Wilbur stares at the boy with shock. “Are you- Are you the Blood God?”
The blond begins to laugh. “Me? Gods no, he’s so uptight”
“You- You shouldn’t disrespect the gods!” The brunette stood; scolding the child with a shaky voice. “There are stories of people suffering horrible fates.”
The blond took a slow step towards Wilbur. “I don’t think they’d mind" The boy smirks, holding his hand out for Wilbur to shake.

Wilbur is a poor mortal, he has barely enough food to survive on without bothering someone else for help or stealing. So, he decides to attempt to summon the Blood God.
The god has been known to be merciful to mortals that worship him; giving them riches, health, and fame. Unfortunately, Wilbur's village had been robbed of all of their gold by the greedy king, so he goes for the next best thing;
