Work Text:
Will wanted to surprise Hannibal. He wanted to gift him with a good surprise, this time. So, he left his and Hannibal's Cuban villa in Havana to scope out potential victims, with a promise that he'd be back as soon as possible and wouldn't budge on telling Hannibal his whereabouts, citing it as a surprise. Hannibal was curious to know what his precious, vicious mongoose was up to, of course. But his love of surprises outweighed his curiosity, he left his darling Will to his planning with a parting kiss and a warm smile.
Which led to Will walking through the city, looking for would-be murder victims. He waved to and greeted their new acquaintances and friends in Spanish with a welcoming, charming smile.
He smiled bittersweetly as he watched children rush by their parents and him with their pet dogs or pet pigs in tow. That could've been him, Hannibal and Abigail once. In some other perfect world where she was allowed to live because that version of Will wasn't a coward who played on both sides.
Will was shaken from his thoughts when he heard a brunette-haired man shouting at the children and their pets in Spanish.
"¡Mocosos asquerosos! ¡Manténganse ustedes y sus repugnantes alimañas fuera del camino!"
Oh, hell no. That was rude. Hmm. What's to be done about that?
Smirking inwardly to himself, Will approached the appallingly misbehaving man. "Discúlpeme señor. Hola. Mi nombre es Víctor Pérez. ¿Cuál es tu nombre?"
The rude man puffed up his chest and wore an air of superiority around him as he spoke. "Hola, hombre. Mi nombre es Aleix González."
Will's inward smile grew. Ah, so that's the pig's name. Now, to get a calling card or some other form of information from the man. "Si, tiene una tarjeta telefónica. ¿Puedo tener una, por favor?"
González's eyes lit up as he nodded. "¡Sí! ¡Sí!" He dug around in his inner coat pocket and held out a sleek-looking black calling card in golden calligraphy.
González's Garage, it said. Underneath his name and workplace title was his cell phone number, his Twitter handle, and his Instagram handle.
Oh, he was so nice to do that. It will give Will and Hannibal ammo to look this rude pig up online before stalking him and making their move on him.
Will nodded back and shook hands with him, smiling politely. "Gracias, Señor. Si mi coche se descompone, me aseguraré de llamarte."
González laughed uproariously, as if he'd just heard Will tell him the best joke he's ever heard. "¡Sí Sí! ¡Haces eso! ¡Por favor, hazlo! ¡Con mucho gusto le daremos la bienvenida a mi garaje!"
Will kept up his fake smile and nodded at the pig again. He faked a promise that he and his husband will indeed gladly visit González's Garage if they ever broke down. Will then bade him goodbye and went back home to Hannibal and their Havanese (a bichon type dog)-Chinese crescent poodle mix they named Encephalitis one night a week after defeating the Great Red Dragon while they were drunk off of some pretentious brand of whiskey Chiyoh bought at Hannibal's request for Will.
Will greeted his husband with a kiss and Cephi a belly rub. Will then say with his husband and described his day out while petting Cephi, who jumped into his lap as soon as he sat next to Hannibal.

Then they looked Gonzalez up online and discovered that he had very few friends and hardly any of his family still talked to him. He posted mainly about his garage. González also posted in favor of right-wing conservative politics and guns. Will grimaced at those posts.
"Hannibal, he must go. We have to get rid of this pig. He's a child hater, an animal hater, and a right-wing idiot. We must eliminate him."
"I agree, of course, mi pequeña mangosta. What will your design be?"
Will smiled mischievously, a playful spark in his eye. "That, mi hermoso monstruo, will be my other surprise to you."
Later that night, Will got a close new friend of theirs to watch Cephi for the night. They agreed and arrived just as Will and Hannibal were prepared to leave. They said a quick hello to their friend and a goodbye to Cephi, then Will drove himself and Hannibal to González's house. beautiful, and the garden outside looked like something out of a fairy tale. There were roses lining every single wall and a variety of flowers growing along the walkway and fences. The yard was immaculate, and there was nothing to indicate someone so disgusting and idiotic lived there.
When they entered the house, however, everything seemed…off. González stood in the middle of the kitchen, his shirt untucked, bloodied and hanging loose around his waist. His hair was messy as though he'd rolled in bed a few times, as though he'd fallen asleep in his chair in front of the television. It was almost as though he'd just killed someone. Someone close to him who maybe got into an argument with him and threatened to call the police on him.
Hannibal and Will pounced on him immediately. Will got out his pocket knife, flicking it open and pressing it against the man's throat, ready to slit him open as easy as eating a piece of fruit without breaking a sweat.
González gaped at them, his face contorted into a twisted scowl. "What the fuck?! Why would you come here to kill me?! I've done nothing wrong!"
Will snickered. "Well, I can hardly believe that," he drawled. "I saw you yell at those children and their pets earlier today, just before I introduced myself to you."
Hannibal, meanwhile, was trying not to lose his cool in front of the pig just yet. "We've done nothing to warrant that attitude. You're going to tell us why you've targeted children and animals, or you are going to bleed to death in agony."
"Fuck you. Fuck both of you! Do you really think I'm dumb enough to let you two stab me? I may be ugly as all get out, but you're fucking idiots if you think I'll fall for that."
Hannibal clicked his tongue as he examined the pig's wounds. "You are hurt, yes. It seems you have suffered internal injuries and internal bleeding from the wounds sustained on your torso and legs, and they may prove fatal in your condition."
Will grinned, animalistic. "All the better to ease the job of killing him. This way will rid the Earth of this filth quicker."
González thrashed and screamed in pain, blood spewed all over the floor, walls, and windows of the house, and the pair quickly made sure to dispose of any evidence of the pig's gruesome deed, taking a little time to clean up afterwards.
Once Will's satisfied with what he saw, he turned towards his partner, a smug grin plastered to his lips. "Ready for my design, mi amado marido?"
"Si," Hannibal exhaled breathlessly against Will's lips. They dragged González's corpse out to his garden. Hannibal walked to his and his husband's car and got out their duffel bag filled with a murder kit and tableau kit.
Will got out the tools he'd need and got to work. First, he had Hannibal help him undress González until he was nude, then he and Hannibal got to work in removing the internal organs they wanted from him. Next, Will nailed González's body to his rose-filled trellis and decorated his body with some of the romantic flowers.
Will then picked up the dead man's heart and a spare rose, holding out both to Hannibal with teary eyes and a wobbly smile. "This is for you, mi amor. You once gave your broken heart to me. Now let me give my full heart to you."
Hannibal smiled fondly at Will's tender gesture. "My sweet, kind, clever, dear Will. Thank you for this wonderful gift. I never imagined we'd ever end up here, together, but I'd hoped. And I'm so thrilled you've chosen to be your true self, at long last. And you've chose me, at long last. Thank you, mano mylimas vyras. I shall cherish this moment, forever, Will."
Will blushed. "Thank you, mano brangusis monstras. It gives me immense happiness to know that I make you this happy."
They spent most of the rest of their evening finishing up their work; Hannibal had even put together a small bouquet of his own favorite flowers which matched the color of Will's skin and eyes perfectly.
After setting their tableau smack dab in the middle of Havana's town square, Will and Hannibal went home with their hearts full and their hands full of a bouquet of gorgeous flowers.
Once they got home, they bid their dogsitter goodnight. They then gave Cephi a few loving pats before Hannibal dragged Will to their bedroom.
They helped each other undress and got into their shower together. It always took them awhile to warm up because Hannibal was naturally cold whereas Will loved to be wrapped up by warm towels and equally warm blankets. After toweling off, they then lay in bed, naked and sweaty, and cuddled and shared kisses. They then made love for two solid hours before they drifted off to sleep, still cuddled up together, utterly spent and content.
