Summary
Josh and Stell had always been academic rivals—or so people thought.
After spending two months attached to the hip, watching and recreating High School Musical 2 over and over, the both of them thought they would be the best of friends at their new school: Sto. Domingo Integrated School, the humble three-storey building to the side of a 16th century parish of the same name. But what they imagined as spending the rest of their days in elementary and junior high running down the hallways making bets on grades and sharing school lunches had turned out to be awkward bumps and unspoken hellos, to the point of complete, utter avoidance.
Save for standing side by side when Top 10 students would bow down in front of the school during the yearly moving up ceremonies, not once had they been partnered for interschool and international competitions. Josh buried his head into math, science, and history books, while Stell gravitated towards every spotlight on every court and every stage.
But as the world or whatever higher being up there would eventually get tired of idiots in love, it was time that the two undergo the undisputedly best way to bring hearts together:
Physical Education – Ballroom Dancing.
