Chapter Text

"Brother! Stop taking my accessories!!" Keira shout was heard all around the building. Lucas just smirk and open his sister's treasure box, full of expensive accessories.

"This is an old necklace" He said and throw it away at the floor. Them both know that it isn't and it is a gift from their mother for her birthday a week ago. Keira was getting more annoyed.

"LUCAS AGRICHE!!!!" She shout angrily. "Don't call your brother like that, Kiera" Lucas hum while looking inside the box. "My name is Keira, you stupid asshole" Keira glare at him but he just ignore it.

"Your box is so boring~" He said and disappear using his magic. Keira froze because she knows what he gonna do with the box.

"Mother!!" She run and barg into her parents office, just to see both of them is making out. She just calmly ignore their activity, because it is normal, and start tell them about Lucas's doings.

Medea and Dion pull away from each other arms and just hear their only daughter rambling. "Just tell Benjamin to get it" Dion said with his expressionless face.

"But Brother Benjamin will only join him!"

Medea sigh and give her the pouch of money. "Just give it to him" She said. "Oh? How much is it?" Keira ask and open the pouch.

"1000 gold coin and 30 diamond" Her mother answered. Keira then run outside and go to where her brother will probably teleport to. "Brother Lucas!" The figure just smile at his sister with fire in front of him.

"Take it and give my accessories back" Keira throw the pouch and he just catch it with a smile. He whistle while opening the pouch. "My~ there's so many" Lucas grin and throw back his sister accessories box.

"Be careful next time, My Dear Keira~"

"Good for you" Lucas laugh loudly while pointing at his older brother. "You better shut your mouth, Lucas" Benjamin smile while smoke on his cigarette.

The smoke purposely hit Lucas face and that's what Benjamin wants. "Ugh! Fuck! Don't smoke here!" He curse but the older brother just shurg and continue what he doing.

"Thats why Claudia don't like you! You breath is fucking stink!!"

That's make Benjamin snap and lose his smirked. "You fucking..." In a second, Lucas collar was grip by him and was thrown at the wall. He cough at the pain but just smirked.

"Hahahaha! Finally!!" He said amusingly and throw a fireball at him but Benjamin move to avoid it.

"What is this loud noise!?" Keira shout and go to the living room. Just to see every servants at the floor, overwhelm by the mana. She curse and run quickly to her brothers.

"Brother! Stop it!!" She shout but before she could touch her brothers, Lucas cast a wall spell around both of them, makes their fight more intense.

"Brothers!" But the shouted just fell on deaf ears. Keira don't know what to do, if only she has mana like them. "Hic..." The sound makes the pair of brothers stop fighting.

"Keira?" Lucas ask while breathing heavily. He cast away the spell and Benjamin run to her. Keira was wiping her tears with a angry look.

"Stop fighting! What if you both will be like 2 months ago?!" She sob angrily. "Ah.." Lucas let out when he start remembering. 'Right... We both are fighting until we both don't have any mana left with a heavy injuries' The brothers thought.

They both have an eyes contact before glare at each other. Keira, who seem to be forgotten because of their glaring, start to hiccups and sobbed more.

"Ah! We're sorry, Keira" Lucas is the one who start to broke the eyes contact and hug her. Keira just lean to his warmth and Benjamin wipe her tears with a napkin.

"I was.. Really worried... 2 months ago... And now, this..." She muttered. "Yeah, yeah, we know" Lucas pat her back with a smile. "What if you both really died?!" Keira shout in frustration.

But what's answer her is only her brothers chuckled. "Keira is so naive and innocent ~" She want to scold them again about Lucas's words but Benjamin suddenly said. "We only fight but without an death intentions"

Keira just stare at them with a disbelief face and remember their every words in their fight.

Thats the words they always said in their fight. "I... Whatever..." She sigh tiredly. "Oh, you should get your afternoon nap. We will fight outside" Benjamin said. Keira quickly shouted. "No! Don't fight and go to both of you works!!"

Lucas only whined. "But it is so boring ~" "Brother..." Keira sigh slowly and nodded before glaring at them.

"Fine. Do what you want" She puff her cheeks in annoyence and walked away. "We're just kidding. We will go to work now" Benjamin smile and pat her head.

Keira stare at him from the corner of her eyes and nodded. "Good. You both have to do your works or Dad will get angry again" She said. "Meh, Mom is more scary than dad" Lucas shrug and the siblings then remembered when their mother got angry.

"... I will go to do my work too" Keira smile and run away. "I too have work" Benjamin said and teleport himself. Lucas just smile and teleport himself too.

'Mom got angry is more worse than dying' The siblings thought at the same time.

"Kill her!"

"She is not the real one!!"

That's what Keira heard when she was being tied but she can't said anything. She just lie her head low in shamed. "Keira Parvis" She look at the familiar voice with a begging look.

"You're not my real daughter" The words makes Keira widen her eyes with betrayal. "Father! Don't get too close with her!" The voice makes her shout in anger. Her so-called father walk away and Cosette look at her. She smirk secretly.

Keira shout more in anger but the knights pull her to the execution place. Her head was place harshly at the cutter thing and she look at the people's glare.

'Ah... Am I really gonna die??..' She thought and close her eyes when the guy beside her start the hold the thing for cutter. 'Please..! I just wish for family!!' She thought and the sound of these sharp thing was heard.

"My~ my~ this is so amusing~~"

Keira widen her eyes at the sound of booming. Before she could proceed what just happen, she was getting carry in someone arms. "Who-?" She said blankly when the rope at her mouth was take out.

"you don't need to worry anymore, Keira" That long black hair and red eyes guy smile. Without Keira knowing, she feel safe in his arms and start to trust him. She would choose any person as long as she doesn't died.

"Lucas! Are you done yet?!" Another guy voice asked and suddenly appeared in front of them. With cigarette in his mouth. Keira flinch and wrap her hands around his neck in fear.

"Wow.. She still look the same when she was a baby" That guy stare and scan her thoroughly. "Hic" Without her knowing, she start to hiccups because of the fear.

"My, it seems like I scare you. Let just go to mother, Keira" He smile and Lucas start to teleport them to somewhere. Keira widen her eyes in fear at the scene appeared in front of them.

"We trust you to take care of our daughter, Aren't we? Duke Parvis?" The purple hair women ask while the black hair and red eyes guy point his sword at her so-called father.

Keira quickly get down from the guy arms and run to her father. "Father! What are you doing at my father?!" She shout while look at her father's bloodied neck.

"Keira... My daughter" The purple hair women smile at the. Keira widen her eyes at the words. "What do you mean? My mother is dead!" She shout angrily. "Keira, that women is only your distant relatives..." Lucas smile at her.

"What?..." She let out, too surprised with the news. "You're our daughter. You are Keira Agriche" The Black hair and red eyes guy said.

Keira flinch at the last name. 'Agriche... The Crazy family' She shiver at the thought of all the rumors about them. He then stare at her before change the gaze to Cosette, who was gripping his father arm in fear.

"Father!! Help me!!" She shout, even though Keira love her crying and devastated face, she still has some humanity.

"Hey!! If you're my father, please stop it!" She clutch her hands to his arm. He glance at her, expressionless before put back his sword. Keira flinch when a hand was put at her shoulder.

"You're too kind, My dear Kiera~" The black-purple hair and purple eyes guy smirked at her. "We can just kill them without being careful" Lucas appear beside her.

"No! You can't!!" Keira shout with an horrible expression. "He tried to kill you. He tried to kill my daughter and humiliated her at the public. He mess with the Agriche's" Medea said with a most scary look.

"B-But he still take care of me!!" Keira was like a hamster fighting with a lion but she can't do anything.

"Keira Dear~" Before she could process, Lucas grip her chin gently and smile at her. "We give him money for your expenses but he never cares for you. He didn't said anything for a whole year and now we heard about your execution-" He smirk and glance at Duke Parvis and Cosette.

"-It's because of that girl, right? I should just kill her. Right here and right now" He then point his finger to her and suddenly Costte start to become breathless.

"Ark-! Fa-Father!! HE-Help!!!" She shout and blood start to pour out of her mouth. Keira gasped and turn to her real family for help but their look just looks too intimidating and show their interest at the blood.

She then falls to the floor in shocked. The Agriche's family stare at her in shocked. "What are you doing? Get up" Benjamin said sternly but only widen his eyes when he sees she was crying.

"Please... Don't kill them... I beg you" Keira clench her fists and stare at the ground while sobbing quietly. In a second, Benjamin hands was under her armpits and carry her.

Keira start to blush at the embarrassing situation and wipe her snotty nose quickly. "We will not kill him or that things. Let's just go home" He said and Lucas snap his fingers.

Making the family disappear and appear again at a big and expensive living room. "Your hair is so ugly" Lucas suddenly commented and Keira start to blushing in shame.

She had a short hair but it is a hair that was cut for the execution. So it was messy and not very suitable for nobles.

She then hear he sigh and he touch her head. "What?..." Before she could continue her questions, her hair was grown into how it originally is. "My hair..."

"Now, let's get you showered, My dear daughter" Medea smile and hold her daughter hand. "Alright...uhm..mother..." Keira muttered hesitantly. "You can call me Mother, mom or anything, sweetheart" She smile and pat her daughter head with care.

"My daughter is so cute..." She muttered while look at Kiera's blushing face.

"Now you look really pretty, My dear!" Medea smile happily and brush Keira's hair with a slight chuckle.

Knock! Knock!

"Who?" She answer with a cold face. "Dinner is ready, Madam" She heard the butler voice and sighed. "My daughter, let's go now, okay?" She asked Keira and she just nodded.

Keira arrive at the dining table and see many people but not even her father or brothers. Medea seems like to know what's going on in her head so she answered. "Dion, Lucas and Benjamin is always eating alone and usually at their own work place right now" She answered boredly.

"Medea Noona!" Psyche smile and bowed to Keira. "Nice to meet you, the last and only daughter of the Agriche, Lady Kiera" She said politely. "Keira, she is my best friend, Psyche" Medea explain and Keira calmly bowed politely.

"Nice to meet you, Madam Psyche"

Another women then arrive in front of her and bow also. "Lady Keira, Nice to meet you. I am Roxanne Pedelian" She smile but her looks is so intimidating that it is so familiar.

"Oh, right. I am also your father sister so basically, I am your aunt" Roxanne hum with a satisfied look.

"I am Athanasia de Alger Obelia" Another women with blond hair and blue-jewelled eyes come in front of her. "I am your sister-in-law, Lucas Fiancee" She hand out her hand and Keira shake her hand.

'Huh? If it is my brother future wife, shouldn't they be an Agriche?' Athanasia just smile at her. "Lucas said that he want to take my family name" She answer her thoughts.

Keira just nodded in understanding and all of them sit to eat. Keira munch the food silently while watch all the womens talk with each other.

"Oh right. Lady Keira" Keira look up from her food and look at Roxanne. "I heard that you just arrived earlier, how?" She ask with a gentle smile. Keira froze and clench her fist.

"Its nothing" She answer with a smile but avoid eye contact. "Really? But I heard that you just arrived from execution. Who's execution is it?" Athanasia ask with a honest smile.

'Ah... So they don't know...'

"It just someone I was familiar with" Keira accidentally answer harshly before froze. "Ah! No! I mean..." "It's okay. We understand if it is someone you're familiar with died" Psyche said to her.

"... Right... I'm so sorry" Keira chuckle and continue eating her food. 'Ah... I feel nausea...' She thought.

After they finish eating, Keira quickly excused herself and run to her new bedroom. "Miss?" She look behind and see her new personal maid, Rose. "Rose, can you go out for a while?" Keira smile to her and the maid feel a bit complicated before nodded.

"Call me if you need anything, Miss" She walk away and Keira quickly run to the bathroom inside her room. She vomit at the toilet bowl.

(idk if there's any toilet bowl in their world but let's just accept it)

"Cough! Cough!" Keira walk to the sink to wash her face and mouth. 'I'm tired...' She then walk outside and lie down at her bed. She close her eyes and fell into deep slumber but before she can fall asleep, she thought

'I don't understand everything.'

"Miss, wake up"

When Keira open her eyes, the sunshine makes her groan silently. She sit up and blankly look at her bedroom. "My Lady?" She flinch when hear her maid voice. Rose just smile and prepare a towel with bowl of warm water.

She soak the towel in the water and look at Keira. "May I, Miss?" She ask politely and Keira nodded. Rose wipe her face with the towel gently and brush her master hair.

"We will get you change now" Rose smile at her and Keira walk to the middle of the room while the maid prepare the dress.

After Keira start changing, Rose then put a little accessories on Keira and style her hair. "Alright, we're done, My Lady. It's time for breakfast" She smile and walk behind Keira, while Keira walk to the dining room.

She then bowed politely at her family who was waiting for her. "Good morning, Father, Mother, Brothers" She stand straight and smile.

"Good morning, Keira. Come here. Sit beside me" Lucas said and point to the seat beside him. Keira, without any objection, sit beside him. The servants then serve the food and she start feeling nausea again when she smell and look at the food.

"Keira? Why are you not eating?" Medea ask her daughter worriedly. Keira just smile and pick up the knife and fork. "Nothing, I am just amazed by the food visual" She chuckle and eat the soft pancake.

"You can eat mine" Dion said and pass the plate to her. 'I don't want to!' "Thank you, Father" Keira smile and continue munch the food.

"Dion, where are you going?" Medea ask her husband, who was walking away. "Ah. I have more works for today so I will probably come home at night" He said and peck her at the lip before walk away.

"Oh right, Keira. Let's go to the clothing shop after breakfast" Medea smile and Keira just nodded. "Sure, mother!"

She regret it.

"Mother... Its already the 15th clothes already..." Keira whine but Medea just push her to the changing room with the newly recommend clothes. "One more dress" She answered.

'But that's what you said at the 8th clothes!!'

Keira just change it as her mother instructed and walk outside of the changing room. Medea smile satisfiedly while the worker just gasp while looking at me. "I know it! You look more pretty wearing pants. Like me!" She smile and turn the worker.

"Pack all of the dress and clothes she was wearing until now and also all this shop accessories"

"Mother, that's too much! I only need a few dress and clothes!" Keira said panickedly. "It's okay, Sweetie. It is very cheap" The mother smiled and handed the Black card to the worker.

"Send all of the clothes before next week" She said and walk away after getting back the card. "Oh right. This is Psyche favourite sweets shop. Do you want to buy a few cake inside of it?" Medea ask Keira.

She nodded eagerly. 'The shop design is so cute and unique!' They both then walk to the counter to choose the deserts. Keira have a hard time choosing the cakes while Medea just smile and turn to the worker.

" Give me two slice and desert for everything here" Keira widen her eyes in shock while the worker just smile and pack the deserts. "Here the payment" Medea give about 20 gold coins and give the bag of the deserts to the Knight, who just suddenly appeared when Medea whistle.

At the night, Keira then fall asleep in tiredness of the shopping. But when she woke up in the morning, she widen her eyes at the figure of her father.

"Father! What are you doing here?" Keira ask but Dion just stare at her. It seems like he wants to say something but he stops himself and shook his head. "Nothing. Go prepare yourself for breakfast" He said and walk away from her bedroom.

Keira was confused but just get ready for breakfast with Rose help. But when she arrived at the dining room, the atmosphere is so tense. "Uh... Good morning, Father, mother, brothers" She repeat her daily routine.

Medea cold face change to a kind face in instant. "Good morning, Keira. How's your sleep last night?" She ask while they all start eating.

"Oh, it just like usual. Comfortable and good" "Are you sure?" Lucas asked her and Keira was confuse but still nodded. "Yes, I am sure" The table weirdly become silent and she become more confused.

"Is something wrong?" Benjamin then shook his head and grinned. "Do you want to go to my Palace, Keira?" He asked.

Keira eyes become shining in amusement. "Can I?!" She accidentally shout before cough in embarrassment. "I mean... Yeah.. Sure.." She said with a flush face. Lucas laugh and pat her head.

"You're so cute, Keira" He grin and Keira become more red than earlier. She quickly munch the breakfast, try to control her embarrassment. "I will also come" He suddenly said.

Benjamin stare at him. "Why would you come? I don't invite you" He said but Lucas just smile.

"Don't you dare forgot about the mountain of work you gave to me"

"You can just return to me tomorrow morning"

BOOM!

Keira flinch when she hear a boom and stare at both of her brothers. 'Did Brother Lucas just throw a fireball at Brother Benjamin?!' She stare beside her first brother
seat and see it becomes ash.

She look at her parents but they both just talk to each other like nothing happened. "You're so annoying." Lucas glare at Benjamin but he just smirked. "If I am annoying, you're a jerk because throwing that thing in front of our dear sister" He said and look at Keira.

She just flinch and look back at her food and start munching the food quickly. 'I shouldn't meddling into this thing' She thought.

"Keira" She flinch and look at Lucas who was just staring at her before smirking."Ah... That's right. I just remembered. Shouldn't she have the Agriche training, mother?" Lucas asked and the parents stop talking at stare at the siblings

Medea then stare at Keira who just flinched. "I think we can start with the most easier way. Benjamin. Lucas. You both will start trained her in 2 days" "Sure~" Benjamin smirked while they all continued eating, expect for the little poor girl.

'It's Agriche training... Must be bad'

When Keira start to fall asleep, without her knowing, her family was outside the door. Whispering to each other. "Are you sure Keira is like that?" Medea ask Dion and he just nodded.

Before they could said anything, the bedroom door suddenly open and they see Keira. "Keira?" Lucas walk in front of her but she just continue walking towards somewhere.

"Keira" Medea put a hand at her daughter should to make her stop and she did. But she didn't turn around. She then look at her daughter closely and widen her eyes.

"... She really has sleep paralyse..." She muttered and the others stare at Keira lifeless eyes.

They then follow her from behind. "... Where is she going?" Lucas muttered. Benjamin just shrugged and then they arrive at the garden. "The garden?" He let out confusedly.

Lucas come closer behind her and Keira touch the rose flower, luckily the torn doesn't touch her. But weirdly, she just pull the rose and let it fall and do the same to the other flowers.

She then continue walking lifeless to the pond and just stare at it before fall down. Lucas quickly catch her and bring her to princess carry.

"Send her to her bedroom and kept this a secret from her" Medea said sternly and her sons nodded.

Keira look at the corpse with a pale expression and quickly look away. Lucas, who is behind her, grab her chin and make her look at the corpse. The Servant who just alive a few minutes ago until he was killed by Benjamin.

Keira try to free her chin so that she wouldn't look at the corpse. "No! Please!!" She resist it. But Benjamin and Lucas just look at her emotionless.

"Look. This is the easy training for our family, Keira" Benjamin smile at her but she just look at him with a really pale and disgusting expression. "Keira. If you want to stay in this family, bare this training." Lucas voice behind her makes her flinched.

'I hate it but... I don't want to be kill again!'

Keira take a deep breath and look at the corpse but she quickly becomes nauseated. She vomit at the ground and Lucas let go of her chin. She fall to the ground and wipe her mouth with her sleeves.

Keira heard both of her brothers sigh in disappointment and start to widen her eyes. "Ah! I'm sorry! I will try again!!" She shout and quickly stand up but staggered.

Benjamin catch her and look at her with disappointment. The feeling she hate the most. "ROSE!!" He shouted her personal maid name. Making the maid quickly barged into the room. Rose gasped seeing the pale Keira and the dirty liquid at the floor.

"Clean her up and you, clean this thing. Make sure to bring her in 2 hours" Benjamin pointed at a random maid inside the room and hand Keira to Rose.

She quickly bring Keira to her bedroom and give her a shower. "My Lady, are you okay?" Rose asked worriedly. Keira just stare into nothing while wearing the corset with her maid help.

She open her mouth, want to said something but it was stuck inside her throat and she shook her head.

"Keira Agriche! Look at the corpse clearly!" Benjamin finally shouted in annoyence after seeing Keira vomiting for the 3rd time today. She flinch and Rose wipe her mouth with handkerchief.

"I'm sorry..." She muttered and stand up again. Keira took a deep breath and look at the corpse. 'Don't vomit. Don't vomit. Hold it for an hour' She repeatedly thought.

Lucas smirked after seeing her staring at the corpse for 5 minutes already. "Alright. That's it for today" He grin and signal the servant to throw the dirty corpse away.

Keira silent sighed in relief and Lucas come to her, patting her head. "You're doing a great job today. Tomorrow will be seeing a slave being beaten to death and also stare at the corpse like today" He smile innocently but the words is the opposite.

Keira was traumatised for tomorrow but she still happy that she get a compliment that she never get from her old family. "... Thank you, Brother. I will do a good job tomorrow" She answered.

"Good. Go get a rest for tomorrow" Benjamin said and Keira bowed before walked away. After she was out of their sight, she quickly run to her bedroom, Rose following her from behind.

"My Lady?!" She shout confusedly when Keira lock the door after they both arrived at the room.

"Ah... Ah..." Keira let out, like she want to said something but can't. "My Lady! You're hyperventilating!" Rose shouted worriedly and kneel down in front of her master who was clutching her chest, kneeling.

"D-don't... Call... Anyone" She said sternly before pass out. Rose catch her before her head could hit the ground.

Keira groan and open her eyes. She slowly sit up from the bed and something fall from her forehead. 'Wet towel?' She thought confusedly. "My Lady, you're finally awake!"

Keira quickly look and see Rose looks at her with a worried expression. Keira look around and see only both of them is inside her room.

"I didn't tell anyone, My Lady" Rose smile and she sigh in relief. "Thank you so much, Rose" Keira smile widely and Rose just smile proudly. "But my lady, you're very sick and even your fever temperature is very high" She said worriedly

Keira put her palm at her forehead and shocked at the hot temperature. "Ah!... Its okay, Rose. I will be better tomorrow morning" She smile comforting the maid.

"But! My Lady! You can just said to Madam that you hate it! Madam will surely stop the harsh training!" Rose said with a angry tone. Keira sigh while clutching her head in pain.

"Rose... I don't want to be thrown out and be kill again... I would rather.. Hold it in" Keira muttered with a frowned and pained smiled.

Keira eyes shakes while her hands shiver. Her hands hold the sword while the sword inside the servant body. The servant blood split at her hands and face, her face becomes more pale.

"Good job, Keira" Benjamin smirk at the servant lifeless body. Keira hiccups and start to turn away, too scared to look at it.

A hand touch her shoulder making her flinched. "Look, Keira. Look at the guy who is just alive a while ago but was killed by your hands. Remember your first training" Lucas whisper beside her ears.

Keira shiver and shook her head. "I... I can't.." She muttered traumatise. "Keira Agriche" Benjamin stern voice makes her flinched.

"B-brother... Please.." Keira stuttering with a pale blue expression. Benjamin grab her chin and turn to the corpse, forcing her to look at the bloodied figure. Keira breath start to become unstable and she hear her older brothers sighed.

Benjamin let go of her chin and signal the maid to clean up the body. "Let's stop for today. But you better don't disappoint me tomorrow" He said with a cold voice.

Keira shiver and grip her hands. Rose quickly come towards her and put a shawl at her shoulder. "My Lady, lets go to your room" She help Keira walk while they both walk to her bedroom.

Arriving inside the room, Keira quickly fell to the ground. Rose lock the door and quickly run to her master. "My Lady!" She shouted worriedly and carry her to the bed.

Rose quickly put a wet towel at Keira forehead. "Ugh..." The maid flinched and look at her master.

"My Lady! Are you okay?!" She shouted worriedly but completely frozed when Keira breath heavily while clutching her chest. "MY LADY!!" She shouted and touch Keira's forehead.

"My Lady, we should call the doctor!! This is not a normal fever!!" Rose said loudly but Keira doesn't respond to her. She can't breath and her body feels so hot.

"Ark-! R-Rose!! Th-the do-doctor!!" Keira try to said and the maid quickly run outside of the room, leaving Keira alone. She try to control her breath but it becomes more worse.

Suddenly, her eyes sight becomes black and she sees nothing. Keira was confused and her body condition start to becomes worse.

"It's all your fault!"

"We died just for you!!!"

"How dare you.."

It's all the people's she sees when she was trained.

Chapter Text

Keira look at the people with a pale expression. One of the come towards her, its the one she just killed.

"YOU KILLED ME!! YOU MURDERER!!!" He shout and Keira start to become more guilty and scared. "I-I.." She stutter and don't know what else to said.

All of the corpse start shouting. "Murderer!!! You are a disgusting human being!!" At the words, Keira froze and her tears start to come out uncontrollably. "I-I'm sorry... I'm sorry for killing you.."

"Keira. " She start to flinched at the voice and see her family. "Bro-Brother Benjamin.." She let out and sharp breath after seeing her family stare at her with disappointment.

"Mother.." Keira tried to touch her mother but she snap her arm away and glare at the small girl. "You're a disappointment." The words makes her heart throb in pain.

"I should just leave you at the execution ground" Lucas said with a annoyence look. "No.." She muttered. "Ha... You're useless and even small things you start to cried" Benjamin sigh deeply.

Keira fall to her knees and start to kneel down. "I'm sorry!! I'm sorry!! Please.. Please! Don't throw me away!! I will try to be a better Agriche..!!" She begged with a closed eyes but her family stay emotionless.

"We don't need a weakling like you" Dion said coldly and Keira start to begged more. Her lungs start to hurt and become hard to breath.

Her eyes becoming red from the tears and she feels nausea. "I'm sorry!! I WANT TO STAY HERE!!" Keira shouted and she start to gasped with her eyes wide open. Her eyes wander around and see that it is her bedroom.

"KEIRA!!" She flinched and look at the person. Keira sees her family with a worried look. She takes a sharp breath when remembering their disappointment expression.

"No... No.." "Keira?" Medea touch her cheek worriedly but she flinched and slap the hand away. Her family look at her with widen eyes. "Where's Rose?! I want to see Rose!!" She begged while clutching her head in pain.

"Keira. Calm down" Dion said and try to hold her hand for comfort but Keira start to shouted more.

"I don't want to be thrown away!!! Please don't kill me!!! Please!!! Please..." At the last word, her tears start to flowed down without stopping.

SLAP!!

Before anyone could realise it, Medea already slap her. "Mother!" Lucas and Benjamin shouted shockingly. "Keira. Keira dear. Calm down" Medea kneel beside her and caress her hands affectionately.

"We will not throw you away. You're my daughter and also an Agriche" She said comforting her. Keira start to widen her eyes and tears start to gather again.

"You will not..?" She asked hesitantly. Benjamin put his hand to pat her head. "We will not. You should tell us from the start that you hate it." He said with a gentle tone.

"We will not do anything you hate." Dion said and Lucas also caress her arms with a comforting smile.

"I.. I..." Keira feel something inside her burst and she start to cry loudly. "UWAH!!" She sobbed and Medea hug her. Patting her back comfortingly. "I-I don't.. Hic... I don't want that... Training... Sob.... It is a torture to kill someone..." She hiccups and sobbing at her mother arms.

"Alright. We will not give you that training again. Just live comfortably" Medea soothingly said, making Keira sobbed to disappear slowly.

"But... Am I qualified to be an Agriche then..?" She muttered and Medea just smile while wipe her tears and snooty nose with a handkerchief. "You just need to be my daughter. Keira Agriche, the last and only daughter of Agriche. You don't need to be anything else if you hate it" She hummed and caress her daughter's head.

Keira lie her head at her mother chest for comfort, while at it, she accidentally make an eye contact with her brothers. They seemed guilty and want to said something but Medea kicked them out.

"Keira need to rest. You guys should go" She said and give a goodnight kiss at Dion before the guys leave. She turn to Keira and lie her down to the bed.

"You should sleep. The fever is still high" She said and caress her forehead. Keira smile faintly and start to close her eyes. "Mom..." She whisper and Medea just hummed in response.

"Why do you give me to Duke Parvis?" Keira finally asked the question she always wondered. Medea stay silent and said. "We will talk about it tomorrow. I will tell you" Keira just hummed and start to fell asleep slowly.

"... So it is for my safety?.." Keira asked after a few minutes of silence. Medea and Dion nodded their head. "But why Duke Parvis?"

"Because the former duchess is my cousin and she is the only one who accepts you in my family" Medea explained and Keira just stayed silent. "... Am I weak for an Agriche?" She muttered sadly.

"Of course not. You tried your best and become a strong girl without us" Lucas said. Benjamin nodded beside him.

"Will you not give me to him again?"

"We will not"

"Will you throw me out again?"

"No"

"Will you give me the harsh training again?"

"If you hate it, we will not"

Keira then turn to her brothers and stare at them. Waiting for them to said something she wanted. Lucas and Benjamin look awkward before saying. "We're sorry for forcing you" They said in synced.

Keira smile and hold their hands. "I accept your apology!" She said.

"Huh?! They're a spies from Duke Parvis?!!" Keira shouted shockingly. Benjamin and Lucas who are enjoying their tea siblings nodded.

She glare while staring at the tea and decided something. "Brothers" "Yes?" Benjamin asked while Lucas munching the cookies. Keira then look at them with a smile and said

"Can you kill them and make the Duchy Parvis disappear from the world map?"

Benjamin and Lucas just look at her shockingly before smirking. "Hahaha! Of course my dear sister!" Lucas laughed with a smirked. "We will handle it in 2 days" Benjamin hummed with a glowing purple eyes.

Keira just smile innocently. "Thank you so much, Brothers!"

"Lucas, stop bothering me! I have a guest later!" Athanasia shouted with a huffed cheeks. Lucas chuckle and play with the girl hair. "Hm? You can just meet them tomorrow" He whisper at her ears.

Athanasia quickly move and close her red ear. "I-I can't change a last minute plan!" She shouted and sighed before continue writing her report. Lucas just smirk and sit at the couch while eating the dessert prepared at the table.

"And also, it is a special guest"

"Oh? Who is it?"

"The Grand Duchess of Agriche"

CRASH!!

The cup glass shattered at the floor. Athanasia flinched at the noise and called the maid. After the maid cleaned the cup, She stare at the dazed Lucas.

"What's wrong with you?!" She scolded him and Lucas quickly look at her. "The Grand Duchess?" He asked for confirmation.

Athanasia sighed and nodded. "Yes. The Grand Duchess of Agriche" "Th-" Before Lucas can continued, the door was knocked by Felix. "Princess, The Grand Duchess is here"

"Lucas get out" Athanasia whisper but he doesn't show any sign of moving. "Princess?" The red-haired guy asked again. The princess sighed. "Come in" She said and the door opened.

Felix then come in with a women. Lucas stare at the women before Athanasia slap his head. "Give respect!" She whisper shouted and he bowed.

"Welcome to the Palace, Grand Duchess" Athanasia smile formally. The women has black-purple hair and purple glowing eyes. She is also more tall 10cm than Athanasia. Lucas thought after inspection the women.

"Thank you, Princess" The women smile and bowed a little before turn to Lucas. "Greetings to the Grand Duchess" He said with a knowing smiled.

"Ah ye...." She trailed off and look at him with widen eyes. Regained her sense, she start to greet Lucas formally. "Nice to meet you, Sir Lucas" She smile and he returned it with a smiled.

"Lucas, do you know her?" Athanasia whisper and Lucas shrugged before excusing himself. "I will excuse myself now, Princess, Your Grace" He said and walked out from the room. Athanasia nodded, lettting him go. She then turned to the Duchess. "Shall we talked about our business, Your Grace?" The Duchess nodded and Athanasia sit at the couch, opposite from the Duchess seat.

A Few Hours Later

"I think that's it for today, Your Highness" The Duchess smiled with a satisfying look after re-read the plan that Athanasia created. Athanasia stand up with The Duchess following. "Right... it's been 3 hours. I'm sorry for taking a lot of your time, Your Grace" Athanasia said with a chuckled, The Duchess shook her head. "It's okay, Your Highness. I enjoyed talking with the intelligent Princess that people talked about. You passed my expectations"

The Duchess hold Athanasia hand and kiss it while bowing, like a knight usually did. Athanasia just smiled because she knows about the Grand Duchy Agriche traditions. "Hahaha, Thank you for the compliment, Your Grace" She smiled. The Grand Duchess then walked out of the room and Athanasia sit at the couch while sipping the cold tea when Felix suddenly asked "Why does the Duchess don't bring any escort?"

Athanasia glance at him from the corner of her eyes and smirked. "It is a fact only the Royal family knows but this is not a secret so I will tell you, Felix" The said guy look at Princess with glimmering expression. "The Duchess is strong enough to fight Dad and they had history of destroying a empire about 200 years ago" "HIS MAJESTY?!" Felix shouted in shocked, making Athanasia chuckled before read the workpaper from the meeting earlier.

'And The Grand Duchy Agriche also related with the Black Wizard, which means... Lucas recognize her blood-related family but i guess they can handle it themselves.' Athanasia shrugged to herself while munching the macaroon.

Meanwhile....

"Great-grandpa, why did you stay at the Imperial Palace and doesn't even visit our house?" The Grand Duchess, Chyrille, who is also Lucas only blood-related family. Lucas just shrugged while staring at the women. "It's been 4 generation since I sleep for eternity, right?" He asked.

Chyrille seems to thought for a moment before nodding. "Yes" They both stay silent for a while at the garden before the young women handed out her hand. Lucas stare at her for a while before hold her hand and the women close her eyes, chanted a unknown language but Lucas know what she is saying so he just stayed silent, letting her focused. After a while, they teleported and appeared at a living room which Lucas knows very well.

"I guess the design still looks the same" He looks around, letting go of her hands. Chyrille just invite the magician to sit and asked the confused maid to prepare tea for both of them. "Who's descendant are you? Benjamin or Keira?" Lucas lays at the couch lazily but Chyrille don't mind it.

"Your younger sister" She said, try not to be rude with her own descendant. Lucas hummed knowingly. "As I thought. Benjamin will never get married" He said. Chyrille giggle before shook her head. "Nope. He got married but his generation finished 100 years ago" She explained and he hummed before looking around again. "Did the tradition changed?" He asked.

Chyrille stayed silent but she knows what he is talking about. "... Your younger sister changed it after she becomes the Grand Duchess" Lucas then nodded knowingly with a slight smile. "Of course. That is her dream since she was kid" He said proudly.

"But we still keep the tradition, no matter the gender, as long as you got healthy body, you will have a deadly training, except for the killing, of course" She explained and Lucas nodded at her words. They both sip the tea that the maids just sent and stayed silent. Chyrille keep staring at Lucas and want to say something but she is still a little nervous.

"If you want to asked something, just ask it" Lucas said and the women put down the cup. "Why aren't you asking why your older brother, the first-born, is not the Grand Duke?" Lucas who already expect the question hummed and bite the cookies. "We, me, Benjamin and Keira made a promise, that if one of us want to change the Agriche's law, we have to fight for the Grand Duke succession. I already stepped out from the succession battle and before my eternity napped, Benjamin already stepped out from the battle and handed the position to Keira. At that time, the announcement still haven't make because of our parents objection but I know Keira did it"

He explained and Chyrille just nodded understandingly. They both talk about a small topic and a little business without realizing it is already midnight. "Ah! It's already night!" Chyrille exclaimed and stand up. Lucas stared at her and realise her hesitant. ".... I can't stay here. I'm sorry" He sighed guiltily and the women flinched. "... I see..."

The atmosphere wasawkward for a while because Lucas still feel guilty after seeing the young women sad expression. "... But I guess I can sleep here for tonight and visit whenever I can" The words makes Chyrille smile happily and she quickly grasp his hands. "Sure! Your bedroom already prepared! Your sister already prepared it after your eternal sleep because she knows that you will come here one day!" She exclaimed without letting Lucas speak but the magician doesn't mind it and just smile softly.

"You remind me of her... " He muttered softly but the women didn't heard it.
