"I'm a superhero! I'm a mother fucking." That's the last thing Abner remembered. He woke wearing green with 400 on it. He looked around and saw other people in green. They also had numbers. He got off a bed and walked around to see any familiar faces. He found Flag. "Flag!" "Aber buddy. Do you know what's going on?" Abner shook his head. "Well no one does. Even this cunt." He pulled Thinker into view. "But we're not the only Squad mates here. Follow me." Abner was lead to a corner with other people all in the same style. "Who are these lot?" "Team 1. They all died. Thanks to Dick here." A blonde dude spoke up, "Hey man fuck you!" He turned away grumpily.
Suddenly men with shapes on their faces charged in. They were many with circles and one square. The Square spoke up, "Welcome to Squid Game. Here you will play games to win back the luxury that is living. Come with us to game one, Red Light Green Light. It is a simple game where when it's Red Light don't move, when Green do move." The shape guards started to move and the many people followed.
They all came to a giant room and saw a robotic girl facing away. "We might want to stay back for now," Blackguard told the group. "No it's a game, we get eliminated we try again." "Fool." Blackguard stayed at the back of the group. "Green Light!" Flag and a small group moved forwards. "Red Light!" Flag's arm moved. "Darn, well. Better luck-." He stopped talking when he got shot through the heart. He fell face first. Then the group ahead started to panic and were killed too. "Green Light!" Blackguard walked forward and was soon followed. It took two minutes to finish the course and survive. "What the fuck was that," screamed Abner. "You gotta play the Squid Game and that's how you play it," Blackguard responded. 200 dead.
The guards took them to the next game. It was a playground with shapes on the furthest wall. "Pick either circle or triangle. You'll thank me later," Blackguard told the group. All took the advice as he had been right last time. Everyone got circular containers and sat down. They open them to find a shape in a biscuit and a needle. The Square spoke up, "Here you must cut out the shape and not crack it, or else elimination. Go!" Everyone was very careful. Blackguard cut outside the shape. "Fuck!" Thinker yelled before being eliminated. Blackguard unfazed got out his cut and started to lick it. He soon got his shape out and presented it. Abner did the same and was done soon after. Soon everyone was either eliminated or had completed the task. 10 dead.
Abner sat on his bed below other Squaddies. Then the lights went out and began night time violence. Some men started to kill other people. Abner hjd under his covers. He felt a hand grab his leg. Blackguard dragged Abner under the bed and did the same. Mongal hid with Blackguard and gettingall touchy feely. Strange Abner though to him self. Eventually guards came in to stop the madness. 10 dead.
Next was tug of war. Blackguard, Abner, Mongal, Savant, Javelin, Boomer and four other dudes joined a team. They played third. "So dipshit, what's the plan," Boomer asked Blackguard. "First, don't call me that. Second, we put our strongest, Mongal, at the back. She will tie it around her body, then we pull." "How are this smart? You seemed so moronic before?" "I watched a video on Squid Game the show." "Huh?" "You've had Netflix have you?" "No shit Sherlock." When it was their turn they did as Blackguard told them, he was right so far. The other team got tired as Mongal did have super human strength. They won easily. 50 dead.
Blackguard told them this round to not go with each other as it would only get them killed. It was marbles. Abner partnered with a big man that looked threatening. "Here you must pick a game of your choice, the winner will get all the marbles and present them." "What game do you want to play?" "I don't know." "Well how about a target throwing game? You throw the marbles into the target. The first one to hit the bullseye will get all the marbles." "Okay, let's do this." The man made the bullseye really small to make it harder to hit. The man threw a marbles and hit the outer ring. Abner threw one the next one in. They threw five more marbles. All either not hitting the bullseye or not even the target. Then the man threw one that nearly hit the bullseye. Abner threw one and hit the bullseye. "NOOOO!" Abner fist bumped the air and gathered the marbles. "Marbles please." The man grabbed Abner. "Hand me the marbles!" He got hit by the guard and dropped Abner. He finished grabbing the marbles and gave them to the guards. He guard he gave them too and nodded. He shot the other man. Abner joined the other Squaddies. 65 dead.
"So, how'd the game go," Blackguard asked the group. It had apparently all gone fine for everyone. Now was glass stepping stones. The Squaddies went last. They were able to go safely until the last stepping stones. The guy infront jumped into normal glass in the second to last stepping stones. "Wait, now what," Boomer asked. "For once, I have no idea. Any of us have any glass knowledge?" No one answered. "Mongal, bash the glass, but not too hard." "Alright." She hit one glass and it shattered. She hit the other and it didn't break. "Alright, go!" Everyone jumped on the tempered glass.
Soon everyone was at a small feast. "So, how's everyone?" "Well dickhead, your the smartass here, how do we win?" Blackguard thought for a minute, "Well, I think only half of us can win. So, pick wisely." "I think I vill pick Savant and Boomer." "Well, I got Mongal and twister mat here, so I think my team's gonna be a okay."
Finally it was Squid Game. Team Blackguard was on offensive. Team Javelin was defensive. Blackguard told Abner and Mongal, "Alright everyone protect Abner, they'll likely think he's not a threat." "Is that how I come off?" "Yep." The game began. Javelin went straight for Blackguard. Javelin and Blackguard brawled brutally. Mongal protected Abner from Savant. Savant was able to get Abner and chocking him while drowning him. Mongal dragged him off Abner and shoved his face into the water. Savant struggled for a minute. When the bubbles stopped coming up Savant went limp. Javelin got Blackguard into the ground and was chocking him. Abner and Boomer spoke. "Boomer, I honestly wished Blackguard picked me so I could come back to life and torture him for a while. Without worrying about my life." Abner answered, "What if you switched teams?" "I'll try that." Boomer ran to Javelin and tried to get him off Blackguard. He got eliminated. "Abner! Run!" Abner ran towards the tip of the squid. Blackguard was going purple. Mongal ran towards Blackguard before she heard a bang.
Abner woke up naked in the streets of Corto Maltese. His costume must've been wrecked from his death. Abner went to a shelter and was clothed. He got a job at the club where he had his first drink. Two months later he saw Blackguard and Mongal. "Hey guys." Abner came over to them. "Abner! Buddy, how ya been?" "Fune got a job. And yeah, doing fine. How have you been?" "We been good, me and Mongal dating." Mongal nodded happily. "Yeah I saw you get all touchy feely during the nighttime violence." "Believe us you didn't see the half of it," Mongal told Abner. Blackguard gave him face saying not to ask. So he didn't. "So anyway, how you been coping Abner?" "Well Mongal, sleeping is a nightmare. What I would give to have a nightmare." "Hey, what of we all moved in together," Mongal asked. "Yeah, sounds good. Abner?" "Sure, let's do it!"
