Chapter 1: Chapter 1

sorry attempt at angst

Chapter Text
Walking to school with your bag over your shoulder you hummed a song playing through your headphones without a care in the world. As a young teenager you knew you should pay more attention in the dangerous world you lived in but when music was involved you were gone. Tapping your feet and bouncing as you walked to the beat you felt in complete bliss. Your black fingerless gloves suppressing the immense power you were created to have as you walked to school. You were overall left to your own devices at school. No one really spoke to you or made an effort to either and you were perfectly fine with that. Maybe that's where the social anxiety started? Oh well.
As you walked to the school gates you texted your mother and then father letting them know you made it to school safely and then put your phone on vibrate. Humming the tune of the last song you listened to you got to your locker and received everything you needed for class. Your middle school was pretty laid back. So you didn't have to worry about much. Once in class you headed to your seat in the back near the window. You were the only one in the class since it was still early but you prefer it that way. This way you wouldn't have to do morning greetings.
You didn't like to talk unless needed due to a trauma you experienced a few years back, one of the reasons why your parents wanted you to text and inform them where you're going and when you get there at all times. Not talking made it hard to make friends but you didn't mind. You were going to high school soon, and against your mother's wishes trying for UA no less. You father wanted you to use your quirks to fight for the people that couldn't fight for themselves. While your mother wanted you to live a simple life. You've already been through so much already after all.
So needless to say you had mixed feelings about starting high school.
As time passed more people began to pile into the classroom and soon enough the class was filled and the teacher, Ken-sensei came in to start class.
“Good Morning everyone please find your seats.” she said happily. “We have a few things to discuss before the 2nd term approaches. And one of those things is high school. Most of you already said what high school you're planning to go to..” Her voice flattered as she looked through the papers.
“Ken-sensei, how many people put UA!?” one of your classmates eagerly called out, causing her to look up and smile.
“I was just getting to that! I bet so many of you guys are excited!”
“Yeah!!” the class roared in response. You on the other hand held in a groan. You knew how this was going to turn out
“Well this is a shock! Shinso-san and Yagi-san, I didn't know the two of you wanted to go into hero work! What changed your minds?” she exclaimed with excitement and shock. Eyes split between you and the boy in the front of the class.
“No way! You two really think you can get accepted into UA!? Aren't you quirkless Ya-chan? And you have a better chance of being a villain than a hero Shinso-san! I mean there still has yet to be an orphan hero. But I bet most villains are orphans, especially with that quirk of yours.”
The class erupted in laughter and you could see the purple haired boy put his head down slightly in defeat.
“Haranjiro Rayomi! That was rude and uncalled for! Class settle down immediately!”
“It's not like I’m wrong Sensei!” he exclaimed back with a laugh of his own. His alpha pride practically shines through for making the class laugh. His long maroon colored hair pulled back into a messy ponytail. Half of his head was shaved and the shorter hair was black showing that he dyed his hair, which was against school rules. His orange eyes shined in the light and if he wasn't such an asshat you knew you might have had feelings for him just like so many other girls.
Finally having enough as you see the boy you knew for 3 years on the verge of tears, you spoke up. Your father always did say to defend those who won't defend themself.
“Shut the fuck up.” you said calmly causing the class to finally quiet down. Everyone looked at you in shock. Including the teacher.
“Y-Yagi- san please refr-”
“I said shut up.”
Ken-sensei straightened up in shock and then puffed out her cheeks ready to discipline you but before she could you spoke again.
“You.” you called out standing up walking over to the boy that made fun of you but mostly Shinsou Hitoshi. “Who are you to tell me what I can and can't do? You wanna talk about quirks? What's yours? Pop rocks? Really useful in a fight huh? But when it comes to helping people then what? Being a hero isn't just about fighting. It's about defense and rescue as well. And having sympathy for others. Whether or not I have a quirk is none of your business. But I want you to apologize to Shinso-san for your villain comments. They were rude and disrespectful.” you said in a low voice.
“Scary!!” everyone in the class thought. You didn't mind getting made fun of, but Shinso was one of the only people in the class you tolerated. He was quiet, smart, but not invasive, he knew boundaries and you respected him for that. He was your friend. Your only friend at that. And you'd be damned before you allowed Shinso Hitoshi slander.
“S-sorry Shinso-san!” he stuttered out in earnestly as he couldn't help but find himself captivated by you. First you looked closely into his eyes to make sure he wasn't lying. Then you stood up straight and relaxed your tense body. As long as Rayomi meant it then there was no point in you threatening him any further.
“It’s fine.” Shinso said, not wanting to for the problem to draw out longer than it needed to.
“Yagi- san please be seated immediately and see me after school.” Ken-sensei finally spoke up. You nodded against your better judgement and sat back down in the back of the class. Shinso's eyes never leaving your retreating figure as something sparked in him.
Homeroom went on how it normally did just without high school being brought back up and neither were quirks. As the day went on it was finally lunch. Most of the people in your class stayed inside to eat but you never did. Gathering everything you needed you headed out of the classroom, ignoring the lingering looks. With a sigh you rubbed your face with your free hand as you made your way to the staircase. 'God damn it, he's definitely gonna kill me if he hears about this.'
“Why’d you do it Ya-san?” you heard from behind you. Turning your head slightly you saw Shinso standing there with clenched fists. You could tell the boy was confused but you stayed quiet. “I could’ve handled it myself perfectly fine.”
“Shin-chan. I was expecting you.”
“Answer the question!” he cried. You knew if he was able to he would have brainwashed you to answer. Sighing softly you turned around fully to look at him with your signature deadpan eyes. Swallowing the saliva in your mouth you placed your things down to sign instead of talk.
“You can't let them keep doing that to you. Don't let them see you down. They know how you feel and they used it against you. I don't care what they think about me because it doesn't affect my ability to be who I am. But you do. And there's nothing wrong with that, but don't let that be their ammo against you. Shin-chan I believe in you. Now it's your turn to believe in yourself, it would be better for society if you did.” you found yourself saying. Shinso stood there in shock. Sign was something you've been teaching him for years now. So he could understand what was being said. But normally you were a girl of very little words. So for you to just encourage and insult him at the same time was a huge eye opener.
Clenching his fist and closing his eyes tight, Shinso thought of next words carefully. But before he could say anything you were gone. “Fucking hell.”
---
Normally you didn't like using your esper quirk, specifically teleportation, due to the queasiness you get after. But you knew if you didn't use it Shinso would try to continue the conversation. Standing on the rooftop of the school, you let out a sigh of relief at the feeling of fresh air.
The first thing you did was slide down the wall slowly. You didn't know why you were being so dramatic about this, but it felt right nonetheless. With the sun shining brightly and only slightly cloudy sky's you let yourself bathe in the sunlight. Allowing your skin glow and greedily taking in every ounce offered. You took deep breaths of the clean air to calm your stomach before you even thought about eating. It would be a waste to lose the good food your father had cooked the night before due to an upset stomach.
Once your stomach calmed you opened your bento and took out your utensils to eat. The silence and the soft blowing of the wind was comforting as you ate alone. It’s been like that ever since you were kidnapped years ago. Ever since that fateful day being alone in crowds made you anxious. It’s something you don't like to think about that much because of how it still haunts you through phantom pains.
Your kidnapping and its outcome was one of the main reasons you don't like being in large groups. It's loud. It's suffocating. And it's way too stressful from all the touching. Ever since the faithful month that happened years ago you’ve never been the same. And you knew your parents blamed themselves which is why you never talked about it. It wasn't their fault you were careless. They were pro heroes after all, they shouldn't have to worry about you the way they constantly do. It made you feel guilty. So you decided to stop feeling to the best of your ability. Stop talking about your problems, and put on a calm demeanor so they wouldn't worry. But every time what happened was brought up you were told the same thing.
"What happened wasn't your fault." they'd all say.
‘It's not your fault.’
‘It's not your fault.’
‘It's not your fault.’
‘It's not your fault.’
“But why does it feel like it is.” you whispered softly staring at your half eaten bento.
Suddenly you weren’t hungry anymore.

Chapter Text
When the lunch bell rang, signaling the end of lunch, you closed your unfinished bento and began to walk back to class. Walking down the stairs you kept your head up, holding onto your stuff. Once at the bottom of the stair case you stopped and let out a soft sigh. You could always tell when your family is near. It was a useful gift of yours.
“Papa why are you like this? I’m at school and you breaking in to see me isn't exactly legal.” you said simply before turning around to see your father on the balls of his feet most likely trying to sneak up on you.
“N-N/n-chan my dear! I see you're as keen as ever. Must get that from Shouta.” he chuckled nervously as he mumbled the last part.
“Papa…”
“Yes, Yes my child. I’m just here to check on you. You haven't been answering my text or your mother's and we were worried.” he said honestly as he relaxed his body shifting back into his regular form only to cough up blood. You held in your cries at the sight of the blood and instead kept an emotionless deadpan look as you walked over to your father.
With you still learning how to use your quirks, healing was something you were forbidden from doing on Toshinori. You were the best at it yet but you liked to practice on plants and animals on your longer walks home.
With a sigh you placed your hands on his chest and before he could protest you let your hands warm up and glow as it healed him. Knowing your father would push you away you put in as much of a controlled amount as you could to make him comfortable. “N/n-chan. What have I told you about healing me.”
“I know Papa but it was only a little bit so it should be OK.” you tried to reason.
“We don't know the limits of your quirks yet so please don't do that again.” he said voice full of worry. Looking your father up and down you nodded, you could visibly see the relief of pain in his body language.
“Yes Papa.” you answered obediently.
“Good.” he said softly as his tall lanky figure walked over to your smaller one to kiss your hairline. “I love you my dear. I’ll be sure to tell your mother that everything is alright. I’ll pick you up at 3.”
“Actually..” you started softly
“Aghhh.. What did you do?”
“I cursed during class, and yelled at Ken- Sensei. Please don’t tell Mama.”
Your father found himself groaning again as he looked down at you. But seeing your eyes look at him with guilt he stopped himself from scolding you. “Fine. But be ready to scolding when you get home.”
Nodding your head you watch your father suck in a breath and his body expand to his All might form. With one last kiss he was gone and you were late to class.
Once you were in your class you went straight to your seat without a word. Eyes following your figure was nothing new but you being late to class was.
“Yagi-san is there a reason as to why you’re late?” your Japanese literature teacher, Makine-sensei, said as you sat down.
“I lost track of time.”
“Since this has never happened before I’ll let you off with a warning. Please don't make it a habit”
“Mm” you grunted in acknowledgement as you turned to look out the window. Clouds were innocently floating through the sky and birds were flying without a care in the world. ‘Must be nice’
Rayomi's eyes never left you however. As an alpha with a flashy quirk he wasn't used to being told off especially not by someone who was seemingly quirkless and still hasn't presented. Needless to say he was intrigued. No one has ever stood up to him and here you were a quirkless emo loner talking down to him like if he was an insolent brat.
It was.. kind of hot.
“Haranjiro-san the board is up here not at Yagi-san.”
“S-sorry teach!” he said with a jolt. Turning to face forward he gave you one last look before turning to look forward with a huff.
Classes went on as they normally do until the end of the day came. As everyone piled out of the classroom exchanging goodbyes, you stayed in your seat still looking out the window. Soon enough the class was as empty as it was when you arrived and you sighed standing up.
'Here we go.'
---
“Ah Yagi-San! Glad you came.”
“Hmf”
Ken-sensei turned to face you as you stood near her desk. Her smile dropped slight seeing your emotionless careless stance and let out a sigh. “Is everything alright at home Yagi-San? You never act out like you did today and it worries me. Should I contact your parents?”
Shaking your head you looked at your teacher just wanting to leave already as you let her continue. “You're not in huge trouble but due to cursing and interrupting class I'm making you responsible for cleaning the classroom for the 3 days.
“Yes sensei.. But I don't think it's fair for only me to receive punishment.” you said simply.
"What do you mean?" She asked curiously.
"I was defending my friend from a bully. A person you only said's behavior was 'uncalled for' he called my friend a villain because of his quirk. And then made fun of him for being an orphan. You didn't defend Shinsou in any way. But because I did I'm receiving punishment?" You said carefully. Despite this the eerie stillness in your voice was enough to make Ken-sensei nervous.
"It's just alphas-" she tried to dismiss but you weren't having it.
"Alphas being alphas is them play fighting and eating dirt. Not belittling someone on whether or not they have parents. Alphas being alphas is them biting rocks or even licking bugs. Not discriminating and demonizing people for their quirks. By you saying that you directly promote toxicity that will only lead to severe crimes being covered up or justified. Just look at rape culture." You explained with slow blinks. You stood straight and looked down at your teacher, knowing she was uncomfortable. Other teachers stared at the two of you, but you didn't back down. "By you dismissing him but reprimanding me what message do you think you're sending out? 'You can bully and degrade people all you want if you're alpha, but if you speak up and out against you're the one in the wrong.' Are you seeing the correlation? How it promotes and influences toxicity? And what do you think that toxicity is going to lead to? Definitely not a feminist march. More like 'dressed like? She was asking for it' type of situation."
Whispers filled the staff lounge as other teachers began to think about what you were saying. This causes Ken- sensei to sigh and pinch the bridge of her nose. "You're right, and I'm sorry. No punishment for you. I'll be sure to talk to Haranjiro-San and give him a suitable punishment for his behavior."
"Thank you, Ken-sensei."
“That is all. Get home safe Yagi-Chan.”
“I will.” you mumbled and nodded causing her to give you a soft smile before turning back to her work. When you left the office you made sure to close the door behind you. The meeting was quick but waiting for Ken- sensei took a while. The sun was beginning to set, leaving the sky in an array of orange, red, and yellow. Walking toward the school gates you can see a glimpse of maroon hair in the corner of your eyes. Holding in a groan you walked a little faster hoping to catch your father who stood at the gates before the boy caught up to you.
“Yagi-San!”
Or not.
Slowing down you turned your head to look at the boy in annoyance. You didn't say anything, you only stared at him waiting for speak.
“Go out with me!” he cried while bowing. His orange eyes were closed and there was a dust of pink on his tanned cheeks. Your eyes widened as you stared at the young boy that stood in front of you. “No one has ever talked to me the way you did this morning and I admire you for that! I sincerely apologize for the way I acted during class and I promise to change! So please be my girlfriend!”
You stared at Rayomi, unable to know if this was a joke or not. Either way you were going to reject him. Opening your mouth, you were about to give your response. But then you were suddenly pushed behind a large and tall figure.
“I am here!”
‘God fucking damnit’

Chapter Text
Your father stood tall in front of you as All might. Letting out an audible groan you pinched the bridge of your nose to subdue the headache you were beginning to gain.
"A-All Might!! I-I-it's really you! I can't believe it!" cried out Rayomi.
"Neither can I. Say All Might what are you doing here ." you stressed in annoyance. Your father looked down at you and you can tell he didn't think this through. Your mother always did say he hated how impulsive Toshinori was.
"I.. I uh.. I am here!.. Toooo... To take N/- I mean Y/n-san home. Her mother is a dear.. friend of mine and asked me to, since I was in the area." it was easy to see that calling his mate and former husband a friend hurt him. But unfortunately it was all he could come up with in short notice. Deciding to make things harder on your father in a form of teenage rebellion, you walked around his large form and stood next to Rayomi.
"Oh? Well it's fine All Might-sama the two of us will be taking the metro home right Haranjiro- kun ?" you asked while looking at the shocked and flustered boy. You wanted nothing to do with the piece of shit for what he said about Shinso.. but you were petty.
"R-right! Ya-chan!" he replied almost immediately but your father was having none of that. His large hand grabbed the back of your uniform and brought you into his large arms, glaring at the boy. For Rayomi to call you a nickname so casually struck a cord in Toshinori he hoped wouldn't be tampered with until you were at least 25. Lucky for him, however, Rayomi didn't notice or care one bit.
"Sorry kid but her mother wants her home now. Get home safe and stay out of trouble." he said all too seriously before crouching down and taking off with a jump.
"Wow! I just met All might! And Ya-chan wanted to walk home together!"
---
"N/n-Chan you know I love you right?"
"Yes Papa."
"And you know I love your mother right?"
"Yes Papa"
"And you know I hate to lie right?"
"Father please get to the point." you groaned as you crossed your arms staying still in your fathers arms. Last thing you needed was to fall from such a high height.
"You're too young to date, my precious daughter" he said with a hint of remorse.
"Kaa-chan said you started dating and having sex at around my age." you said nonchalantly. "I think maybe 16 he said. And Kaa- Chan got pregnant at that too now that I think about it."
"Gah! Uh.. Uh.. Damn it Shouta what are you telling our child." he mumbled.
"So it's true then?" you asked.
"No! I mean Yes! I mean.. That's besides the point we're talking about you you here!" he scampered out.
"I'm not dating anyone Papa. So you don't need to beat around the bush. And I've never had sex. He was just a classmate."
Toshinori let out a sigh of relief as he landed on a random rooftop. "Good."
"Are you and Kaa-chan on speaking terms again? You said that he was worried about me earlier today." you had a tiny bit of hope that they were. You missed seeing them both happy together especially since they longed for each other.
"We're slowly making our way there my dear. It takes time. Especially since we're both stubborn." he said in a somber tone. "I know I said I'd take you home but there's something I need to do before I go home do you think you can fair well on your own?"
"Yeah." you nodded and with a kiss on the forehead he was off again leaving you on the roof of the building. Watching him leave you looked down from the building and decided to jump while using your esper quirk. For all girls in school they normally wore school skirts but you did not. You wore pants, which was technically against school policy but one look from your mother was enough to change their minds.
Once on the ground you ignored the looks from passerbyers as you started walking like nothing happened. You could've just teleported or flew home but since you had to stay after school it was rush hour and you knew you could get in trouble if caught.
On the bright side, since you still had time before it got dark you decided to take the long way home and pass through Musutafu. The streets were relatively empty as you walked past a park.
It was a decent sized but small park there were swings, a slide, jungle gym, and a small rock climbing station. The park was most likely made for the small neighborhood children since there wasn't a lot of equipment.
'I guess it wouldn't hurt to swing for a while.'
With it being a school night, you could see the park was empty as you walked closer to it. Behind the park was a woods-like area and normally you wouldn't pay attention to small details but there were soft sounds coming from them. As you walked closers you could make out the sounds of whimpers and a weird scent in the air.
Dropping your bag near the swings you carefully walked over to where you heard the sounds only to let out an uncharacteristic gasp at the sight of a boy your about age with messy curly green hair, freckles, and a body covered in scrapes. Kneeling down you brushed his hair out of his face causing him to flinch away slightly before opening his eyes.
"A-are you an angel?" he mumbled softly only to wince in pain.
"What happened?" you asked and you gently laid him on his back to asset the damage.
"Bullies."
"Oh. Is it ok if I heal you..? I'm sorry what's your name?"
"M-midoriya Izuku and y-yeah. Is that your quirk?" he asked softly. You let out a grunt with a nod as you rubbed your gloved hands together letting them glow before hovering them over his body. Your focus was trained on his torso, making sure everything was healed correctly, and with hesitation you glanced between his body and face. Much like your father when you healed him, you watch as Izuku's face shifted from in pain to a relaxed. "W-warm.."
"Yagi Y/n"
"Huh?"
"My name is Yagi Y/n."
"Ah.. Ok. Thank you Yagi-san." he smiled. Looking at him you felt your heart skip a beat and you grunted.
"No problem Midoriya-kun. Just sit back I'm almost done.. They really did a number on you."
The young beta boy nodded and let out a weak cough. "I'm glad they did.. Or I would of never met you."
Your heart skipped a beat again and a uncharacteristic warmth filled you. Izuku was most likely still in a daze, because he didn't realize what he said. But with how warm you felt were happy your skin could hide any possible blush.
"I'm done. You can stand up now." you said as you removed your hands and stood up offering him one of your own. Now that he was standing you could see the two of you were the nearing the same height, but you were taller. He was also on the skinny side but had a major baby face. 'Cute.'
"But I'm sure you don't mean that. Would you like me to walk you home? Where's your bag?" you found yourself asking. You didn't know why, but for some reason you felt heavily drawn to this boy. This boy was truly a treasure and you couldn't help but to want to help a little more.
"I think it's near the slide, but you don't have to walk me home. I'll be fine! I actually feel good as new! Your quirk is amazing!" he praised. Spotting his bag he rushed over to grab it as you grabbed your own. When you turned to face him he was muttering incoherent words as he wrote in a notebook.
"Midoriya-kun, what are you doing?"
"Ah! Sorry! I like to take notes on people, heroes, and their quirks!" He said with a heavy blush while scratching his cheek with his pointer finger.
"Do you wanna be a hero or quirk specialist or something? Why take notes?" you asked as the two of you walked. This seemed to deflate his mood and you couldn't help but to feel bad.
"Ah.. Yeah I wanna be a hero but you see I'm quirkless.. So I can't." he muttered sadly.
"Says who?"
"P-pardon?"
"Who says you can't be a hero? You don't need a quirk to be extraordinary, just be true to yourself. You seem kind and understanding and that's something some heroes aren't. A hero is what you make of it is, not what society says it is. A doctor, therapist, scientist, or even just a kind old person can be anyone's hero. So if you say you can't be one, then you can't. But if you think can and know you can then, I know you will. So in short, the question isn't whether or not you can become one, it's really just what type you'll be." you explained absentmindedly as you walked.
The words came out of your mouth on their own as you looked at the dark orange almost purple sky. You continued to walk a few more steps until you realized you were the only one walking and Izuku stopped. Turning your head, your eyes widened to see the boy's green eyes wide and full of tears. He rubbed his tears out onto his torn up sleeve but more came to replace them.
"S-sorry.. Did I say something wrong?"
"N-no! N-not at all! It's e-exactly what I n-needed!"
You stood there dumbfounded and confused but you kept quiet. Even as the boy jogged over to you and engulfed you in hug repeatedly thanking you stood there in shock. Did your words mean that much to him? All you could do in your confused state was weakly pat the boy's back in a sorry attempt of reassurance.
---
When Izuku was done crying the sun was fully set and you already knew you were gonna get an earful from your parents. Walking down the street, you guys got closer to his apartment complex. And With your throat sore from talking so much, you let him talk your ear off. You gained a fair understanding of his love and fascination for heroes and he always said everything with a smile. Once at his door you stood infront of it and looked at him.
"Wait! Before you go let's exchange numbers! I wanna meet up with you again so I can tell you my journey to become a pro- hero!" he exclaimed with a heavy blush. Too tired to protest you took out your phone and gave it to him. There was no password on it so he was able to open it on his own and put his number in
"There! All done I put myself in as 'Izuku the hero' if that's ok with you."
"Mm"
"Great! And by the way, thanks again. I'll be sure to try my hardest and get into UA, my dream school, on my own! Just you wait! And you better go with me!" Izuku paused and then his face further erupted into flames. "T-t-that's only I-if you want t-to that is!"
"Hmf.. I'll go. Only because you'll need healer." Izuku's blushing face lit up as he gasp and frantically nodded at the promise. Waving goodbye to you after handing back your phone, he headed inside. Once he was inside you looked at your phone and smiled slightly, happy that you didn't ignore his whimpers at the park.
Unknown to you he was watching you through his peephole. When you smiled down at the phone his cheek felt warm again. 'C-cute!'
"Izuku. Sweety is that you!?"
Pulling away from the peephole he called out loud enough for his mom to hear from the kitchen. "Yeah Mom! It's me!"
Waiting for another response, but receiving none, he looked through the peephole in hopes of seeing your retreating figure only to be greeted with the sight of nothing. "Awe she left."
"Who left?" his mother asked from behind him causing Izuku to cry out in shock from the surprise.
"N-no one!"
"Umhm. Ok Zuku keep your secrets I'll find out about your girlfriend through Katsuki-kun instead." she teased softly as she turned around heading back to the kitchen to finish up dinner.
"S-she's not my girlfriend!" Izuku cried in embarrassment but with a faint smile. Looking down at his phone, he unlocked it, looked at the contact name he put for you, and smiled.
'She's my angel.'
Chapter Text
As soon as Izuku was in the house and you were sure he was in the apartment you released a breath you didn't know you were holding. You then used this time to take a deep breath and teleport to your father's house.
"-uta! I know! Please stop yell-... Yes, yes, I know I should have... But!" you hear your father's panicked voice fills the penthouse apartment that he owned. Hearing terms of endearment and then the sudden silence you already knew who he was talking to. Just by the mix of fear and admiration in his voice.
"Is Kaa-Chan mad?" you called from behind him. Toshinori jumped and let out a cry of shock, causing him to almost drop the phone. He could hear Shouta's yell of questioning asking if that was you through the phone but that was the least of his concerns right now.
'Be still my beating heart.' Toshinori thought as he held his chest. His heart was beating erratically and if it wasn't for the fact he had One for All running through his veins he probably would've had a heart attack right then and there. The only thing stopping him from yelling at you or even smacking you upside the head was the way you nervously fidgeted from side to side while looking at the phone in his hand. Putting the phone back to his ear, he turned around slightly to talk. The least he could do is try to coax his mate to calm down before letting him talk to you.
"Sho-"
"Is that her!? Put her on the damn phone now Toshinori!"
On second thought, every man for himself, he draws the line at angry Omegas saying his full name; especially when it comes to their kids. A mad omega is something you should only wish upon your enemies after all.
"Sorry kid you're on your own." he said quickly as he put the phone on speaker.
"Oh god! If Papa is giving up that means Kaa-Chan is gonna kill me. Tell him I'm not home." you whined. Your mother was one of those people that were horrifying when mad. And you --being THE beacon of trouble-- have grown to fear, love, and worship him, much like your father does.
"I can hear you!!"
"Wahh! Papa he's mad!"
"Where were you!? First you don't tell us you're at school, then you go missing after school! Do you know how worried we were!?" Aizawa yelled into the phone, Hizashi next to him rubbing the ear closest to him.
"Shouta go easy on her.. I'm sure she has a valid explanation." he said nervously, you were his only niece after all, the two mates were already looking for their missing child; they didn't need a dead one on top of that. Aizawa looked at his long time best friend and frowned.
"Fine. Y/n, what's your excuse for all this? And why didn't send a message this morning either." he grumbled. Hizashi let out a sigh at the sound of his friend's voice. The voice that made it seem like he was genuinely interested but really didn't care at all in reality. A voice he's heard all too often throughout high school.
"I did send the message! Maybe the connection blockers at school interfered! But I can show it now! It'll say sent right around the time I got to school!"
There was a brief silence as gears began to turn inside Aizawa's head. "The school has connection blockers now?"
"Yeah they put them in like last week."
"Oh.. Well what about getting home so late?"
A frown graced your face knowing you had no choice but to tell him about what you did. But you didn't regret it one bit though, hell you'd do it again in a heartbeat. Midoriya looked like he needed a friend anyway. So that's what you gave him as you walked him home.
"She got confessed to by some alpha boy. Maybe that's one of the reasons."
Or that.
Looking at your father you rolled your eyes, being petty is something he never is, but there's always a first for everything. The least he could have done was be strategically petty and not impulsively petty, that way it wouldn't blow up in his face.
"You had us worried sick... because of a boy?" the confusion in Aizawa's voice was clear as day. "I expected better of you. I know you're young and all but that doesn't-"
"It was Papa's fault. He's the reason why I got home so late."
"What?" both said at the same time. If your father was ready to throw you under the bus then you'll gladly return the favor. Two can play it that game.
"Baba saw him confessing to me and then he turned big right at the school gat-"
A look of panic danced across Toshinori's face as abruptly interrupted you. "Uhh.. Well now that I think about it it doesn't really matter right! She got home safe and that's what's important!"
"Yagi Toshinori let her finish." Aizawa growled into the phone. In the background a soft facepalm and 'Why am I not surprised' could be heard.
"Then he carried me to a part of Musutafu that I didn't know, left me there and then I got lost."
Ok now that was a lie, but they don't know that.
"Why didn't you just teleport home then?"
"Baba was jumping through the air and I felt dizzy so I didn't want to risk it."
"Ok. Fine. You can go. I need to talk to your father anyway." Aizawa sighed out. A smile graced your face as you went up to your room. Knowing your parents they'd end up inattentively flirting with each other within the next hour so no real harm done, at least you got out of it scotch free as well.
---
You were brushing your teeth before bed when a text rang through your phone, stopping the music coming from your Bluetooth headset in the process. The pause in music only lasted for a short amount of time before it resumed as you spat out the last of your toothpaste. After rinsing your mouth and face you then dried yourself off and checked your phone.
'1 new text message from Izuku the hero. Open to view.' 11:46
With a raised eyebrow you clicked the notification that transferred you to your texting app.
'hey. are you still up?'
Sent at 11:46pm
Your fingers were nimble as they worked across the screen to make a message.
'yes'
Sent at 11:47pm
'cool.'
Sent at 11:47pm
Ok now you were confused. Is that all he wanted to know? Unknown to you, Izuku was having a mini panic attack about texting you and you responding. He had little experience when it comes to girls, nevermind someone as cool and calm as you. Anything can go wrong and fast.
'what do you think about all might?'
Sent at 11:48pm
'He's very loud. Prefer Eraserhead.'
Sent at 11:48
Biting his lip Izuku racked his brain to think of who that hero was. He didn't know or couldn't remember them, and that's saying something coming from the boy who prided himself on analyzing heroes and their quirks.
'what do you like about
eraserhead the most?"
Sent at 11:48pm
'He's quiet. And if I do
become a hero an underground
hero like him is what
I'd prefer to be.'
Sent at 11:49pm
'really? why not be popular like
all might?'
Sent at 11:49pm
"Being a hero isn't a popularity
competition. If all you care about
is being popular then by job you
may be a hero but in reality you're
not. Being a hero is about
selflessness. And that's what I admire
about underground heroes. You don't
have to be popular to be great, the ones
that are overlooked are often just as good
if not more. Idk if you know who
Eraserhead is but you should look
him up"
Sent at 11:50pm
Rereading the message over and over again Izuku felt his heart stop. Without even knowing it you always seem to encourage him to do what he thought he could never do. If only he met you when he was younger, he would have so much more confidence in himself. But now that he does know you, he'll make sure to stay close friends with you for as long as he can.
"ive never heard that before,
but that ideology is a good one."
Sent at 11:51pm
"I guess."
Sent at 11:51pm
"Well I have to go to bed
soon. Btw I prefer to talk
through sign language so
I know you probably don't know it but
i'll be sure to teach you."
Sent at 11:51pm
'Ok, that sounds cool. night'
Sent at 11:51pm
'Good night Izuku'

Chapter Text
A month soon passed since befriending Izuku, and through that time the two of you became great friends, or better yet best friends. So close you were both on a first name basis. Picking each other up from school on certain days also became a common occurrence, just like hanging out at cafes and fast food restaurants. Izuku did pretty much all of the talking in your conversations, you didn't mind listening. And with the little sign language he did know, your brief responses were relatively easy for him to decipher. He was a lot more confident as well, but still timid no less. It was a working process.
Today was no different from any other, at first. You were sitting near a small fountain at Izuku's school waiting for him to be let out. With your normal uniform, your well worn braids pulled into a ponytail, and your gloves, you looked the same as any other day. The only difference was your gloves were fingerless with a bit of lace today. On fridays your school lets you early, a true blessing, so normally you wait for Izuku outside the gate. But since it was on the warmer side, sitting near the fountain was a lot cooler. Your bag was at your feet as a shadow glided across the ground. Looking up you were meet face to face with a burnt book flying your way. Feeling too lazy to catch it with the help of your elemental abilities you were able to use the wind to bring it to you. With the air in your control the book was able to land on your lap with ease. Out of curiosity, you did your best to look up to who where it came from, despite the glare of the sun in your eyes. A head was poking out a window but you couldn't see who it was.
"Y/n! What are you doing here!?"
Well now you knew who it was.
More heads poked out the window just as the sun went behind a cloud. With the temporary shade you were able to make eye contact with Izuku and wave. A blush dusted across his cheeks as a large smile covered his face, something that didn't go unnoticed by the childhood friend that was bullying him. Izuku's eyes landed on the book on your lap and his smile lowered some.
"You caught my book! Thanks! Can you hold onto it for now? You can give it to me when we're walking home together!" Izuku suggested, oblivious to the whispers and gasps of confusion as speculation of you being his girlfriend were made. Holding the book in your hand you glanced at Izuku and then back at it. It was burnt and probably had a few ruined pages as well, so your first thought was to change that. And just like that the book was back to its prime state. Izuku didn't have to say it for you to know that it was a classmate, so instead of having to look at the ruined book, might as well fix it to the best of your ability with your new found skills. It turns out one of your quirks wasn't to heal, but to reverse. And it could be used on anything.
When the sun was no longer blocked by the cloud it went back to beating on your forehead hard. As you put your head back down you missed the wide smile on Izuku's face after you fixed his book. "Ok class, settle down. Everyone back to your seats so we can finish up for the day." the teacher finally said.
Knowing you weren't far Izuku couldn't stop smiling as the teacher talked, unable to care about Katsuki's glaring eyes.
---
When class was finally done no one had seen Izuku leave in such a rush before. The normally timid and mumbling beta boy was packing his stuff up before the bell even rang and was out the door before it could finish. About a minute later he was seen outside standing in front of you like an excited puppy holding your bag out to you as you stood up.
"You're getting better at that! Wow my notebook is as good as new! Almost as if I just got it!" Izuku gushed as he flipped through the pages. With the personal training you normally did the writing was still there but everything else was basically brand new. “Wow! Even the dog tag folding creases are gone! You really are amazing Y/n-chan!”
You gave a curt nod as you put your arm into your bag, the two of you walking close together. You wanted to ask what happened but at the same time you didn't want to ruin his mood. For the next 5 minutes Izuku was recording notes about your quirk again, causing you to sigh. But as you did a soft smile graced your face, even on nice days like this one he still had his nose buried in that book. It was cute.
"Hey Deku! Wait up!"
Izuku's feet stilled and face dropped as a familiar voice called out to him. Turning around you looked at him in confusion as you glanced between him and the group of boys approaching. You didn't miss the bodily shutter that Izuku let out either. Before they could get any closer you stood in front of Izuku as a barrier. You didn't know who these boys were but if Izuku could change moods so quickly they had to be bad news. And who was this Deku they spoke of?
"Y/n-chan.. You can go ahead without me! It's ok! I’ll be sure to catch up." he urged. The forced smile on his face was something you could always tell. When he smiled for real, his eyes often closed completely or almost complete, and right now his eyes were wide.
"It's fine. I'm staying." you signed as the 3 boys closed the distance.
"Deku! You didn't tell us you had a foreigner girlfriend! Does she speak Japanese?" the one with wings said, a beta, a smile on his face as he landed on the ground to put his arm around Izuku, as if they were long friends.
"What was that hand stuff she did?" the other one said his eyes racking down your figure, an alpha. You didn't look at the extras though, your eyes glared at the red eyed alpha in the center. His hands were in his pockets and his hair was a mess, as he looked back at you trying to intimidate you with no avail.
"It was sign language you idiots. She can't speak. Looks like Deku got himself a Deku, birds of a feather and all that stuff." Katsuki said with a smirk. But you knew better than to entertain stupidity. Reaching behind you, you wrapped your hand around Izuku's and turned looking away from the blond. You tried to lead Izuku away but he wouldn't budge.
"Take that back Kacchan! You can say what you want about me but Y/n-chan is not useless!" Izuku growled leaving the three boys in shock, as well as you. Anger was full in his eyes and there was a dangerous glint in them. He looked ready to hurt this ‘kacchan’.
'Useless?' you thought to yourself, but then it hit you. Deku was a kanji character in Izuku's name that could be translated to useless person. Your frown deepened as you looked at the three. But mostly 'kacchan'; Izuku's supposedly childhood friend.
"Tch! First you apply to UA and now you got yourself a girlfriend!? I bet you think you're all high and mighty!" Katsuki growled as hands crackled with explosions, going straight for Izuku's face. But instead it hit yours. "Oh look! Your Deku girlfriend is even protecting you! How useless can you be Izuku!"
"That's enough." you growled softly. There were a lot of things you could tolerate. You could tolerate Rayomi stalking you like a lost puppy. You could tolerate waking up early to make a bento for Shinso so he could eat. And you could tolerate your parents longing for each other, but being too stubborn to act. But what you won't tolerate is Izuku being bullied and harmed. All of the boys looked at you in shock, but all for reasons. 3 of them were shocked because they thought you to be mute. And Izuku was shocked because he never thought you could ever be so mad.
Bystanders began to watch instead of stepping in as you touched your burnt cheek. All while you were in shock that someone, an unknown alpha no less, had actually hit you. Izuku let out a gasp at the charred flesh and growled lowly, ready to fight all boys even though he didn't know how to. The only thing that stopped him was the shake of your head and a soft no. With hesitation he was back in his place behind you but clenching his fist. And then with just a touch your cheek was healed and good as new.
"Oh look! Turns out she can speak! Guess you were wrong Bakugou!" the beta said in shock.
"Tch! That doesn't make her any less of a Deku! All she has is a lame healing quirk!" Katsuki countered.
“Aren't healing quirks like, super rare though? I heard the hero association takes children with healing quirks, as soon as they manifest, to train them to become heroes.” the alpha said. This caused Katsuki to glare at his friend/lackey, not liking that someone has a more important quirk than him.
"Izuku let's go. If I stay any closer to trash I'll start to break out." You hissed lowly, but loud enough for them all to hear. Izuku nodded loosely as the two of you began to walk away, but not before you turned around to glare at the three bullies. "Do the world a favor and change. Pollution is bad enough as it is. And we don't need shit like you spreading like a disease."
Katsuki looked at you in shock, no one has ever told him off or even called him a name before. You just insulted him multiple times in a row as well. You! Someone who hasn't even presented with a second gender yet! Snapping out of it, a growl rumbled in his chest as he quickly stepped to close the go between the two if you, ready to fight to mend his alpha pride. His lackeys not far behind him. "WHO THE FUCK DO YOU THINK YOU ARE BITCH!?"
His hand never made contact with you, and neither did his friends. Their bodies were stilled as your normally e/c eyes were a sharp yellow with hints of black in them as well. The bystanders around that were watching everything watched in shock as well.
"You have a lot of fucking nerve." You started off slowly, their immobilized bodies starting to ascend slowly into the air. There was an immediate change in the atmosphere around them as grey clouds began to fill the sky. The braids in your ponytail began to float on their own as you used your elemental to keep them in the air and immobilized. "To even THINK ABOUT putting your hands on ME. AGAIN." you growled. Izuku watched in horror and disbelief at what you were doing.
"Y-y/n-chan! Put them down if you're the one doing that!" Izuku said as he gripped your arm, shaking you. Izuku nervously looked around as more people began to stare and whisper. Taking a deep breath you looked at Izuku and then the boys.
“You’re right.. They’re not even worth my time.” you hissed as you lowered them down some. Once they were a safe distance from the ground you dropped their immobilized bodies. It won't kill them just make their butts sore.
"C-come on let go." Izuku urged softly as he gripped your wrist, pulling you away.
"I'm sorry Izuku. I didn't mean to lose my temper." you whispered softly, putting your head down. The two of you quickly walked away from prying eyes while the three boys were still on the ground. 2 out of the three groaning in pain, and one sitting in shock at the fact that he technically lost this fight.
Just who were you? And how did Izuku know you?

Chapter Text
"What was that back there!? Why didn’t you tell me you had another quirk!" Izuku scolded (or was he gushing?). The two of you stood under a shaded tunnel on the other side of the park. You were leaning against the wall and he was standing in front of you talking a mile a minute as he wrote down notes about what just occurred.
"Sorry Izuku." you mumbled, your eyes trained on the ground due to the embarrassment you felt because of your behavior, but not your action. "But I'm not sorry for what I did to them. They're the ones that ruined your book aren't they?"
Izuku lowered his book as his eyes met yours, the silence was all you needed since he outwardly didn't confirm or deny. "Then I'll gladly do it again Izuku. And don't say ‘it's fine’ or ‘don't worry’. I'm supposed to be your friend right? Friends don't hide stuff like this unless it's life or death."
"Then tell more about your other quirk."
"I can't. There are things, secrets, I have to keep in order to protect those I care about. That's one of the reasons why you can't meet my parents. I don't want you getting mixed into things you don't need to be mixed into. And no, it's not because you're quirkless. It's because you and one other person are the only friends I have.. And I just got you, Izuku. I don't want to lose either of you because of something that was avoidable." You admitted verbally. Silence surrounded the two of you, neither of you knowing what else to say. Until a nearby sewer crate began to rattle and the silence was disturbed by both of your cries of confusion as a green substance began to leak out.
"I finally lost him! Now I just need a vessel to hide in." the green substance said. Both of you were frozen in fear as the sludge Villain turned around and it's eyes landed on the two of you. "Perfect. Sorry little girl but I'll be taking your boyfriend's body. As for you kid, Don't worry. I'm just hijacking your body. Calm down. It'll only hurt for about 45 seconds... then it'll be all over."
In a matter of seconds Izuku was trapped and your body was moving on its own, scratching and trying to pull the sludge away from Izuku's crying and screaming body.
"LET HIM GO! IZUKU! HANG ON!" you yelled desperately. But every time you moved the sludge Izuku was forced in deeper. Holding your hand out the sludge villain was forced to still as you manipulated the water in his body, heating it up in the process. Forcing your hands deep into the sludge, you grabbed onto Izuku as the sludge villain began to steam up quickly. You wanted to go faster but if you did you might hurt Izuku.
"What the hell are you doing little girl!?" the sludge villain growled as he began to shrink. Izuku's head was freed and it lolled to the side, it was clear he was unconscious. You smiled widely as he began to cough out some sludge, but you didn't lose your focus.
"I AM HERE!"
You've never been more happy to hear those words. With a strong gust of wind Izuku was free and All Might's large towering figure was in perfect view. But you didn't have time to cheer. Since the sludge villain was so much bigger than you, you had to use your telekinesis to catch Izuku. Once you did, you lowered him to the ground slowly and you wrapped your arms around him. Both his and your stuff was scattered on the ground but you didn't care. Right now you needed to make sure the sludge entered his system wasn't blocking his airways.
"Y/n? I didn't see you there!" You heard from behind you. Gently placing Izuku's head down on the ground, you got up and tackled Toshinori into a hug. Your face buried into his stomach as you squeeze him. "Ha! I'm glad to see you're alright too! Did he hurt you anywhere, my girl?"
Shaking your head again you took in your father's soothing scent. He smelt like citrus dryer sheets and sage, maybe it was just his shirt, but right now you didn't care. "I thought he was gonna kill Izuku.. I used my water to shrink it and it was working too. But I was worried I might’ve been too late."
"I think you did great. You were able to get his head free within a relatively short amount of time and that way he was able to breathe. If I didn't come I'm pretty sure you could’ve handled it on your own. Pretty good for a first time if you ask me. And I'm ALL MIGHT!" Toshinori boasted as he ruffled your old braids with his large hand. This caused your ribbon used to tie up your hair to fall out and your hair to fall as well. "Who's the kid by the way? A new friend? Wait, were the two of you on a date!?"
The gentleness that was once in your father's expression turned to concern as he glanced between you and your passed out friend. "No Papa. He's my friend. And now that I remember he's a huge fan. And I can not stress that enough." you explained as you let go of Toshinori to pick up both yours and Izuku's property. Grabbing his book, you gave it to your father as he carried the unconscious Izuku, flipping through the pages. "You should sign it. And his bookbag as well. He's had a long day and this will cheer him up. He’s a big fan of yours."
When Izuku had finally regained consciousness, his head was in your lap and your father sat across from the two of you as you told your father how your day went. Izuku was still in a daze, so he couldn't hear anything being said, but you made sure to exclude the bullying part from your story. The sludge Villain was also knocked out within the bottle it was contained in, so the two of you didn't have to worry about him listening.
"Well your cousins are coming back to Japan to stay with us, and your mother and Hizashi said they might’ve found your brother. So there's that to look forward to." he said. You knew you had an older brother your parents had to give up for adoption. They were teenagers when he was born but after the traumatic death of a friend, Shouta made the hard decision to give him up. Shouta felt like they were unable to raise a child that young, and didn't want to further endanger the baby. Especially since your father was in America at that time.
"I still don't understand how you guys said you were too young to have Hitoshi but like a year or two later adopted me. Grandpa Sora must’ve been out of his mind when he let y'all have me. Same with Grandma Chiyo."
"Chiyo didn't agree at first actually. When we first adopted you, she wouldn't let either of us touch you that much. And she wouldn't stop kissing you either. Shouta and I used to joke that she's the reason why you have a healing quirk." Toshinori said fondly as he thought back to his youth and both times he became a parent.
"Oh, about that.. It's not a healing quirk. It's a reversal quirk. From what Izuku and I have gathered it reverses the affected person or object back to its near physical state of prime. For living things it's kind of a kintsugi because markings/scars don't get removed. Sooo.. hypothetically speaking if I were to, I don't know, use it on you..” you said in a suggestive tone.
"Y/n.."
"Hear me out! If I were to use it on you the scar might stay but your insides would go back to normal. You'd be able to eat Grandma Chiyo's cooking again! Think about it!" You pleaded hopefully.
"I have. And the answer is still no. I know you want to help but you're a child and this is adult stuff. So remember that." He said firmly.
"You dying for no reason is adult stuff!? Dad please! I don't want to grow up without you! You and Kaa-Chan finally might get back together and for what!? For you to die and leave us the next year!? I never forgot what Uncle Mirai said! I never forgot!" You cried. Using your sleeves you wiped away any tears that escaped as fast as you could. All your worries were being let out. "I-I never forgot! F-five years! And it's been 4 so far! I never forgot!"
A sigh escaped Toshinori as he stood up to crouch in front of you as you cried. "I-.."
Your cries and hiccups only got louder, even when you placed your face into his shirt. "You're not invincible! You keep trying to teach me that it's ok to ask for help when needed! But the more I find out about what happened that day, the more I realize you're a hypocrite! If you asked Kaa-chan for help you wo-wouldn't be.. you wouldn't be dying! We'd still be a family! Maybe even a bigger family! And even if we find Hitoshi, without you we'd be back to square one and missing a family member!"
"I'm sorry Y/n. I didn't.. We didn't know you felt this way.." He mumbled, unable to form words as he processed everything you just said. The worst part about it all was that you were right, he was a hypocrite. He's main motto was to face your fears with a smile and yet here he was hiding behind his own smile without seeing how it affected the people around him. The people he loved and cared about the most, no less. "Let's make a deal.. If you stop crying and get into UA --with or without recommendation-- and work hard on your quirks, I'll let you heal me. And I have to be able to see just how strong you've become. What do you say?"
Sniffling a few times as hiccups continued to escape you, you pulled away from your father and wiped your eyes nodding.
"Deal."

Chapter Text
Izuku awoke from his daze with a jump, shooting straight up from your lap to look around. With him now fully awake, you slowly began to rise and pick up your things.
"A-A-ALL MIGHT!" Izuku screamed out in shock. A heavy blush in his face as he covered his mouth to stop any other unholy sounds to be released. Izuku sprung up snatching his note book off the ground, holding it out to All Might. "W-Will you sign my notebo-"
"I already made sure he did Izuku." You interrupted, holding out his yellow bag to take as well. From the way you held it he was able to see the signature on both straps as well. Tears of joy brimmed Izuku's eye and he then tackled you into a tight hug.
"Thank you Y/n-chan!" he cried, tears of joy coming from his eyes like a waterfall. A common occurrence for Izuku. With a smile you wrapped your arms around the green haired boy, a familiar feeling in your stomach along with your heart skipping a beat. But lucky for you, no one noticed. Not like Izuku ever would anyway.
During your time of knowing the kind quirkless boy, feelings were definitely caught. But you never mentioned or acted upon them. You knew it wouldn't matter anyway. He was too busy fan boying over your quirk rather than you. But that was ok. Or at least that's what you told yourself.
"Well seeing that you're all fine and well, I have to get this man to the police immediately. Stay out of trouble young ones!" Toshinori said as he coughed into his fist. A frown traveled across your face as you stepped forward knowingly.
"H-hey P- All Might. It's almost as if you don't have a limit that has been reached . Maybe I should-" you said softly, reaching your hands out in the process.
"I know right! All Might is amazing! I have so many questions!" Izuku gushed, bouncing around like a bunny.
"T-That's um.. Nice. You're really enthusiastic aren't you kid?" Toshinori said as he took a step back. A sigh escaped you as you clenched the bridge of your nose, a migraine rising due to the two males in front of you. But before you could even suggest healing him, Toshinori was in the sky and Izuku was there with him screaming.
"I don't get paid enough for this… wait I don't get paid at all."
---
Walking down the street you frowned at the way things turned out. In your possession was Izuku’s things, including his phone, leaving you no way to contact your friend. You had no idea where he was, if he was ok, or even if your father shifted down in front of him from maxing out his time limit. So walking down the streets aimlessly in the direction they hopped off to was your best bet for now. The sun was going to set within the next 1 or 2 hours and you needed to be home in a bath by then.
The overuse of your quirks often left you disoriented and at risk of quirk malfunctions. The last time that happened was years ago but every second of it was scary and painful. It was as if your quirks were all fighting for control of your body --control of you-- and tearing you apart from the inside out.
So obviously you didn't want to lose control of your quirks again. It's ironically funny though, how to control your quirks you had to use one of them. Your siren quirk was mainly just a meditation method, it's like singing in the shower after a long day of work or school. Simple but refreshing. You didn't need to have any swim gear on you either since you can basically become a mermaid by choice. Your only concern was if your family kept watch of the area in the event of you being in a public body of water. You were a siren after all, the last thing you needed was to hurt someone during your dazed and vulnerable moment. But other than that it didn't matter much to you.
If you die, you die. It is what it is.
Classical music softly played through your ear buds as you walked through the crowded streets, staying calm was your main focus right now. Taking deep breaths you tried not to think about the large crowd around or anything else for that matter. Worrying about your father and Izuku would only make things worse. Bach's 'Sheep may safely graze' played into your ears, a calming yet uplifting song that helped you untense and relax your body. Just what you needed. More and more people began to surround you as rush hour hit its peak but you kept your face hidden behind your braids ignoring the stares you've grown accustomed to.
Where the hell are they? Why has your life come to this?
When a hand was placed on your shoulder you snapped out of your internal pity party to turn around with hesitation. Your blood ran cold as flashbacks from your kidnapping began to replay in your mind and with hesitation you met the gaze of the person who touched you. Sad green eyes met deadpan e/c eyes and you immediately calmed down. But his depressed demeanor caused you to worry.
'What the hell did Papa say to him?'
"Is everything alright Izuku?" You asked. "Did something happen that I should know about?"
What Toshinori told Izuku flashed into his head, about him firmly saying not to tell you or anyone else. It hurt that Izuku had to keep a secret from you, but it's not like you're innocent either. You keep secrets from him and even admitted it just half an hour ago. But he didn't believe you when you said it was to protect him. Izuku just thought it was an excuse, your way of saying that because he was quirkless he needed to be protected instead of trying to be protective. Izuku knew it was a huge stretch, but he had nothing else to go on. A fake reassuring smile traveled across his face, and he took his stuff from you. "It's nothing Y/n-Chan, please don't worry! I was just thinking."
Izuku began walking ahead of you before you could respond. You couldn't help but feel sad for the young boy because as walked he stared at the ground with each step. To keep up you broke out into a light jog and then stood next to him at a loss for words. You didn't know what happened so you didn't know how to soothe him. An idea popped into your head and bite your lips nervously. Touching people voluntarily was something you don't do often, never mind letting someone else touch you. Sure, you grabbed his hand during the Katsuki stuff, but that was to get away from danger.
Taking multiple deep breaths you braced yourself, if you couldn't cheer him up with words then maybe holding his hand will do the job.
With hesitation you reached out to grab his hand. But Izuku came to a stop in front of you glancing into a crowd of people with sad eyes. There were many heroes, most that he knew and they were trying to fight a sludge Villain, the same from before. Upon further inspection there was fire everywhere and explosions going off. The villain was way larger than before and it had someone in its grasp, the person was yelling and thrashing inside the Villain, their quirk most likely causing all of the damage. You stood next to Izuku watching it all unfold, but then he was gone, running through the crowd and pushing past people and heroes.
"I-IZUKU!"

Chapter Text
Your legs were moving on your own to catch up to Izuku, he was pretty fast when he needed to be. Weaving past people much like he did, you tried to catch up but when you got to the roadblock a hero grabbed you just before you could cross.
"HEY KID DON'T YOU SEE HOW DANGEROUS IT IS! GET BACK HERE!" he yelled to Izuku. Helplessly you watched as Izuku clawed at the same sludge villain that attacked the two of you before. More explosions went off and a growl escaped you. If these 'heroes' won't do their job then you and Izuku will. Shuffling in the hero's arms you dropped your things and handed them your headphones and phone. They looked at the items confused, since you were still in their grasp via the back of your uniform, and then you teleported. You appeared next to Izuku causing him and many others to look at you in shock.
"Y-Y/n-Chan! You shouldn't.. My legs.." he tried to make out, but you knew what he was trying to say. Giving the young boy a smile, you took a deep breath and did what you should of been able to do the first time. Digging your fingers into the villain you manipulated the water within his body, heating him up until he began to let out a loud blood curdling scream. As space formed between Katsuki and the sludge you formed a protective force field around him.
The use of two of your quirks at the same time wasn't unheard of but was known to be hard. It left your stomach feeling knotted and made you feel like vomiting, and teleporting earlier didn't help one bit either.
The force field you made for the young bully was a milky white and transparent, Katsuki was basically trapped in a bubble, and as your head began to spin you slowly made it rise out of the villain. When Katsuki was completely free of the sludge, you let the field pop near the other heroes. Your fingertips were a blazing red from the heat of the sludge and slowly your fingers slid out of him and you leaned into the dumbfounded boy next to you.
"Y-Y/n-chan!? A-are you alright!?" He shouted as your weight against him began to increase. With his attention on you, the sludge villain began to grow back, hissing in pain as he fixed the damage given by you. If you had taken off your gloves your head wouldn't feel like something was drilling into it. But that was too risky, you can barely control yourself with them on and if you took them off people could get hurt. You allowed Izuku to help support you as you shake your head a few times in an attempt to decrease and be rid of the multiple projections you were witnessing. It worked somewhat but not nearly enough as you hoped it would.
With both of you distracted and Katsuki being tended to by heroes you didn't see the villain as he got ready to pounce on you while you were weak. "I should have killed you when I had the chance little girl!"
"I AM HERE!"
----
"What were you two thinking! You shouldn't have ran into trouble like that! Heroes exist for a reason and you could of gotten yourself along with others killed! Even if your quirk is great you shouldn't have done that!" Letting out a groan and visibly rolling your eyes you picked your stuff off the ground, ignoring the heroes scolding you and Izuku for your reckless behavior as they praised Katsuki for his quirk. Both boys sat on the ground as you dusted off and put your headphones around your neck. "HEY KID WE'RE TALKING TO YOU!"
"Yeah. And I'm ignoring you, fuck off. I've had a shitty day and I don't need to listen to some shitty heroes to make it worse. Izuku would you like to walk home together?" you said in a monotone yet annoyed voice cause both boys, the heroes, and bystanders around you to gasp and watch in shock, some news cameras turning away from All Might to zoom in and catch the commotion you were causing between you and the heroes.
"WHO DO YOU THINK YOU ARE LITTLE GIRL!? WHERE ARE YOUR PARENTS!?" one hero yelled, face flushed in anger and embarrassment.
"I think- no I know- I'm Yagi Y/n, the girl that did what you didn't. You're supposed to heroes. We're supposed to trust you with our lives, And yet all of you, ALL OF YOU, watched as boy was basically suffocated and fought for his life because of a Villain! You call yourselves heroes and yet you all stood there with your heads up your asses as if you couldn't help. You're adults, We’re children, you're certified heroes and we’re in middle school and yet Izuku did what you couldn't. He didn't wait. He acted. He's more of a hero in my eyes then you'll ever be. Because at least he cared, he tried, and he inspired me to help. So it looks like they just gives the hero title to anyone with a nifty little costume and a flashy quirk, cause all I see here are fake heroes getting fat off the money that comes from the taxes of hard workers. So excuse me if I'm annoyed and don't care about what you have to say. Izuku and I actually took initiative to help, despite being children, what did you do that you could be proud?" you said in an icy voice as you threw your bag over your shoulder. Cameras zoomed in on your face as you sucked your teeth and rolled your eyes again. During your whole rant you didn't notice the look of awe and shock that both boys gave you. "But since I'm the irresponsible one here, ALL MIGHT-sama!"
Turning his in a matter of seconds, Toshinori coughed into his hand and made his way over to you concern laced in expression. You weren't looking at anyone else but most shared the same thought and expression. "Is everything alright over here?"
"No. They want to speak to an adult about my reckless behavior. Do you think you can handle that? My Kaa-chan is expecting me home soon." came your smooth voice. Placing your hand on his arm you allowed your reversal quirk to work its magic, giving him a solid 10 to 15 extra minutes in his muscled form. A sigh escaped the man as he pinched the bridge of his nose. Leave it to you to pick a fight with certified heroes and then leave him to clean up the mess. "Do you still wanna walk home together Izuku?" you asked, your voice immediately softening and your body in a more relaxed and bashful stance that didn't go unnoticed by those watching. However it did go unnoticed by Izuku as he stood up hesitantly with a nod.
The two of you walked away from the wreckage as the sun began to set, a new chapter in both of your living opening up. For better or worse.
Elsewhere
A soft whistle and chuckle came from the man within the empty warehouse as he watched from his phone a live news broadcast of a young girl. Under him was a large puddle of blood and just 2 yards away was a weak and crawling Yano: the air hero, fighting for his life. But his efforts were futile because all it took was the man to take 7 steps before his bloody combat boots pressed into the back of the wounded hero, causing him to scream out loudly in pain.
"Well isn't that just precious!? This girl is something else. Isn't she Yano?"
He didn't get the chance to answer.
---
Silence was in the air as the two of you walked together. You secretly hopped your speech didn't upset Izuku though, he idolized all heroes and just insulted a good 6 on live television. Your dry throat was proof of such. You haven't talked this much in a long time and the tight dry feeling in your throat that cause immense discomfort reminded you why.
“Y/n.. Why did you mention me? I didn’t do anything I ju-”
“My throat is starting to hurt my like crazy but I’ll talk anyway. Izuku, you’re quirkless. We both know this, but that doesn't make you worthless or a burden, like you think you are. To you your quirklessness is known to you like the sky is blue. But to me?” you cut yourself off to stand in front of the moping boy. As you stood in front of him the light of the setting sun hit your brown skin majestically, and reflected off the stray hairs within your loose braids a smile wide on your face. “To me the sky's so many different colors, and on many different days as well. You inspired me to help, so yeah maybe I saved your ‘Kacchan’, but you sparked that Izuku. That was all you . And I love that about you. You do your best, and because of that you should never ever sell yourself for a penny less, because you're amazing Izu. So when you get called Deku by him and his lackeys, hear me say do your best instead. Because that's what you always do, no matter the obstacle.”
The soft smile that graced your face never left, even as Izuku had big fat tears rolling down his face. You kept your smile despite the painful tingle in your body, a telltale sign for over using your quirks. However, that was the least of your worries, nothing matters to you more than Izuku knowing just how amazing you thought he was. That was until you heard your phone ring, your mother’s ringtone specifically that was almost as loud as the boy you knew and loved cries.
“I’m sorry, that's my mother, I have to go. But don't forget what I said Izuku. I believe in you. So do yourself a favor.” this was the moment of truth. Placing your hand on Izuku’s shoulder you took a step forward as his glassy green eyes met yours causing him to sniffle. Your soft lips met his plump tear stained cheek in a gentle and warm Siren’s kiss, granting immunity to your Siren quirk if ever used around him, and in the process of doing so you were showing your affection. In less than a second, his eyes were wide and face flushed immediately.
“Y-Y/N!?”
“Believe in yourself too. I’m counting on you. I'm supposed to be your personal nurse after all.” and just like that you left with a wink, leaving Izuku flushed with wide eyes and stone still.
The only reason he moved was due to Toshinori appearing in front of him minutes later, meters away from where you once stood. Just like any other day in Izuku’s life there were hardships. But today? Today was the best day of his life.

"What the hell was that!?"
The constricting feeling of Shouta's capture weapon got tighter with every other word, leaving you short of breath and on the brink of passing out with no way of escape. The omega man that was your mother glared at you in annoyance as his hair floated and eyes stared into your soul, red.
"Ka-Kaa-chan!"
"Don't Kaa-chan me Y/n! What you did was dangerous and illegal!" came his harsh and quick growl. The scent of an angry and distressed omega filling the foyer of your childhood home leaving you paralyzed with fear despite not presenting yet. "And why would you disrespect those heroes like that!?"
"Kaa-chan Please! I'm sorry!"
"You better be! Because even though you're right you're writing each of those heroes an apology letter! Hand delivering them! And you're coming straight home for the next 2 weeks! NO hanging out, I want you here by 4 the latest!"
"Yes Sir!"
Chapter 10: Chapter 9
Chapter Text
"I always thought you were crazy but seeing you all over the news really proved that."
Swallowing the food in your mouth you placed your metal chopsticks down and looked at the boy that sat next to you on the roof. "Not you too."
"What do you mean me too? You literally yelled at certified heroes and called them fakes. And then made All Might cover for you. I don't know if that counts as brave or stupid." Hitoshi said, mouth full of food as he scarfed down another one of the bentos you made for him. There were a few grains of rice around his mouth that made him look more childish than he actually was, and it made you think that maybe you should of made more for him. "Thanks for the food Ya-chan"
"Y/n" you sighed as you went back to eating. The young boy next to you let out a soft burp behind his hand and stretched as he stood up.
"Right, sorry. Y/n. But yeah, that was great. Much better than the orphanage's food."
"If you want, you can have the rest of mine. That way you could save the last two bentos for dinner and/or breakfast. I'm sorry I couldn't make more. My mom made me write a bunch of letters and deliver them last night." you held out your half eaten bento for Hitoshi to grab. He looked at in a way that said 'are you sure?' And you pushed, more like thrusted it a little more, to let him know you were. "I can't let you starve now can I? You're like a brother to me."
"Like a brother? That's new, so what? I'm your Onii-san now?" he teased, nudging you with his elbow as he ate from your bento. You didn't make anything special, just seasoned chicken strips over egg fried rice with a few pieces of sushi and tamagoyaki with bacon and vegetable bits. Common things in your school lunches but making enough for 8 bentos was where the trouble laid. 5 of them were for you and Hitoshi while three of them were for your parents. For obvious reasons the two you made for your father were different due to his dietary restrictions, but simple to make no less.
“Hito-nii does have a nice ring to it.” you teased back half heartedly. A chuckle left the boy and silence soon surrounded the two of you leaving you to think. “I actually have -well had- a brother named Hitoshi you know?”
“What happened to him?” he asked with hesitation, not knowing where the new topic would lead. You weren't one who talked about family often, it was a touchy subject for both of you after all.
“I.. I dont know. Kaa-chan said him and Baba had Hitoshi while they were still in high school. I think he was 16 or 17 when he gave birth to Hitoshi. And my grandparents kicked him out for getting pregnant as a teen so it was hard for him. Especially since Baba was away at the time." You explained thoughtfully. Hitoshi lowered the bento slightly to look at you with an indescribable feeling.
"Your mom is an omega man right?" he asked thoughtfully as picked up his water bottle. "Omega men are rare but also not uncommon. And for them to kick out their pregnant son is unacceptable. It must of been hard for him."
"Probably. My adoptive grandfather tells me how much he didn't want to give Hitoshi up but he couldn't raise him while juggling hero work, school work, and being a practically single homeless teen. When my father found out he was really sad but mad at himself as well." you explained as you brought your legs closer to your body with your eyes closed as you thought about it all more. "It must have been really hard for Kaa-chan.. It must be hard for Hitoshi too. I hope he doesn't think our mother hates him or something.."
Hitoshi drank his water slowly, lost in thought as stared at the sky. He always thought his biological parents hated him and that's why they gave him up. But hearing your perspective about your brother really made him think. People give up their children for many different reasons and most of them its in hopes of them having a better life. Maybe he was one of those cases as well. He hoped he was one of those cases.
"Sorry. I didn't mean to make the mood all sad ." you signed bashfully with one hand after Hitoshi looked at you. Hitoshi shook his head and finished the last of your bento.
"No its ok. It wasn't sad, not to me at least. It would be cool if we were related though." he said with a chuckle as he playfully nudged you causing you to chuckle and shake your head.
"If we are then our family is absolutely crazy."
"What's wrong with crazy? I'd expect you to love crazy the most to be honest."
You shook your head as you took the dirty bentos from Hitoshi, who briefly protested about how he should clean them. But one look was enough to kill the argument that would start between the two of you. Hitoshi held the other two bentos that were tied in a cloth as you walked down the stairs to leave the roof. "Crazy is the last thing I want at this point. To be normal for once would be nice. But if you knew who my family was you'd understand why normal is unattainable."
"That bad, huh?" Hitoshi said sympathetically. One of his hands were in his pocket as be walked next you. You nodded you head and groaned recalling all of things you've been through with your 15 years of life. Being kidnapped 4 years ago was definitely the worst, especially after finding out you were just a bait to bring out your father. It was your fault he was dying. If you never would have stayed after school you wouldn't of been kidnapped. You wouldn't have gotten hurt. You wouldn't of had to find out who your biological father was either. You wouldn't hate yourself either. "Well for what its worth. I think your cool. Not just cause you feed me though. You're a good friend. I hope we get into UA together."
Walking back into the class and closing the door behind you you nodded and went to your seat. Hitoshi sat in front of you and gave a half smile, his straight teeth peeking through as you relaxed.
" Me too Hito-nii "
"You're really gonna start calling me that!?" Hitoshi laughed out.
" I did say it had a nice ring to it ."

I FINISHED MY FINALS SO Y'ALL GET THIS CHAPTER A MONTH EARLY
Chapter Text
Monday classes were finally done and you were in a rush to leave. Your mom said you couldn't hang out but it was barely 3 and you had an hour to get home. So what he didn't know wouldn't kill him, especially since his heat was approaching and he had the next 2 weeks off because of it. With that hour you could hang out for a while and then teleport home. Maybe if time permits you could hang out with both Izuku and Hitoshi, you wanted them to meet after all.
“Ya-chan!”
You held in a groan at the familiar voice and looked up to meet the eyes of the boy that has been nothing but a nuisance for the past 2 months. His orange eyes held a fond adoration for you and his maroon hair fell onto his shoulder in a low ponytail. You resistated the urge to sunck your teeth or roll your eyes at his unwanted presence as more and more of your classmate surrounded your desk. So much for being able to leave and hang out. “Haranjiro-san. What is it that you want?”
“Go out-” before he could finish what he was saying he was pushed to the side by a female classmate that smiled widely at you.
“Yagi-chan! You're so cool! I saw what you did on the news! That was so heroic of you to help that boy and then you even yelled at those shitty heroes for not doing their job! You're amazing!” she gushed, her short wavy hair bouncing with every movement as her body did weird moments you couldn't explain with one word. Her arms were pressed together over her chest and her hands were clasped together as her body fidgeted with each word. It could've been cute if it wasn't for the fact that you witnessed her bullying someone the other day. No matter how physically attractive a person may be if they were ugly on the inside they were ugly on the outside as well. The peers around her nodded in agreement as you looked around. It seems like Hitoshi already left without you.
You were going to tell them it was nothing but then you remembered they didn't know sign language so you would just be wasting your time. So you did the next best thing. You stood up and gave them a bow of appreciation and then grabbed your things, leaving quickly before they could react.
“Great job Jinso! You scared her away with your point nose! I was gonna ask her out!” Rayomi hissed as he pushed the girl back, who happened to be his cousin. Said girl growled and pushed her cousin back.
“If anything you should be thanking me you asshat! I save you and everyone watching the embarrassment of seeing you get brutally rejected by Ya-chan! AGAIN! She doesn't want an ugly alpha like you! GET IT THROUGH YOUR HEAD, STUPID!” Jinso hissed back causing everyone around the two to take a step back, all ready for their fighting to get ugly quickly. The two of them fightly was fairly normal, especially since they had the same quirk and were both Alphas.
“Take that back you asshole!”
“Make me!”
----
You ran to catch up to Hitoshi, but he wasn't that far away when you noticed the messy mop of purple hair. Once at his side he threw his bag over his shoulder and smirked at the sky. “I'm surprised you noticed I left, especially with that little fanclub you're starting to grow.”
“I’d hardly call that a fanclub.” You said with a roll of your eyes as you bumped the boy with your hip. Hitoshi laughed as he stumbled to the side slightly only to push you away by your shoulder. His smile only grew wider as the two of you conversed aimlessly on your walk to the train. As you talked you mainly used sign language but you did switch to verbal responses now and again. Hitoshi was a good person to talk to since he always had something to say, and listened closely to those around him. The conversation continues once you swiped onto the train station and as you waited for the train you stood in front of each other.
“Tell me more about your family. Yag- I mean Y/n.” Hitoshi said suddenly after a moment of silence. “What are your parents like? Do they have any siblings? Do you have any other siblings aside from Hitoshi?”
‘Well my mother is an omega man, and my father is an alpha man. I have technically have 3 sets of grandparents but I’ve only met 1 which is my Father’s, and they’re the ones that help my mother raise me and Hitoshi. Both of them are only childs but I do have aunts and uncles. Obviously they're not by blood but because they’re my parents long term friends. I have a cousin on my father's side, her name is Melissa and she scares me. But I'm adopted as well, so from biological mother’s family I have an uncle who has twins, my cousins. They’re both alphas but they’re hard of scenting, so they can only smell certain things and they don't really have ruts. To be honest if it wasn't for how protective they tend to be and the fact that the do have occasional ruts, I’d definitely call them betas. Oh, and they also don't know what personal space is.’ you explained as the air picked up, signaling the arrival of the train. Hitoshi nodded as the two of you boarded the near empty final train cart, but you didn't miss the shock that registered in Hitoshi’s face.
“You have a pretty big family.” Hitoshi said, in deep thought, as he took a seat next to you. His eyes were looking down at his feet as he continued to space out and you couldn't help but wonder what he was thinking.
“You know..” you started, gaining his attention as you drawled on, waiting for you continue and finish your sentence. Swallowing the saliva in your mouth you thought for a second on what you should say. Even though Hitoshi didn't say it you knew he was upset when it came to the talk about family, and making him sad was the last thing you wanted to do. Your mind wandered back to your conversation during lunch and you couldn't help but smile as you turned your head to look at him. “You know, maybe crazy isn't as bad as I thought. Now that I think about it, I’d like crazy. Wouldn't you? “
His face contorted into one of confusion as he racked his memory for what you could mean. And when he found it his eyes widened and blush spread across his face as a cheeky smile spread across yours. You giggled as he turned away and when he gave you the finger your giggles turned to laughter. “Die in a ditch.”
Your laughter grew stronger at Hitoshi’s expense.

Chapter Text
When Hitoshi’s stop came you waved goodbye to him, and despite his slightly flustered state he waved back and got off. You were now alone in an empty train cart aside from one other person. It was a man dressed in all black with a red scarf around his neck, covering the lower half of his face as well. The person looked like they were in a deep sleep, their arms were crossed and legs were spread out wide for comfort. You didn't spare them another glance, however. Two stops quickly pasted and next was yours, you didn't get to hang out nearly as much as you wished but that didn't make your time spent with Hitoshi any less valuable. Standing up, you held onto the pole near the entrance the train cart shook back and forth as it closer to your stop.
Ring
Ring
Ring
The familiar sound of your mothers ringtone caused you to briefly let go of the pole to grab your phone, and you could see that it was 3:46 (15:46). Pressing answer you held the phone to your ear as you waited for him to respond. “Hello?”
“Y/n where are you?” came his tired voice as the train came to a stop.
“I just got off the train. Whats wrong Kaa-chan? Am I supposed to be going to Dad’s house instead?” you answered as you stepped away from the tracks. You stood by the staircase to leave but you didn't head up yet, incase you were supposed to being to his house.
“No. Make sure to pick up some milk and cat food on your way home. We ran out.”
“The milk isn't for the cats right? Cats are lactose intolerant Kaa-chan. Milk will make them extremely sick.”
“No the milk isn't for the cats, I’m the one that taught you that anyway.”
“Oh, I forgot. Ok. Milk and cat food. Anything else?” you asked as you started going up the stairs. You can hear Shouta’s humming, mostly thinking if anything else was needed as he looked in the fridge.
“You can get ice cream if you want."
"Are you serious? You can't take that back kaa- chan."
"Don't make me change my mind. Get two. One for me and the other for you, you know which one I like."
"Ok bye!" You rushed out quickly, hanging up before he could change his mind as you jogged up the stairs with gusto. The subway stairs were dirty from constant use and you didn't have to touch the railing to know it was cold either. Fall was starting to truly show as the temperature slowly began to drop, not enough for more layers but enough for the occasional sweater or longer use of school uniform jackets/blazers. With ice cream on your mind you continued to jog all the way to the convenient store that you frequented lately after school. Once you were there when you opened the door a familiar ding sounded through the store. Waving at the cashier you went straight for the cat food, the dry food at home still wasn't done so you most likely needed to buy wet food. There were a lot of choices to choose from but you knew Mushi and Tanji preferred chicken, beef and/or salmon that had gravy with it and was in shreds. Looking at your selection choices you decided on 2 of everything. 2 Chicken, 2 beef, and 2 salmon.
Next was the ice cream.
There were many different flavors and brands based on dietary restrictions some people may have, knowing full well that the ice cream won't last long, you decided on the lactose free ice cream, so you can eat as much as you want without having diarrhea after. And finally you grabbed the milk. Once you grabbed the things that you knew you needed, you walked over to the cashier and paid with your mother's credit card.
Once everything was paid for you stuffed it all in your book bag and jogged out the door of the store. With your excitement over the ice cream you didn't realize the man following you a few feet away. But when you reached the familiar alley way you used as a shortcut, you did realize the presence. Turning around you could see a man on the other end of the alley red scarf drifting in the wind as he stood there.
"Can I help you sir?" You asked with confusion, hands out of your pocket in case you needed to defend yourself. Giving him the once over, you noticed he was the same young man from the train ride. "Wait a damn minute.. Have you been following me this whole time? Are you a pervert?"
"You're definitely her… the girl from the news." he said barely above a whisper. A groan escaped you, why did you always attract unwanted attention?
"No.. I think you have the wrong person.. I'm just gonna.. go now.." You said as you took a few steps back, ready to break out into a sprint and then teleport home once you turn the corner. "Have a night-"
"You were right."
"Excuse me?"
"They were fakes. They watched a child almost die and did nothing. And it's a good thing more people are beginning to notice it. You were brave, despite being underage, and saved the person they couldn't and even called them out on it. So I have an offer for you."
"Onii-san, are you high?"
"Be my apprentice, and I'll teach you how to remove every piece of garbage within the hero society. I'll teach you how to become a real hero." once he was done with his speech he lowered his scarf so you could see his face fully. Your eyes began to widen in shock at the slightly familiar face in front of you.
"Become my apprentice, and I'll teach you how to fight for others. I'll teach you how to become the rebirth, the renaissance, we need in Society." his voice held confidence, and you'd die before you'd verbally admit that you were intrigued. So instead you dropped the look of shock and stood up straight. Your eyes met his and you held the same level of confidence he did as you thought of your answer.
"For a person who talks a lot about heroes, you should know that being high in public is crime punishable by fine."

Chapter Text
The man in front of you stood tall with a slight intimidating aura, but you didn't let it phase you. You kept a good distance, ready to defend yourself if necessary, but he didn't seem to have any bad intentions.
"My name is Chizome Akaguro, but I also go by The Hero Killer: Stain. You've probably heard a little about my work. But I don't want that to dissuade you." Chizome explained carefully as he stayed where he was, hoping not to scare you away.
"Yeah I heard of you.. You killed that hero.. What's his name? Jabber?" you shrugged as you recalled the knife wielding hero. He didn't have the best reputation with women, especially young teen ones. But men tended to defend and support him with their last breath. Needless to say when he found dead in a dirty alleyway covered in printed out slips of paper of horrendous things he's done and said, the ones defending him were suddenly quiet. "I have to admit. Now dont really condone murder because you know, mUrDer iS bAd, but in that case I supported it."
Chizome stared at you with calculating eyes, trying to find out if he was doing was right. If him trying to convert you for the sake of his cause was ok. So instead of saying anything he let you speak your mind so he could truly gain an understanding of what your mind set was.
"He was a horrible person, abused his power as a hero until his last days. He hurt teens and adults. Betas, Alphas and especially omegas. All forced and threatened into silence by his entourage, fans, and underlings. Heroes and people in general that abuse their power don't deserve to live, don't deserve to have that peace off of the backs of the suffering's silence." You said lowly. You remembered when his scandals reached the news, you were about 13 when it happened but even then you knew how serious it was. Shouta normally wasn't a very opinionated person, just very blunt and straightforward, but when he was pronounced dead you didn't miss the slight relief in his face. And you could see the same relief in your father as well, even if it wasn't directly. "I don't really like the idea of you choosing to be the judge, jury and executioner, but I guess in this day and age of corruption someone has to be willing to get their hands dirty? I don't know if that makes sense.. But my perspective of it all is that the ones that fight the hardest and scream the loudest are the ones that were forced into silence and ignored the most at one point."
Chizome swallowed, and remembered back to his peaceful protesting days. How many times he got arrested, hurt, and shamed for speaking out against the same thing. And now that he's become a villain, a cold blooded villain, all eyes and ears are on him. For someone so young, Chizome was shocked that you understood so much about the cruel world. "How old are you kid? What's your name?"
"I'm 14, and my name is Y/n Yagi."
"Well Y/n Yagi. I want you to be my apprentice, my successor in the ways of creating a new generation of heroes. I want you to become a hero like All Might, a hero with no selfish motive and wanting only the best for those around."
-----
You gently pushed the rice on your plate around as you sat at the dinner table with Shouta and Hizashi. Both males were too absorbed in their own conversation to realize just how deep in thought you were. While deep in their discussion about the next steps of finding Hitoshi, you finally started eating your rice. The dinner was a simple curry dish, something you normally enjoyed, but you couldn't help but think about Chizome and what he was offering.
"What do you think Y/n?"
Blinking twice you lifted your head up to look at your uncle and mother, both waiting for your answer. "Sorry I wasn't paying attention."
"Where do you think Hitoshi could be? That's if he's still within this district." Hizashi said as he played with his moustache haphazardly.
"There's a Hitoshi in my school. We started joking around about being siblings.. He reminds me of Kaa-chan." You said with a shrug. Taking another bit full of your food. "His last name is the same as the orphanage he's in. He has purple hair and straight teeth that look just like your smile when he does. I don't know if he's THE Hitoshi. But I thought that was interesting."
Both males exchanged a look, before giving Hitoshi up he did have purple hair, it was almost like a mixture of Shouta's dark hair and Toshinori's blonde hair. But that's the only info they could really go on, since Hitoshi was given up before he had a full mouth of teeth. Shouta was the first to break the silence after unpacking all the information given to him. "What orphanage is this?"
"The Shinso-daki orphanage. But they removed the Daki because they didn't want him to be immediately called out for having the same last name as the orphanage." You didn't know why your words seem to strike a cord with your family, but they were up and out almost immediately, leaving you to your own devices after finishing your meal. When you were finally done with your meal, you decided to go to your bed. You laid in bed scrolling through your phone haphazardly without any real intent but the more you scrolled the more you begin to think back to what happened just hours ago. You didn't really condone fighting violence with violence but at the same time what she was pitching with something that you can get behind. Especially after the events that happened just yesterday it left you in a weird position. You couldn't help but to think that sunforce the law you have to break it which was kind of counterintuitive once you think about it but nonetheless your fingers hovered over the send button. It felt like forever you didn't even realize you started typing until you did and now you are hesitating or whether to send the message or not. 2 minutes began to feel like an hour and you still haven't sent it. Closing your eyes you press the button and just like that everything was set in stone. There was officially No Going Back and you hoped you wouldn't regret it.

Chapter Text
Darkness surrounded the man as he sat attached to tubes to keep him alive. The sounds of the machines running was the only thing he could hear at the moment, leaving him alone with his thoughts. It's been almost 15 years since the warehouse accident that got his daughter put into the arms of the man he hated the most. But in return he took the grandchild of an old foe as his own.
The exchange wasn't exactly fair, but it was good enough for Amumayoi Minato for now. In due time he would have both his daughter and his student under the same roof again. Whether she liked it or not.
Minato let out a sigh, if only he knew his more powerful quirk would get stolen by allowing you to be brought into this world. He probably would've taken better care of his dear wife, everything would've been perfect. You were his masterpiece. His best creation, and because of some stupid pride he let you escape. A growl escaped Minato as the alpha punched down on the arm rest. He had you, 4 years ago he had you in his grasp but then he got too cocky. He should've known Toshinori would come after you. Now look where his insolence brought him, on machines to live and living in hiding until he's fully recovered. Down a child, and still down 4 quirks. He didn't care for half of them, but the one he wanted most was Esper. The esper quirk he lost was all powerful; apportation, telekinesis, restoration, and so many other powers all in one. All for one. All for him. And now it was in his traumatized runt of a daughter that couldn't even control it. Minato knew she hadn't unlocked the full power of her quirks, the gloves she wore was proof of that, but he wont give her the chance. He'd get her back -get his powers back- each esper power, each elemental power, the cloning ability that helped him so much, even the useless siren quirk. He'd get them all back, whether his brat liked it or not.
"Sir we have news regarding the girl."
"Come in" Minato huffed as he sat back in the chair comfortably. In came Khan Zeref, and half Chinese half Japanese scientists that worked under him. "What is the news regarding Y/n?"
"She was spotted in central Musutafu, saving a boy from a sludge creature. She seemed to have used her esper quirk along with another to get him out. And after freeing him she had some interesting choice of words." Zeref explained as he set up tv in the office like room play the news footage.
"I think- no I know- I'm Yagi Y/n, the girl that did what you didn't. You're supposed to be heroes. We're supposed to trust you with our lives, And yet all of you, ALL OF YOU, watched as a boy was basically suffocated and fought for his life because of a Villian! So it looks like they just give the hero title to anyone with a nifty little costume and a flashy quirk, cause all I see here are fake heroes getting fat off the money that comes from the taxes of hard workers. So excuse me if I'm annoyed and don't care about what you have to say. Izuku and I actually took initiative to help, despite being children, what did you do that you could be proud of?" The camera zoomed in your face, catching your anger and discontent as you glared up at the talled heroes. You were a lot shorter than them but in this case you were bigger. Bigger than them as a person since you stepped up when no one else would. Hearing your words with such fire and emotion, and without a single stutter put a smile on the older man's mangled face.
"Huh, she sounds just like her mother. Is starting to look like her too. But that anger? That power she has? That's all from me. And I will get it back." Minato said with a low growl. "What information were you able to gather? She's in her school uniform so were you able to track her down?"
"Yes sir. She goes to Shin Jidai Private Academy for the Gifted. In accordance to what her school recorders states she's only an Esper and she has not presented as a second gender yet. She has 2 mailing addresses, but both are P.o. boxes, and her parents are divorced but not unmated." Zeref said as he read off of the file, expecting his boss to ask questions about his daughter.
"Is she a part of any clubs?"
"No sir."
"Well than that makes this much easier."
"If you don't mind me asking, makes what easier?"
"I want her back, Zeref. And if she doesn't have any after school commitments then she doesn't have any reason to linger on school grounds. I want her here before the end of 3rd term. I need my quirks back now ." Minato said coolly as he stared at the tv screen, your glare causing him to chuckle. "Oh my dear Kura, if only you were here to see what we created. And what a monster she'll be. Would you be horrified? Would you be proud? It doesn't matter. As long as she doesn't unlock your quirk, all will be fine and go as planned. Isn't that right Tomura?"
The young man nodded his head, his existence finally being acknowledged by his Sensei. He remembered Kura, she was as kind as she was fierce, and he admired that about her. But that was years ago, back when he was he was first welcomed in. He was about 6 or 5 when Kura died in the warehouse giving birth, and about 15 when you were kidnapped the first time. Sometime he thought about what it would've been like to have a sister again, but there was no time for him to reminiscence about what could've been. "Right Sensei."
The figure in the wall continued to stay in a state of petrification.

Izuku's pov and questioning emotions
Warning: Unedited
Chapter Text
Izuku sat in his seat, still dazed about the week before. It was unbelievable to him, a kiss from Y/n, meeting All might, and then All might declaring to make him a hero. It really left him unable to sleep the few nights after, it was indescribable how happy he was. The only bad news he got was finding out Y/n was grounded because of it. He didn't get to see Y/n nearly as much as he wanted to, with her being grounded, but he was glad nonetheless to have her in his life. He loved her after all.
Wait that didn't sound right. Loved her?
Izuku was lost in thought, biting his thumbnail as he ran that thought through his head over and over again, ignorant to the stares he got from Katsuki. It was confusing for both boys, one not knowing if he liked a girl, or just appreciated her friendship. The other confused as to why the person he deemed useless was able to save him with the help of a weird multiple quirk using girl when no one else would. Katsuki would die before admitting that he was scared, that he genuinely thought he was going to die while some heroes stood idly by and watched. He would never admit that he was thankful for the two of them helping him. His pride wouldn't let him. So instead he would keep his distance, hoping that this way they'd be able to see his gratitude. Both boys were unaware of the growing emotions they had for the same girl.
---
By the time lunch came Izuku sat at his desk quietly eating away at his desk as he browsed through social media on his phone. The more he flipped through pages and other hero fan accounts the more he began to think about you and All Might. He wanted to tell you about the luck he had so bad, but it wasn't his secret to tell. He promised his idol he wouldn't tell anyone, and that included you. For a moment he stopped flipping through his timeline, and placed down his chopsticks. Is this what it’s like to be a hero? Keeping secrets from the ones you love for their protection? Granted, he still didn't know if he loved you yet. But at the same time he couldn't see life the same way without you. He wanted you to be at his side no matter what, but if you being with him caused danger would it really be worth it? If he’s really to gain All Might’s quirk and become the symbol of peace you and his mother would be huge targets and he didn't know if he could bear the thought of either of you getting hurt or dying because of him. Now he was beginning to have second thoughts. Too bad he was meeting with the older man after school to start his training.
“That was all you. And I love that about you. You do your best, so don't ever sell yourself for a penny less, because you're amazing Izu. So when you get called Deku by him and his lackeys, hear me say do your best instead. Because that's what you always do, no matter the obstacle.”
Your words flashed into his head and he couldn't stop the bright blush from covering his face. The kiss you gave him was something he could still feel on his face as well as he thought about you. The me thought about his past few months with you the more he began to smile down at his lunch. Maybe love was the right word to describe his feelings for you after all. No one has ever supported him like that, not even his own mother. You believed in him from the moment you met him and stayed by his side since with nothing but support. With a sigh and a mumble Izuku closed his bento. “I think I’m in love with my best friend.”
“Again with the mumbling nerd?” Katsuki groaned as he closed his own bento box. The classroom was empty besides the two of them, but neither of them noticed. Izuku jumped, his blush intensifying as he looked at his childhood friend and bully. Not really knowing what to say at first.
“K-Kaachan! I didn't know you were there!” Izuku stammered out pathetically as he waved his hands around in slight shock. Katsuki rolled his eyes in response and just like that awkward silence surrounded them. Izuku’s silence was more in a defensive and anxious way while Katsuki was trying to think of something to say. “I-I’m glad you-”
“Thank you.”
Izuku cut himself off as he looked at Katsuki with wide eyes. The spiky haired boy wasn't looking at him, instead he was looking out the window, but Izuku could tell it was forced yet truly thankful. But at the same time he didn't feel like he deserved it. “I-I didn't do much though Kaachan. I don't des-”
“You did something. That's all that fucking matters to me.” Katsuki forced out. He originally didn't want to say anything to Izuku, but after being alone with his thoughts he felt like it needed to be said. Once again silence filled their space as Izuku twiddled with his fingers. He wasn't uncomfortable so to say, but at the same time he was. He didn't think he deserved the praise or credit he was getting but there were 3 important pieces of his life telling him otherwise.
“We used to be friends Kaachan..”
“I know.”
“I miss that.”
---
“Izuku!”
Izuku looked up at the sound of his name, only to be tackled by a blob of purple. You had in hips length box braids with a center part that shaped your face perfectly. You were still in your school uniform, not too far from you was a boy with fluffy purple hair that had a tired look as he walked behind you, hands in his pockets. He looked like he didn't want to be there, but as Izuku hugged you with a blush on his cheeks they stared at each other. “Y-Y/n!”
“Ah sorry Izuku, I got really excited to see you. My mom ungrounded me early so I wanted to hang out with you really badly since it's been a week since I’ve..” you drawled out as your eyes began to wonder. You started at Katsuki with questioning eyes as he stared back at you. He didn't say anything though as he walked past you with his hands in his pockets with the same lackeys that you first met him with.
“Y/n?” Izuku asked as he looked between you and Katsuki, hoping the two of you won’t fight.
“Ah sorry again! As I was saying, I got ungrounded early so I was wondering if you wanted to do something with us to celebrate.” you asked sheepishly as you rubbed the back of your neck. Izuku looked at Hitoshi with curious eyes as he stood behind you with bored eyes. He’s never seen this boy before. And you’ve never talked to him about any other friends or family. Wait.. Was he your boyfriend!? Did Izuku miss his chance to go out with you!?
“W-who’s that?” Izuku asked, trying to hide his nervousness and disappointment.
“This is Shinsou Hitioshi. Hitoshi, this is Midoriya Izuku.” you signed with a smile as you turned around to face the other boy. As you turned the soft scent of your body wash flooded Izuku senses. It was very faint but at the same time the scent he did pick up was powerful and completely hypnotic. And as soon as it appeared it was gone. Izuku looked at Hitoshi and nervously held his hand out for the boy in front of him.
“H-hi.” he said nervously as Hitoshi took his hand to shake. The handshake was brief and awkward on Izuku’s part but a hand shake nonetheless. But then retaliation dawned on Izuku as he remembered what you signed. “W-wait did you say you wanted to do something? I-I’m sorry I can't.”
“Oh.” You said, the disappointment in your face breaking Izuku’s heart. Izuku could call to cancel on All Might right in that moment, but before he could offer an excuse Hitoshi grabbed your wrist and began to gently pull you away.
“You promised me food Y/n. If he says he can't come let just go.” Hitoshi said with no remorse causing you to frown and reluctantly wave goodbye to Izuku. Izuku waved back at you sadly, unable to move from his spot, and once you were gone he immediately deflated and groaned.
“Damn it.”

Chapter Text
Izuku arrived at the dirty beach with mixed emotions. On one hand he was happy to start training, but on the other he was worried about who that boy was to you. You didn't really talk much about your personal life, so his guess was as good as anyone else's. But he did remember you mentioning a week ago about another person that was special to you when he found out about your other quirk. Was Shinsou that other special person? He spent his whole trip home thinking about what you and Shinsou could've been doing. He made sure to go home first to change before coming as well. In his small form on the mess of the beach Toshinori smiled at the approaching boy. Their first meeting was pushed back due to a family emergency involving All Might, but now here they were a week later ready to begin. Izuku had to lie to his mom about being out with you, but luckily since she liked the idea of her son being in a relationship with such a nice girl she had little to no objection, allowing him to come back home by 10.
“Young Midoriya! It’s nice to see you again! I sincerely apologize for canceling on you so suddenly a few days ago. And in case you were worried everything is fine, great even.” Toshinori exclaimed with a bright smile. “So because I’m in such a great mood Today will be a fairly easy day!”
---
“THIS ISN'T EASY AT ALL!” Izuku complained as he tried to pull the white refrigerator across the beach.
“This fridge makes quite the comfy perch, young Midoriya!” Toshinori teased as he watched the young boy suffer, smile on his face. “A little movement would make it even nicer though.”
“Come on... All Might you’re 274 kilos (604 pounds) alone.” Izuku whined as he kept trying to pull, to no avail. He really wanted to make All Might proud, and you as well, but this felt impossible. Running and pulling stuff on sand is hard enough but pulling almost 1000 pounds was overkill.
“Nah, I lost some weight. Nowadays I’m 255 kilos (562 pounds), in this form at least.” Toshinori said with a shrug as he got more comfortable on the fridge. “But never mind that young one, get to pushing. This beach won't clean itself.”
“Wait, why am I dragging this garbage across the beach anyway?” Izuku asked confused as he sat tiredly on the sand.
“Because you are an ill-suited vessel.” he said plainly as he took out his phone. The lock screen was just a black wallpaper but once he put in his password his home screen appeared. He normally had a picture of you and Shouta from a few years ago, back when you were missing one of your front teeth, but recently he changed it. His new home screen was a family photo of himself, Shouta, You, and Hitoshi that was taken days ago. Toshinori honestly wanted to pull the two of you out of school to go on a vacation, but Shouta nearly killed him when he brought it up. Going on vacation so soon wouldn't have been a good idea when they still needed time to get to know Hitoshi better so he’s just as comfortable around them as he is around you.
“BUT JUST THE OTHER DAY YOU SAID I WAS WORTHY!” Izuku cried, Toshinori taking pictures as he did so. This caused Izuku to cry harder, and his eyes released tears like a fountain.
“Your body. I mean your body ain’t ready!”
Confusion covered Izuku’s tear stained face as Toshinori approached, “My quirk, All for One, binds the physical strength of many people into one. Your limp noodle body isn't ready for it. Your limbs would pop right off!”
“M-My limbs!?” Izuku cried in shock as he clutched his body. If he lost his limbs and died he wouldn't be able to win your love and affection away from that purple haired boy. “Wait.. Ok, so I’m here to train my body.. By hauling trash?”
“Yes!” he said as he put his thumb up. “But that’s not all. I did some research yesterday. This beach… Well, this one section has been like this for years.”
For good measures Toshinori knocked on the fridge a few times, causing it to crack under his touch. Izuku stayed seated in the sand as he looked up at the large older man. “Yeah.. It’s something about the currents. Lots of stuff end up drifting ashore. And people also dumb heir garbage her as well, even though they shouldnt. No one who lives around here ever comes though.”
Toshinori nodded as he rubbed the large fridge absentmindedly. “People nowadays only want to be heroes for fame and glory. But hero work isn't just about that. It's about volunteer work. No matter how unglamorous or embarrassing. You should also always remember your roots and community. And that includes family, no matter if the relationship is positive or not. Being humble is a trait you should always have, no matter how famous you become. ” he said. His blue eyes then met Izuku’s green eyes and in one fluid movement the fridge was forcefully crushed. The amount of power All might put into one arm caused the sand to move under Izuku as the junk separated around them. A sizable yet small crater formed around them and under All might’s hand was the completely flattened fridge. But the most noticeable thing was the new view of the ocean as the sun shined down on them. “So let’s bring back this beautiful ocean view! Doing that, this is your first step on your path to becoming a hero!”
Izuku’s body was set aflame with motivation as he sat up straighter, the sun on his face sparking his goal into play. He’d become a hero. He’d prove everyone that's ever bullied or doubted him wrong. But most importantly he’d win your heart and have you at his side no matter what.
“Wait.. My first step.. Is cleaning all this up!?”

Toshinori looked down at the confused boy with slight annoyance. He knew this would be a big first task but doing good while training his body was important. Pollution is a problem and how frail Izuku is is a problem as well, so they might as well kill two birds with one stone. “Kid.. Midoriya, You want to get into UA right?”
“Y-Yeah! Yeah! Because you went there, All might! If I can.. I definitely want to go to UA...” Izuku trailed off as he looked at his hands. His heart skipped a beat when he thought about you and remembered the promise you two made when you first met. You promised to be his healer, and he promised to be your hero. So getting into UA no longer seemed like a question, it was promise.
“You blind hero fan boy!-”
“T-that and because there's a person.. I think I’m in love with it. And we promised each other to stay by each other's side.. She’s the first person to ever believe in me despite being quirkless. And when we first met she helped me after I was attacked by bullies. She’s very important to me.. And I want to make her proud! I want to stay by her side and be the hero she already sees me as. Because she’s already a hero to me.” Izuku exclaimed as he clenched his fist and held it to his chest. Toshinori’s eyes widened at the boy's confession and couldn't help but to smile at the boy.
“That girl must be very special to you! What's her name?” Toshi said with a chuckle as he drank from his water bottle.
“Her name is Yagi Y/n. She’s the girl that was with me when you saved me from the sludge villain and the same one that told off those heroes.” Izuku said with a smile as he stood up. The familiar name of his youngest child and daughter caused Toshi to choke on his drink suddenly. He completely forgot that Izuku was friends with you, and much less expected you to have such an affect on him. But for the boy to straight out say he loved you? Or at least thinks he loves you? His dad mode activated immediately, but then he remembered that Izuku didn't know who he really was. “A-All might! Are you ok!?”
“Y-Yeah my boy. I-I’m glad you have someone you care so deeply about.” Toshinori forced out as he bit the inside of his cheek. He made a promise to the kid to give him his quirk, but that was before he found out Izuku liked his precious, innocent, headstrong, and beautiful daughter. Granted, if someone didn't like you Toshinori would immediately say they're wrong, but this was way too close for comfort. Now that's 2 boys that are chasing after his daughter and those are only the ones he knows of. He just hoped you’d be nothing like him when he was your age. Toshinori doesn't know what he’d do if you told him you were pregnant at such a young age. “Like I said before, it’s not possible for someone who’s quirkless. It’s sad but it’s true. And that’s how reality often is. Not to mention UA’s hero course is the toughest there is! So..”
“That's right.. I've got almost 10 months before the physical entrance exam.. So I’ve gotta mold my body into becoming suitable by then!” Izuku exclaimed with clenched fist as he nodded. Ten months is a relatively long time but that all depends on how he spent it. A work out and healthy diet regimen would be very important but he didn't know the first thing about dieting.
“That’s what this is for! My self designed ‘Pass the test American dream’ plan!” Toshinori said, holding out a pamphlet of papers proudly. “A training regime that will help you clean up the garbage and then some! You can chart your entire lifestyle with this!”
“You even planned how much sleep I get..”
“To be frank with you, this will be super tough. Do you think you can do it?”
“W-well yeah. I know I have to work harder than anyone else to make it! But I’m ready to try my best!”
And so began the start of Izuku’s hellish training to become a hero. Until his curfew Izuku worked out muscles he didn't even know he had, Toshinori giving the boy no mercy. But everytime Izuku felt like giving up he remembered your smile, your encouraging words, he pictured the two of you together at UA and maybe even becoming partners in crime fighting.
Elsewhere
You licked away at your ice cream cone as you and Hitoshi walked next to each other. He was still getting used to the idea of you two being siblings, and having the ability to eat whenever he wanted and it showed. While you got a large cone and double scoop he had a small and single scoop because it was the cheapest option. “I still cant believe your parents are both proheroes and one of them is All Might.”
“Our parents Hito-nii. And besides, I’m adopted. You're related to them by blood. You have Kaa- chan’s biological mother’s quirk too.” You signed with shrug as you bit into the cone. This caused Hitoshi to stop in his tracks as he turned his head to look at you.
“You're right! Oh My God! I’m All migh-” Hitoshi exclaimed over for you to cover his mouth before he could finish.
“Shut up! Are you trying to get us kidnapped!?” You yelled with a shudder. You still remembered what it was like the first time. And you didn't want to relive the experience. Hitohsi nodded but his shock was still evident on his face.
“I wonder why they gave me up..” Hitoshi mumbled in thought as you two presumed walking.
“Auntie Nemuri said when they were younger they were attacked. And a friend of theirs died saving you and Kaa- chan. They died right in front of him because Kaa- chan’s attacker recognized him from a bust they made on his friend. The attack was really bad and traumatized all of them.. But I don't think the body was ever recovered.” You explained with great concentration as you tried to remember the story your aunt told you when she was heavily intoxicated and sad. “Papa was still in the states when it happened so he didn't really have a say in it. But when he found out he was really sad.”
“That's rough.” Hitoshi mumbled as he finished off his ice cream cone. He then looked at yours and noticed you still had a generous amount. “Hey. Let me get some, I finished mine.”
“No way! You had the choice of getting a bigger cone and more scoops! It's not my fault you didn't take it!” You hissed as you switched your ice cream cone into your other hand so you could hold it father away from him. This did not stop him from leaning over you as he tried to eat your cone. “Go away!”
“Come on! I just want some! I didn't want to get a bigger size because it would cost too much!”
“WE LITERALLY HAVE BABA’S CREDIT CARD! MONEY WOULD’VE NEVER BEEN A PROBLEM!”

Summary:
First training session with Stain. I low-key didnt know what to put for this cause i have a writers block so its trash. Unedited as well
Chapter Text
The weekend came just when you needed it most. You’ve been studying for your finals so much that you were finally granted a break. You would have just hung around the house with Hitoshi, but you had plans. Plans that you couldn't quite talk about. You were to begin your training today. Were you excited? Yes and no.
On one hand you wanted to change the way people saw heroes. You wanted to be that change. But on the other hand you were a teenage girl that wanted to play animal crossing, not get all sweaty from working out. Maybe you could just tell him you didn't want to be a hero any more. Stain would understand. Or would he? A groan escaped your lips as you got dressed. Lucky for it was your father’s month with you still. So you being home alone was a pretty natural occence. Granted, Shouta and Hitoshi were staying at the penthouse apartment right now as well. But it was early, and Toshinori left not too long ago. Maybe you could pretend you’re having daddy daughter day.
You already had his schedule basically memorized, he always came home around 11pm. The earliest on a slow day was at 8pm. Right now it was 6 am so you had a long time to train. But hopefully no questions would be asked. You didn't have a lot of good workout gear, so the black binder top you had tucked away for your self conscious days would probably be best. You’ve worn it so much and so often that you’ve grown accustomed to feeling. You even forget you're wearing one most of the time. For pants you put on black baggy techwear joggers. They were made out of breathable quirk resistant fibers that normally cost a fortune, good thing your parents are rich. Looking at yourself in the mirror you began to have second thoughts on your long hair. You got it done the day after you told your parents about Hitoshi, so it was still pretty sensitive in certain spots.
You couldn’t lie, you looked good. Sure, you looked like you did graffiti on cop cars and jumped across rooftops. But good nonetheless. You grabbed your phone, a jeans jacket, and everything else you need and slowly crept down the hall to the doorway. You didn't want to make a sound, because then you’d have to explain where you were going and with who. So carefully you shoved on your sneakers and left the house.
---
“It’s about time you got here kid. I was starting to think you weren't coming.” Chizome said with a chuckle as you placed your hands on your knees, trying to catch your breath.
“ It’s not my fault you chose a deserted place that I didn't even know existed! How was I supposed to know we’d be meeting in a ghost town’s parking lot? ” you signed angrily at the older man, completely forgetting not everyone knew sign language.
“I don't know what you said. But I’m assuming it has to do with not knowing the directions. So what were you expecting? Me to train you in a gym full of other people? Or better yet a park where anyone could get in the middle?” Chizome said with a roll of his eyes. In return you rolled your own eyes as you stood up straight to stretch your back out a bit. “Never mind that, lets just get started. I’m not holding back on you though, you already have leverage over me from not being in a cramped space.”
“Wait but-” you tried to reason but you punched straight in the stomach. ‘Shit! He's not joking!’ you thought as you coughed up a bit of bile. This cause Chizome to suck his teeth and glare down at you.
“You need to learn hand to hand combat before anything else if you ever want to make a change. You can't protect other people if you can't even protect yourself! Get up and dodge my next hit!” He growled. Alpha pheromones being released to further cause you to struggle. You haven't even presented yet, but your body already wanted you to submit to the alpha in front of you. He was using your body against you. That was a huge dick move. He gave you a minute to gather yourself, and you took a few deep breaths. When he moved to attack again you ducked and reeled your fist back. Turning your hips you let the momentum of your punch build up even more and punch him below the belt. He may be a super fast villain/vigilante. But at the end of the day he’s still a man. “N-.. Nice one..”
“Thanks.” you chuckled smugly as he sank to his knees. You already knew this was gonna end up being a sibling type bond.
After Chizome was composed the two of you continued with hand to hand combat. It was hard for you, he was much bigger and stronger than you and he was really fast. There were many close calls where you ended up having to duck or take a hit somewhere else so you didn't end up gravely injured. When he said he wasn't gonna give you mercy he meant it. Another blow that you blocked caused you to stumble backwards, out of breath and on the defense. Chizome cracked his neck as he went back into his fighting stance, ready to attack again. You know learning how to fight was important, but this was insane. You were a 14 year old girl fighting a 24 year old, the odds were against you completely. You were ready to give up, not because you didn't think you could win, but because it's been 3 hours now. Your body was fucking tired.
Maybe you should just punch him in the dick again.
That's exactly what you did.
Once again Chizome was on the ground holding his private area, and so you collapsed onto the ground, about 6 feet away from him, trying to catch your breath. You were sweaty, sore and tired. You didn't like it one bit. Picking up your phone you checked the time, it was going on 10 o'clock and you were hungry. “Can we take a break. Please! I’m so hungry and tired.”
“F-fine.”

Chapter Text
You happily drank your brown sugar milk boba as you sat in the cafe. Chizome sat across from you, scarf wrapped around his neck covering most of his face as he browsed through his phone. The alpha man ended up buying you brunch at a cafe on the outskirts of town. To the cafe goers you were his younger sister and thought nothing of the two of you walking in together, arguing over something they didn't know of. But in reality you were just mentor and mentee arguing over if All Might really was the best hero of all time. Chizome damn near suplexed you for even doubting All might, and you would’ve been scared for your life if not for your mention of underground heroes.
He didn't know a single thing about your life but let it be known you were a mommy’s girl through thick and thin. You loved both of your parents very much, but your mother was the one with the cats. Not your dad. And you admired Shouta for working just as hard, if not more, for little to no recognition. Toshinori’s quirk was still something you did your best to understand, especially after being kidnapped, but you felt like quirks gave an unfair advantage. His quirk was very much strength based from what you understood so far, while Shouta’s needed him to be good at fighting. Shouta thrived in hand to hand combat situations due to his skilled fighting and strategic thinking. While Toshinori more so just needed his strength to win. Granted, his strength could be perceived as a skill, but there wasn't a technique to it. In short, being like Shouta was more attainable and realistic, and in your opinion should be the standard and norm of being a hero. But being like All Might, not Toshinori the father you love, All Might was the standard in the world. You think both of your parents were great, you think both of them are doing good. But even you knew unrealistic standards when they’re being pushed onto people.
“You shouldn't be drinking something like that, it’ll make you even more tired. You should start eating healthier if you really want to be the change this world needs.”
“Akaguro- sensei. I’m 14. I like sweet drinks. I don't know what you expect of me. I’m just a kid.”
---
By the time you got home, you were tired, bruised up and ready for bed. But Chizome made you promise to do yoga before you went to sleep to avoid full body cramps. It was almost 11 o’clock, and you knew your family was still probably up, so you had your jacket zipped up to hid any bruice you may have on your arms or torso.
“Toshi? Y/N? Is that you?”
“It’s just me Kaa-chan! Papa had some last minute things to do!” You lied. Your throat was killing you from talking all day, Maybe you should have some tea after you stretch and get changed. "Kaa-Chan can you make me tea? My throat hurts."
Shouta didn't say anything but you knew he'd do it. Creeping up to your room you changed into a long sleeve oversized shirt that covered most of your body. You put on shorts under that just barely peaked through and let out a sigh. You were definitely gonna feel this all week. With some struggly you sat down and began to stretch out your sore body. There were a few very satisfying cracks, but your body was still a little sore. Once you were done you went to the kitchen where a hot cup of your favorite tea was waiting. “ Thank you. ”
“You're walking strange, what's wrong?” Shouta asked as he drank slowly from his own cup. Moshi, one of the family cats, was sitting on his lap. Moshi was an older tabby cat. He’s been around for about 16 years which is around the same age as Hitoshi.
“I fell on my way here and I hurt myself.” You mumbled into your tea. It was a bold face lie, but it was enough for Shouta to leave you alone. You both knew you could easily heal yourself but neither of you mentioned it. You wanted this pain to stay, it was a sign that even with all your privileges you were still human. You needed this pain. It was oddly very humbling to you.
“I AM HOME!” a sigh left Shouta causing you to giggle into your mug as you took a sip from your tea. Toshinori walked into the kitchen in his muscled form and leaned down to kiss your hairline. He then looked at Shouta, debating on whether or not he should take the chance. Shouta looked at the taller man and rolled his eyes, causing Toshinori to smile wider than you thought possible to kiss his mate’s forehead and then his cheek.
“What was the errand that you needed to do?” Shouta asked, causing you to immediately stiffen. Depending on how your father answers you could be exposed for lying. Toshinori felt a similar panic but for a different reason. He couldn't exactly tell Shouta he was training some random kid to inherit his quirk. But then the rustle of the plastic bag in his hand gave him an alibi. Moshi rubbed his face against the bag, causing you both to let out an involuntary sigh of relief. “What’s in the bag?”
“I saw a convenient store that had that really good flavor of meat buns. So I bought some.” Toshinori explained simply as he placed the bag on the table. When he opened the bag you gasped and smiled. It was your favorite type of meat buns’ ones that you didn't often see in stores. Reaching out to take one your hand was slapped away by Shouta, causing you to pout. He knew very well that you all liked the same rare flavor very much, but he knew even more that you would eat them all in one sitting.”Where’s Hitoshi?”
“He’s in his room playing Rainbow 6 Siege last I checked.” Shouta said with a shrug.
“I’ll bring him some meat buns then.”
“I can do it Papa!”
You smiled from ear to ear, gulping down your tea. You ignore the pain from the hot tea as you held your hands out for some of the buns. Toshinori looked at Shouta for permission, in which he nodded and once two buns were placed in your hands you were gone.
“Hito-nii! Can I come in?” You knocked eagerly. You wanted to eat the meat buns in your hands, so if he said no or not now you were legally obligated to not let the meat buns go to waste.
“It’s open!”
Dang it
Opening the door you could see Hitoshi took a break from Siege to play mario party. Sitting next to him on the bed you laid back with disappointment as you handed him a bun. He looked at it in confusion and then you. “This is everyone’s favorite flavor of meat buns. You should try it. If you don't like it just give it to me and I’ll eat it for you.”
Needless to say he loved it just as much as everyone else, much to your initial disappointment. But the family bonding time in the kitchen that came after both of you finished what you had was irreplaceable. Who would've thought bonding over meat buns would of brought your family closer together.

Chapter Text
Maybe this was what you were missing in your life. Regular human contact with people your age. With both Izuku and Hitoshi in your life you’ve never been more happy. Both of their presence around you were treasured, but for different reasons. Izuku for being your first crush. And Hitoshi for being your brother and best friend.
You couldn't help but inwardly smile at saying Izuku was your crush. You’ve known about 2 weeks, one the day the two of you went to the amusement park with his mom. She thanked you for being his friend. And without thinking you said you hoped to be more. Causing both of you to be shocked, but luckily she said she would keep your secret.
Talking more through verbal responses became increasingly more comfortable, and you were proud. But at the same time something didn't sit right within you. You were now training after school every other day. Hand to hand combat was the main focus that Chizome wanted you to master. And then next was using your quirks. You looked down at your gloved hands as you rode the train, Hitoshi right next you as you waited for your stop. Maybe if this all went well you’d be able to control your quirks. Singing everynight in the bathtub was nice and all, but at the same time you didn't want that form of meditation to be an everyday thing. You wanted to gain control over your body, control over your mind, on your own free will. You wanted to no longer have to wear the gloves.
“Is something wrong? You’ve been staring at your gloves for a while.” Hitoshi asked, eyes no longer focused on his switch. You shook your head and sighed, slouching in your seat as more people came on to the train.
“I hate how weak I am.” You admitted somberly. “I don't want to wear these gloves anymore. I remember when I first got them I was excited, because I was different. I had these strong quirks. But now I’ve grown so accustomed to them that I can't even control them with the gloves off. The gloves were supposed to be like training wheels. But after getting..” You trailed off. You haven't told anyone about being kidnapped. Only your family knew about it. But Hitoshi was family know, and you knew he wondered about Toshinori’s smaller form.
“After what?” He asked, now more interested than ever because of your hesitation.
“ After getting kidnapped when I was young all training for my quirks stopped. Papa was gravely injured and is the way he is now because of it. I found out my kidnapper was my biological father and the person that killed Papa’s mentor when he was a teenager. Papa hasn't looked at me the same since. And it hurts.” you explained slowly. You signed mainly because you didn't know if anyone could hear what you were saying, and you knew the majority of people didn't know sign language. Hitoshi looked at you in shock, never expecting something like that to be the reason his father, the All might, was the way he was. “I think he expects me to become a villain or something.”
“This is All- This is our father we’re talking about. I think he’d be able to realize blood doesn't mean anything when it comes to our future. It’s the influences around us that make us choose our paths. And seeing who our parents are I doubt we’ll become villains. Dad would kill us if we did.” Hitoshi shrugged. He normally flipped between calling Shouta Dad or Mom, mainly because he didn't grow up the same way you did.
“I know but…. It’s my fault Papa Is the way he is. It’s my fault they got divorced. I got distracted while walking to school. And I ended up following Tomura. If I would’ve just stayed on the-”
“Wait wait wait.. Who’s Tomura?” Hitoshi asked in confusion, all the information you were telling him was causing his head to spin. There was a pause between the two of you as the next stop, which was your stop, was announced.
“He’s.. He’s my brother.” you finally said as you clenched your gloved hand. The chilling red eyes of the mentioned flashed into your mind. You didn't know if he was your brother by blood, but you remembered that man telling you Tomura was to be your brother.
“... That's rough buddy.” Hitoshi said weakly, at a loss for words. The two of you got up, when the train came to a stop, ignorant to the red eyes that have been on you for the whole time.
---
Tomura watched with indifferent eyes. He didn’t remember much about you. But he remembered when Kura was pregnant. He’d never forget that woman, and everything she had done for him. The hand that was often right by his head when he slept always calmed him down. He missed that woman. He missed her so much. And he wanted to hate you for being one of the reasons she was gone. But he knew you had no control over how you were born. His memory of Kura was of a beautiful dark skinned woman. She was tall, fit, and kind. Her hands were the softest thing he felt, and always gave him love and comfort. Her voice was sweet like honey and smooth like velvet, and she protected him. He didn’t remember much of his childhood, but he remembered her kindness and Sensei’s embrace on the night they found him. And he would forever treasure his memory of her. And when they bring you back to where you belong, maybe he’ll be able to make more memories.
Walking off the train, hands in his pockets he smirked to himself at that thought. He’ll have a family again. He’ll have Kura, the closest thing he could recall to having a mother, back. His red eyes watched as you signed at the purple haired boy, a slight itch forming around his eyes as he looked at the boy. He’ll have his family back. No matter who he has to kill to get it. Not even All might himself will stop them again. Not with how they planned to do this.

Chapter Text
Before walking into the school building you did your normal routine of sending a text to your parents that you’ve arrived. Talking to Hitoshi about your problems was liberating, but at the end of the day he was your brother and your friend, not your therapist. You didn't have a therapist, but one would’ve been nice after getting kidnapped and seeing your father get so hurt because of you. Maybe then you wouldn’t have all this built up guilt in you. Maybe then you wouldn’t have resorted to becoming a selective mute to not talk about the trauma you faced.
“Tomura-nii. Where are we going?” a 10 year old you asked the older boy. The skinny teenager held your hand, making sure his pinky didn't touch you as he led you through the estate. You didn't know how long you’ve been here, but you preferred to be with Tomura anyway. The boy was really reserved and kind of mean, but at least he didn't hurt you like the adult did. The bandages covering your arms and legs were proof of such. Your kinky curls were in braided pigtails that haven't been touched since your arrival. No one here knew how to do your hair so it was left alone. Which you were ok with, but getting used to not having a bonnet or satin pillows was something that you didn't like. “Are we going to see Kurogiri-san? I like his cookies.”
“Shut up. You talk too much.” the teenager hissed.
“But you like Kurogiri-san’s cookies too. Don't you want some too?”
“I don't want any damn cookies.”
“So can I have yours?”
“No!”
“But you said you-”
“Shut up!”
You pouted and let out a soft whine when the scent of angry alpha hit your nose. Normally people presented around the same time they got their quirks, but you had yet to present anything. You could still smell and react to certain pheromones like everyone else, but that didn't make you any less strange. The teen turned the corner and opened a door you recognize. He closed and locked the door behind the two of you as you looked around. The first thing you noticed was the much taller man, causing you to smile widely. Kurogiri looked down at you, his yellow eyes getting smaller in a way that told you he was smiling. Carefully the villain lifted you into his arms and chuckled. “Well hello there miss Y/n.”
“Cookies?” You asked with a wide smile. Tomura glared from behind you, ready to complain if you got treats and he didn't.
"No, not this time. Your father-" Kurogiri started only for you to cut him off, pouting heavily.
"He's not my daddy! My daddy has blonde hair and is really big!" You corrected, as he carried to the attached door that you already been acquainted with. You weren't scared, not anymore at least. It’s been more than a week and you’ve already fallen into routine with the experiments done on you in the lab. You hated it, it hurt, but there wasn't anything you can do about it. As long as you sit still and close your eyes you’ll be fine.
You’ll be fine if you comply
You’ll be fine if you submit
You’ll.
Be.
Fine.
“Yagi-san! Have you been paying attention to a single thing I’ve said!?”
Snapping out of your memory you looked up at to meet the eyes of a purple skinned girl. She had a single horn on the center of her head and bright blue eyes. She never talked to you before, but you knew she talked about you. She wasn't the only one, that was for sure. And now after you yelled at heroes all of a sudden everyone wanted to talk to you and be ‘friends’. You didn't regret saving Izuku’s Kacchan, but you just wished you hadn't yelled at the heroes. You liked it better when everyone talked about you behind your back. At least that way you knew what to expect. “Nope.”
“Why aren't you paying attention to me? Aren't we friends?” she pouted, crossing her arms. Jinso agreed from next to her, along with other people that have never even held a conversation with you.
“No.” you finally said. Your throat was raw from talking all weekend, and your body was sore from training. So needless to say you didn't have the patience to deal with any of them, nor did you want to.
“What do you mean we're not friends!? You’re such a kidder. Anyways, you should tell us about your quirk! It looked so cool on the news! Is it a bubble quirk or something? And how did you get the villain to feel pain?” Jinso said excitedly, causing you to sneer inwardly.
You were starting to like it better when they thought you were just a quirkless nobody. At least back then you were able to be alone with your thoughts without having people crowding around you.
“Leave my Ya-chan alone Jinso!”
You had mixed feelings about Rayomi. On one hand he was just like any other pigheaded alpha. But on the other his persistence and his ability to piss off your dad for just existing around you was admirable.Would you ever date him? Probably not. But his efforts are noted.
“ Your Ya-chan!? She doesn't even like your ugly ass!”
“And you think she likes your pointy nose having ass, Pinocchio!?”
“Gah! YOU TAKE THAT BACK!”
“Careful you might stab Ya-chan in the eye with your big pointy nose!”
“I don't have a pointy nose! And If I did, maybe I'll be doing her a favor. At least then she won't have to look at you ugly face ogre!”
“Tough talk for a fella with a small cock!”
Blinking twice, your head tilted to the side as you puckered your lips unintentionally and placed your hand on your forehead. Their roast toward each other were getting real personal, and you knew if you laughed it would only spark more drama.
“Settle down class. We have a busy day ahead of us, so please be seated.”
Oh thank god for Ken-sensei
Chapter 22: Chapter 21
Summary:
Unedited. And the twins are officially here!
Chapter Text
Summer vacation came faster than you expected. And to your glee so did your cousins. While both of them were clingy as puppies, they were very cool. And according to Shouta, they were staying.
“Are you sure this is ok with you two? I really appreciate it but I’d understand if you just wanted to focus on reaching normalcy now that Hitoshi is back.” Uncle Mashiro asked. The trans beta man was a single father. His wavy hair black hair was pulled into a folded bun at the nape of his neck, his orange to blond bangs resting on his forehead. He had an olive skin tone and rounded face as well. Overall he was a perfect mix of his parents, Yuu and Asahi. While his physical body was very much passing, he often didn't care about what he wore and if it appealed to society’s gender norms. Mashiro carried the twins, since he got pregnant pre bottom surgery, but they only saw him as their dad. Mashiro Jabami stood at 5’6 scratching at his stubble with a single finger bashfully as he looked up at Shouta who was 6 feet tall. Mashiro wore a flannel button up shirt with a grey oversized sweater over it with baggy mom jeans.
“Mashiro. We’re family! You have nothing to worry about! We’ll look after the twins no problem! Just remember to call when you land in Germany.” Toshinori reassured, answering for Shouta in the process, with a wide smile on his face as he looked down at the short male.
You sat in the living room days later, ignoring the twins as you and Hitoshi played Mario party. The twins had met Hitoshi back when he was first adopted back into the family, but they didn't get to talk with him to understand who he was as a person. Chiharu pouted with his arms crossed as he stared at the ceiling. Next to him in the love seat on the other side of the living room was Haruhi. Haruhi dawned the same facial expression and body language as her twin, both staying silent about how they disliked the treatment.
“Can you explain to me why you aren't talking to them? Their silence is very unsettling to even me.” Hitoshi asked as he watched the CPU hit the dice block on their turn.
“They drank from Aunt Nemuri’s secret stash. And didn't share any with me.” you signed with a shrug. Nemuri kept wine coolers hidden in cabinets within the house, since she spent movie nights with Shouta and Hizashi relaxing. None of the adults knew that you and the twins have been stealing drinks from the stash, they probably wouldnt for a long time, but for them to drink without you was a crime. A crime toward your do no good code of cousins you three made when you were 5. Rule number 21 stated that if you were to do something risky you risk it together. They can't catch you all, and will eventually give up. But if they do catch one remember their sacrifice for the cause.
“If it’s just one whats the big deal?”
“If you tried one you’d understand. They taste really good.”
This caused the twins to perk up. Both of them looked at eachother and smirked. Sitting up straight they smiled widely, and reddish tint in their eyes that showed they were up to no good as they placed their hands on their knees. “How about we make a deal!?”
“Do they always talk at the same time?” Hitoshi asked as his turn arrived.
“Yeah. It's not that big a deal though, they do worse together if I want them to.”
“Huh?”
---
Your parents were on patrol and it was one of your training break days. You had a free day, how were you going to spend it? You could either spend time with the twins and your brother or ask Izuku to hang out. After a few moments of thought to yourself you decide on the ladder and text Izuku.
‘Are you busy today? Do you wanna hang out?’
Sent at 10:36 am
Izuku was normally extremely quick when it came to replying to your text messages, so hopefully summer vacation didn't change that. Humming softly you smile to yourself as you allow yourself to feel these emotions. You searched through your wardrobe, which consisted mostly of pants and shorts, and picked up a hollowed out braces pastel pink skirt. You haven't worn this skirt in a long time, you weren't even sure if it was going to fit, but it was worth a shot. Next you took out a black form fitting jumpsuit shorts. As you got dressed you didn't realize the other teens in the house were awake. But you did notice your phone notification sound. With a soft giggle you picked up your phone and checked the message.
Izuku the hero <3
‘Sure. Is there anywhere in particular you want to go?’
Sent at 10:47am
“We can pick when we meet up.”
10:47am
Izuku the hero <3
‘Same place as always?’
10:47am
‘Yeah.’
10:48am
You smiled down at your phone as you grabbed your jacket, placing your wallet and phone inside as your headphones rested around your neck. You quietly made your way over to the door as you put on your combat boots, not wanting to be caught. But lady Luck wasn't on your side.
“Oh? Where do you think you’re going?” a groan escaped you as you tilted your head back to look at the twins. Not too far from them was Hitoshi rubbing his eyes. You sighed in defeat as they all looked at you expectly and you stood up and turned around, allowing them to see what you were wearing. The look of shock on all of their faces made you roll eyes as the twins talked in unison, “No fucking way N/n! You’re wearing a skirt!”
“Yeah. I’m going out. Good bye.” you said simply as you reached for the door, not wanting them to hold you any longer.
“No way! You don't get to drop a bomb like that and just leave! Stay right there! We’re coming with you!” Haruhi exclaimed as she rushed toward the bedroom her and her twin shared.
“And what makes you think I’ll wait for you willingly?”
“Haruhi knows how you track your phone dear cousin, We’ll catch you either way!” Chiharu said proudly. Hitoshi only nodded in agreement as he rushed to his own room, which was formerly the guest room. A groan escaped you as you slumped in the doorway, reluctantly waiting on your family members.
---
Izuku twiddled his thumbs nervously as he waited in the park where he first met you. This place for some reason became the go to meet up place for the two of you, not that either of you minded. The green haired boy sat on a swing, nervously waiting for your arrival as he looked down at himself. He wore a white short sleeved shirt that had ‘shirt’ written across the chest, blue jeans and his red shoes. He didn't think much of you asking to hang out, he was expecting you to tell him you couldn't be friends anymore now that you had a boyfriend. There was a soft pang in his chest as he expected the worst. He didn't know what type of guy Hitoshi was, but in the short time he did talk to him Izuku could tell Hitoshi didn't want him around. And Izuku couldn't blame him, if you were his girlfriend he wouldn't want just any guy around you either. But that was due to his own insecurities. You were the light of his life, his only friend, you were strong, kind and beautiful. He was just a quirkless nobody.
“That was all you. And I love that about you. You do your best, so don't ever sell yourself for a penny less, because you're amazing Izu.” your words popped up into his, something that began to happen more and more lately. Everytime he doubted himself or felt like giving up he remembered your encouragement. He remembered your kiss. This causes Izuku to sit up straight and slap his cheeks a few times. You were too precious to him for him to just give up on you. You were his light! His friend! And he wasn't going to let you go! He was going to fight for you! Train even harder than before! He was going to keep you at his side!
“I wont lose her!” he began chanting to himself. Now he knew he had to train his hardest, he wanted to keep your attention. He wanted your affection, even if he was being selfish. He wasn't going to lose or back down when it came to you. Never!
“Izuku! Sorry for the delay!”
Izuku smiled and looked up at the sound of your voice and his jaw immediately dropped in shock. He’s never seen you in a skirt before, never mind such a cute pale pink one that fell so delicately on your hips. You looked cute, cuter than he’s ever seen you before and the wide smile on your face only increased that. You jogged over to him, a wide smile on your face causing him to cover his own as he began to blush heavily. God this was so embarrassing for him! He couldn't even look at you right now. “Izu? Is something wrong?”
“N-no!” he squeaked out lamely as he tried to compose himself.
“N-no!” two voices mimicked him in unison. He turned his head slight, blush still heavy and all he could see was annoyance written on your face. When he was finally able to calm himself seconds later he looked at the owners of the voice. They were taller than him by a good amount, both of them were similar in skin tone as you as well. The boy had curly hair that was pulled into a puff pony on top of his head and the girl her hair in twist, exposing the left side of her shaved head as she kept her hair to one side. They both wore techwear, that made them look so much more intimidating and cool at the same time as they had their skateboard strapped to their back. Not too far from them was Hitoshi, who wore an oversized sweatshirt with a jeans jacket over it black jeans and a red flannel tied around his hips. Hitoshi hand one hand his pocket and the other covering his mouth as he yawned. “So this is the guy you wor-”
“Shut up!” You cut them off angrily as you snapped your head to glare up at them. The two of them laughed and placed their hands up in surrender as Hitoshi stood in between them. Hitooshi was somewhat tall, standing at 5’9, but in between the twins he was short. Izuku’s eyes drifted between the three of them, and he felt his heart stop for a moment. All of them were alphas, and all of them were taller than him. Not to mention they were all extremely good looking. He didn't stand a chance against any of them! “Go home and stop following me!”
“Aww! You’re no fun. Beside you have another thing coming if you think we’re gonna let you out of our sight.” they said with an identical smirk as they leaned down and forward to talk to you teasingly.
“They’re right, if we look away you might end up pregnant.”
“I cant believe you’ve done this Hitoshi.”
“Y-Y/n- chan who are they?” Izuku finally decided to speak up despite being light headed. Not hearing what was just said at all.
“They’re my idiot cousins and brother.” you signed angrily.
Huh? Did.. Did he read that right? Izuku glanced at your hands and then your eyes, confusion clear on his face as he began to doubt his abilities to read sign language. “What was that?”
“I said they’re my idiot cousins and brother.” You repeated verbally, and with your split focus you missed the way Izuku’s body relaxed. “These are my cousins, Chiharu and Haruhi Jadummy. And you already met my brother Hitoshit.”
“Awe come on
sis,
that's no way to treat family.”

Chapter Text
Izuku wanted to cry at how happy he was to hear those words escape your mouth, but he held it in as he smiled at the new people. With a slight bow, Izuku smiled widely and happily. “Hi, I’m Izuku Midoriya. It's nice to meet you all.”
“He’s kind of small cuz. You could do so much better.” Haruhi said as she smirked down at the boy. Izuku’s body stilled in fear or shock, he didn't know which, due to those words. On one hand the fear was because he didn't want you to know you could do better. While on the other, he was shocked that the girl he didn't even know yet was actually saying something like that with him still present. The taller alpha girl walked over and stood next to you, she looked Izuku up and down and then smirked wider. She didn't need to say anything for Izuku to know she was criticising him further.
“She’s right cuz.” Chiharu agreed as he leaned down, doing the same thing as his sister. Izuku chuckled nervously and glanced up ever so slightly and immediately regretted it. The twins made him uncomfortable, but he accidentally made eye contact with Hitoshi instead. And the way Hitoshi stared at him with empty eyes was bone chilling.
“Will you two please shut up! Or I’m telling Uncle you stole his w-” Two hands covered your mouth, cutting you off before you could out them. Once they were sure you were done talking they removed their hands and stood up straight, taking a few steps away so they were standing near Hitoshi, with their backs facing you. “I’m sorry about them, Izuku. I didn't want them to come but they followed me anyway.”
“I-It’s fine Y/n-chan. I don't blame you. So what did you plan for today? I kind of wish you told you were going to dress up though. I would’ve worn a nicer outfit.” Izuku said with a bashful blush on his cheeks as he rubbed his neck. You smiled at the kind boy and giggled, a sound that your cousins definitely caught. Hitoshi looked up at the twins, their backs were facing you but since he was still in the same spot he could see their faces. There was a red glint in their eyes and a frown on their faces as they glanced at each other from the corner of their eye. And when their eyes landed on Hitoshi he didn't say anything, but they were all thinking the same thing.
This was going to be very interesting.
---
The 5 of you ended up going to eat first at a cafe in the city. Izuku, who was originally reluctant, ended up getting himself Katsudon like everyone else. You all talked pretty freely amongst yourselves, which was good. After eating you all ended up doing random stuff, unbeknownst to you your cousins and brother were constantly cock blocking Izuku.
The first time it noticeably happened Izuku thought it was just a coincidence. He held his ice cone, as they waited for you to come back from the bathroom of a nearby cafe. Convincing himself that, for you, it was ok for him to break his diet. Not a word was said between the 4 of them as they waited for you to come back, and once you did Izuku noticed your Ice Cream was gone. “Y/n-chan. Did you finish your ice cream on your way to the bathroom?”
“No, someone bumped into me and I ended up dropping it. They apologized though.” You said with a shrug. Izuku looked down at his unfinished cone and took a deep breath, ready to shoot his shot. Chiharu noticed this and immediately sucked his teeth in annoyance.
“Do you-”
“Here you can have mine.” Chiharu interrupted swiftly as he held his cone out to you. You took it without much of a second thought. Izuku deflated slightly and looked at the taller boy. Chiharu felt Izuku’s eyes on him and turned his head to look at the green haired boy. Izuku watched as a forced smile spread across Chiharu’s face, causing Izuku to look away.
The second time it was Hitoshi, and this time Izuku just thought it was bad timing. You were in an aquarium that allowed students in for free, looking at the stingray exhibit. The led light and sensory technology offered light into the room. Since it was barely 1’oclock there weren't a lot of people present, making you 5 and maybe 2 other people the only ones in the room. Izuku stared at you, awestruck by your beauty as you stared at the passing fish. The led lighting complimented your skin to perfection and the soft smile on your face at the marine life was otherworldly. You were gorgeous. And you were sharing the moment with him. Inching his way over to you, he swallowed what little saliva he had in his mouth and watched you from the corner of his eyes. He slowly moved his hand across the glass, wanting to hold your hand. You were so close, yet so far at the same time.
“Y/n! Midoriya- san. Let's go onto the next exhibit. It's sharks!” Hitoshi said, just when Izuku’s hand was just about to touch yours. You moved away from the glass with a smile, excited for the next exhibit as Izuku faltered. A chuckle escaped Hitoshi, honestly he didn't care about your relationship with Izuku, he just wanted the boy to know what he was getting into. You were finally opening up to everyone despite the trauma you faced as a kid. You were more talkative and expressed yourself a lot more as well, you were a whole new person to them all, and they knew Izuku had a hand in that. They just hated to admit it.
The third time and final time is when Izuku finally realized that it all may have been intentional. It was starting to turn into the evening, and you were all walking in the direction of Izuku’s home. The two of you walked next to each other, talking freely about your favorite parts of the day, your fingers occasionally brushing against each other. After getting blocked basically the whole day, Izuku felt deflated. He wanted to make his move, and tried multiple times, but his timing was never right.
The exchange of conversation wasn't his main priority as he looked down at your hand. The way your black glove fit against your hand added to your femininity to him, just like your skirt. You were gorgeous, kind, supportive, and smart. You were everything he needed in his life, and finding out Hitoshi was your brother and not your boyfriend really amplified that. It made him realize he couldn't wait around, not when you naturally attracted people to you. Not when you'd be able to attract an alpha with a flashy quirk easily. He couldn't compete, he was just a quirkless beta after all. However, he did have the present, he had your attention now and he needed to use that to his advantage. As he got lost in thought, your hands ended touching again. And this time Izuku took the initiative to wrap his hands around yours. Or at least he tried to, because before he could hold your hand firmly and make his intentions known, his hand was forcefully removed from yours in a swift action. Since his touch was so weak you didn't really notice it. But you did feel the new hand intertwined with yours.
"Is something wrong Haruhi?" You asked, looking away from Hitoshi, who half expected something like this to happen.
"No cuz. I just wanted to hold your hand." Haruhi said with a smirk. You squinted at her in suspicion but her holding your hand wasn't anything abnormal. Once you looked away Haruhi looked down at the beta male, her eyes holding a red glint in the setting sun. Izuku swallowed and looked down, putting space between the two of them as he chuckled nervously with heavy blush. Haruhi was attractive, and scary, and if it wasn't for the fear she put in him he'd definitely have a boner. Man your family was scary. But Izuku wasn't going to give up.
This meant war.

Chapter Text
Summer break came and left, but memories you made were something you're never going to forget. Soon enough the second term of the school year started and so did your quirk training. The first thing you were forced to test was your Esper abilities, which was the hardest for you to control.
“Try harder Yagi!” Chizome scolded as you panted, on your knees as you forced your eyes to stay open. There were cuts on your body from his attacks, and it was so hard to keep track of him. He was extremely fast, too fast for your weakening state, You already wanted to give up. “Get up!”
With a huff you staggered onto your feet and tried to catch your breath, but as soon as you were up Chizome sucked his teeth. His tongue slowly went across his blade and he watched as your body failed to cooperate with you due to his quirk. You didn't know why he was training you to be resistant against quirks like his but you couldn't object to his teachings. You laid on the ground, body stiff as you listened to Chizome’s constant movement above you. You pictured his body as he moved, you didn't need to see his face to know he was annoyed.
“You say you want to be the new hero this world needs but you already want to give up! Get up! GET UP AND FIGHT!” Chizome screamed angrily. A sob escaped you, but you weren't crying, you were stressed. You wanted it all to stop. You wanted him to stop. You didn't want to be in this alleyway where he had the advantage. You wanted the walls to be gone, you wanted the buildings gone. You wanted him to be gone!
Taking a deep breath, you slowed your growing anger and stress to clear your mind. You could feel the world around you move and hear it as well. With what little control you had over your body you allowed your hands to scrape against the ground in an effort to remove your gloves. If you wanted to get strong quirk control, taking them off was your first step. The sound of the wind being sliced was all you could focus on as you let out a soft cry of relief. Taking off the gloves to use your quirk felt similar to finally being able to relieve yourself after days of constipation. It was like a supernova, and Chizome was immediately thrown back. The man was sent flying, rolling in the air a few times only to land harshly on the concrete, using his arms to break his fall in the process. He tumbled and rolled a few times and then his body was held down by a force he couldn't explain. The most he could do was lift his head, and boy was he proud when he did.
The rundown ghost town was very much ghostlike now. The buildings were gone and in its place was dust that surrounded you like a mist. You looked dangerously eerie. The only thing he could see clearly was your silhouette, which added to the eerie factor as the dust began to clear. But you weren't as mad as expected yourself to be. No, you were actually excited. Now's the time to release energy you've pent up ever since your kidnapping and watching your father nearly die because of you.
It was a sight to behold, your power, but what made him smile even more was when it all stopped suddenly. Which gave him the ability to stand on his feet, and what he saw after caused him to laugh excitedly as he grabbed his weapons from off the ground. “Now this is what I’m talking about kid!”
You glared at the man in front of you as you stood firmly on your own two feet, channeling your emotions as you took deep breaths. Breathing was important, you needed to breathe and keep a level head to be able to beat him. Chizome started moving, a smirk on his face as he gripped his sword tightly, running straight at you. You raised your hand and flicked it to the side, sending the man flying at first. But soon enough he was able to read your movements and somehow dodge them. Things were being thrown around and dust was spreading through the area at an alarming rate. But you kept going, and with all the dust you were left partially blinded. You couldn't see anything around you, but the wind was still calling out to you. You listened closely, trying to pinpoint where the older man was, and when you found him you stopped the flying dust and forced them to the ground. The two of you made eye contact, and just like that you were dodging his sword swiftly. His attacks were quick and precise, and each one was a little too close for comfort. The rush of adrenaline and confidence allowed you to avoid getting hit again as you tried to clear your mind of the anger and hopelessness you felt earlier. With the use of your quirk you sent him flying backward, giving you room to clear the area so he couldn't use the dust to his advantage. Your hand shot up above your head, and with that simple movement the dust particles and rock were sent into the air and held above you. It was like a platform above your heads of rocks, dirt, and dust from the buildings that were once around you.
Chizome sucked his teeth and smirked as he slid on the ground from being thrown and started running again. Your focus was on his approaching body, and not the hands behind his back as he readied a dagger to throw at you. When he threw it, you couldn't dodge it completely, causing the dagger to cut your cheek and ear.
The shock from the wound caused you to release the debris. You knew what was coming and instead of dispersing the oncoming danger you covered your head and held your breath. Unknown to you particularly large pieces were above you, something Chizome noticed.
"Yagi look out!" He cried as he dove to your rescue. His arms wrapped around your middle as he rolled on the ground, away from the danger, and protecting your smaller form under his larger one. Dust and rocks fell onto Chizome as he protected you and when you finally snapped out of your fight, flight, or freeze response you used a little bit of air and telekinesis to disperse the aftermath. Once that was done Chizome got off of you and sat next to you with a glare. "You really are an idiot aren't you."
A cheeky and wide smile spread across your face with a chuckle. But that smile was wiped clean off your face as your stomach began to rumble in a way you've only felt once before. A gag escaped you as you covered your mouth with one hand and held your stomach with the other. "I think I'm gonna-"
---
"Young man? Is your sister ok in there? She's been in there for quite a while." The elderly shopkeeper asked as Chizome sat in the booth near the bathroom. The alpha male looked up at the older beta woman, his scarf wrapped around his lower face as he lowered his phone. You ended up using too much of your quirk at once, leaving you sick to your stomach with vomit and probably diarrhea as well.
"She's not my-.. Nevermind." Chizome sighed. There was vomit on his pants legs and shoes, that's closer to you than he ever wanted to be. And if getting vomit on him was sibling like, then so be it. "She'll be fine, just food poisoning. Sorry about the floor by the way."
"Oh it's fine, sonny. You helped clean it up afterall." the old lady said as she placed her hand against her cheek and waved the other one in dismissal. "Would you like me to call for an ambulance or something, she sounds like it's going horribly in there. It's a good thing today is a slow day, she would've been so embarrassed if we were packed."
Chizome only nodded in response, not knowing how to hold this conversation up. Instead he looked at the closed bathroom door. "You ok in there, kid?"
"I want my-" You were cut off by your own retching as you vomited into the bucket that was provided to you by the nice shopkeeper. But even before you were cut off by your urge to vomit the sound of what was most likely you crying was clear in your voice. "-dad to pick me up!"
Chizome sighed, but didn't argue. Neither of you expected such a harsh drawback from using your quirk without your gloves, but it wasn't for nothing. And probably won't be the last time either. The quirk training had only just begun, and he was already seeing results. What you did to those buildings to get out of the alley was truly fascinating, and since you were young and untrained there was no telling what your power limit was. And that was only for the psychic/esper ability. You told him about your multiple quirks, and honestly he wasn't expecting such power in a small body of an unpresented teenage girl. There was no telling what you could become, but he was glad he got to you first and didn't want to train or corrupt you for any selfish reason. "Kid-"
"P-Please!"
Chizome sighed in defeat as he opened your phone and went through your contacts. But he didn't press the call button. Instead he handed the phone to the elderly beta. "Can you please call and make sure her dad picks her up. I'm kind of the black sheep of the family and if they see that she's with me we'll never be able to see each other again and she'll be punished."
"Of course, sonny. You seem like such a good brother, reminds me of my own. If you want you can leave your number and I'll call you once she's picked up."
"I'd like that, thank you."
---
The doors of the small cafe were pushed open as Toshinori rushed into the shop. Luckily he wasn't on patrol, so he wore everyday clothes. Looking around the slightly populated shop his eyes landed on your slumped body in a booth. Your head was down and some of your braids were covering your face. In any other situation he would say you looked cute. But the sweat on your face and the clear labored breathing filled him with worry.
"Y/n!" Toshinori cried out as he rushed to your side. The skinny alpha placed one hand on your forehead and the other on your back as he pulled your braids away from your face. You were warmer than normal and probably starting to run a fever. Your eyes opened slightly as you looked into the blonde's eyes.
"Daddy?" You asked softly, still dazed and light headed from the diarrhea and vomiting.
"Hi, are you her father?"
Toshinori turned to look at the familiar voice from the phone, and immediately bowed. "Thank you so much for calling me on behalf of my daughter. I apologize for any troubles she may have caused." he apologized. The old woman chuckled at the alpha, and placed her hand on her cheek and waved her hand frantically.
"It's fine! It's fine! I have children and grandkids, I'd want someone to do the same for them. And she was no problem for me. The bathroom is who you should be apologizing to." she teased lightly, but made sure not to say the last part too loudly. Seeing how Toshinori looked, the beta woman came to the conclusion that you and Chizome probably shared the same mother but had different fathers. Meaning you probably looked the most like your shared mother.
"Is there any way I can repay your kindness?" Toshinori asked as he stood up straight, and turned to rub your back as they conversed.
"Well business has been slow lately, and she'd probably want some snacks once she feels better. How about you buy my famous cake? It's vegan incase you're wondering." she said sweetly.
"We'll take two and keep the change as a thank you once again."

Chapter Text
Minato sat slumped in his chair and sighed. 2nd term has started and the preparations for your arrival have begun. Tomura, who normally kept a close eye on you to keep track of your routes to and from and school, found variables that didn't exist previously. Such as your brother and cousins. Little was known about them, but they could easily be dealt with if needed. They were just kids after all, what's the worst they could do? Call the police?
“Tomura.” Minato said, to the young man in the room playing on his game. Said man paused his game and looked in the direction of his father figure and teacher.
“Yes sensei?” came his raspy voice. Father was on lap, while the rest of the hands were at the hideout.
“Do you have any updates on your sister’s schedule? Anything I should know about?” he asked, head rested on the back of his palm as darkness surrounded him. He couldn't see, but thanks to his ability to steal quirk he was able to loosely use thermal energy to know where and what was around him. “We can't allow any mistakes when our plan goes into fruition. She's too important."
"There's been no big change in her schedule from what I've found. Around 4 on certain days she teleports home though. There's no real schedule to it but it happens every other day." Tomura responded plainly as he scratched his neck.
"Good job Tomura."
---
You held onto your father's arm as you began your walk home. Originally he had wanted to call a taxi but you declined due to the risk of vomiting in it. While your stomach has calmed down immensely you didn't want to take that chance on someone else's behalf. His skinny arm was linked with yours as the two of you walked down the otherwise empty streets on the outskirts of the city.
"What were you doing on this side of town anyway, my girl?" Toshinori asked careful, to not seem like he was not blaming you for anything. The worry in his blue orbs was clear to you as you looked up at the 7 foot tall man. You didn't say anything at first, knowing full well that it would lead to an interrogation no matter what. All you could do was open then close your mouth trying to find the right words.
"I was.. I was training." You said honestly. You felt too drained to even think of a lie at the moment. "Please don't tell Kaa-chan. He'll be so mad."
Toshinori blinked twice, most likely trying to process the words that just left your mouth, and then smiled down at you widely. "Training you say!? I'm glad you decided to work on your body and quirks! What made you do it?"
"I just.. I don't know.. I want to be more in control of my body. So I was training my esper quirk first since that's the one I have the most trouble with.. And I ended up doing something that shocked and scared me at the same time. And then I got really sick after. That's never happened before" you said softly, eyes trained on your feet as you walked at a comfortable pace. Unbeknownst to you Toshinori had a wide and proud smile on his face. He was happy you finally decided to start training and using the quirks you were born with. Your smaller body held so much power in it, one that could make or break you, those around you, and even the world. You single handedly could change the world for better or worse, and at times like this Toshinori was glad Shouta decided to adopt you despite just giving up Hitoshi.
"Something that shocked and scared you? How do you mean?" he asked after your words fully registered in his brain.
"Well I was in an abandoned area with like a parking lot and empty buildings.. And a few of the buildings disintegrated And the ground around was partially destroyed. It was.. It was scary to have that much power. All because I was mad at myself too.. I. I don't like it. As proud as it made me.. I didn't like it at all. I'm scared of myself Papa… all that damage, that destruction. I did that." You said somberly, no longer walking as you thought more in depth about everything that transpired.
This caused Toshinori's ever present smile to drop momentarily. And in this moment he remembered you were a kid. You were a kid born to a world of war, a war you would soon have to join for the greater good. You were a kid forced to grow up due to the trauma he played a part in. Swallowing the saliva in his mouth, Toshinori stared down at you as the sun began to set. The yellows and red reflected against your skin making you look eternal, graceful, and sad. Your eyes were as deep as the endless dark sea, forever moving at a steady pace as you nervously fiddled with your fingers. Your long braids were in a messy bun, but the few out to frame your face blew gently in the wind. And despite the maturity that dripped and glowed from your body, in this moment he saw a scared child. In this moment he saw the eyes of the little 11 year old girl that held onto him for dear life that fateful day. He saw how truly vulnerable --how human-- you were. And he saw just how much work he needed to do, so he could right by you and for you. Not only as your father but as a mentor, a hero, and an adult.
And yet, in this moment he had nothing to say. No words could begin to describe the feeling he felt. The feeling of failure. Defeat. Remorse. He couldn't find the words to comfort you for what you felt. Nothing came to his mind. No amount of uplifting speeches could change the damage done to you. Deep down he knew he was too late to change the way you felt about yourself. He knew he had a hand in all your mental issues. And for that he couldn't forgive himself, or find the proper words to beg for your forgiveness. Something he'd regret not searching for in the near future.
"I'm sorry."

Chapter Text
Being in class 2A was an adjustment you still weren't used to. But with the help of your boyfriend, Izuku, you were able to settle in. The dorms were always lively to say the least, from rap battles to miss using your quirks all together there was never a dull moment. Today was no different. Mina and Kaminari were as they call it 'patrolling' around the dorm rooms. But in reality they were just following people around to make jokes. You sat in the common area laying across the couch with your head on Shinsou's lap and feet on Bakugou. The only time you two were allowed to be together is if someone else was present. According to everyone you and Bakugou were 'too powerful, too scary' when together. Suddenly a thought popped into your head, and you gently nudged Bakugou's leg to get his attention.
"What?"
'If I drenched you in gasoline and you used your quirk would you be set on fire? And would it hurt? Cause technically its still your quirk and it shouldn't hurt you. But its also there's gasoline turning it into fire.' you signed. Bakugou blinked twice looking down at his hands, clearly thinking about it.
"Whatever it is you two are thinking about doing. Don't." Shinsou said without looking up from the game he was playing. Bakugou sucked his teeth ready to protest the sound of shattering window, a scream and thud of someone falling outside caused him not to. It was winter. There was snow outside and it was freezing, so why is Izuku running away in a pajamas and red blanket over his head?
Earlier
Izuku looked at his reflection in the mirror, he was holding one of the limited edition replicas of the hero Zoro's swords. It was sharp and an actual weapon, it was a miracle he was able to sneak it into Yuuei in the first place but here he was holding it at his reflection in the mirror. He wore All might pajamas and had his red blanket pulled over his head and covering his body as protection from the winter's cold. But Izuku doing weird stuff was very common, just not seen like this. From outside his door Mina and Kaminari walked quietly through the halls recording their adventure as they peeked into their classmates room. When they reached Izuku's dorm they slowly opened the door, recording as he careful swung the sword around until pointing it at himself in the mirror.
"No! She's mine! She's my girlfriend! Y/n is spoken for! She's-" he whispered yelled to himself, coaching himself on how to declare you as his girlfriend for all to know. But when Kaminari bumped his knee into the door from trying to hold in his laughter Izuku cut himself off and looked at the two. When eye contact was made Izuku's face erupted in a deep red blush as they struggled on not letting out their laughter.
"DUDE WHAT WAS THAT!? WHAT'S WITH THE SWORD! DENKI TELL ME YOU GOT THAT ON CAMERA!" Mina said as she held in her laughter, hitting Kaminari repeatedly on the back as the camera shook in his hand. Unable to speak, Kaminari nodded his head vigorously as Izuku let out a cry of embarrassment and dropped the sword. With nowhere to hide, Izuku tapped one for all and went straight out the window. The cold air was hitting him but didn't look back, he just needed to disappear for a while.
Days later
The video of their adventure was all that was sent in the class group chat. Nobody has seen Izuku since, not that they were surprised. You on the other hand haven't seen it yet. You didn't see the point in social media platforms like Facebook or Instagram, so you didn't have them, so as everyone made jokes about Izuku and reenacted what he was doing you sat in your seat in confusion, waiting for class to start.
"Yagi-chan! Did you watch you the video yet!? Its hilarious and so adorable at the same time!" Uraraka gushed, thrusting the new smart phone she had into your line of vision. You had given it to her as a Christmas gift, lying to her by saying it was an old phone, and she happily accepted it. The thumbnail was a picture of Izuku wrapped under his blanket holding out a sword and you looked at it on confusion. Shaking your head, Uraraka pressed play and moved to stand next to you.
"No! She's mine! She's my girlfriend! Y/n is spoken for! She's-"
Blinking twice the video ended with Izuku jumping out the window and Mina and Kaminari's laughter. At the same time Izuku walked through the door, a blush on his face, and his head hung low. Eyes fell on the two of you as he tried to avoid eyesight. But everyone knew just how whipped he was for you and seconds later his head was up and your eyes met. "Y-y/n.. G-good morning!" he stuttered out nervously as he sat next to you.
Normally you weren't one for morning interaction, or even talking for so many to hear, but you knew more than ever that this needed to be addressed for the sake of your relationship.
"Dude.. Why the hell do you have a sword?"

Chapter Text
Tuning your guitar, you twirled the lollipop in your mouth around. Next month was the festival and your class was to participate in the battle of the bands between classes. You didn't want to participate, because you had nothing to lose or gain from being a part of it, but then your cousins opened their big mouths and you were voluntold to join by the rest of class. Chiharu and Haruhi, were both annoying, mischievous, and the bane of your existence. You loved them, don't get it twisted, but man were they annoying. At any chance they had they made sure to use you for their amusement. But with their last minute sign up they had no choice but to chill the fuck out after this blows over.
Chiharu had brown skin, lighter than your own, and 3c/4a curls styled with a faded undercut. His hair was normally braided in either cornrows or box braids/twists. Much like his father the front of his hair was a gradient from orange to blonde, giving him an involuntary bad boy appeal. He had dark brown eyes, and over all looked similar to you face shape wise, but had a slightly more defined bone structure. He was a solid 6 feet tall, and if it wasn't for the fact that he was extremely immature he probably would’ve had a fanclub.
Haruhi looked very similar to her twin for obvious reasons, but there was no mixing the two up unless they wanted you to. She rocked a mullet proudly, the sides of her head shaved off and often dyed random colors. She had the same tuff of orange and blonde hair in the front of her head like her brother, but she always styled it to her liking. She was a raging bisexual and if her hair didn't show it then she made it her goal to let the world know. She was 6 feet tall as well, and unlike her brother she did have a fan club.
Both of them were good looking, and knew how to use their looks for their advantage. They were masters at manipulations and it worked on everyone but family. The twins had the same quirk, which they dubbed the Canary Cry. Their mother often called them her canaries, and they decided to name their quirk in honor of her. When they used their quirks together the sound waves used could knock down a skyscraper in seconds. But not only that they could use their quirk to amplify someone else’s if done right. The basic physics of the quirk had to do with quantum oscillation, and through things that they make almost anything is possible. But them amplifying someone else’s quirks leave them unable to use their own for up to 24 hours depending on the time frame. If they amplify someone else's quirk alone for more than 60 seconds they wouldn't be able to use their quirk for up to 12 hours. Their diet greatly affected the amount of time they could do so.
“Are you seriously still mad at us Y/n-chan?” Chiharu teased weakly as he crouched down to your seated level. Not too far from him was Haruhi, who had her hair in cornrows. “How were we supposed to know you were in a classroom full of talentless hacks?
“Yeah!”
“ We’re in the same class you idiots!” You signed with one hand as you placed the tuned guitar back in it’s case. “ And just for that I’ve already signed you to be up with me. And after this both of you are doing my chores for a month, win or lose. ”
“Hey! We didn't agree to that!” both of them cried out at the same time from either side of you. You all wore your uniform, and unfortunately for you that meant wearing the short uniform skirt. But you wore leggings that blended in with your skin underneath.
“ And I didn't agree to play at the festival and yet here we are. ” You shrugged, Guitar case on your back as you walked back to the classroom. Before you could open the door a familiar head of blonde hair turned the corner.
Your father stood in his normal form as he smiled, “Ah, There you are children. I was looking for you.”
“Did you need to speak with us Pa- I mean sir?” You asked. This was the general studies hall, so for him to be here instead of the hero course hall he must have needed something for you guys.
“I saw that you signed up for the battle of the bands for the festival. I just wanted to say that I’m excited for you all to play.” Toshinori said with a proud smile. You didn’t say anything, much to his disappointment.
“Thanks Ji-san.” the twins said reluctantly. You could feel Toshinori’s expectant eyes on you, but he knew he wouldn’t get a response.
With a slight bow you said goodbye and opened the door.
“You could’ve at least said thank you, you know.” Haruhi said as the three of you went to the back of the classroom. Club activities were still going on, so the classroom was empty. You picked up your school bag and sighed, shaking your head.
“ You guys don't know what I know. Nor do you know how I feel. Therefore I don't owe anyone, not even him, anything. Maybe I’m being selfish, but I’ve never felt like his top priority. And being in this hellhole of a school only proved so for me .” You explained bitterly.
“Then why are we here? You know we’re only here cause you are.” Chiharu asked as he walked down the stairs, ahead of both you and Haruhi.
“Because I’m petty and wanted to prove a point to Somebody that I used to know.”
“Somebody that you used to know.. Huh. Isn't that interesting.” The both said with a chuckle, their dark brown eyes flashing red in the glint of the sun as a chilling smirk spread across both of their faces.

Chapter 28: Filler 3
Notes:
A/N: I originally wanted to make this Izuku x Reader but then i remember Katsuki is a all might fan.. And then I remembered Shouto is one too. And then I realized most of the characters in BNHA are All Might fans so this can go for almost any of the 1-A , 1-B, or even the boys from other schools. If you want I can make a part two for this, Just let me know which boy you want it for specifically and I'll write it based on the most requested.
Chapter Text
"We are not naming my son or daughter after All Might." You said tiredly. You had just given birth and now in your arms was your sleeping son while your husband held your daughter. You didn't know if your husband of 4 years wanted to name one of the children you just gave birth to out of admiration, or spite (If you picture it to be Todoroki), but either way it was a no for you. One Toshinori in your life was perfectly fine.
"Why not?" he said with a slight whine/scoff while looking lovingly down at his daughter. Both of them took after you already with their already curly hair, brown skin, and other ethic features, but their hair color and eyes were definitely from their father.
"Because I said so."
"But I'm their father, I should have a say in what their name would be. So what's wrong with Toshinori?"
"I'm their mother. You had an orgasm and I had to carry and push out 2 watermelons. We are not the same. And don't you think they already have enough of a title to live up to? Their father is in the top 20 heroes of Japan and top 100 internationally. Giving either of them that names casts a bigger shadow over them. A bigger shadow that they either have to meet or surpass, and they're not even a week old yet." You explained with deadpan eyes. "We aren't even public with our relationship either because of the drama that would circle around us for it."
Your husband hummed in understanding as he looked at the newborns he helped create. Everything you said was right. Just him being their father put higher expectations on them, whether they liked it or not. They won't be able to make the same mistakes kids tend to make growing up because of their status as the children of a hero. Now a lot of the things about your secrecy made sense. It was about privacy. A knock sounded on the door and immediately he was on guard. Placing your daughter back into your arms he stood next to the block, blocking you and the kids from the view of anyone that came in. His scent was sour and since you were still sensitive because of giving birth you let out a soft whine in response. The twin are unable to smell or detect scents completely yet but they could definitely feel the tension of the room. They squirmed in your arms letting out soft whimpers of stress causing you to bounce them slightly as you sat up a little more.
"Go away." he growled lowly, standing on guard, practically seconds from going feral out of the need to protect his omega and pups. This warning however was ignored as soon as the soft scent of blueberries and cedar enter your nose causing you to perk up immediately.
"Come in Kaa-chan!" You said causing your husband to stiffen immediately. He had yet to meet your family officially, so for them to come at a time like this immediately put him on edge.
"When did you even-" before he could even ask what he wanted, the door was pushed open and Shouta Aizawa came into view. You peaked your head around your husband and smiled at your mother with teary eyes. The middle aged omega man didn't spare your husband another glance before making his way over to the bed and smiling down at you. You let out a wet laugh as you clutched the twins a little tighter as tears freely began to fall again. A dozen gentle kisses were placed all over your face as you nuzzled in the man you called your mother. "Aizawa- sensei? What are you-"
"Y/N, MY GIRL! WHE-" the loud blonde alpha was immediately cut off with a snarl from your husband. Instead of being intimidated Toshinori timidly rubbed the back of his neck with a chuckle of understanding. "Apologies, its improper of me to behave in such a way while newborns are present."
"Y/n, What are Aizawa-sensei and All Might doing here?"
"They're the twins' grandparents, why wouldn't they be here?"
Your husband's body tensed at the news as Toshinori, placed a hand on his shoulder and gave an eerie smile. While it was meant to be reassuring, the news of being married to the former number 1 hero and class 1-A teacher's daughter caused the situation to be more serious than it really was. Aizawa gently took your twins out of your arms and smiled softly down at them. "Beside the hair color, they look exactly like you did when you were a baby. Wow."
Toshinori looked down at his mate and grandkids with a soft but wide smile as he gently moved to take your daughter from Aizawa. "For their father's sake let's hope they don't attract nearly as many suitors as you did growing up. It was hard watching at least 20 different kids pining after you back in your high school days. Especially since I couldn't do anything about it."
"Papa you're being over dramatic there wasn't nearly that many."
"There was Y/n."
"There was my girl."
"There was sis."
"There was, babe."
Blinking twice you looked at the newcomer as he closed the door behind himself. The messy purple hair of your brother came into sight as he stood at the door. A smile graced his face as he waved at you. He was still in his hero uniform so he made sure to keep a good distance away from you and the twins just in case since you were all vulnerable at a time like this. "Hito-nii, I thought you wouldn't be able to come?"
"HITO-NII!?"
"I'm technically still on duty, but my niece and nephew were just born and I'm sure my partner can handle being on his own for a few hours. They're a hero after all." Hitoshi shrugged plainly as he leaned against the door. Luckily the hospital room you currently occupied was heavily guarded at the elevator and stairwell from any potential intruders. The room was large, insulate, and had amazing ventilation. If it didn't all the new scents would probably overwhelm the pups. Shouta and Toshinori both held a twin close and you laid back and smiled at the fraction of your family that was currently with you. "Are Uncle and the twins coming?"
"No they-"
"Hold on. Wait a damn minute. Can someone please explain what's going on right now? Why wasn't I told All Might was your dad and Aizawa-sensei was your mom? Since when were the two even together?"
"Darling... Papa walked me down the aisle on our wedding day."

Chapter Text
Panic surrounded Class 1-A as they watched as water slowly rose. Not only were they trapped in a sinking building but the metal and other material the room was made out of was indestructible. The water was too cold for Froppy to be able to swim in leaving them in a panic over the trial they were faced with. You sat in a corner playing with your necklace as you watched everyone argue over potential battle plans.
“I can still at least try to see if I can find the button to stop the water from rising, kero.” Froppy said eagerly. She didn't want to say she couldn't do something if she didn't even try. This caused Tentacole to shake his head remorsefully.
“You can't Froppy, You weren't even able to put a second foot in before you started yawning.” He dismissed, causing said girl to ribbit sadly. On either side of you were the twins, twiddling their fingers as everyone else panicked.
“Hey Extras! The least you can do is act like you care, instead of just fucking sitting there!” yelled Ground Zero. This caused the three of you to look up at the sudden eyes drawn to you, look at each other and then go back to fiddling around with the jewelry on your hero costumes. You technically didn't have a hero costume since you wore old sweats and a random sweatshirt, but you were comfortable and that's all that mattered. “DON’T IGNORE ME YOU FREAKS! ICE QUEEN DON’T YOU A QUIRK FOR THIS!?”
“Not my name. Try again Pomeranian.” You said simply as you glanced down at your nails. The black nail polish was beginning to chip around the edges, something you didn't mind. Your words striked anger in the blonde causing him to growl angrily and emit pheromones. You were the only omega in the room, so naturally they were supposed to affect you the most but you showed no signs of submission or fear.
“Kacch- I mean Ground Zero, You're not helping the situation by trying to intimidate her! What if you make her go into heat!?” Deku said in a panic. The last thing any of you needed was for the girl he knew everyone liked to go into heat in a room full of Betas and Alphas, a blood bath would be the last thing anyone needs. And deep down he knew the twins would put up a gruesome fight to protect their cousin.
“Cuz, why do we have to be involved in this? None of us are even in this class.” Chiharu said with a roll of his eyes as he stood up with a stretch. His eyes scanned across the room and then he looked at the stair well that was slowly getting more and more covered in water. And he was right. The three of you weren't even in class 1-A, so why are they involved in their exercises?
“Honestly you guys need to chill out. It's not like we're gonna die. This a hero school, a doubt they’d want a body count.” Haruhi said as she stood up as well, stretching her body similarly to her twin, both of them smirked as they held a hand out for her to take. Class 1-A watched in awe as you took their hands and allowed them to pull you up. It was amazing just how much they worshiped and protected you, they were like two love sick puppies when following you around. However, as soon as you were in any type of danger they changed immediately, it was like a switch. They’d go from a newborn puppy to a full blown wolf in a matter of seconds. The first and only time they saw something like that happen, let's just say to get them off the perpetrators was very difficult. ”Beside what's the worst that could happen? Detention? More training?”
As you were brought to your feet you allowed yourself to clear your head. What truly was the point in this exercise? Teamwork was the only answer you could think of but even that didn't make sense. You parents knew you and the twins didn't care much for hero work nor titles. And you worked perfectly fine with each other and the others in your class. So why else would they put you with the hero cla-
“They’re testing us Canaries, not them.” You said softly. This caused both of their bodies to still before abruptly turning around. "i believe they wish to transfer us like they wish to did with Hito- nii."
“EHH!? ARE YOUR SERIOUS!?” they both cried out, annoyance sparking on their face.
“WHAT!? WHAT DID THE ICE BITCH SAY!?” Ground Zero yelled, not liking being left out. But once again he was ignored. The three of you turned to look at the camera in the room and huffed.
“Typical” you said together.
--
“Looks like they found out Sho. Should we increase the level of difficulty?” Hizashi said from the control room. Other teachers looked toward the dark haired omega man waiting for his response on how he wished to test his family.
“Announce the electricity.”
--
“Hey Hey Hey Listeners! It seems We’re running behind on schedule, So we've decided to increase the difficulty! Introducing!... ELECTRICITY!” came the loud voice of your uncle. Cries of confusion and shock filled the room as you and the twins let out a sigh. "CAREFUL WHEN ENTER THE WATER! YOU MIGHT JUST HAVE A SHOCK!"
"Mic you did not just-"
"Shhh Eraserhead, let me have this one."
“After this I’m running away. Might break Nii-san prison.” you groaned as the broadcasting system was cut out. This caused the twins to laugh loudly, but agree nonetheless.
“Wait.. Kacc- I mean Zero was onto something before. Y/n, do you have a quirk for this?” Deku asked hopefully.
“Isn't she an Esper? Couldn't she just, I don't know, make a force field around us all and float us out of here. Or phase out of here. Or make a portal. I mean look was she did to Baku- I mean Zero during that sludge villain attack.” Chargebolt said out of the blue. This caused everyone to look at him as he just gave the equation to solve world hunger. “What? I swear, you guys act like I'm stupid. I go to the same school as you and took the same test. And even got into the same class.”
Eyes turned to face you and you sighed. "Man, I hate it here" You mumbled. “And yeah I could technically do all that b-”
The class erupted in shouts of accusations against you, all wondering why you haven't said something from the beginning. The main voice that you heard over everyone else's was the frustrated Ingenium. “You mean this whole time we've been carrying the weight of you and those two hooligans when you could have easily ended this all in the matter of minutes!? That is very inconsiderate of all of you and so unheroic!!”
“Say the one that attempted Mur-” you snapped but a hand quickly covered your mouth before you could finish. Deku covered your mouth, a hard look that said ‘not here’ clear on his face. You didn't need to finish what you were saying for the party involved to know. 3 sets of firm eyes were on you, but Ingenium’s had a look of regret in them as well. You looked at the green haired alpha with calm but annoyed eyes, causing him to blush and quickly look away as Ingenium apologized softly. “... As I was saying before I was interrupted. I hypothetically could do all the things listed previously. But we were under the impression that this was a test for the HERO class of 1-A, not us. But with new found information we found out this was incorrect.”
“But that doesn't explain why you can't do what Denki said.” Alien Queen said, forgetting that was supposed to use the hero names chosen and the not the legal names given to them at birth.
“I am not exactly in the right physical and mental capacity for those tasks. There are too many of you and I have not eaten enough to sustain and force field or portal big enough for all of you. In addition, unfortunately for you all, I care not for trivial tasks such as this. Much like Haruhi said: what's the worst that could happen?” you said with a shrug. You knew you were annoying the group of people in front of you, but you knew they wouldn't do anything to you. Before the bargaining or guilt tripping could start Deku spoke up once more
“I’LL PUT A GOOD WORD IN FOR YOU FOR TOGATA-SENPAI!” Deku blurted out. Everyone in the class froze, they knew you liked Mirio in some type of way. But they’d be damned if they let him take you away. Seconds after the bargain was announced, Deku was surrounded by mildly angry teen heroes in the making all telling him stuff along the lines of ‘Say sike right now’. But you on the other hand were alit with a new flame of determination as you bashfully looked away from the group of Deku threatening teens that your cousins were a part of.
“D-Do you mean that?” You asked softly, hands clenched together, as you swayed side to side. The impassive look that was frequently present on your pretty brown face was gone, and your aura was completely different, in its place was one that could only be described as purity and happiness.
---
“S-She likes Togata-san!? Did any of you know this!?” Hizashi cried out in shock as he sat on the edge of his seat. Aizawa shook his head, while Toshinori clenched the armrest of his seat. If he was in his muscled form the chair would most likely be destroyed beneath his grip.
“M-my little girl.. She can't be in love! Why wasn't I told this!?” Toshinori all but whined as he watched the group of teenagers wrestle with Izuku. While he was upset that his mentee was being mistreated, he was also glad. Why would the only boy he barely trusted with his daughter basically offer her to another man?
“Woah, never seen her do that before. She looks like an actual kid for once” Nemuri said as she leaned down next to her boyfriend to get a better look at you over the camera. “Aww thats so cute, little N/n is in loveee.~”
---
Eyes and bodies turned to look at you as you bashfully swayed. Suddenly Deku began to regret his offer. While you looked absolutely adorable in your bashful love sick stance, Deku didn't like the idea of losing you to anyone. The grip on the back of his neck tightened in warning causing the boy to whimper and duck before blurting out his confirmation. “Y-Yes!”
A soft giggle passed your lips as you held out you pinky, causing Izuku to rush over and take it. Grumbles left the group of teens as you smiled wildly. ”Ok. I’ll do it. But I have to get undressed so no peeking!”
All most immediately the twins stepped away from the crowd of students and guarded you body and you slipped off the sweatpants and sweatshirt. You were left in a sports bra and a pair of women's briefs and quickly made your way over to the water. The water was cold, but not nearly as cold as the river you often swam in when you lost control of your quirks. And with you having an elemental quirk you were left unaffected by the electricity in the rising waters. “Chiharu? Haruhi? Can you make sure to be the first ones down so you can bring my clothes and a towel? And do your best with Izuku to hold them back.”
Confusion struck Izuku’s face but then you began to sing. Your voice was soft and hypnotizing, but for some reason it didn't affect him the same way did his classmate. They moved like Zombies, all at the same time and uncoordinated as they slowly trekked over to the stair well were you threaded water. Singing is what you needed to do to activate your quirk, and if met with any interference you honestly didn't know what would happen. You could feel the changes happening with your body as they caused you discomfort but you powered through.
“Whats going on? Why are they all acting like Zombies!?” Deku cried out as he pushed away Cellophane and Uravity.
“I cant believe she gave that fool immunity.” Chiharu said slyly.
“I know right? Its a good thing he broke her heart. Imagine if she married him? We’d have to see him at every family event.” Haruhi snickered with a roll of her eyes.
“I’m right here!”
“We know.”
‘Y/n-chan your cou- Woah..” Deku cut himself off. Since the stairwell was mostly disconnected metal stairs he could see your body pretty clearly, including the tail that you formed seemingly out of nowhere. You stopped your singing, opening your eyes, and after a few moments the hypnosis was lifted. “W-What is this!? Y/n-Chan! Why didn't you tell-”
“WOAH SHE TURNED INTO A MERMAID!”
You rolled your eyes and dove below the surface, easily making your way through the trials that were difficult for the class previously. All to press a button at the beginning of this labyrinth of a trial. Water quickly began to clear and you were forced by the currents of water outside into the surrounding waters of the building. As promised the twins were the first one to approach and help you back in. Chiharu guarded the door to make sure no one tried to peek at you, while Haruhi helped you dry off to the best of her abilities with the help of her quirk and the towel Creati made previously when she was asked. Once you were relatively dry and your tail disappeared, the towel was used to cover you from the waist down. Oftentimes when using your tail your underwear tends to disappear if you weren't wearing the proper clothing. With your cousin’s help you stepped into your sweatpants and tightened the strings to protect your dignity. When the door was open the heroic class stepped into the room and only stared at the three of you. On the way back through the endless maze they watched as the twins destroyed each obstacle with such precision it could surpass any pro-hero. The ones that weren't already destroyed by you that is.
“How are you guys not in the same class as us?”
The three of you looked at each other a shrugged, talking all at the same time “We didn't wanna be. Too much work.”
