    Because he’s Denki Kaminari and Denki Kaminari is not supposed to be phased by the things that he has to do. He’s supposed to get over it and move on. Rinse. Repeat. Rinse… Repeat.

    Denki Kaminari has always seemed a little bit silly and a little bit strange and as a result, people have cornered him into a box of perceptions, including himself. The Kaminari they know is not all they’ve chalked him up to be and the mask he’s fought so hard to put up starts to crack through a series of seemingly unrelated circumstances.

    Remus Lupin has had a rough time landing on his feet anywhere, but when he gets new foster parents, Fleamont and Euphemia Potter, everything changes. The 16 year old Michigan native gets the chance to attend Black Lake Prep in California with his new foster parents son, opening doors for him. It's his chance to learn with the smartest, but it's also his chance to finally open up to others. Between Friday night football games, prank wars, rigorous course works, and weird mind games, he manages to find new friends and maybe even a few romantic entanglements.

    For anyone fearing reading this as an "incomplete" WIP, chapters 1-75 are the completed fic, technically. Chapters 76- (roughly) 82 will be snippets/ epilogues and this is NOT ABANDONED!
