It's a sunny day on a random island they stopped at for supplies when Sanji wakes up in the middle of the deck. He doesn't remember falling asleep, and has a gut feeling that something isn't quite right. It becomes very apparent what it is when he sees the ticking timer on the vest strapped to his torso.

Summary
Sanji’s brothers are two things. Emotionless monsters, and unable to resist their father’s commands.
After Judge Vinsmoke breaks his promise to leave Sanji alone, he finds himself trapped once more in Germa’s labs, subjected to cruel experiments. When the crew finds him, he still has his emotions intact.
But not his freedom.
All Zoro wants is to talk about Whole Cake Island and their will-they-won’t-they relationship. All Sanji wants is to get out of this whole situation with his sanity. Will the crew be able to figure out what’s wrong with Sanji before it kills him… or before he kills them?
