She didn’t see human as inferiors, she was just tired of not being able to do Calculus by heart from time to time. And the last but not least, hiding her powers at all costs. Even the cost being losing her very essence.
Her alienage. Not just from another country but from a totally different planet. Hell, a totally different galaxy. For one who had been to 12 planets and spoke dozens of languages fluently without a hint of accent, hiding it at all hurt. It was an insult. But to protect herself and her family on earth, she would do it in a heartbeat.

Lena hates the theatre.
Okay, maybe hate is a strong word, but honestly, it’s accurate. She’s hated theatre for nearly as long as she can remember, her distaste lasting from childhood and through her adolescence and sticking stubbornly all the way to adulthood. She hates plays and opera and symphonies and musical theatre, and she hates having to sit in one place for hours at a time, and she hates how unproductive the whole ordeal is, how it means she has to waste precious time she could be spending in the lab watching people play public make-believe.
Theatre is annoying. A waste of time. Everyone who knows anything about her knows how much she hates it.
Which is why she would currently rather be anywhere in the world than here, at the Royal National City Theatre’s latest production of whatever the fuck.

In which Kara is a Shakespeare actor (and also Supergirl), and Lena can’t stop going to see the same production of Twelfth Night over and over because the actor who plays Viola is hot.

Summary
Lena is trying to get pregnant but every single thing she tries does not work. She and Alex suspect that it is because Lena is about to experience premature menopause. The Luthor starting to give up when Alex says that maybe alien or metahuman DNA could work, but Lena does not feel comfortable asking one of their friends, or even Clark for that. Kara, as the good friend she is, offers her DNA to Lena and she accepts after thinking about it for weeks.
***I am editing the fic, so it makes sense with the events of season 6. Also, I know Oliver should be dead but let's ignore that, because I love him so much and I also love Olicity, so... yeah.
