   Yes! Such a charming fic. And your kaminari is my favorite 💕 I’m on my second listen and how smooth you’re able to read the links and acronyms legit still has me astounded.
   Social media fics can be unclear when Podficced but you did this very well! The consistency in intonation regarding the online formatting lends a sort of rhythm that acclimates the listener.

   My main note is that your sound effects (the beeps only really) could be more effective if you use the same sampled vocalized beep for consistency or a digital tone effect. Mouths aren’t really made to make robot noises efficiently lol. The ways you’ve been censoring has been excellent and I’m LIVING for the angsty teen “ughs”. Maybe try using heck and gosh for positive sentiments rather than negative. An “oh gosh” in fear is a bit less genuine than an “oh no” but a blushing/flirty/playful “oh gosh” vibes p well 👌.

   P.S. I’ve only posted as J-bird or j-bird on AO3 lol. We are two separate fans 🤟

   I imagine voicing chat/social media fics as very hard since it can get very confusing for reader and listener with all the names to recite. But I think you did a good job! I loved the conspiracy corner scenes and had to laugh every time Shinsou just left XD

I’d like to think that I’ve settled into a semi-consistent format for podficcing those kinds of things, and I know I’ll be getting a lot more practice in the future since I plan on recording see it all in bloom and every one of those works is social media. I wonder, does anyone else do social media podfics? Hm. Anyway, I have a System. For POV messages I almost always do “[name] sent” and for any messages being received I do “from [name]”, unless it is a large chat, in which case too many “from”s sounds really stilted. For emojis I say “followed by a [description of emoji]”. For text emojis, such as :) and :^( etc., I say instead “[insert slight pause] there’s a [description of emoji]”. I don’t know if anyone pays attention enough for that but it is a conscious choice.

      So, if I was to read a texting exchange that looked like this:

      Izuku pulled out his phone.

      Ashido: YOU BROKE INTO AIZAWA’S ROOM??? 😱😱😱
      Izuku: Never underestimate the wallflower ;)

      I would verbalize it as “Izuku pulled out his phone. From Ashido: YOU BROKE INTO AIZAWA’S ROOM??? Followed by three gasping emojis. Izuku sent: Never underestimate the wallflower. There’s a winky face.” I mean, forgiving the terrible writing I pulled out of my rear, you get the idea. BY FAR the hardest things to read are Tumblr posts, because I’m still unsure how to format who posted originally vs who reblogged(if the post begins on a blank reblog) since I use “reblogged” to indicate additions to the original post, and then having the notes at the end makes it awkward sometimes. Ugh. So much can be accomplished and conveyed with tone of voice though. I try not to add intonations to repetitive aspects, such as the parts of Twitter threads where I’m repetitively repeating “NitroglycerWIN, at Bakugo Katsuki, retweeted Alien Queen” followed by “Alien Queen, at Ah-she-DON’T, replied to NitroglycerWIN” and more back and forth of the same kind of stuff(those were just for example), since none of that is actual content, but rather the layout for the content. It takes up time and brainpower for the listener so I try and make those bits feel like you hardly noticed them. If I dramatically read every one of those particular words it would draw waaayyyy to much attention to the repetition.

      Anyhoo, I ramble, but a LOT of thought goes into my social media segments!!!

   Its super good, If next time you add a notification sound with each new 'post' it would be clearer to tell the different replies apart, like a bell sound or a ding :)
   This fic is so FUN though I love your voice <3

       I was thinking why does your voice sound so familiar, so I checked your fics and realized I had listen to (and loved) one of your podfics a day or two ago. I commented with a different guest name then, I'm OjirosTailFluff. My short term memory I shit, but at least I can recognize a voice.
