VIDEO 1: Ranpo is attempting to wrap Dazai’s arm in a sling, as taught by their instructor during their first aid training. He does not seem to be doing very well with the activity...
VIDEO 2 : The camera is shaking from uncontrollable laughter. Off-screen, Tachihara says: It’s supposed to be animal print, not animal costume! And the camera pans to Atsushi wearing a full-on tiger costume. Beside him is Dazai wearing a zebra-print shirt and Yosano wearing leopard-print pants. Akutagawa steps in the frame and draws a couple of whiskers on Atsushi’s face and says, There you go, jinko.
VIDEO 3 : Kyouka is braiding Chuuya’s hair. Kenji is holding up a few cartoonish clips for the other male’s bangs. They finish and… and it is a little silly but Chuuya looks absolutely perfect, Doraemon pins or otherwise. This was supposed to be funny, Yosano says off-cam. Everyone agrees: Chuuya looks good no matter what.
VIDEO 4 : Tanizaki is filming Kyouka and Kenji from the back as they make their way to the break room, for his Instagram stories. The camera does not capture the scene in front of them but it does record Kenji’s little Eep . Kyouka looks at the camera and says, At least it was just a peck on the cheek, unlike some people. The camera zooms in on a jar labeled, ‘CHUUYA AND DAZAI’S MISDEMEANOR JAR’. It’s already half full even if it hasn’t even been a whole month since it was introduced to the office...

VIDEO 2: They’re all gathered to eat dinner. There’s an assortment of food on display, fit for a celebration of two interns who did exceptionally well in the three months they worked at the company. Dazai is passing around bottles of beer while Chuuya is dutifully rounding up ‘the kids’ (as he often calls Higuchi, Tachihara, Tanizaki, Kyouka, Atsushi, and Akutagawa) to get settled in their seats.
VIDEO 3: Tachihara and Tanizaki are chanting Farewell speech! Farewell speech! at Atsushi, who is increasingly turning red. On the other side, Dazai and Akutagawa are caught in conversation.
VIDEO 4: Tachihara and Higuchi are pulling Akutagawa to join them for karaoke. Atsushi is laughing hard, and then he’s pushing Akutagawa.
VIDEO 5: A compilation of Kenji unapologetically giving all his shots to Atsushi and Akuagawa.
VIDEO 6 : Atsushi, red-faced and near tears, thanks everyone for the last three months. He may be a little bit drunk (Kenji…. Dazai sighs off-camera) but his words are very sincere. To Yosano, he says: Yosano-san, thank you for your guidance when I needed it the most. I would not have had the courage to do what I did if you weren’t there for me.
To Kyouka, he says: I found a sister in you when I felt so alienated from my family. To Tanizaki, he says: And you, a brother . To Higuchi, like a doting cousin . To Tachihara, And a partner in crime.
To Kenji, thank you for teaching me to find the goodness in every little thing. To Ranpo, you intimidated me a lot during the first week . Cue a lot of laughing. Thank you for always teaching me when I get lost in the motions of the office.
And finally, to Dazai. Dazai-san, you’ve always been such a kind teacher to me and I hope that I can make you proud. Dazai ruffles the boy’s head fondly, I already am, Atsushi-kun.
Everyone then looks to Akutagawa expectantly...
VIDEO 7: Akutagawa’s ears are turning concerningly red. He says, addressing everyone in the room, Thank you. I hope our paths will cross again even after I leave . Everyone practically melts from all the emotion.
VIDEO 8, 9, and 10: It’s practically a sports event to send everyone off to their cabs. Tanizaki, Kenji, Kyouka, and Dazai are the last ones standing (and sober). Although Tanizaki tripped one too many times so that fact is a little contestable.
