Summary
Sakura is the type to dwell on the past, but he’s also the type to look toward the future. That combination is what drives him to never repeat history. He learns from his mistakes, and does his absolute best to never repeat them. It’s commendable. It’s admirable. Suo respects Sakura deeply for it.
But it’s also a very slippery slope. And he thinks Sakura Haruka is a bit of a tortured, fraying, slipping boy.

Summary
Unlearning the lessons Shigeo had taught himself for five years is quite an undertaking. Uncorking those emotions and being forced to process them is overwhelming, after so long of having relative silence. He thought he’d gotten it down; thought he’d had it. It’s not so hard to laugh.
Dealing with fifteen years of trauma is also quite an undertaking, one that piles atop his carefully recovered shell with a vengeance. And it turns out that, despite his efforts, he’s been doing more harm to himself than good.
And it might just kill him.

Summary
Over the rustling of plastic bags and wrappers, Ritsu speaks up. “You weren’t followed?”
His chest sputters and fumbles. It’s not the first time he—or any of them—have asked that, so it shouldn’t tug on him so much; he thinks the fact that it isn’t the first time makes it worse.

Reigen Arataka is a complicated man, but one particular, unchanging thing that is written in his messy scrawlings of morals is that children should never have to live like this.
He's on a mission to at least make it easier on them. Whether he's succeeding or not, well...

Summary
He ushers the chain out the door with a motion that’s only patient and slow because of practiced restraint, and then a Link, a word pours through the room and hits Warriors right between the shoulder blades, cold and breath-hitching like river water.
The flinch in his posture is miniscule, but he knows the two women behind him see it. He thinks maybe the chain does too.
“Alone,” the Queen calls.
Something lumpy pushes up his throat.

Summary
The air hangs heavy, strained in its effort to pull Warriors' words together just as he is. He opens his mouth, closes it, opens it again. There are silent letters shaped by his tongue, beginnings of sentences that fail to make it past some barrier in his head.
For a moment, Legend thinks he'll actually work through his own walls and give him a solid answer, something he could work with.
And then Warriors retreats, and that's all burnt down.
"Nothin', bud," he claims, says it so casually, so flawlessly high-spirited, "I'm fine, really."
Legend clenches his fists until there are bleeding crescents in his palms.

Summary
Febuwhump prompts, a few of them blended together; all of them are Linked Universe and Legend- and Warriors-centric, and all have hurt/comfort, happy endings, and no MCD.
