complimenting Mirio’s butt in public.
Despite several failed (and deeply mortifying) attempts - including screaming about thigh strength and accidentally sounding like a motivational fitness coach, Izuku refuses to give up. Meanwhile, Mirio, ever the oblivious sunshine himbo, decides to return the favor by complimenting Izuku’s calves and shoulder symmetry in front of their entire class. Aizawa is unimpressed. Bakugo is foaming somewhere in the background. Todoroki thinks this is some kind of martial courtship ritual. Tamaki just wants to be left out of it.
Both boys remain completely unaware they’re basically dating already. Everyone else suffers.
