He and Spencer hadn’t had sex in so long. That definitely wasn’t the only thing in their relationship that mattered to Derek – frankly, he was pretty sure he could live the rest of his life without sex if that was how Spencer wanted it – but it was killing him knowing that they both wanted to get it on, as his babygirl would say, and they couldn’t.
