This was a joke. It was a joke, and Jisung was gonna wait out whatever clever punchline Minho had packed up his sleeve.
Minho remains, cocking his head to the side in challenge. He murmurs around the piece of candied popcorn held between his teeth, leaning closer, inviting.
“C’mon, Jisung,” Minho teases. “I thought you said you were hungry.”
Jisung realizes too late that the punchline doesn’t exist.

Summary
“Come with me to Gimpo, Jisung.”
Minho's gaze was serene but determined. He wasn't just saying that, it wasn't a stupid idea that crossed his mind at that moment. He thought about it and asked Jisung.
“I thought you wanted to spend time with your family.”
“I do. With the cats too.”
Jisung looked right at Minho and the older one reciprocated, staring into his eyes. That immensity of brown looking at him with warmth, honesty, assurance.
“And with me.” Jisung said low.
Or: Minho has four days off from military service and asks Jisung to come with him to his family house. Things get clearer after that.

Hyunjin tapped his ash onto the patio and tilted his head as he squinted. “Do I know you?”
“Not yet,” Chan said, and this time his smile dropped on one side into a smirk.
“Are you hitting on me?”
Chan let out a huge laugh, the type that made his eyes crinkle in on themselves and almost split his face in two with how wide his grin was, and he threw his head back so that the chains around his neck moved and rippled across his throat. Hyunjin squinted even harder.
“Not yet,” he repeated.
OR: Hyunjin is an artist fuelled by self-hatred who can't pick up on social cues, and Chan is obsessed with his voice.
