Summary
Ariadne learned from a very young age that to be a saint was to be a liar. Virtue was a sickly thing, sticky like honey (or blood). To kneel down at the altar was to pray to a killer; to sing her praises would be to wrap lies around her like lace. And as people fell for the church's false image, money would litter the carpet and choke her neck and drape off her body in the form of whimsical, exorbitant gowns.
She existed in the half space between goodness and evil like a coward. She knew she'd have to step up one day, after all, she was her father's favorite. She was his heir.She played God and pretended to not know the damage she was doing. She loved faces; names, never people. But then she met someone. He was supposed to just be another night, to blur. He didn't, though. She should have left him behind the moment she felt love for him grow in her heart, but now it's grown weeds and coiled itself around her bones, and she has no choice. She's beyond redemption, and God, it finally feels right.
But can she put down the weapon?

Isolated scenes of a really twisted but hot relationship between Xaden and Violet in a modern AU. In this AU they are both professional thieves working for the same person but not 'together'. They have really great but mean (sometimes violent) hate sex. Someone may or may not catch feelings (he Definitely does. She Probably does). There is no plot, there is no explanations, there is no order to the scenes. This is just me playing around with these characters and making them have mellow kinky sex, that's all.
