read, long kinda, girlll the one thing i gotta say is when it comes to them platonic relationships if it ain’t adrinette then they best too stay platonic!! luka always felt shoehorned in as a character in general , like he fr just one day appeared in canon supposedly being a twin except we never heard of him have no clue what he does when it comes to school or if he’s even in school unless he dropped out for his delivery job , like he deadass just appeared outta nowhere as a mary sue to cause conflict with the main gimmick of the show for drama aka the love square. at least kagami made sense as a character for the storyline in general but luka really was just born to be a plot device. ppl always call mari a mary sue when she’s rlly not since she got hella flaws and is open abt it , same w adrien he’s genuinely a bit developmentally stunted from his upbringing in a way unique from both kagami and chloe’s similarities in upbringing , but when it comes to luka,,? ??? what r his flaws supposed to b like im not seeing it. what’s his flaw , being patient and understanding? accepting rejection with grace? emotional maturity and empathy to the point of seeming to know exactly what to say/how to communicate using words or instrument with his magic reading people heartsong power ?? literally the only time i can recall him making any sort of mistake would be when he lied about whether he learned their identities in wishmaker. that’s it. that’s the whole list and even that is a neutral mistake considering his implied reasoning being to not stress her out considering he saw her having a nervous breakdown in front of the park in an earlier episode and she was additionally stressed enough with the fact he couldn’t know her identity so she j had to look flaky and unfaithful for the sake of the universe not imploding. so like what else is there for the list , being fatherless ?? girl 😭☠️ let’s stick to platonic lukanette , ik sometime a fella wanna balance her crazy but bffr it’s miraculous ladybug , she need someone to match her freak , watch it n clock it. 🫡
