Gregory wouldn't be able to live with himself if he didnt help when he knew he could. If he caught a headline on TV or saw a story about another rampaging mutant killing people who were just at the wrong place at the wrong time, caught in the crossfire of situations that didnt involve them.
So. Spiderboy and Spidergirl.
Or: Gregory and Cassie were bit by a radioactive spider and become Spiderboy and Spidergirl, NYC's very own superheroes.

Summary
He tries to take a step forward to get out of this corner hes been pushed into, but he's interrupted by Tony moving forward, blocking his way. Gregory's breath catches in his throat as he almost runs into his chest. His converse are streaked and dirty, and his jeans are worn and faded.
He looks up, and sees Tony already staring intently at him, blue eyes studying his face.
"What's your deal?"
Or: Gregory, sent back in time by some higher power by over a year and on top of that stuck in a timeloop, finds out that the person he's mourned and grieved for months after learning about his death is alive and well in the time he was transported back to.

Theres a thousand other words and questions hidden beneath that sentence that she didnt even realize. She thinks Ben realized it, too, when he doesnt respond right away.
Then, in a small, quiet voice, "Sometimes."
Or: Gwen calls Ben in the middle of the night.

Suddenly, the girl with the beanie steps forward. She sets a gentle hand on Vanessa's shoulder, who jerks in suprise, like she was in a trance, then steps forward.
She looks at Gregory kindly, no undertone of fakeness, no decievery, no nothing. Her smile doesnt reach her eyes, which look haunted, but Gregory doesnt flinch away when she holds out a hand to him.
"Hey, there." She says softly, with an undertone of melancholy. "I'm Nea."
Gregory watches her hand closely, hesitating for just a moment, but in the end, he takes it.
And that's the moment he pinpoints later as everything going to shit.
Or: A little what-if of if Gregory, Vanessa, and Vanny were the ones put in the FNAF x DBD collab, since theres no way they wont be doing Springtrap/classic era mainly

"My brother." His mouth says so quickly he almost surprises himself.

a collection of all the (very self indulgent) flashlight duo (Gregory and Evan) oneshots ive written!
these are made to be in the same universe/life, but small things here and there wont carry over and can be inconsistent. if you can ignore those, theyre basically all in the same exact universe! (save for the ones that obviously arent)
these are not chronological either. these are disconnected but also still connected together. if there are ever any oneshots that directly follow eachother, ill say so
