Summary
The Justice Lords have fallen and heroes as a whole have disappeared. Despite all the undeniable progress made under Lord Batman, in only a few months, Gotham is already on its way to reclaiming the title of most crime-filled city. As the renewed police force plays catchup to the crimewave, two officers are tasked with interrogating the suspect of an armed robbery. The story they get they barely believe.
