    Kai nods slowly, eye twitching barely. Frustration gnaws at him and the lyrics on his sheet seem like they're mocking him, looking at them feels like a slap in the face. It's like a never ending maze, he seems to be going in the right direction and then all he comes up with is a dead end. The song blares through the headphones and he straightens up, beginning the chorus once more. It's going smoothly until his voice cracks. Kai slows to a stop and the studio is eerily quiet. He bows his head, breaths quick with annoyance and humiliation.
