Well, as much as searching out an ableist asshole and beating him to a pulp can be an accident.

But he tells Makkari it was an accident. She doesn’t believe him of course, that would be too easy. She just raises an eyebrow and shakes her head and she looks so Damn disappointed that he begins questioning if he actually made the right decision.
Probably not. But he can’t exactly bring himself to regret it. Even if Makkari is upset with him now.
