Summary
Blake's 7 is/was a British science fiction television programme produced by the BBC. Four 13-episode series were broadcast on BBC1 between 1978 and 1981.
It was notable for a number of things- the episodes were not stand alone events as was usual for most shows, but all fit into an overriding universe, which started out fairly dystrophic (the eponymous hero was falsely convicted of child molestation! after breaking free of his brain washing) and then pretty much was a hopeless battle, leavened by sarcasm and VERY TIGHT Leather Trousers.
(In one episode an actor had to be helped up from kneeling...) Yeah, the show had... definite points of interest. They had the same budget as a police drama and were expected to create an entire universe with special effects, space ships, alien menaces and high technology (yes, their blasters looked like hair curlers...)
And then it ended in a way that makes Avengers Endgame seem like a just a bit of a downer.
BUT it was EDUCATIONAL. Here are some of the things I learned from it.

Summary
A high-ranking military intelligence officer is found shot to death at his London townhouse in 1918, as World War I heads for its final act. But Colonel John Sutton was generally disliked by his colleagues, and feared by his subordinates, so the list of suspects is a long one. To make matters worse, some very valuable papers are missing from the safe in the dead man's study. It is up to Poirot and Hastings, and some allies both old and new, to find out who killed Sutton, and why, and to track down the papers before they fall into the wrong hands. Needless to say, this won't be an easy task, even for Poirot's little grey cells.
