Damian wasn’t looking forward to dorming at Gotham University. He already lived in Gotham, why did he need to live in the campus dorms? But at the frustrating persistence of his eldest brother and his father, he resigned himself to an exhausting year of being dormmates with an uninteresting and lowly civilian. Except Danny is anything but uninteresting. He is lowly, though. What other word could he use to describe the deplorable garbage quality of meat that his vampire roommate considers adequate sustenance? At this point, Damian is tempted to offer himself to Danny so that he doesn’t have to see Danny eat another steak that is more processed and bacteria-ridden than their school.

Jason could have taken this situation a bit more seriously. Maybe he wouldn't have ended up sacrificed to the infinite green jello void if he hadn't rolled his eyes quite so hard at the new cult that rolled into town.
Danny is trying so hard to focus on his college degree, but these weirdos keep trying to get his favor by sacrificing brides to him. He's not into that, ok? But it's fine, this cult sucks- until they manage to find someone who can be vaulted into the Ghost Zone. Whoops...

Summary
Danny never was one for labels, until he dubbed himself 'The Bridge Between Worlds'. A bit cringe, in hindsight. Now he travels the world to learn all that he can about not just the mystic and occult, but humanity itse—okay look he's just trying to be cultured here. Find himself and shit. Cause as those self-help books say, you can't help others if you can't help yourself. So what if that means dealing with the occasional existential crisis that comes with being a halfa. At least he doesn't have to worry about who his date will be to senior prom anymore.
Now he's gotta worry about where his ghostly sense will take him. Even when it's a pool of glowing green... water? That seems too liquidity to be ectoplasm, but Danny isn't convinced.
