Isis watches as the Alpha pair retire to the sleeping quarters and with the sounds emitting from the opened door she knows her presence is not needed at the moment.
She walks over to her post in the corner of the room and climbs until she is positioned at the top with a view of the entire lower dwelling. Her job as Beta is important to the Pride, she’ll watch over the dwelling until the noises stop and then retire into the sleeping quarters with her Alphas.
Just another day in paradise.
