    It was a cold night.

    Tsukasa hates the cold. He hates the rain. He hates empty houses. He hates the sound of silence. He hates the cold.

    It was always far too cold when he was alone.

    But now, as he stood at a time nearing the middle of the night. Hands resting now numbly on a freezing metal bar as wind violently whipped his hair every which way; the sound of water beneath the bridge he stood upon rushing loudly in his ears, he decided it was different.

     

    Alternatively: Tsukasa is so, so tired, and decides one night that death will be his only solace from the thoughts which plague him. Can the virtual singers and his troupmates show him just how wrong he is about everything before it's too late?

    Once upon a time, being called anything else felt like losing a childhood she still hadn't had yet, but now, the list is surrounded by stick figure drawings labeled Mama and me (Curtiss) and notes reading Ma, don't forget to take your meds and letters that say Dear Mrs. Mega, thank you very much for the gloves, you are too kind and innocent-looking reciepts that have Diane- Free tomorrow night? I'll bring drinks. CH. hastily scrawled on the back.

    When she has company, the door of the fridge is looked upon like a slowly-growing memorial, proof that she has lived a good, long life, and she has, really, but she'd much prefer to live a great one since she has the time. And frankly, as far as she can tell, she's doing a fine job of that.
