O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O Chapter 29 O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Wanda walked inside the house not surprised to see lights on. She made her way to the kitchen expecting to find Kurt or Raven, it definitely wasn't her father or Pietro as she had just left them at the Hg Lounge. Who she ended up finding surprised her more than it should have.

"Hey, what are you doing here?"

"I live here."

Wanda rolled her eyes and ignored the sense of deja vu, "I called you when I left and it went straight to voicemail. I assumed you were, she paused for a beat, "busy."

"I turned my phone off when I left. Why did you leave so late? I was expecting you at least thirty minutes ago."

"Father kept me and Pietro to go over numbers while we waited for the clean up crew to show up. I think Pietro stayed afterwards to make sure everyone is cleared out before he closes the building."

"Hmm," Anna answered and took a scoop from her cereal.

Wanda watched her carefully for a few seconds, her eyes going to the emerald eyes that were looking deeply into one of the kitchen walls to the slow movement of her jaw as she chewed, "…aren't you supposed to be somewhere else right now?"

The eyes moved away from the blank space to meet the sapphire blue, "Maybe…but I didn't wanna be anywhere else right now."

"…won't he be upset?"

Anna's shoulders shrugged, "In two weeks it won't matter," she took another scoop before looking her red cladded sister over. "What's going on with you? You got weird at the end of the night?"

Flashes of St. John's lips all over her came to mind and she could feel her body heat up. She blinked the images away, "Nothing, our performance and your vodka adventure wiped me out. I'm tired. I'm just gonna go shower and head to bed. We all open tomorrow."

"You're really gonna open the shop tomorrow?"

"Yeah, I'm cutting the day in half but we already had appointments that I didn't want to reschedule. We'll leave early enough that we can still go and help set stuff up."

"Alright, well I'm just gonna finish this and go to bed too."

Wanda nodded and started to walk away. When she got to the door she turned, her lips opening and the words 'you should go talk about it' stuck in her throat but instead after a few seconds her mouth closed and she disappeared leaving her step sister staring at a blank wall.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

"How come you guys get to leave early?" Roberto whined as Wanda and Laura broke down their stations.

"A) Today was supposed to be my regular day off, B) Wolverine wanted muscle and asked me to go help set up the camping stuff."

"When you say Wolverine are you talking about Logan or yourself? And if he wanted muscle why didn't he ask for us?" Roberto asked and then pointed at himself and Ray. Laura blinked at him multiple times but chose not to answer and walked away towards the hallway that led to the break room.

"I feel like there was an unsaid insult in all those blinks," Ray commented.

"I feel that too," Roberto remarked before slowly turning to Wanda for an answer.

"Cause I'm the fucken boss."

"Carry on."

Wanda smirked while Jubilee tried to cover her chuckle as a cough, "you both have one client left. You can leave after that. Anyway it's not like we're leaving to go have fun, I'm also going to go help set up. Jubilee," she turned to the younger girl, making the sniggers she was directing at Roberto stop. "You can go now if you want to leave with Laura."

"Hmm, I don't know. Are you guys sure it's fine that we're tagging along? Isn't this camping trip supposed to be for the bands?"

"We're not leaving you home alone," Roberto answered without hesitation going back to his own station. "Anyway from what I've heard you're pretty much an honorary member. Heard they wanted you after your performance at the lounge a few weeks ago and it seems like they're trying to talk Amara into now so…I don't see what the problem would be."

"Well, when you put it that way…but no it's OK. I'll work my hours and leave with these two."

Wanda shrugged, "Alright, I'm heading out and I'll see all of you," she gave Jubilee a pointed look, "later." They nodded and murmured their "later" while she followed in Laura's footsteps.

When she was gone Roberto shook his head and turned to Jubilee, "You could have had it all."

"Leave early to go set up camping tents? No thanks, but tell me I can leave early to go to the mall and I'd be all over it." Ray smirked and shook his head but before he could say anything they heard the bell at the front door making Jubilee twirl in chair to face the front. "Guess one of you is up…" she said, her lips turning upwards into a smile ready to get back to work.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Anna tapped at her desk distractedly. Her eyes were on the computer screen in front of her but her attention was definitely not. No, it was on the small little black device next to her hand.

When she had turned it on that morning she had expected multiple missed calls and at the very least three text messages all with the initials "R.E.L" but was only graced with one missed call.

It left a bad taste in her mouth. It shouldn't have, this was her own doing but she couldn't help the annoyance running through her as she bit her bottom lip and had an internal debate on whether she should return the call.

While wondering about it her mind went to the previous night. The way the crowd lit up whenever he was on the stage, women and men alike hollering in admiration and lust, and that had just been a small environment. In two weeks he was gonna be traveling the world again in stadiums twice, even three to four sizes bigger than the lounge, beautiful people throwing themselves his way.

She thought about Vertigo's arms wrapped around his neck and her mind went back to the one call wondering if when she hadn't picked up he had decided to go a different route. Wondering if that was the reason no other effort was given.

Her phone vibrated, the buzzing against the wood top loud and baring against the silence. Her eyes widened and her heart skipped a beat as her eyes went to the lit up screen.

'Hey I'm outside. Logan said to come get you :p'

Her brows furrowed inward as she grabbed the small device, before she could type a reply back there was a knock on her door and without waiting for an answer it cracked open.

"Hey, Laura's here. I might as well just hitch a ride with you guys since we're all going to the same place…" Wanda paused for a moment watching her sister's attention briefly go to her computer monitor as the song in the room changed before pocketing her phone. "You alright?"

"Yeah," she answered and pressed a button so that the screen went black. "I already have my bag ready downstairs so let me grab it and we can go."

Wanda nodded and stepped aside to let her pass by. When she was out of the room the older girl started to close the door, her sapphire eyes going to to black screen that moments ago held demon eyes on it.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Jubilee smirked while twirling in her chair, "Your luck must really suck."

Ray glanced over to her, his hand blindly wiping at his counter disinfecting the surface, "You're still here too so doesn't that apply to you too?"

"No. I made the choice to stay," she answered, stopping mid twirl to face him.

"I'm surprised you did. I would have thought you'd leave with Berto when his client didn't show since he said he was gonna pick up Amara."

"I could have, but then you would have stayed here alone."

"I would have survived."

"Don't sound so excited to have company."

He grinned at her and moved his attention back to his counter making sure everything was in place, "Thank you for staying with me."

"You're welcome…" she watched him tinker with his things before doing another twirl in her chair. When she came to a stop again he was watching her, hands crossed and on top of the small wall with his chin on his hands.

"There's something else though isn't there? Other than being chilverious." He watched her tongue slip out of her mouth and go over the top.

"I'm leaving in a week…"

"…" he didn't answer verbally, the words 'I know' stuck in his throat, the thought that last night he had almost gotten the courage to tell her how he had been feeling lately.

She stood up and started to go towards him, eventually getting to the window wall and mimicking his pose, "and so I've been thinking that…" she paused her eyes going to his lips and he felt his heart beat accelerate. "I just need to do it."

"Do what?"

"Get a tattoo."

"You want a tattoo?"

"Yeah, I mean I watch you guys do it all day everyday but also I've been thinking about it since you said that eventually one of you would take my tattoo virginity."

"When I said that I meant it as a joke, well kinda. I am surprised the others haven't started to hound you to get something done but you don't have to get anything if you don't want to."

"But I do…and I want you to do it."

His eyes widened a fraction. After a few moments of silence he nodded, "What do you have in mind?"

"Fireworks."

"Fireworks?"

She nodded, dark eyes staring into the steel blue. "Do you know what fireworks represent?"

"The Fourth of July?"

She smiled, "Ok what else?"

Even in his position he managed a small shoulder shrug, "Disney World, New Years…"

"Celebrations and Happiness," she interrupted him. "They were pretty common back home, during holidays and parades sure but sometimes people just randomly pop them out. One of the earliest memories I have is my parents taking me to this event. I think it was a summer celebration at the Hollywood Bowl and it was massive and that image of how dark the sky was and the colorful lights that lit it up…it was beautiful."

"…"

"And even now they get that same type of reaction from me when I see them. And I love to watch the people around me and the wonder in their expressions during." She stopped talking then, mimicked his pose and closed her eyes while they stayed in a comfortable silence.

The steel pools ran over her face, memorizing every curve and dimple. "In a way it makes sense…"

Her eyes opened at hearing his voice, "What?"

"Fireworks. They're used for celebrations and cause happiness," he remarked, repeating her earlier words. "Fireworks cause Jubilation."

A smile curled on to her lips, "I guess they do."

He returned her smile before tapping the counter top he was on standing up straight, "Alright, let's do it. Have you checked my schedule to see when we could do it."

"I haven't…but what's wrong with now?"

"Now!?"

"Why not? You're done with your day so we have the parlor to ourselves. No interruptions."

"You already know what you want?"

She nodded, "I told you, I've been thinking about it," she brought her phone out and went to her gallery. He watched her skim through a few pictures, most of them from the night before. Pictures with Amara, Laura, Anna and Wanda. Pictures of the bands on stage, selfies of herself and he even caught a picture of what looked like himself sleeping but she quickly went past that one until she came to a picture with many different fireworks designs. "This one…"

He nodded, "Go lock the doors while I get everything I need."

She gave a squeal of excitement and ran off leaving him alone with her phone, studying the multi-color lines she wanted embedded into her skin.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

"If I had known he was coming with us I would have driven myself."

"Believe me, me too," Wanda answered.

"I don't know why you guys are whining so much, you wanted me to date him!"

Both sisters turned to look over their shoulder at the couple, Pietro had an arm loosely hanging over the short girl's shoulder while she had an arm wrapped around his waist.

"Just cause I wanted you to date doesn't mean I wanted to see everything that comes with it."

"Hey I didn't whine when I had to watch you and John do this a few years back."

Before Wanda could respond it was Anna who came to her defense, "Yeah you did."

Pietro stayed quiet thinking back on it, after a few seconds he shrugged and looked down at Laura, "Ok, I kind of did."

She grinned at him and shook head before her focus went back on the path they were on. "Is it much farther?"

"We'll be at the campsites on the next turn. We'll see if anyone else is here. When I was here earlier it was just me, Kurt, John, and Remy."

"What were you guys doing?" Wanda asked.

"Setting up your tents."

"You guys put everyone's tents up?"

"No, literally yours, well and ours. Mines gonna be next door if you wanna sneak over," he added, bumping his hip into Laura's while they walked.

Before she could form a response there was a loud, "ugh" and Anna quickened her stroll. She got ahead of all of them and made the turn and then abruptly stopped.

"Pretty nice right?" Pietro questioned when they reached her.

She nodded but didn't verbally answer and the three of them looked at the view ahead. There were multiple tents set up in circle formation but with an adequate amount of space between them. They were all different sizes and colors.

At the very left side of the campsite was a trail that seemed to lead around a lake. To the right there was another trail but that one led into the threes. At the very center of it all was a circle, separated from everything by bricks on the ground and in it was a huge stone grill. Smoke was coming out and in front of it stood a 6 foot tall Cajun, shirtless, with a red bandanna on.

Noticing him Pietro waved a hand and yelled "Hey! We're here!" Making his attention go from whatever he was cooking to them.

He waved in return, his eyes not on Pietro but his step sibling who was now interested in looking anywhere but there. His mouth opened to shout back but before he could a different office interrupted him. The loud "Meine Schwestern!" making them shift their attention.

Wanda locked her hand in between Anna's and started dragging her away towards Kurt. Laura got on her tiptoes, pecked Pietro's pale cheek before following, leaving him to look after them before he made his way towards the Acolyte.

When they reached Kurt he had a big smile on his face, "What do you think?" He asked while pointing to a large tent behind him.

"This one is yours?" Anna asked, wondering why it was so big.

"This is ours," he corrected. "We thought it'd be best for us siblings to stick together so we got a three bedroom. I'm on the front one and the other two rooms are for you guys. Pietro said you'd have more friends coming so it makes sense that you have more room. Pietro's next door," Kurt nodded his head at a small blue tent right next to theirs. Next to it were other tents of the same size, a black and an orange one.

"So pretty much you're baby sitting us?" Anna asked, her gaze staying on the black tent.

"More like looking out for you, there could be bears!"

Anna gave him a look, "What the hell would you do if there was a bear Kurt?"

"Throw Pietro in front of it," Kurt answered as if the answer was obvious.

"What about father and Raven?" Wanda asked, interrupting the smirk they gave each other.

"You didn't really believe they were spending the night did you? Pretty sure the heads will be here for a while but I doubt any of them are actually staying for the night."

"Eh, it's probably better that way. Everyone can do whatever they want," Laura remarked with a shrug.

"As long as no one gets out of hand it should be," Kurt didn't get to finish his sentence, a loud shout distracting him and making him turn towards the cooking circle.

"Kurt! If you're done with the tour can you come over here for a minute!"

The three girls turned to Pietro to see a large fire coming out of the grill. Large enough that Remy had stepped away from it. John was standing next to him cackling and trying to get closer but the Cajun had a hand on his tank top pulling him back like a child.

"What are you guys doing? You need to sprinkle some baking soda or salt on it so it stops growing!" and he ran off without saying anything else.

"We're gonna starve tonight aren't we?" Laura asked keeping her attention on her silver haired beau who was rushing his blue hair brother to them.

"Kurt's a cook and Remy's decent in the kitchen, we'll be fine, they just need to control the flame."

Wanda glanced at her sister at the words. Her green eyes were also on the group but feeling her gaze on her she returned the look, "What?"

"Nothing, what do you guys wanna do?"

"It's camping, all there really is to do is hike, sit, hike, eat, hike and sleep," Laura remarked kicking a nearby rock.

"I'm not in the mood for a hike hike but I guess we can start a trail. Stay busy until more people show up and we can play games or something," Anna answered.

There was an unenthusiastic alright and a shrug as answers before the trio started walking. On their way they saw that some people had just arrived and were setting up their tents while other tents seemed like they had been set up for a while.

"There's a lot of tents already set up but we haven't seen anyone else other than the morlocks who just arrived. Where do you think everyone is at?" Laura asked.

"Probably had the same idea we did and decided to explore," Wanda answered.

The statement seemed to be made true as they started getting close to the beginning of the trail, the murmur of voices becoming more clear the further they went in.

"I can't believe that little kissing stunt worked!"

"I know! They were all over each other by the end of the night. I gave her a lift over and she told me not to bother waiting for her cause she had another way home."

There was a giggle, "it's kinda pathetic but also kinda cute isn't it?"

"Didn't you see that tree with their initials on it? It's all kinds of pathetic…"

"I heard that they've already disappeared into her tent earlier too…" Malice stopped talking as she caught sight of the trio turning to give Chimera a look. When they got close enough they gave a small nod, "Hello, we missed you last night after the show. We didn't even get a chance to congratulate you on such successful performances."

"There was an after party?" Laura asked, even though she knew the answer.

"Not really, it was just us and the Acolytes…" Chimera answered, her hand going into her blond hair.

"Sounds like we missed a fun time. Anyway, I guess we'll catch you guys later…" Anna remarked and walked past them. From behind her she could hear the murmured good byes. It wasn't until they were a good distance away when she heard Laura speak behind her.

"I'll be happy after today when we don't have to play nice and go back to only seeing them during certain gigs."

"I still say this would have been better as a completion, we would have won."

"Maybe, but the numbers were really good last night. Good enough there was mention of making it an annual thing."

"I didn't really mind."

"I'm sure you didn't," Wanda responded and threw Laura a smirk.

Anna listened to them go back and forth with the conversation, their voices almost coming out as whispers considering she was walking faster than them. Her eyes skimmed the trees, the light fanning through the tree tops illuminating the area in a warm light. Her eyes then went to the path they were on, the footprints were fresh and of many sizes proving that people had already walked back and forth in the area already.

After a few more steps she got to an area that forked the path, a huge pine tree being the divider between both paths, but it wasn't that that grabbed her attention. No it was the giant heart cut out on it, the letter V G at the center of it.

Now that she had stopped walking it wasn't long before Laura and Wanda caught up to her stopping behind her. "What's up? Why'd you stop?"

Anna didn't respond, making the other two look over her shoulder to see what had caught her attention. When they saw it they also stilled neither knowing what to say but suddenly Malice's words from earlier making sense and being put together.

The three stared for what felt like an eternity, no one really knowing what to say, the spell only being broken when the sound of leaves crunching and footsteps approaching from behind them becoming clear.

"Chouette, you guys didn't go far."

Laura and Wanda's eyes widened and they shared a look before turning to the unexpected visitor.

"What are you doing here?" Wanda asked.

Remy wagged two bottles in the air, "Kurt saw you guys come in here and said something about my sisters, mosquitos and sunburns. He actually sent Pietro over but Eric just arrived," as he finished the words he outstretched his hands towards her.

"Why would that matter?" Wanda asked, perking a brow and taking the sunscreen and bug spray from him.

Remy shrugged, "John asked to talk to both of them."

At the words Wanda froze and stared at him. She then absentmindedly walked towards Anna to give her the items. The southern beauty titled her head towards them but then turned and started walking the way they had come.

"Don't need it, I'm going back. I just remembered I'm not really the outdoorsy type."

As she passed the tall Cajun he muttered something in French, her only response as she didn't stop waking being, "it looks like you didn't need me."

He turned to watch her go, and then watched Laura do a small run to catch up to her a few seconds later. When they were far away enough that they wouldn't hear him, Remy looked up towards the sky, hands up in defeat, "I don't understand that woman."

"It's not hard to understand, you're an ass."

Remy looked over his shoulder at the Goth that had stayed. "I didn't know she was gonna kiss me."

"So you say."

"Why would I lie?"

Wanda moved to the side so that the tree was visible and pointed at the heart engraved in the wood, "I don't know, you tell me."

Remy looked at the tree expression less, after a few seconds he looked back to her and shrugged, "Ok?"

"Thats all you've got to say? Ok?"

"What else am I supposed to say? I didn't get no memo saying that I have to give a fuck that Vertigo is fucking George."

"…What?"

"Oh sorry, are you one of those femmes that's sensitive about the phrasing? Let me rephrase, since when do we care who Vertigo makes 'love' too?"

Wanda ignored him and looked back to the tree. When she didn't say anything for a minute Remy turned to it too, "What?" He asked, making her turn back to him. He glanced at her, then the tree, then back to her and his eyes widened. "Tell me you're fucken kidding."

"Does it look like I kid?"

Remy looked back to the tree, eyes focusing on the G, "FUCK!" After uttering the word he stayed silent and motionless for what felt like the longest minute ever before sighing in frustration, "I give up."

"What do you mean you give up?"

"I mean I give up, I don't have time for this. I'll just have to wait for her to get over it."

"She thinks you fucked someone else last night…"

"Because of a tree?!"

"Because of a tree, that kiss and Malice running her mouth."

"Alice said my name?"

"Well no, but all things considered," she said and pointed to the tree. "If you wait for her to get over it you might be waiting a long time."

"It's a misunderstanding, because of her assumptions! How am I getting the shit end of this deal."

"Because, love sucks…and that usually means all parties suffer."

"I think you got your affectionate terms incorrect. Your sister does not love me. The fact that she rejects my proposals of being more is obvious enough. If you wanna use that word, guess we can say she loves my coc…"

"If she's avoiding you this much because of a lip lock and a tree, I think you're underestimating how much she might actually like you."

"…what would you have me do? It's not like she's making it very easy, when she wants to make herself unapproachable she will. Why do you care anyway? Aren't you like enemy #1 when it comes to us?"

Wanda turned back to the tree, the vision of her sister standing before it still and quietly coming to mind, "I was…or at least I thought I was but in reality that stupid ass tattoo on her ankle probably proves I never was." When he didn't say anything she turned back to him to find his eyebrows furrowed inwards in confusion. "You haven't seen it."

He perked a brow at the question, the silence being his answer. She gave a small nod, more to herself than him and he watched as one of her hands went to her forearm, squeezing at the black cover she wore on it and he could easily picture the flames that were hidden underneath it.

"Keep an eye on it," she remarked and started walking towards the path Anna and Laura had gone.

"What are you going to do?"

"I have no idea," she mumbled to herself as she passed him by. A few minutes later she was out of the forest and stepping into the clearing to see Laura and Anna waiting at the entrance.

"You took your time," Anna remarked, perking a brow in question.

"He asked to borrow the sunscreen," Wanda shrugged and tossed the lotion bottle to her. "You should probably apply some too, the sun is gonna be out whether we're out walking or not," and with that she started making her way back to their tent, her mind starting to think of ways she could get her sisters socks off.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Ray wiped the smooth tawny skin, watching the blue, purple and pinks blend into the flesh. "I still can't believe you chose this spot. It's like you don't pay attention to the pain chart."

"I know," she shrugged casually now that he no longer had a needle gun to her skin, "I thought it would look really cool there."

He eyed the tattoo again, tilting his head to the side and letting his eyes linger on it for a few seconds before they tracked down her neck and settled on her collarbone. "It looks good… come check it out."

He moved to the side giving her space to get off the chair and go towards the large mirror in his area. She looked at her side profile, letting her face tilt to the side to show the multicolored lines behind her ear.

"My daddy's gonna kill me…"

He let a chuckle out through his nose as he stepped besides her to look at the tattoo through the reflection. "Then you picked a good place for it cause it can easily be hidden." After saying the words his hand went to her hair which had been swiped to the other side and evenly distributed it making sure that it hid her ears and neck.

She admired herself for a few seconds before grabbing the hair and tossing it back to admire the tattoo again. Instead of watching her anymore he took a few steps back and eventually moved to sit on his tattoo chair deciding to watch her from afar.

"You know the others are gonna be pissed when they see it."

"Why? I thought you said we could do this if we didn't have clients?" She asked worriedly while turning to face him.

"They won't be mad about that. They're gonna get mad that you didn't let any of them do it."

"Oh…guess you're just that lucky then."

"Guess so."

"I'm going to tell them you talked me into it."

"Hey! But then they'll be mad at me."

"That's the point."

His eyes narrowed at her in a faux glare, after a few seconds he motioned to his station. "Now that you're done checking yourself out, grab me a glove, the hex cream and the film I got ready for you."

She grabbed the three items and walked over to him. When she reached him he moved to give her same space to sit besides him. She sat and got comfortable allowing her newly tattooed area to face him. She heard the snap on of the glove and seconds later felt his fingers at her neck.

When he finished spreading a light layer of the antibiotic cream he carefully put the protective film over it.

"You know the drill, avoid scratching, getting it wet, use the hex cream ect ect…"

"Thanks…for doing it for me."

He nodded, "It was my pleasure."

"So what now? Should we clean up and head to the camp ground?"

His head tilted to the side, his lips going inwards, letting a few seconds of silence fill the rooms before , "We could…"

She watched him take the glove off, "Or?" She asked, hearing the suggestive tone in his voice.

"Or…we can hang out here a little while longer," as he spoke, his hand found her exposed knee, fingers pressing into her softly.

Her eyebrow rose, "Here? Really? I thought you would save your pick for somewhere while we're camping."

"There'd be nowhere to do it, there's gonna be like two dozen people around. Plus the fact that I just did your first tattoo…it's kinda hot."

"Oh, so you do get off during tattooing, tell me how frequently are you sitting across from me with a boner?" She joked with a mischievous smile, her legs slowly spreading open, making the skirt she had decided to wear that day hike up wards.

"It's not the tattooing that got me hard," he answered and took her bait, allowing his hand to slide up her leg into her inner thigh, stopping when his fingers reached the juncture where her legs met.

Her eyes fluttered and her head titled back. She didn't see or feel him lean in towards her, only felt the soft brush of his lips against hers, the gentleness of it contradicting with the rubbing and pressing against her center.

A whimper echoed in the otherwise quiet area making his half hard cock pulse and their kiss to get messier as his tongue pressed in between her lips. Her mouth opened obediently, arms lifting to wrap around his neck, one of her legs following suite to put her in a straddling position.

The hand that had been lost in between her legs maneuvered itself over her ass, helping lift her into a comfortable spot before pressing her closer, closing any space between them. The moment her pelvis met his, a loud moan echoed into the air. Her fingers tightened on the back of his head and her body arched wanting more friction against her core.

He let her take control of the situation. Letting her thighs tighten around him while her pelvis rocked back and forth repeatedly grinding into him.

"Fuck," he breathed into her neck while the hand on her ass helped press her closer. "We really should have gotten naked before putting ourselves in this position."

"You need to get naked, I can work with this…" she whispered, her breath warm against his lobe.

"Lucky you," his palm flicked at the skin under it, making the sound of skin on skin sound in the otherwise quiet room.

She smirked and the hand that was on his back slid upwards into the barley grabbable blonde locks. With a tight little pull she made his face tilt upwards away from her neck allowing her to place feather light kisses against his jaw. After a few seconds of dotting on the sharp line she let a low, "Lay back," murmur past her mouth.

He didn't hesitate, hand tightening around her curves so she wouldn't fall as he re-positioned them. Eventually leaving them with him lying correctly on his laid back chair, her thighs pinning him around the waist and her hands on his chest anchoring her in place.

Said hands pushed against him allowing her hips to raise a few centimeters so that she could grind against the noticeable bulge pressing against her. The action caused both to moan and her hands slowly slid down the cotton material until her fingertips brushed the edges.

"Arms up."

Again, he did as told, sitting up for a few seconds and letting his long limbs stretch upwards. She didn't waste any time letting her fingers grab on and pulling upwards, leaving his chest bare and his thunderous tattoo glowing a pale blue thanks to the lighting at his station. Her eyes skimmed the exposed skin before her fingers slid further down until they touched the button on his pants.

Before she had a chance to start undoing it she stopped moving all together and looked up. One of his hands had come up. It gently moved her hair aside and the grey bluish orbs zoned into the different lines of color. "Hair up and away from the ink. We don't want to mess it up on the first day."

She let her eyes roll before her hands went to gather all her hair, twisting and looping it into itself to give herself a sideways bun opposite of where the tattoo was. "Happy?" she asked.

He smirked and eyed the lopsided hairstyle, "So cute," he teased making her stick her tongue out at him. "hmm..I think I can put that to good use now…"

"We'll see, make any more cute little comments and maybe I'll use teeth instead."

He let a small chuckling breath out of his nose before feeling the button on his pants become loose alleviating some of the pressure on his cock and seconds later the sound of the zipper echoed in the space around them.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

Ray gave one more swipe of the Clorox wipey against the surface of his chair. He had already cleaned it five times so he knew there was no evidence left of what they had done on it but he had to keep himself busy because all he could think of if he stared at the petite Asian across from him too long was how beautiful she had looked bouncing up and down his shaft. Her cheeks covered in a red tinted blush, her hand swiping the sweat away making sure to keep her fresh tattoo out of harm's way and her eyes rolling to the back of her head when his finger tips pressed into her thighs and his hips thrusted upwards.

His dick twitched as he started reliving the moment and before he could once again run the wipe against the already spotless surface he was pulled away by her voice.

"I can't believe I did it…" his eyes found her staring at herself. She had used his cleaning time as an opportunity to do her hair which was now parted in the middle with one side in her natural straight stage and the other pulled away from her face and neck by side way braids. "...now I have my own first tattoo story."

"You gonna include the getting fucked after part to that story?"

Her lips twitched upwards and her eyes found his through the mirror., "I would but that would defeat the purpose of 'secret'."

His mouth opened, the sudden need to say the words he had wanted to tell her the night before wanting to escape his throat. After a few seconds his mouth closed and her eyes returned to her fireworks. His lips curled downward as he wondered why the words kept getting stuck in his throat.

He didn't have too long to wonder as his thoughts were interrupted by hands coming together in a clap, "Alright, I'm done. We should probably go home real quick so I can change and clean up cause even though I know you love the easy access look we probably don't want to share with the rest of the class."

She turned and started to make her way past him towards the hallway that would lead them out but as she went to pass him a grip enveloped her wrist stopping her in place. Her eyes looked up at him, the almond brown connecting with intense blue grey.

His mouth opened again, he had to tell her, there were three simple words… I want more.

"It was storming the last time I saw her…" were the words that came out instead. Her eyes widened and she glanced down at his arm before locking gazes with him again. "She taught me to cook at a young age so I already knew my way around the kitchen. It was a weekend so I didn't have school and it was raining. The plan was to make spaghetti, quick and easy with brownies as desert. She knew they were my favorite and I didn't like the rain. So when we started to get everything out she noticed we were missing ingredients for the brownies, said she would go to the store and be back before I finished the spaghetti…and that was it. Last time I saw her."

"..."

"Long after I had eaten I just watched for her but all I saw was rain and lightning. A few days later I ran out of food and had to go to the neighbors. When they came over they looked through the house trying to find any clue to where she had gone. I didn't know what the words meant at the time but they kept coming up so I knew they were important. Invoices and eviction."

"..."

"She realized she couldn't take care of me so she left. I was put in foster care a few days after. You've asked me before what my tattoos meant, I guess that one is the reminder that people leave, no matter how much you may love them."

Jubilee didn't know she was crying until the hold on her wrist lightened and that hand that had been holding it went up to her face, thumb brushing the silent tears away.

"...I don't know why I just told you that," he admitted. "Maybe, because you shared something beautiful with me I wanted to do the same. I've never told that to anyone else."

The only answer Jubilee could give was a sniffle as more silent tears fell. He swiped at them again and gave a soft smile, allowing his other hand to come up so that he cupped her face.

His lips were soft on her wet skin, "I…" her voice cracked.

"Shh…it's ok. It happened a long time ago and nothing can change it. Now take a deep breath, the girls will think I did a horrible job tattooing you if you show up with blotchy red eyes."

That did get a small watery chuckle from her. He placed a last soft kiss on her lips before he let her face go and a hand reached for hers, "Come on, we need to get going."

She nodded, took a deep breath and let him lead the way, her fingers interlocking with his as they went.

The words I want more being felt by two but staying locked in the same small space.

O-o-O-o-O-o-O-o-O

"And where the fuck have you guys been? Your last client was hours ago so why are you so late?"

Ray smirked as he took a seat on the long log that Roberto sat on. Jubilee had been following close by but at the moment her eyes were surveying the area, noticing multiple little camp fires. "I'll let her tell you guys."

"You missed dinner," Amara remarked as Jubilee finally pulled her attention to them, giving a small wave around their own campfire. The fire was semi big at the center, at every side of it were long logs with multiple people sitting on them. One one side was Amara, Roberto and now Ray. Directly across from them was Laura, Pietro and Kurt. On the log perpendicular of them sat Wanda and Anna and across from them sat the Acolytes. Without hesitation she sat beside Wanda which also put her beside Amara.

"Is there still food leftov…"

"What the fuck is that?" All eyes went to Wanda who was now looking at Jubilee's side profile, sapphire eyes wide and focused.

"...Oh…" Jubilee looked down with a shy smile, "The reason we're late I guess…"

Anna leaned over Wanda to look, "Is that a tattoo?"

"A WHAT?" and "TATTOO?" were shouted at the same time and the multiple tattoo artist and Amara got up from their seats and made their way over to get good luck. Jubilee sat there letting multiple people tilt her chin up as they got a good look, half of them complaining about how they weren't the ones to do it, some of them complimenting the work and Roberto remarking that the lines were off and that he would have done better.

At the words Ray got up and lifted her chin to look, and unlike with everyone else the touch made Jubilee's heart skip a beat. Her gaze moved sideways, ever since his earlier overshare she had been unable to look him straight in the eyes and taking the chance now that they were surrounded by a lot of people didn't feel like a good choice either.

"You're just a hater," Ray responded, letting her chin go and retaking his seat next to the dark skinned boy who was grinning at him.

"Maybe."

Ray opened his mouth to retort but before he could say anything Jubilee interrupted with, "So everyone just moved into their own groups? I thought this was supposed to be a bonding thing for you guys?"

"It was a thank you for last night but I don't think anyone was expected to fraternize with the enemy," Remy answered with a slight shrug of his shoulders.

"It wasn't expected but apparently it's happening, fraternizing…if that's what we're calling it."

Jubilee felt Wanda tense beside her, making her own eyes go sideways to glance at the white striped southern girl next to her. Anna's emerald eyes stayed on the fire at the center of their circle, body laxed as if the tensed words hadn't come out of her mouth. Unconsciously Jubilee glanced at Remy who was now watching the southern beauty as well and found her eyes ping ponging between them. Oh, something had happened. The way Wanda was still rigid next to her, Anna avoided looking over the fire at the Cajun and the way Laura's lips puckered her lips in wards were a clear indicator of that.

"It is what we're doing though isn't it?" Everyone's attention went to Kurt who was poking the fire with a stick. "I mean technically we're all "enemies" but yet here we are hanging out. What other word would we use?" he asked, turning sideways to look at Anna.

She looked back, rolled her eyes and shook her head, "Never mind." The subtext hadn't been for him.

"Anyways," Pietro changed the subject, "You guys came at the perfect time, we were getting ready to play a new game." The comment made multiple people give sighs of relief.

"What were you playing before?" Ray asked, making every one turn and glare at John while mumbling together "I spy".

Jubilee's lips curled upwards, "lots of trees?," she guessed thinking back to the last time they had played at the beach house. As she thought about it she couldn't help but smile softly, things felt like they had taken such a turn since then.

She glanced between the two southerners, the tension still palpable. Her gaze switched to Laura and Pietro and then Amara and Roberto. They were cuddled together, joined either hip to hip or arm over shoulder, inseparable now. Her eyes then went to her red tipped boss, back then Wanda had been completely hostile towards John and now she could see the small glances shared between them ever so often. Her eyes looked away from them to stop on orange bangs and blonde short blonde hair. Hair her fingers had been tangled in less than an hour ago.

Yes things had definitely changed since that trip to the beach.

"Want some?" Jubilee blinked as Kurt dangled a camping kettle in front of her.

"What is it?"

"Hot chocolate."

"No thanks, I'm good."

"I'll take a refill," Wanda remarked, stretching her Styrofoam cup to him.

"Alright but be careful cause it's still pretty hot."

"Yeah yeah yeah," she muttered, shaking her cup rushing him.

"So what's the new game?"

"Name that tune person edition," John answered ignoring all the glares that were still on him because of I spy.

"Name that tune person edition?" Jubilee questioned. "Never heard of that."

"It's pretty much name that tune with a personal twist. Instead of just guessing the song, the person who picks the song picks one with a person in mind. The person who thinks the song is about them has to continue the song," John explained, getting a confused look from the Asian girl making him smile.

"For example," he continued to clear it up, "If I choose a song right now I'll go with…" he paused not looking at anyone else in the circle, head tilting sideways as in thought. His lips parted and his voice which she had never heard on its own came out low and gruff, "Mars needs women…angry red woman…," his hands slapped his thigh at every word making a beat.

All eyes went to the red cladded girl in the circle who ignored the looks even when half the group started humming the instrumental to the song.

After a few seconds Wanda rolled her eyes, "Stop look dig it If she wanna get it…Stop look dig it All she can destroy."

Everyone shouted and hollered and then sang together, "Mars needs women angry red women…Mars needs women angry red women.."

As everyone started to settle down, John's fond gaze stayed on the Sapphire eyed beauty before turning back to Jubilee, "Rob Zombie, Mars needs Women, cause she guessed correctly she picks the next song and that's how you play."

She nodded understanding the concept before saying, "We'll I'm gonna suck at this, not all of us are musical artists you know," she finished and twisted in her seat so she could be closer to Amara to lay her head on her shoulder.

"It'll be fine, we'll go easy on you guys," Roberto answered before nodding at Wanda who looked around the circle as the game began.

Many songs, laughter and hot chocolate refills later they added another log to their fire. Some of the other groups had put their own fires out either to call it an early night or to go out into the woods to start a scary night adventure.

"You guys want to do one more round of this and maybe we'll do scary stories next?" Pietro asked making half the circle agree, while others stayed quiet not answering and a few made sounds of protest. He ignored most of them, "Wanda you were picked last so you're up.."

"Do I have to?" Wanda asked, swirling her cup of hot chocolate around.

"Yup, Jubilee got you with Witchy Woman," the comment made a few of them snigger and Wanda threw a glare at her younger employee who mumbled a 'Sorry! I'm horrible when put on the spot'. "So you're up."

"Fine," she swirled her cup one more time, eyes going sideways to Anna for a brief second before her voice filled the air, "You had one eye in the mirror, as you watched yourself gavotte…And all the girls dreamed that they'd be your partner they'd be your partner…"

Half the circle started singing, "You're so vain…You probably think this song is about you.."

After they finished the chorus they looked around, "Alright, so we know the song but there's multiple people this song could fit."

"It's Pitero."

"Thanks babe," The silvered hair man muttered, giving his girlfriend the side eye making her shrug.

"I'm just saying," Laura remarked, "It's either you, Remy or…" she looked around the circle, "Roberto."

"HEY!" Laura shrugged again and looked away from the offended expression on his face while Amara giggled.

"So which one of you wants to tr..."

"You're so vain. I bet you think this song is about you. Don't you, don't you?"

They all quieted out and turned to Remy who was looking at the red tipped hair girl.

"That's correct," Wanda confirmed, her hand moving to point at the tallest of them, her cup of coco going along with her movements and then spilling out as she tipped it too much.

"Ah, Fuck." All eyes turned to the commotion as Anna stood up fast and straight, her leg going up in a knee jerk as her hand went to her shoes taking it off.

"Opps, sorry Anna!" Here let me…"

Jubilee watched Wanda outstretch her hand to take her sister's boot as the pale fingers dipped into her now wet sock.

"I's fine, at least it wasn't fucken hot," was the response as the sock came off exposing the alabaster skin. Jubilee then watched her boss turn and gaze across the way. Remy didn't look back, instead his focus was on the exposed ankle, the flames from their campfire giving it an orange glow and highlighting the dark stamp at its center.

Anna was too busy taking a napkin from Pietro to notice, "You should probably splash it with water before you wipe it so it's not all sticky."

"It's fine, I'm all sticky from the sweat all day anyway," she answered, ignoring the advice.

"Mein schsiter," Anna looked to see Kurt offering her his sock. She raised an eyebrow and her nose scrunched in shaking her head as if asking why she would take it before returning to wipe the sweetness off. A few seconds into the action her eyes widened, she looked up and automatically slapped her hand over her ankle.

"Give me the fucken sock," she rushed out and snapped the sock out of Kurt's hand. After the sock was on she turned to Wanda who was already staring back.

Without looking away from her sister she mumbled, "I guess you're up…"

There was no pause, no hesitation before the next voice started singing.

"I'm your prince –You better be my princess, Lie beside me give me your sweet kiss…"

"Damn, alright then…who the hell is this directed to?" Ray asked and started looking around trying to find a candidate.

"John, definitely John," Roberto answered, making Amara giggle while bumping him. John didn't raise to the bait, his eyes widened turning to face Wanda who didn't notice as she kept her stare on the southern girl beside her.

"That's a good guess. Maybe he's trying to throw us off our game. Does anyone even know the song?" Kurt asked, looking around while Remy continued to sing in the background.

"Don't play coy, you want it too! I suffocate because of you…"

"It sounds familiar, I've definitely heard it before…oh shit, is it me?" Pietro asked.

"Did you just call yourself a princess?"

"No time babe, I'm trying to remember the lyrics."

Everyone started talking at the same time, most people having discussions with the people sitting besides them. Amara was tuned next to Roberto and Ray who were still guessing it was John and even though Jubilee was facing them too her ears were tuned into the whispered conversation on her other side.

"Did you do that on purpose?"

"Do what?"

"I'm not in the mood for games."

"...Neither is he, so stop playing. He's leaving in two weeks, you'll regret it if you leave it like this."

"You saw the tree."

"I did."

"..." Anna stayed quiet waiting for anything else. When nothing else came she stood up. "I'm done playing." The action caught everyone else's attention which then quickly went to Wanda who started singing.

"Close your eyes to this disaster. They lived happily ever after…"

Laura watched her for a few seconds before glancing at Pietro, "You have heard this song, it's on that joint playlist I have with you sisters, " and then started singing the same verse as well.

"Close your eyes to this disaster. They lived happily ever after…"

"You guys are ridiculous," Anna remarked, turning to leave the circle. Before she got far, fingers wrapped around her wrist keeping her in place. Noticing the grip on his sister Kurt got up but Wanda quickly grabbed his arm keeping him in place. Anna twisted trying to get free but when she failed she turned, eyes going up to find Remy towering over her.

"You belong to me…oh oh oh oh oh oh…" his voice was loud not only grabbing the attention of the people within their circle but also in the nearby ones as well.

"This isn't the time…"

"You belong to me…oh oh oh oh…"

She tried pulling away again, shaking her head.

"You belong to me…" Remy tried again, taking a step closer and simultaneously pulling her closer to the point where their foreheads almost touched.

"You belong to me…"

Anna gave a deep sigh, eyes closing and allowing her head to lean forward closing any gap that was left. Letting her lips part to let out a harmonic, "…oh oh oh oh oh oh…"

"You belong to me…"

"…oh oh oh oh oh oh…"

"You belong to me…" the last verse Remy sung was quiet and low, and soon neither southern made a sound as their lips connected.

Wanda released Kurt who sat down, mouth opened wide in surprise. An expression that a lot of people around the circle shared.

Deciding that she had seen enough Wanda looked away from the lip lock, her eyes going back to the fire, her lips opening, "…oh oh oh oh oh oh…"

From across her came a low gruff, "You belong to me…" Her sapphire blue met cerulean. Before she could acknowledge it the next "…oh oh oh oh oh oh…" came from Laura and soon they were all murmuring the song, their voices and the lip lock coming to an end when a loud an angry "ANNA-MARIE" came from the center of the whole camp ground.
