Chapter Text

On July 20th 30XX, a green haired child was born. His mother Inko Midoriya finally got to hold her child in her own arms and name her child his name was...

"Izuku, hurry up and get down here otherwise you will be late to school" Inko yelled to her Second child. "You don't want to be late for your first day back do you little brother" A child around the age of 7 called as well beside her mother. "Mari, could you go and ma-" "I'M READY!" a child no older than 4 yelled while bouncing down the stairs. "I can't wait to go meet Kacchan" the same child said with enough enthusiasm to last a year. "Lets get in the car you two" Inko said while locking the house up.

Once they got to school the siblings jumped out of the car and hugged their mother goodbye. "Hey Sunny, Hey Mari" a boy around the same age as Izuku called out from a couple of metres away. By the time the two turn their heads to look at their friend, he is already in Izuku's face. "Hey Sunny, have you seen Aubrey around yet?" the kid asks Izuku. "Kel, we just got here, how would we know" Mari says from beside the now named Kel's brother. "Ah yea, forgot about that" Kel says while scratching the back of his neck.

Kel is sporting a checker pattern tank top with pretty much every colour filling in each of the checkers. He wears navy blue shorts and has orange and white sport shoes. His hair is shoulder length and is brown. He is carrying his favourite basketball under his left armpit signed by his favourite hero Ingenium. His quirk ' Cant catch me' manifested a couple of days ago and lets him run at superspeed, but he needs to drink coffee if he wants to use his quirk.

"I wonder where she is?" a boy around the same age as Mari said while also standing beside her. "It isnt like her to be late" The same boy said while looking at the ground in thought. "Lets go inside Hero, im sure she will appear before school starts, you two as well. We dont want to keep Bakugo waiting now do we" Mari said knowing that Aubrey will be here soon. "Shes right guys" Hero says besides her.

Hero wears a dark blue sweatshirt with a thick and smooth white V on the upper left of the sweatshirt. He wears white jeans and normal blue and white sneakers. He has brown hair. His quirk is called 'Snack time'. If any food he makes gets eaten then the individual who ate it will be healed, certain foods can even boost peoples stats.

Mari wears a white shirt with a navy blue vest ontop accompanied with a red tie. She also wears a navy blue skirt and short heels along with white thigh high socks and has black hair. Her quirk is called 'Feline' she gets all the attributes of a cat, thats it. (She doesnt have a tail or anything either).

As they walk into school to meet Bakugo they hear a feminine voice from behind them "Wait up guys!" the voice calls out. They all turn around to see a girl in a long light blue dress and a pink bow in her black hair running towards them. "Hey Aubrey, who is your friend?" Mari asks with a tilt of her head.

Aubrey's quirk is called 'Power hit' if she is holding a baseball bat then she gets super strength that applies to the bat as well, but it uses alot of her energy to use.

"This is my new friend, Basil introduce yourself!" Aubrey says while pushing the kid called basil infront of her.

Basil wears a green shirt with blue overalls. His hair is a pastel green and he wears a flower crown on his head as well. His quirk is called 'Botanist' it lets him use flowers to attack, heal or boost stats, but he needs to be touching flowers constantly.

"Hey Basil, im Kel and this is Izuku or Sunny, Mari and Hero" Kel says running up to Basil. They all do introductions and head into the building to meet Bakugo. Before the bell rings they all try to find Bakugo but no one can find him. They all head to their separate classes and say goodbye.

Izuku finds himself sitting in hiis classroom until he hears a familiar voice walk through the door. "Hey Deku, guess what!" a voice calls out from the door as they start running towards Izuku. He gasps and says "Kacchan, did you finally get your quirk?". Little crackles emit from Bakugo's palm as Izuku looks in awe "WOW, thats a cool quirk Kacchan, i hope i get a quirk just as cool as yours" Izuku exclaims while jumping with joy.

"Alright everyone settle down and get your books and pencils out for class" a gruff voice says while walking through the door. Everyone rushes to their seats as they get their supplies out and await further instructions. "Today we will be writing poems so grab your pencils and write about whatever your heart desires" the man explains with a small smile on his face.

Izuku writes down his poem thinking about how a kid in the back of the class is sad 'wait how do I know that?' he questions himself while turning around to look at the kid in question just to see them covered in a blue glow. He thinks nothing of it but when he turns back to his poem he sees that it is somehow finished already. He starts reading it to figure out what he wrote about while he wasnt thinking and starts to get sad for no reason. Once he reaches the end he has tears falling down his face until suddenly everything turns black.

Izuku wakes up to his mother and sister calling to him from downstairs and telling him to get ready for school. Izuku is now 14 years old and getting ready for school. He hurries up before he runs late and quickly runs a couple blocks over to meet with his best friend Basil. Once he gets there he knocks on the door and takes a step back as to not be hit by the door when it opens.

"Hey Sunny" Basil says walking out of his plant filled house. "So, hows Mari doing?" they make small talk on the way to school. Once at school they head to their class and sit at their desks waiting for the teacher by talking to eachother about plants and the likes. "Alright class, settle down. Today we will be doing your career aptitude tests for highschool" he heads towards his desk with a stack of papers in tow and drops them on his desk without care.

"What am I even saying, you all obviously want to be in the hero course" the class erupts into cheers and start flashing their quirks like they own the place, except for three. "Yes, yes, settle down. You all know that public quirk usage is illegal." the teacher yells so his voice can be heard over the cheering. They all settle down until a voice breaks the nearly silent air. "Hey teach, dont lump me in with these rejects, they'd be lucky to become a sidekick to some D-list wannabe" the bratty voice of Bakugo echoed the class until they all broke out into insults at Bakugo.

"Ah Bakugo, you have good grades and you want to apply to UA?" the teacher says while looking over a paper with Bakugos name on it. "What UA!?" "Don't they have an acceptance rate of less that 1%?!" "I mean he does have a good quirk" the students whisper amongst eachother until Bakugo speaks up again. "Yea, im the only person that will actually get somewhere from this shitty school, and i will also be the number one hero!". "It seems that Izuku and Basil want to get into UA as well" the teacher says now looking at two different pieces of paper. "...". Basil looks over to Bakugo with a worried look in his eyes. Bakugo gets out of his chair and storms over to Basils desk, he's about to slam his explosion covered hand into it when he feels something grip his hand.

He looks down to see a snakey red hand gripping his, when he looks over to Deku's desk knowing he is the culprit. No one is sitting at the desk and that confuses him until he hears the sound of metal near his neck.

"I wouldn't do that if i were you" a monotone voice says. He looks down to see a knife at his neck being held by a pale white hand. "Tch, whatever" leaves his lips as he walks back to his desk as the red hand disappears. A boy who looks no older than 12 is seen in Bakugo's place holding a red knife. His skin is pale white and he wears a black tank top along with black and white vertical striped shorts with black thigh high socks on his feet.

"Hey Omori" Basil says to the figure before it disappears along with the knife and in his place is Izuku with a worried look on his face. "Basil, are you okay!?" he asks worried that Bakugo might have hurt him. "Im fine Sunny" Basil says with his hands up like he's surrendering.

Once school finishes the two boys gather their stuff until a sharp and angry voice is heard. "Where the fuck do you two think you're going!?" Bakugo says, voice dripping with hatred. Izuku turns and looks at him like he has grown a second head. "Home Kacchan? Schools finished you know?" Izuku replies trying not to sound sarcastic.

Bakugo glares at them with his fist raised and crackling with explosions trying to look intimidating. Basil's face is filled with dread and he goes to move behind Izuku. Izuku however just stares at him with a neutral face until Bakugo speaks up again, "Im the only person from this shithole thats going to get into UA, you hear me!". After he says this Basil starts nodding his head furiously while Izuku continues to stare emotionless until he speaks up.

"You finished with your rant Kacchan?" Izuku says walking past him with Basil in tow. Once he is nearly out the door he feels Bakugo's emotions go from angry to enraged while hearing explosions. He turns around making sure Basil stays behind him. "Stare" he says as Bakugo feels himself get weaker, slower and more tired. Bakugo still continues on trying to blow the duo up until. "Cripple". As soon as Izuku says that massive spider legs burst out of the floor around Bakugo and then move towards his legs. Bakugo tries to dodge but to no avail as the spider legs phase through him making him fall to the floor with his legs feeling like they have been crushed by a massive boulder.

Once Izuku is sure Bakugo wont try anything he asks Basil to heal his status effects. Basil walks towards him afraid that he might get an explosion to the face and summons a leaf from thin air. He places it on Bakugo's leg and quickly runs to Izuku's side as they walk through the door.

As they are walking home they decide to stop by a flower shop because Basil wants to start growing some white egret orchids in his garden. As they are walking underneath a bridge Izuku pushes Basil away just as a slimey figure appears from a sewer grate on the floor. "Huh, must have some good sensory quirk there kid. Mind if I take it!" the slime villan says as it rushes towards Izuku.

As soon as Izuku felt the slime villans emotions go from afraid to estatic he quickly used his quirk. In his place the same pale boy from before appears and summons a red knife from nowhere. The slime villan takes a step back confused as to how the kid has multiple quirks but then continues his charge once he realises that the kid has even more quirks for him to use.

"Ha, do you really think a knife can affect me!?" the villan says in a cocky voice. Omori does nothing except saying "Trick". The villan pauses, confused on what that is meant to mean until a hand appears near him. "Do you really think that can do more than your knife" the villan says. Omori sees the slime villans emotion go from estatic to manic and knows his job is done.

The villan goes to swat the hand away until the hand rushes through him multiple times spraying him all over the walls and floor. "AHHHHHHHHHHHHH" the villan cries out in pain and confusion. Omori sees that his job is done and disappears once again. Izuku is in his place again breathing a sigh of relief until he feels the presence of someone happy rushing through the sewers and strait at their location until a bulking man bursts from the sewer drain.

"HAVE NO FEAR FOR I AM... HERE?" a booming voice says. "ALL MIGHT!?" "A-all might!?" the two boys say at the same time. "AH IT APPEARS YOU TWO HAVE ALL READY DEALT WITH THE VILLAN HERE FOR ME" All might says as he looks around the tunnel. "MAY I ASK WHAT YOUR QUIRKS ARE YOUNG MEN?" All Might says wondering if these kids could be possible candidates.

"M-m-m-m-my q-q-q-quirk?" Basil says flustered that the number 1 hero wants to know what his quirk is. "M-m-my quirk i-i-is called b-b-botanist s-sir" Basil manages to stutter out. "It lets me use flowers and stuff to do multiple things like heal someone or attack or increase someones stats" Basil manages to say without stuttering. "MY WHAT AN AMAZING QUIRK YOU HAVE YOUNG MAN, AND WHAT ABOUT YOU?" All Might says now looking towards Izuku, "My quirk is called Emotional Skills. It lets me turn into an alter ego who is basically a video game character. I can do stuff like use skills, summon a knife, sense emotions and so on, but alot of it is based on emotions hense the name" Izuku says barely containing his excitement.

"AH, WHAT AMAZING QUIRKS YOU HAVE, I BET YOU TWO COULD BECOME GREAT HEROES WITH THOSE QUIRKS" All Might says chuckling, "WELL I HAVE TO GET THIS VILLAN TO THE POLICE, WOULD YOU TWO MIND HELPING ME OUT?" All Might asks the two. A couple of minutes later All Might is off with the villan inside a bottle and the two boys start walking towards the store once again.

"These are going to be really beautiful once they have grown, dont you think they are Sunny?" Basil asks Izuku while they exit the store. "What do t-" Izuku is cut off mid sentence by a loud explosion two streets over and the pair rush towards it to see what's happening. They arrive at an alleyway where they see the slime villan "I thought All Might caught him" "What, how did he escape All Might!" "Look hes got a hostage" the bystanders whisper to themselves.

The two boys push their way to the front to get a better look "Why aren't the heroes doing anything?" Basil asks with fear overtaking him. "Apparently they dont have the right quirks" another bystander says nearby having heard their conversation. Izuku looks at the heroes with a dissapointed glare until he sees the hostage out of the corner of his eyes.

"Kacchan!" Izuku exclaims running under the police tape towards the villan. Omori comes out before anyone can get a good look at Izuku and summons a knife. "Kid get back, its to dangerous for you!" deatharms yells to Omori. Omori doesnt listen and instead focuses on the sludge villan. Having enough of today Omori decides to end this quickly before this gets worse.

"What, s-stay b-back" the sludge villan yelps seeing the same kid that beat him earlier infront of him again. Omori starts glowing red and his face is covered with a black scowl with one eye being visable. Omori is furious that this pathetic villan thinks it can beg for mercy after trying to kill two kids. "Red Hands" he shouts, fury dripping off the words as red snakey hands appear from the earth below "AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA", the sludge villan yells before the red hands all pierce his slime causing him to shout in pain now instead of fear.

The villan collapses on the floor unconsious as heroes run forward to clean up the situation. Before any heroes could reprimand Omori he says "Pluto". The heroes look to eachother before a miniature Pluto the size of All Might appears from the sky. Pluto quickly picks up Basil and Omori before anyone could even see him move and jumps multiple blocks away before landing on the ground once again.

Once Pluto lands he disappears along with Omori leaving Izuku in their place. "Well, that was lucky" Basil says to him, "Yea" Izuku replies looking like he has little energy left. As they walk away Bakugo runs around the corner and stops to look at Izuku "I didn't need your help shitty Deku!" he yells before storming off. "You're welcome!" Izuku yells to him sarcastically. Before they can continue their walk they are stopped by another person.

"AH YOUNG MEN, I HAVE FOUND YOU" All Might says before deflating and coughing up blood. "AHHH what did you do to All Might?!" Basil yells as he scrambles behind Izuku. "I assure you, its me" All Might says in his deflated form. He goes on to explain his injury and OFA. Once he finished Izuku says "Okay, but why are you telling us this?" "Because i want you to be my successor" All Might explains.

"I refuse" Izuku says immediatly causing All Might to falter. "W-what?" "I refuse, give it to Basil, hes more of a hero than me" Izuku says causing All might to falter again. Izuku goes onto explain the many times Basil acted more like a hero than him until All Might agrees to give it to Basil. "R-really?" Basil says with tears in his eyes. "Yes young Midoriya here has convinced me that you are worthy of my power" "now you two meet me at Deigobah beach at 6AM tomorrow morning" All Might says while exchanging phone numbers with the two.

They agree before heading home, with Basil deciding to have a sleepover at Izuku's. "Are you two okay!" two female voices said as they walked into the kitchen where Inko and Mari were. They explained what happened sans meeting with All Might and explained that Basil was going to be staying here for the night. Once they had dinner the two boys went to Izuku's room to sleep so they can meet with All Might tomorrow.

Chapter Text

Izuku wakes up to the sound of his All Might alarm clock blaring at him from his bedside table. "Urggggg, Basil, get up" Izuku groans out. Basil stirs about but doesn't wake up, "Do I need to pour water on you again?" Izuku says with a sadistic grin on his face.

"I'M UP" Basil screams as he jolts awake from the sudden threat of having water poured on him. "Good, now get ready to go meet All Might at the beach" Izuku drawls out as he goes to have a shower. Once the two boys showered and got some food in them they went out the door and left a note on the fridge saying that they went off to do some training.

Once they reach the street Izuku transforms into Omori before saying "Pluto", the mini Pluto picks them both up before jumping away from the apartment complex towards Deigobah beach. Pluto lands before Omori becomes Izuku again and disappears with him. The duo look around for any signs of All Might until they get a chop on the head by a bony hand. "Don't you two know public quirk usage is illegal" the voice said in a tone that sounded more amused than disappointed.

"ALL MIGHT" Basil screamed after turning around to see who had just karate chopped them on the head. "So there you are" Izuku exclaimed with a neutral face adorning his head. "Anyway, now that you're here, let's get started on training you two for the U.A entrance exam" the deflated All Might said cheerily before opening his mouth once again. "Also, call me Toshinori Yagi in this form" he says before motioning the two to follow him.

"So Mr. Yagi, why did you tell us to come to this trash filled beach?" Izuku asks while looking around at the trash piles surrounding them from every angle. "Well Young Midoriya, I have been doing some research while looking for a successor and found out this beach used to be one of the most popular beaches in this area, but due to the currents trash kept getting swept up onto the beach and people decided to start illegally throwing their trash here turning it into the landfill it is today" Toshinori explained with a sadden face. "So I decided it would be the perfect place for you two to train both your quirks and body since no one comes around here anymore".

And so the boys began to train for the U.A exam coming up in the next few months, and then before they even knew it, the day of the exam had arrived.

"You have everything packed right" Inko asked her son, making sure he is prepared. "Yes, mum" Izuku said with a roll of his eyes, "Have fun at your exams Sunny" Mari said giving him a massive hug. "I will" Izuku said with a smile creeping up his lips. "I gotta go, 143" he shouted now out of the door. The two shared a laugh before going back to what they were doing.

As Izuku got to the massive white archway with the shining golden letters U.A on top of it, he heard Basil run up to him. "So, did you get it?" Izuku asks his best friend, "Yea, had to eat his hair though, urg, why did he have to use so much hair gel" Basil says with his tongue hanging out of his mouth. As the two start walking towards the giant building infront of them Basil trips on a loose brick and is falling face first. Before he can hit the ground however a hand pulls at his collar while another hand touches his arm.

"Oh, sorry for using my quirk on you" a girl said before Basil felt the hand on his arm be released "I didn't know you had it under control and thought it would be bad luck to fall face first just before a big exam". Basil felt his gravity return which he didnt even realise he had lost, "No, i-" As Basil turns around to say that its no big deal, he sees the girl who had stopped his fall and his cheeks suddenly become warm. 'Shes cute' Basil thought before seeing her face become red with a blush.

"Sorry for him, he has a bad habbit of saying his thoughts out loud" Izuku explains to the girl while looking between the two with a smug look on his face. "Anyways we should hurry up and go before the exam starts without us" Izuku says while elbowing his friend whos mouth was still hanging open. "Can he get your number real quick?" Izuku says before seeing her entire face go red and steam erupt from her ears. "I-i-i-i-i s-s-sure" she says quickly writing it down on a piece of paper and handing it to Basil before rushing off.

"Lets go already, before you melt into a puddle" Izuku says getting his friend out of his heavily blushing state. The two head inside and do the written portion of the test before being told about the practical portion. A hero walks out on stage while saying "Are you kids ready!?". After hearing no response he shruggs and starts explaining all the details before a kid with glasses and blue hair stands up stiff as a rod.

"You said there would be three robots while the panphlet says there will be four, if this is a mistake then you should be ashamed of yourselves as this is the most prestigious school" the kid says in a robotic fashion before turning around to stare at Basil and Izuku, "and you two, you with the flower crown havent stopped mumbling since you got here, if your not going to take this seriously and keep on distracting everyone else than you should just leave, and you with the messy green hair, you havent even been paying attention and instead have been talking to the mumbling boy next to you, I would suggest you two leave if you don't care about this test" the robotic boy said while moving his hand up and down in a chopping movement.

"Hey, why dont you take your own advise and stop being a distraction, not only am i trying to calm my friends nerves down, but if you had just waited you would of realised that Present Mic was just about to explain the forth robot" Omori said while standing in his seat. "I-" "Examinee 7111 thank you for your question and to answer it, the fourth robot is worth zero points and is just an obstacle so i suggest you avoid it" Present Mic explained casually.

As the boys stand at their testing grounds they both hear the sound of Present Mic yelling that the test has started. They both run off in different directions destroying any robot they see and helping others who were having trouble. With two minutes remaining both boys were panting heavily as they suddenly felt the ground shake. They look around in confusion until they hear the others screaming and running away from something and decide to go check it out.

They arrive to see a massive robot the size of a skyscraper towering over them, they're both about to turn tail until "Help, someone please help" they immediately turn around to see the same girl from earlier trapped under rubble. They look to eachother before nodding and going to help.

Basil runs towards the girl before saying "Flower crown", as he says this massive vines burst from around the rubble and picks it up and chucks it off the girl so she is no longer trapped. A leaf spawns in his hand as he goes to the girl and asks where it hurts the most "Ah, my ankle, i think its sprained" she explains while trying to ignore the pain. Basil nodded before placing the leaf on the girl's ankle and she suddenly felt nearly fully healed. She looks at him in shock before realising it's the same cute boy from earlier.

Meanwhile with Izuku, Izuku stares at the behemoth infront of him before transforming into Omori, Omori immediately summons his red knife and a poem book from thin air before reading a poem. He sees the robot covered in a blue glow before the book disappears and a present appears in his hand. He unboxes the present which was empty and he suddnly felt himself get angry. He smiles before saying "Shun" nine hands appear infront of the robot before disappearing. The robot continues forward until it suddenly explodes and collapses.

Everyone looks in awe at the power this 12 year old has before they hear Present Mic shout "Time's Up!" everyone is still staring in awe before a male voice chuckles behind them causing them to turn and look at the new arrival. "Wow Sunny, you've certainly grown stronger" the voice says walking towards Omori who is turning back into Izuku. The two boys turn around recognising that voice from anywhere before running at him and shouting "HERO!", the two jump to hug him as everyone looks around in confusion. "Haha im glad to see you guys as well, but I need to heal everyone up first"

Chapter Text

As Hero goes around healing all the test takers who got hurt our two protagonists wait patiently for him to finish so they can talk and catch up to him. About 10 minutes past before he walks towards them having finished all the healing, "Hey guys, long time no see" Hero says while putting away a box of chocolate chip cookies. "HERO" the two run at him to encase him in a long awaited hug.

"Hehe, good to see you guys too" Hero says while gasping for breath. As they finally end the hug the three catch up with each other and start to walk home a familiar voice calls out to them from behind. "Yo guys, wait up" The three turn around and greet the boy in an orange tank top and a basketball under his right arm. "Too bad I couldn't get you in my test field huh Hero" Kel says in a fake hurt voice while scratching the back of his neck.

"Kel? I thought you wanted to be a basketball player?" Basil exclaims with confusion dripping off each word. "Yea, but I realised I would rather help people than entertain them" he says while bouncing his basketball. The gang continues walking, making jokes and catching up with Kel until they reach Izuku's house. "Mum, we have guests!" He yells out while opening the door. Inko turns to look at the door expecting to see only Izuku and Basil but instead drops the wet plate she was holding upon seeing two faces she hasn't seen in years.

As the ceramic hits the floor, Inko runs towards the brothers and wraps them up in a bone crushing hug causing the two to pat her back in hopes of the hug getting released but to no avail. As Inko finally releases the hug a voice calls down from the stairs in worry, "Mum, is everything alright? I heard a crash a-" Mari says until she reaches the bottom of the stairs and drawls upon seeing the guests. "HERO!" she calls while running towards him to wrap him up in another bone crushing hug. Izuku and Basil chuckle upon seeing Hero trying to gasp for air the third time today.

"Well, i'm going to leave you five to chat while I get dinner started. We're having Katsudon and steak for dinner to celebrate your passing of the entrance exam" Inko calls out now walking back to the kitchen to clean up the shards of ceramic on the floor and to get dinner started. "Mum, we haven't gotten our results yet" Izuku says with a blank face. "I know, but I'm sure that you passed so we are celebrating early, plus we have guests so we got to treat them to a good meal" Inko says with pride on her face. "Whatever" Izuku says, face slowly shifting back to normal.

Two weeks pass with Basil, Hero and Kel coming over daily so they can all hang out, a week later. "Yo, how are you Mama Inko" Kel says busting through the door, "Kel, what have I told you about busting through the door" Inko and Hero both scold Kel. "Sorry, I'm just excited because we all finally got our U.A letters" Kel says looking down towards the floor with a pout adorning his face. The three begin walking towards Izuku's door and before Kel gets to the door Hero steps infront of the rest and knocks on the door "Sunny, we're here with our letters" Hero calls out to Izuku.

A couple seconds later the trio hear shuffling from behind the door and see Izuku standing there with his hand on the door holding it open and gesturing for them to enter, once they enter Izuku quickly shoots his sister a text and a minute later Mari comes through the door with excitement on her features. "Come on, lets open them up already" Kel says bouncing on his feet. Everyone sits on the floor in a circle and agrees to open the letters on 3. "1, 2, 3" Mari says still overflowing with excitement. The three open their letters at the same time and three metal disks hit the floor with a thud. They look at the disks with confusion until it lights up and shows three individual holograms with the same pro hero on the holograms.

">I AM HERE, AS A PROJECTION" All Mights booming voice comes through the built in speakers. AND FOR YOUR PRACTICAL YOU GOT A RESULT OF 58 VILLAN POINTS, THIS ALONE IS ENOUGH TO GET YOU INTO THE HERO COURSE AND PUT YOU IN SECOND PLACE ON THE PRACTICAL PORTION OF THE TEST, BUT THERE WAS ANOTHER PART OF THE TEST THAT A PANEL OF JUDGES WERE GIVING POINTS ON, WHAT KIND OF HERO SCHOOL WOULD WE BE IF WE DIDN'T AWARD PEOPLE FOR HEROIC ACTIONS. SO, YOUNG MIDORIYA FOR HELPING OTHER EXAMINEES DURING THE PRACTICAL PORTION AND TAKING DOWN THE 0 POINTER TO PROTECT THOSE TWO EXAMINEES NEAR YOU, YOU GAINED AN AMAZING 95 RESCUE POINTS GIVING YOU A TOTAL PRACTICAL SCORE OF 155 POINTS PUTTING YOU IN THE FIRST PLACE POSITION FOR BOTH THE PRACTICAL AND OVERALL TEST. WELCOME YOUNG MAN TO YOUR HERO ACADEMIA!" the disk showed before shutting off.

The other two disks said similar things except Basil got a 90% on the written test, and 30 villan points with 95 rescue points putting him at 2nd place overall. And Kel got a 70% in the written barely allowing him to pass, and 56 villan points with 20 rescue points putting him in 7th place overall. "W-we passed" Basil said with all the colour on his face having left him upon learning he placed 2nd overall, the same could be said for Kel except his face was pale because he only barely passed the written portion. "I say this calls for celebratory cookies" Hero says getting up and bringing Mari with him to go and bake the cookies. As they walk out of the room holding eachothers hands, Izuku was sitting there in shock that he got first place on the test.

The week pasts as the first day for Izuku's new highschool arrives and he stands at the door double checking he has everything and leaves his house but not before hugging his mother and sister with the three letting the tears flow down there cheeks. They finally break the hug and Izuku leaves to take his first step at becoming the hero that he has always dreamed of becoming. He arrives at school with Basil and Kel on either side of him as they head towards the front gates of U.A, they ask eachother what classroom they have and Kel ends up in 1-B while Basil and Izuku end up in 1-A. They head their separate ways and arrive at their classroom. Izuku takes a deep breath and slides the door open praying that he doesn't have Bakugo or that blue haired kid in his class. "Get your feet off the table this instance, it is disrespectful to the handymen that created these elegant desks and towards the heroes that have had the honour of coming to this place of learning before you" the blue haired kid yelled to Bakugo. "What, did your old school shove a stick up your ass or were you born with it" Bakugo says with a cocky and annoyed look on his face."Maybe we got off on the wrong foot, my name is Lida Tenya and I'm from Somei Private Academy" The now named Lida said waving his hand up and down robotically "Somei huh, so you must think you're some elitist then, I'm going to have fun tearing you a new one" Bakugo says with tiny crackles coming from his palms "You would dare threaten a fellow classmate, are you sure you want to be a hero and not a villan!" Lida exclaims holding his hand to his chest.

They hear the door opening and turn to see Izuku and Basil standing at the door, one with a bored expression and the other with a fearful one. Lida rushes over and starts introducing himself "Yea, we heard already, I'm Izuku and this is Basil" Izuku says gesturing to himself then Basil. "Ah, I apologize for my actions during the exam, clearly you two were able to see the true meaning behind the test, you guys are the better heroes" Lida says bowing at the waist. "What, we didn't know about the rescue points, we were just doing what is right" Izuku says tilting his head a bit. "Then you guys are even better than I thought" Lida says once again bowing. "Hey, i'd recognise that flower crown from anywhere, thanks for saving me during the exam" Uraraka says going off on a rant and moving her hands around wildly.

"If you guys are here to make friends then you can leave" a gruff voice says from the floor behind the trio. The man crawls out of a sleeping bag and introduces himself as Shota Aizawa and that he is their homeroom teacher. "Now, put these on and head to field gamma" he explains somehow pulling a gym uniform out from the sleeping bag and then walking off. Everyone makes it to the field and stands in a group. "Too slow, if you guys want to be heroes then I expect you to be here in less than two minutes" he explains sleepily. "Now any questions before we begin". "Why arent we at orientation?" Uraraka asks with her hand up. "If you want to be heroes than you cant waste time on stupid orientations, now this will be a test to figure out where you are all sitting at in terms of capability and whoever comes last will be expelled" Aizawa said in a bored tone. "What? Thats not fair, we just got here" Uraraka exclaims thinking this is a joke. "Really, and natural disasters, villain attacks and deadly diseases are fair?" he asks glaring at them. "Its a hero's job to combat that unfairness, now Midoriya, step forward" he says.

Izuku steps forward only to barely catch a ball that was thrown at his face. "Reaction time isn't good enough, we will be working on that later. Now go to the circle and throw the ball as far as you can, quirk allowed" Aizawa explains taking a step back. Izuku goes to the circle and looks at the ball figuring out how he will throw it until an idea appears and he gets ready to throw. He stands there and everyone questions what he is doing until a shadow is cast upon all of them and they look up to find a planet with legs and arm landing next to Izuku. "Pluto throw the ball" he says and everyone looks in confusion until Pluto buffs up and becomes more humanoid and more muscular than All Might. Pluto reels his arm back and then sends it rocketing forward with the ball leaving his grasp and going away from them all at mach 2. Everyone looks in awe until a grape haired kid speaks up. "He cant do that, Aizawa said that you have to throw using your quirk, not another person" he says pointing at him with an annoyed but lustful look on his face, Izuku is confused on why he looks lustful until he follows his gaze and sees him looking at the chest of a girl with black hair and a ponytail on the back of it.

"That is his quirk" Aizawa says also noticing the look and then noticing the look of shock on the classes faces. He turns the device in his hands around to show the class and "2.6 kilometres!" they yell out in awe. Before Aizawa can get a word in everyone hears the high pitched yell of fear from near them and look to the sound to see a pale white boy who looks no older than twelve holding a red knife to the throat of the grape haired kid. "If I see you try anything with the girls, I will personally see to it that you get neutered without sedatives or pain killers, do you understand me midget" the kid says glowing red. "Omori, could you not make a scene on the first day" Basil says shaking his head. "As I was about to say, his quirk is weird and this is a part of it, it lets him turn into an alter ego called Omori when his emotions are strong. And Mineta, if you try anything I wont stop him" Aizawa says turning to the grape haired kid. The midget shakes his head and everyone continues then tests until the end. "I'm not going to explain how this is graded so just find your name" Aizawa says pressing a button revealing the lists of everyone's scores. Izuku came in 2nd behind a girl name Momo Yayorozu and Basil came in 8th place behind Ochaco Uraraka.

Mineta was about to cry out after seeing his name in last place, explaining how he will have to leave before even getting to see some girls boobs before he remembered the threat that Izuku made to him and he just settled on crying. "Also I was lying about expulsion, it was a logical ruse to make you all try your hardest" he explained with a savage grin on his face. They all head to class complaining about their teacher all day until the bell rings and they all go their separate ways.

Chapter Text

The 2nd day at U.A is here and our duo are walking to school with Kel asking how his first day was. "It was amazing, we have Vlad King as our homeroom teacher but we didnt get to see much of him because of Orientation. That reminds me, why weren't you guys at Orientation?" Kel asks after explaining his first day to the two. "Well, our homeroom teacher, Shota Aizawa, made us do a quirk test and threaten the last place student with explultion" Izuku explained with an annoyed look on his face after remembering the midget.

The trio finally reach the school and head their separate ways towards their class. Our duo reach their class and sit in their seats excited about whats going to come later in the day. The day pasts having Present Mic teaching them English and Midnight teaching Hero History class in thankfully a suit and tie instead of her provocative hero outfit much to the clear disdain of two boys near the back of the class. "Who do you think is going to teach us Heroics?" a pink skinned girl asked a frog like girl behind her. "Maybe it's All Might kero" The frog girl said with a finger on her chin. Izuku wasn't paying much attention until his emotion sensor picked up a figure bolting at them with a happy yellow glow around them. Usually he would immediately turn into Omori to protect the class seeing as no person would be running at them that fast with that much joy but he has been around the person to know who they are therefor not all too worried.

"I AM HERE! COMING TROUGH THE DOOR LIKE A NORMAL PERSON" the booming voice of the number one hero said slamming the door open and breaking it off its hinges. "OOPS" All Might said turning to look at the door now laying on the floor. "Don't worry, I got it" a girl with golden yellow hair said holding her hands towards the door. "Reversal" the girl exclaimed as both her hand and the door started glowing yellow and the door returned to its previous state. "THANK YOU YOUNG HANTEN MONOMA" All Might said bowing a bit at the now named Hanten. "ANYWAY FOR THIS CLASS WE WILL BE DOING FOUNDATIONAL HEROICS, OR JUST THINK OF IT AS HEROICS 101!" All Might said holding a card that said HEROICS 101. "NOW BEFORE WE GET STARTED YOU GUYS WILL NEED THIS!" he exclaimed pulling out a remote from under the lectern and pressing a button revealing four trays each holding 5 cases labelled from 1 to 20 "PICK YOUR CASE BASED ON YOUR SEAT NUMBER THEN GO TO THE CHANGING ROOMS TO GET CHANGED AND MEET ME AT BATTLE GROUNDS BETA!" he said rushing out of the classroom.

Izuku goes and grabs suitcase number 15 while Basil grabs suitcase number 16. Both boys then walk to the changing room to get changed and leave to head to ground beta. Upon arrival the two realise they are the only people there and look to see All Might standing and waving at them. "AH, YOUNG MIDORIYA, YOUNG BASIL" All Might says calling them over "I'M GLAD TO SEE THAT YOU TWO HAVEN'T COPIED MY STYLE IN ANY WAY THAT I CAN NOTICE, THOUGH I DO GOTTA ASK, IS THERE ANY FUNCTIONALITY TO YOUR COSTUMES?" the hero says with almost a disappointed look in his eyes. Izuku is confused about why he would be disappointed until he remembers that they were his students and clearly knew them enough to think they would have thought about functionality. "Our costumes don't look like they have functionality but they cover both our weaknesses. Mine is made of a material that absorbs blunt force trauma and is also stab proof and can protect against most low end guns" Izuku says. "And mine is made out of the same material except it also has flowers weaved into every inch in case my flower crown falls off" Basil then adds on. "AH, I KNEW YOU TWO WOULD OF THOUGHT ABOUT FUNCTIONALITY, BUT WHY DO YOU TWO HAVE NO SUPPORT ITEMS?" All Might then asks "Well, I don't really have a need since Omori can cover anything a support item can't" Izuku explains "And in my pouches are alot of leaves and herbs so I don't need to waste energy on summoning them and instead only the healing portion" Basil then adds on. "AH, WELL IT SEEMS EVERYONE ELSE IS STARTING TO ARRIVE SO QUICKLY GET IN LINE YOU TWO" "Yes sir".

"THEY SAY THE CLOTHES MAKE THE PROS AND BEHOLD, YOU YOUNG HEROES ARE THE LIVING PROOF" All Might says holding both arms out to them, palms up. The class exits the tunnel and goes to stand in front of All Might but before then, he lets them look and talk to their friends about their costumes. Uraraka walks up to Basil "Well, at least he's a better teacher than Aizawa right" she says rhetorically "Anyway your costume really fits you Basil" Uraraka compliments Basil.

Basil's costume consists of a lime green t-shirt with light blue overalls above it. He wears his signature flower crown on his head and wears thick leather boots and thick white long socks. His entire costume is made up of a material that can stop most hand guns, stabbing or slicing weapons and absorb most physical damage. His costume also has flowers weaved into each part in case his flower crown comes loose.

Basil blushes and looks away after seeing Uraraka's costume. "T-thank y-you, y-yours looks g-good too" he manages to stutter out. "Thanks though maybe I should of specified that I didn't want my suit to be skin tight" she says looking sheepish and scratching the back of her neck unintentionally showing Basil her figure even more causing him to blush profusely. "Hehe, guess your face can't STICK to one colour can it" Izuku says looking at his friend who is looking redder than that girls costume. "I mean, look at you, you're redder than a TOMATO" Izuku says once again. "S-stop making puns at my expense" Basil says looking at Izuku with a pout. "Hehe" a voice quietly chuckles behind them, Izuku turns around and immediately feels his face heating up at the person he is looking at. It's a girl with brown bob cut hair with bangs covering her eyes, wearing a mushroom cap as a hat, with a red dress with white polka dots covering it. "T-thanks" izuku says berating himself mentally for stuttering in front of this cute girl. "A-and your costume looks g-good" the girl says once again quietly, Izuku feels his face go even redder and without thinking blurts out "Y-yours looks g-good on you too".

Izuku's costume is a white collar shirt with a black vest on top. He is also wearing beige cargo pants and white long socks with black shoes. His costume is made out of the same material as Basil's making it semi bullet proof, stab proof and able to absorb physical damage. Unlike Basil's his isn''t weaved with flowers because he doesn't need to be touching flowers to live.

The girl suddenly blushes and Izuku finally realises what he said and starts quickly trying to make himself not sound like a weirdo. "I-i meant it looks good, not that it doesn't look good on you bu-" a hand softly hits him on the head and he turns around to see Basil pointing to a pink skinned girl who is looking towards them with a mischievous smile on her face.

Upon seeing the girl they all hear All Might saying to come to him and that the exercise is about to begin. The squad walks over with the rest of their class to hear what he is about to say. "THIS IS THE PROMPT FOR THIS EXERCISE, A GROUP OF VILLAINS ARE HIDING IN AN ABANDONED BUILDING, THE VILLAINS ARE HOLDING A BOMB AND MUST EITHER CAPTURE THE HERO TEAM OR WAIT FOR THE TIMER TO HIT ZERO. THE HERO TEAM MUST GO INSIDE AND EITHER CAPTURE THE VILLAIN TEAM OR TOUCH THE BOMB BEFORE THE TIMER RUNS OUT TO WIN. ANY QUESTIONS" All Might asks the class. Instead of raising hands everyone starts shouting their questions over each other. "How much damage can we do to the other team?" "How are we meant to capture the other team?" "Will we be expelled for doing badly?" "Is my cape magnific?" "WOAH, WOAH, SLOW DOWN, I DON'T HAVE SUPER HEARING" All Might says to get them to be quiet "<FIRST NOT TOO MUCH, SECOND I WILL BE GIVING BOTH TEAMS TWO ROLLS OF CAPTURE TAPE, WRAP IT AROUND AN OPPONENTS LIMB FOR IT TO COUNT. THIRD NO, THIS IS TO SEE WERE YOU GUYS ARE SITTING CURRENTLY. FOURTH YES, YES IT IS. NOW ANY MORE QUESTIONS?" he asked and this time no one talked but one person raised their hand.

"Sir, how will we be deciding teams. Will it be based on weaknesses and strengths or will it be based on quirks?" Lida asks. "TEAMS WILL BE DRAWN BY LOTTERY, SAME WITH MATCHES" All Might answered "But why would we do this based on luck" Lida protested. "Think about it" Izuku cut in "In pro hero work, you never know who you are going to have to work with, and even if you could choose, doing it like this helps us develop our skills of thinking quickly with little known information" he explains casually. "I see, my apologies" Lida says bowing 90 deegrees at the hip.

"NOW TO DECIDE THE TEAMS" All Might says pulling out lettered balls from boxes.

"WILL TEAM A AND TEAM D GO TO BUILDING 1 AND PREPARE FOR THE FIRST MATCH. IN 10 MINUTES A BUZZER WILL SOUND ANNOUNCING THE START OF THE MATCH AND THE BUZZER SOUNDING AGAIN WILL SIGNIFY THE END OF THE MATCH!" All Might announced. But before the two teams could leave All Might gave each person a roll of capture tape and a small device that he said is to be put in the ears as a communicator. Finally equipped with everything the two teams left, each with a different expression adorning their faces. Izuku walked away with a face showing a smile and being surrounded by a yellow glow, Kinoko was walking away with a blush on her face that has been present since seeing Izuku in costume but her face also showed she was determination, Katsuki was walking away with a feral grin on his face and his hands already crackling with explosions and finally Tenya was walking away with a face full of concern that was hidden by his knight like helmet.

Lida POV

Lida didn't know why he was suddenly feeling like this was a bad idea. It started as soon as he heard that he and Bakugo would be facing off against Midoriya and Komori. At first he thought it was because of the feral grin that split Bakugo's face in half after learning he was facing Midoriya but the feeling also involved him somehow. He decided to not question it and just chalked it up to him battling against his classmates with the number one hero as their teacher.

As they entered the building he spotted the bomb sitting right infront of the door, 'probably for easy access' he thought. He picked up the bomb and took it to the middle floor of the building. "Oi, four eyes, why the fuck are we putting the bomb here!" Bakugo's voice rang out to him through his helmet. "First off language!" he scolded Bakugo chopping his arm to emphasise his point "And second, it's because if he summons that Pluto person he could just fly to the top floor and get to the bomb quickly!" he added once done scolding Bakugo. "You do know that heroes commonly kill villains right!" Bakugo said glaring at him. "Also it doesn't matter because I will kill the cunt and his stupid girlfriend before he can summon that weak ass ball thing!" Bakugo spat back at him.

Before he could argue and scold the ash blond teen a buzzer sound went off immediatly alerting the duo that the match has started. "What's the plan" he asked quickly, "I'll go after the cunt and you protect the bomb from the mushroom whore" Bakugo yelled behind him, blasting away covering the room in smoke and causing Lida to cough and wave his hand around in front of him to clear some of the smoke. Lida went to open a window before his opponents could sneak in and get the bomb, once done he stood guard of the bomb and waited patiently for his fellow classmate to appear.

Izuku POV

He was walking toward building 1 with a smile on his face and body glowing a sunshine yellow, "Why are you glowing and smiling shroom?" Komori asked next to him. "Because, Itake, I can finally get revenge on the ape that thought he could get away with bullying everyone for 10 years." he replied casually. Itake's face started to go even more red for some reason and before he could ask whats wrong she opened her mouth to speak. "What's with the nickname s-shroom?". He tilted his head towards Itake and said "It's the end part of shiitake, like the mushroom and thought it would fit you. I also thought it was cute, but I can just call you Komori if you want?" he said tilting his head back up and quickly apologised in case he insulted her or something.

"N-no I like it" Itake said, face starting to match the same shade of red as her suit. Not wanting this to become awkward silence he went into his combat mind to strategize for the upcoming battle. "So, let's start with quirks" he says to start implementing her into his strategies. "Well, I can use the humidity in the air to grow mushrooms on any surface, humans included shroom" Itake said also slipping into a combat mindset. "Ok, mine lets me read the emotions of others, use multiple different moves called skill based on my 'juice' meter, 'fast travel' using a being called Pluto which I named after the planet, and I can switch into a more powerful alter ego but doing so for too long makes me fall asleep." he explained the inner workings of his quirk to Itake so she can also come up with her own strategies. "So, I'm thinking, since Bakugo is going to come straight for me, we can use it to our advantage and let you slip away in the commotion and go for the bomb. While I stall and beat on Kacchan, you get to the bomb room and confuse Lida by growing mushrooms all over his helmet, blinding him. Once he takes his helmet off use the humidity in his mouth and throat to block off his airway and then run past him and touch the bomb" He explained to Itake, then paused to wait for her response. All he got was a nod in return before thee buzzer went off signifying the start of the match.

No-Ones POV

The buzzer sounds and both teams run into action. Bakugo charges out the door and down the hallway while Izuku and Komori run through the front doors. Izuku immediately turns into Omori and separates from Komori once he hears explosions. He runs towards the explosions and feels the presence of someone who is ecstatic running down a nearby hall towards him. Preparing for battle Izuku pulls out three books. He opens each book one at a time, each one making him look more and more sad while simultaneously making him glow a deeper and deeper blue. Once the final book disappears he is glowing a dark blue and he looks miserable, slouching and looking out of it. Bakugo burst down the hall and sees a child there, already knowing the child is Izuku he gets closer and closer charging up a monstrous explosion until he finally gets close enough to release it.

Bakugo is about to let the explosion out when he feels a slash across his chest. He looks down to see no blood on him but still feels all the pain and knowing that it did damage him but it just doesn't show. He releases his explosion now that he is focusing again only to see Omori looks no different. This makes him enraged and Omori quickly grabs three sparklers and lights them up, he suddenly changes from a dark blue glow and miserable looking face to a vibrant yellow and a manic looking face, he starts to say multiple things in quick succession and before Bakugo could move he is being barraged by attacks, each one causing alot of damage to him which makes him even more angry causing him to become furious. If he had even thought about Izuku's quirk in the past he would've known that him getting angrier would only make it worse. An attack finally misses him and he lunges forward releasing explosion after explosion.

Bakugo then has a sudden flashback. He was at school and had remembered something that Izuku had said during lunch, "Don't worry Mari, I'll get some flour on the way home". After hearing that he paused and turned to look at Izuku.

Bakugo then thinks of a way to truly win this fight. "Oi, cunt" He shouts, Omori pauses to look at Bakugo with a questioning glare. "How's Mari" He asks out of the blue. Omori looks confused and not knowing what to do, decides to answer. "She's good, why do you want to know" he states more than questions and Bakugo face turns from one of someone ready to murder to a neutral face. "She died 5 years ago" Bakugo says not losing his look. Omori freezes in place and his glowing yellow aura had become non existent. "W-what" Omori says flickering between Izuku and Omori before settling on Izuku. "She died you useless Deku, you killed her" Bakugo yells out, a bit of anger seeping into his voice unintentionally.

Izuku then remembers something he never remembered before, he was walking down a street holding his sisters hand when the heard the cries of multiple civilians ahead of them, thinking it's a hero fight Izuku runs ahead dragging Mari with him until they reach the seen. There was a standoff between a villain made of glass and policemen with guns. The villain then turns to face the two and before the police could do anything he started running towards the two. Izuku realised this and had pushed his sister behind him in an attempt to save her life but instead he saw her trip and land on a piece of rebar sticking out of the ground. His eyes widen and forgetting about the villain he ran toward Mari and sat down next to her crying. She was impaled and the rebar was sticking out of her stomach. Izuku was crying out tears and drowning the area around him in them. Not knowing what would happen and thinking it would help he lifted his sister off the piece of rebar. As soon as the rebar left her stomach blood had gushed out and covered the floor and Izuku in blood. The police had finally apprehended the glass villain and had rushed towards Izuku and Mari to see if they were alright. Upon arriving at the siblings location the police had saw the pool of blood and then saw the lifeless body of the girl.

Izuku snapped out of the flashback and had felt his heart start rapidly beating, his airways felt like they were closing up and he couldn't breathe, his vision was going cloudy and he started trembling. He looked towards Bakugo only to see it was his sister Mari. "Why did you kill me!" she screamed while running towards him, "Why did you push me onto that piece of rebar!", she raised a fist towards him, "Why did you drag us towards the villain fight!" she punched him right in his nose breaking it, "You say that you care but you're a liar!" "You've never done anything for anyone else!", she then hit his forehead sending him stumbling towards the ground, "You're useless... less than useless, you're sick!" "People like you don't deserve to live!", she then punched his ribs breaking two of them, "Your friends are wrong about you. The person they love isn't you at all!" "They hate you as much as you hate yourself!", she then punched his stomach causing him to recoil in pain, "All you do is make things worse. It would be better to just die!" "You killed me. you loved me and you killed me!", she then punched his mouth causing multiple teeth to fly out, "Hero loved me and you killed me!", she then punched his jaw dislocating it, "Aubery loved me and you killed me!", she then punched his shoulder causing it to dislocate, "Kel loved me and you killed me!", she then grabbed his arm and snapped it in half breaking the bone, "Basil loved me and you killed me!", she then broke his other arm, "You loved me and you killed me!", she then grabbed his head and lifted it before sending it to the ground, "You should just die!".

Back at the viewing room.

"Oh no" Basil said getting everyone's attention. "WHAT IS THE PROBLEM YOUNG BASIL" All Might said turning to look at said person. "What are they saying" he asked shakily. "BAKUGO JUST SAID SOMEONE CALLED MARI DIED 5 YEARS AGO?" All Might said questioningly. "Stop the match now!" Basil yelled "He's having a panic attack". The class then looked wide eyed towards the screen to see Bakugo beating on Izuku and yelling something at him while doing so. All Might ran out of the room while holding a finger to his ear telling the people on the other end to stop the match and go help Midoiya.

All Might arrived on the scene a minute later to see Lida holding a knocked out Bakugo covered in mushrooms with a bluish face and Komori trying to wake Izuku up. "WHAT HAPPENED HERE" All Might asked worried. "When you told us to go help Midoriya we ran here as fast as we could only to see Bakugo breaking every bone in Midoriya's body and using explosions on him constantly" Lida shouted with worry in his voice. "I used my shrooms to block his airway while Lida restrained him" Komori said eyeing Bakugo making sure he was still restrained. "DON'T WORRY YOUNG LIDA, YOUNG KOMORI, I WILL TAKE YOUNG MIDORIYA TO RECOVERY GIRL AND HERO'S OFFICE RIGHT AWAY" All Might said before picking up Izuku and rushing off.

Hours later at Recovery Girls office.

Izuku's POV

He slowly opened his eyes to see himself surrounded by white. "He's awake, shroom!" a familiar voice said next to him. "I wish I wasn't" he joked only to feel alot of pain in his chest after chuckling. "YOUNG MIDORIYA, YOU ARE ALRIGHT" All Might said next to him only to receive a wack to the head by a short woman next to him. "Be quiet, he only just woke up" an elderly voice scolded the number one hero. "Hey Sunny, are you feeling good?" a gentle voice said next to him. He turned to look at the people next to him starting with the voice on his left. He saw Itake sitting in a chair wearing the normal school uniform again and felt himself start to blush after seeing her. 'She looks cute in that school uniform' he thought to himself, "Hey Itake, guess you could say that I ended up in a hospital mush'room'" he joked. Itake had stifled a snort from escaping her lips and he then turned to face the other voice next to him. "Hey Hero, hey Basil" he said turning to find two of his best friends sitting there. "You should eat this Sunny, so you can heal up fully" Hero said handing him a slice of Pizza infused with his quirk. "Thanks Hero" he said before hearing Basil talk and turned to him. "So, I guess you remembered huh" Basil said.

His eyes widened as he saw Mari sitting there staring at him with a soft smile. "Don't worry. It's not your fault little brother." Mari said speaking to him gently. His eyes began to water as he went to hug Mari. Instead of feeling his sisters warm embrace he felt the embrace of Basil but to him it didn't matter and he started crying. Basil returned the hug and kept hugging him until he calmed down again. Itake was confused but said nothing feeling like she might make things worse, Hero sat there with a small smile on his face realising that he is finally overcoming his trauma, All Might stayed silent not wanting to interrupt the moment knowing that he is finally overcoming the trauma he just learned about and Recovery Girl was watching this all unfold, glad that she was able to heal him.

After a couple minutes he finally separated the hug and turned to look at Itake. "So, I guess you want some answers?" he asked. Itake looked at him and slowly nodded. He went on to describe what happened on the day his sister died and by the end he felt a weight off his chest. Itake sat frozen for a second before she asked a question "You don't still think it's your fault right?" she asked. He shook his head but his frown said otherwise. Itake then got up and hugged him saying it's not his fault. He was stunned at the sudden contact and hesitantly hugged back in hopes she would calm down.

She finally stopped the hug and said in a firm voice "It's not your fault, you didn't know that would happen" she said. He nodded his head starting to think that if everyone is saying it isn't his fault then there must be some merit to it. "YOUNG MIDORIYA, CLASS HAS BEEN CANCELLED FOR THE DAY AND YOU NEED TO STAY HERE OVERNIGHT TO MAKE SURE YOU HEAL PROPERLY" All Might said. Itake then spoke up asking if she could stay with him to keep him company and Recovery Girl agreed. Everyone else then left the room leaving the two alone. Shortly after the two looked at the clock seeing that it is 9PM and decided to get some sleep.

The next day has arrived. Izuku woke up with an unfamiliar weight on his chest 'We don't have a cat or dog?' he questioned himself. He looked down to see himself laying on a hospital bed with a girl with a brown bob cut laying on him. The events of yesterday then hit him like a freight train. He looked down again to see that it was Itake laying on him, he felt his cheeks start to become warm as he tried to gently put Itake back to on her chair but as he started moving her she mumbled "Stop moving". He froze in place and decided to just leave her be and hope no-one walked in on them.

He looked to the clock to see it was 7:30am and decided to just scroll through social media to catch up on the latest hero news. Around a half hour later the short figure of Recovery Girl walked in to see the two teens who stayed here overnight asleep, with one laying their upper half on the other. Basil then walked in to see the two figures and nearly jumped but a quick wack on the leg by Recovery Girl made him stop. Instead he decided to take a picture of the two with his trusty camera.

Izuku woke up 10 minutes later to realise they weren't alone anymore. "Hi guys" he said groggily, 'I really shouldn't have fallen back asleep' he thought to himself. The two turn to look at the other two and see Komori starting to wake up as well. "W-what?" she asked before opening her eyes to see nothing under her. She moved her hands to either side of her face and pushed up to see a blushing Izuku. She then looked to where her hands were and suddenly felt her face heat up. She had her left hand on Izuku's lower abs and her right hand on Izuku's left peck.

She unconsciously moved her left hand up Izuku's abs but before she could, a cough from the other side of the room made her look to see Recovery Girl and Basil standing there. One had a smirk and the other was holding a camera up to their face, taking photos. Recovery Girl then spoke up "It's 8:10 in the morning, I would suggest you two put on clean clothes instead of feeling each other up". She then realised there was a hand going up and down her back and looked up to see Izuku blushing profusely.

Both teens took their hands off the other and looked away from the other until a set of clothes hit Komori in the face and Izuku in the back of the head. "Boys bathroom is on the left and girls are on the right" Recovery Girl said, "But there is a room behind those curtains if you want to change together" she then added on. Both teens felt their faces go even hotter and quickly rushed off to the gendered bathrooms to change. "Why is there a room there?" Basil asked his new teacher. "In case people need blood drawn and there are screamish people in the room" she replied, "It's not even big enough for the two of them to actually change, I just wanted their reactions" she replied with another smirk on her face.

The three then arrived at their classroom only to see the front door crowded by their fellow classmates. "What happened yesterday?" a pink skinned girl asked, "Who's Mari?" one boy with a lightning bolt in his hair asked, "What the hell Jamming-Whey!" a girl with headphone cables hanging from her ears asked "It clearly sent him into a panic attack yesterday" she said before sending the cables towards the lightning bolt haired boys chest. Izuku then drowned out every question from there on, replaying the scene in his head over and over again until he could hear a voice call out from above the rest. "OI NERD, GET YOUR STUPID SISTER OUT OF YOUR HEAD!" Kacchan called out.

Everyone then turned to face the ash blond, all with a questioning look on his face, Izuku then ran past the rest, now glowing red and punched Bakugo right in the face, breaking his nose. He then turned to explode Izuku but when he tried, he couldn't. He looked towards the door to see an angry Aizawa standing there, eyes glowing red and hair floating. "Katsuki Bakugo you are hereby expelled from the Hero Course for provoking another student into punching you, you are to follow me to Principle Nezu's office to be transferred to the General Education course" He said. "WHAT THE HELL, I'M BEING TRANSFERRED FOR THIS ASSHOLE PUNCHING ME FOR NO REASON!" Bakugo yelled out. "You provoked him by insulting his dead sister and then tried to blow him up when he reacted" he stated calmly. Before Bakugo could reply he was wrapped up in Aizawa's capture scarf and being dragged to the door. "Calm Midoriya down and I'll explain everything when I get back" he called back before leaving.

Once Aizawa left the class turned to Basil, "You know how to calm him down... right?" a guy with weird elbows asked. "Yea, but the panic attack is a bit harder" Basil explained. He then pulled out a dandelion and touched Izuku's arm with it, a second later the dandelion disappeared and Izuku stopped glowing red. The anger on his face was then replaced with panic, Basil started rubbing circles on his back and telling him it wasn't his fault. The class looked on confused but said nothing, a couple minutes later Izuku was more calm and Aizawa had returned to class with a new student. "Meet your new classmate, Hitoshi Shinso. Ask questions in your own time" He explained with a pained expression on his face. "Go sit down in the empty seat and I will explain what happened" he then started talking about the day Mari died.

"I was patrolling the Musutafu area late at night when a villain made of glass had robbed a local liquor store near me. I went to stop him but when I arrived on the scene, it looked like the police had it handled, so I waited on the nearby rooftop to make sure everything turned out alright. It was going well until two kids had run up on the scene. I jumped down to tell them it was dangerous here but it turned out the villain could shatter a bone in his body to give him extra speed and strength, by the time I got there the villain had reached the kids and the boy had pushed the girl behind him out of the way. Instead of being pushed out of the way however, she was accidentally " he looked towards Midoriya when he said accidentally but then returned to looking at the whole class "pushed onto a piece of rebar. The kid was too young at the time to know what to do so they pulled the girl off of it causing her to bleed out" he finished his explanation with a tear in his eye. "It was the first mistake I had made as a pro hero" he then added on.

"Now, since you guys couldn't finish your battle trials yesterday, you will be doing them today" Aizawa explained. Yayorozu then raised her hand. "Yes Yayorozu" he asked dryly, "where is Mineta?" she asked, "He was expelled yesterday for... uncomfortable reasons" he explained, causing the whole class to shiver at the implications. "Grab your Hero costumes and go back to battle ground beta" he said.

Once back at the battle grounds Aizawa said they will be continuing with the same teams and in the same order which meant that first up was Team B vs Team I. Basil and Uraraka started to walk to the second building along with Todoroki and Shoji. "G-good luck guys" Basil said facing the other team.

"Start" Aizawa said into a microphone in front of him. "Stay back, it's going to get frosty" Todoroki said to his partner. Shoji did as he was told and took a couple of steps back. The building was suddenly encased in ice and Shoji was shocked. Todoroki motioned for Shoji to follow and they both entered the building.

Basil and Uraraka was frozen next to the bomb. Basil had tried to use his flower crown to break the ice by turning it into vines but whenever he broke the ice it would grow back. After a couple minutes of trying to out speed the regrowing ice he gave up. Todoroki and Shoji walked in not long after and then touched the bomb.

"The hero team has won" Aizawa said then told Todoroki to melt the ice before returning. Both teams returned and Aizawa asked the students who they thought were MVP, "Sir, while Todoroki was the one who won the match and did the most work out of anyone, he forgot about team work and didn't bother thinking about the bomb. Therefore he isn't the MVP" Yayorozu stated, Aizawa looked impressed for a brief moment before schooling his face back to neutrality. He then motioned for her to continue, "A similar thing could be said for Shoji, he didn't suggest working as a team and just went along with it. He also didn't bother using his quirk to hear if the other team was still frozen. For the villain team, Uraraka didn't do anything once frozen and didn't try to grab the broken pieces of ice that Basil was making and didn't think about using her helmet to break the ice. And finally Basil, he was trying to break the ice and it looked like he was using his quirk to somehow strengthen Uraraka to make it easier to break out, so I think Basil should be the MVP" she concluded. "Good deduction and you are right, but there are other aspects as well" he said getting everyone's attention. "Can anyone else explain?" he asked. Izuku then put his hand up and Aizawa looked at him. "While Basil and Uraraka were walking to the room with the bomb, Basil was laying traps on the floor with his quirk. They would have been effective if Todoroki hadn't frozen them all" he concluded. Aizawa nodded before Ashido asked a question "How was he laying traps?". Aizawa then said that his quirk lets him grow plants on the floor that can damage and have side effects on the person who touches them, so he was laying them on the floor.

"No more questions. Team H and Team J go to the next building" Aizawa said. After a couple of minutes the match had ended with the winners being Team J since Team H couldn't touch the bomb due to it being covered in tape.

Team G and Team C then entered the building, 5 minutes later the match started. Yayorozu and Monoma were standing near the bomb. Soon Kaminari entered the doorframe but before he could go further he was covered in what looked like liquid rubber. Yayorozu then went to quickly tie him up but before she could she was hit with a wave of sound. She fell to her feet clutching her ears but she then felt herself move without her command. She was in the same position she was in before and took the opportunity to tie Kaminari up before Jiro could break out of her shock. Once it was announced that Kaminari was captured Jiro shook her head and focused back on the battle. She quickly blasted the two but it didn't work due to the pair now having earmuffs on. she then decided to try and run past and to her shock she was actually able to but before she could touch the bomb she felt herself move backwards into the waiting arms of Yayorozu who quickly tied her up. "W-what happened?" she asked. Confused on how she was suddenly moving away from the bomb. "I reversed you so you would return to your previous position" Monoma explained.

They returned and Yayorozu and Monoma were made the MVP of the match. Aizawa then said for Team E and F to go to the final building for their match. Just after the match started Izuku was approached by Kirishima who had a smile on his face. "Yo, Midoriya right? I've been meaning to ask, why does Basil call you Sunny?" he asked the greenette. Izuku turned away from Komori and Basil to face Kirishima. "Well, when I was four my friends kept saying I was a ball of sunshine, so they decided to call me Sunny" he explained, "It was actually Kel from 1-B who decided it" he added on. "That's so cool" Kirshima said "Do you mind if I call you Sunny?" he asked and Izuku nodded in confirmation. The rest of the class who was listening decided to also call him Sunny.

When they turned back to the screen it turned out the match was over with Team E being the winners. Ojiro was made the MVP and class was dismissed.

The next day everyone was waiting in class until Aizawa walked through the door. "What we are about to do will decide your fate during your years here at U.A" he said, a mischievous smirk hidden behind his capture scarf. The class paled and held their breaths. "You will be deciding your class representative" he explained and half the class nearly fell out of their seats, with some of them saying that this was a normal school activity for once. Everyone started shouting about how they wanted to be the president and what they would change if they got the position. "I suggest we do a vote and solve this democratically" Lida called out above the rest, doing his signature robotic dance moves. "Please don't bring politics to the classroom" Izuku said which got a few snickers from some of the class. "But yea, I agree with the vote" Izuku said raising his hand, soon most of the class had their hand raised in agreement and everyone was given a piece of paper to write their vote on.

In the end it was decided that Izuku would be the president with 6 votes and Yayorozu would be the vice president with 3 votes. Lida was mumbling to himself about how he wanted the position but he can't argue against his own system. "Why is Midoriya's name written as Sunny?" Ashido asked, Izuku then explained the meaning of the name and said if they wanted, they could call him Sunny as well and the class agreed that they like the name.

At a lunch table, sat Sunny, Uraraka, Basil, Komori, Lida and Kel. "Sorry you couldn't get the position Lida" Uraraka said patting Lida's back, he then said that it doesn't matter and that Sunny is a good choice. Suddenly the room started going red with sirens going off and an automated voice started to speak on the speakers, saying that a Level 3 Lockdown is initiated and students are to evacuate in a calm and collected fashion. Obviously, no one did that and they all started panicking and pushing each other to get out. Lida grabbed the arm of a passing student to ask what a Level 3 Lockdown means and they explained that it means that someone has entered the campus and that it hasn't happened in the three years they've been here. The squad stood up and immediately got swept up by the panicking students. Lida was pressed up against the window next to Sunny. He looked outside and saw that it was just the press and relayed that information to Sunny. Sunny then had a metaphorical light bulb appear above his head as he got an idea. He summoned two presents and quickly opened them causing him to glow red with an enraged look on his face. Everyone suddenly froze and looked at the glowing kid that was causing them to feel a shiver on their necks. "Stop running like idiots, if you pulled your heads out of your asses and looked outside you would have seen that it was just the press. Now instead of pushing others around and probably breaking other peoples bones, walk outside in an orderly fashion" he said, anger in his voice. The students then helped the others laying on the floor and walked outside calmly. "That is foul language for a U.A student, especially a class president" Lida said, looking appalled. "I can't help it" Sunny explained "When I go into and pass stage 2 anger I start to swear a lot". Lida looked at Sunny and apologised which he brushed off.

The day came to a close and everyone in class was told that tomorrow they were going to have an incursion to a training facility owned by U.A. Aizawa then told the class to rest up and then dismissed them. But Sunny and Basil couldn't get the feeling out of their stomachs. The feeling that someone was about to die soon.

Chapter Text

Izuku woke up in a cold sweat. The walls seemed to be shifting and changing in height. He got out of bed and opened the door to see his staircase become bottomless. He hears a grumble in his stomach and walks to the staircase, the closer he got the dizzier he became. He shook his head, going back to his bed to fall asleep.

*GRRRRR*

Izuku wakes up with pain in his stomach. He walks towards the staircase and sees long, black, snaky hands coming up from the dark below. He goes to the staircase and walks down slowly, one step at a time.

*GRRRRR*

His pain increases and he hurries up. He can feel the hands reaching out to grab him but he doesn't stop.

*BANG*

A massive gory hand appears from behind him causing him to run faster, but no matter how fast he ran the hand kept speed. It suddenly increased its speed, causing Izuku to become afraid. Slowly, it crept closer until catching up to him and encasing his entire body.

He opened his eyes to see a row of floating teeth form a creepy smile in front of him. Long hands appearing from its sides, floating in the air. Two eyes staring at him menacingly.

Something shoves Izuku doing 12 damage. 68/80 heart left.

Izuku attacks Something.
Izuku's attack did nothing.

Something shoves Izuku doing 12 damage. 56/80 heart left.

Something taunts Izuku as he falls.

Izuku steadies himself and remembers how to Calm Down

???: Remember, Izuku... All you need to do is Calm Down...

Izuku takes a deep breathe.

Izuku calms down.

Izuku recovers 40 heart. 80/80 heart left.

He opens his eyes to see he's at the bottom of the staircase. He looks to his right and sees a first aid kit and decides to take it. He walks to his kitchen to find a knife sitting on the counter. He grabs it before going to the fridge and opening it to find a cold steak with a note attached to it. "Hey Sunny. I'm going to be out of town for a few months or maybe a year. I left this here for you because I know it's your favourite but you should go and get more groceries. I left you a card connected to my account so you can make purchases. Love Mum XOXO"

He looks at the steak before deciding to heat it up. He puts it in the microwave and waits a minute for it to heat up, he takes it out and puts it on the counter before eating it.

Once done he feels dizzy. 'Oof... My stomach didn't agree with that'. He goes back up the stairs before opening the bathroom door and puking in the toilet. He leaves the bathroom to go to bed.

*BANG BANG BANG* *BANG BANG BANG*

Izuku hears banging on the front door, he goes to check it out.

Mari: Hey, Izuku! It's Mari!
I'm finally back home, but I forgot my keys...
Could you open the door for me?

'Mari forgot her keys? But... she's dead... i-it's not Mari!' he thinks to himself before running to his room.

*CREEEEEAK*

Izuku sprints down the hall, trying to get to his room as fast as possible, he looks back and sees that... thing chasing him. It's right on his heel before he reaches his room and slams the door shut.

He lies down in bed, looking to his fan he sees the silhouette of the thing before falling asleep

Izuku woke up with the memories of last night fresh on his mind. Him facing some floating face and being chased by that... thing. Now that he thinks about it, it kind of looked like Mari. Then he started to piece things together. It looked like Mari, its neck was elongated and its hair in a wavy mess, its head was at the same angle Mari's was at after he pushed her.

"O-oh no... please... not again" he remembers all the nightmares he had after Mari's death. He would be playing with her in the park when she suddenly trips and when he went to check on her she would be dead in the same position every time. Body sprawled out, neck snapped, long wavy hair laying underneath her. They would be exiting a shop with groceries when she falls and lands on the groceries, after checking on her he sees her in the same position. The nightmares weren't even just in his sleep. He would be at school when suddenly he turns the corner to see a ghostly pale Mari staring at him, with one eye covered by her hair and the other staring into his soul.

"Hey hey... i'm here Izuku, it's ok" he snaps out of the memories to see Basil holding him, rocking him back and forth gently and rubbing circles into his back. He was holding onto him with tears streaming down his face. "I-it happened again" he said causing Basil to look at him worriedly. "S-she was there but t-this time was different" he said causing him gesture for him to continue. "I woke u-up and was hungry so I went to get s-some food, but the staircase looked b-bottomless so I went back to sleep. B-but I woke up again later and this t-time there were hands coming up from the stairs, but I w-was so hungry so I decided to continue a-and then a hand appeared and a c-creepy face and some weird voice that gave me a new s-skill and then it went away once I used the skill and I thought it w-was over so I went and ate and then I threw u-up and then there was knocking a-and so I went to check it out and the voice s-said it was Mari and I was confused and ran b-but then the door opened and the s-same Mari as usual appeared a-and it started to chase me and I closed m-my door and when I fell asleep I saw its s-silhouette on the fan" he explained, falling back to his stutter.

Basil said nothing and just hugged Izuku. After minutes have passed Izuku finally calmed down and let go of Basil. "Why are you here?" Izuku asked now that he could think straight. "Well I came to get you for school and knocked on the door but you wouldn't answer so I unlocked it and came to your room to see you like this" he explained causing Izuku to apologise. "Don't apologise, just get ready for school before we are late". Basil then left the room for his privacy. After having a shower and getting changed he went to brush his teeth but when he looked in the mirror he saw a mess of black tangles with a wide maw and two large eyes looking at him. He turned around and saw nothing, he looked back in the mirror to see if it was there again to see it has disappeared.

He left the bathroom and went to school with Basil and couldn't help the feeling that today wouldn't end well.

"Shit, we're going to be late" Izuku said. Walking into the school.

"It'll only be 5 minutes. If you explain it to Aizawa I'm sure he'll understand".

They enter the classroom to see all eyes on them and an annoyed Aizawa.

"Why are you two late?" he asked.

Izuku, not wanting everyone to hear, whispered it into Aizawa's ear.

"I see. Meet me at lunch" he said.

At lunch Izuku and Basil walked into the teachers lounge and sat down on a couch.

Not long after Aizawa entered and sat on the couch opposite them.

"So, you've been having hallucinations since her death?" he asked, getting straight to the point.

"Yea. And nightmares" Izuku replied.

"Have you told anyone other than Basil about this?" he asked.

"Only my mother knows. And I did tell my previous therapist but they didn't do much".

"What do you mean they didn't do much?" Aizawa asked, eyebrow raised.

"Well, we started with small talk and stuff. But once I told them that I wanted to be a hero they just said that this stuff happens and to get over it" he explained. Starting to glow a little red.

"That's not right. Well, right now the best I can do is have you do sessions with Hound Dog" Aizawa said, mad at Izuku's previous therapist.

"I'll- I'll do it" he answered.

"Since you two here I would like to ask you about something" Aizawa said, moving onto a different subject.

"What is it sir?" Izuku asked.

"Well, you are an expert on quirks and I'd assume you know a lot about nature" Aizawa said to the two, with them both nodding.

"I'd like you two to take a look at these" he then pulled out a container filled to the brim with a brownish-grey looking metal.

"Basil, I'd like to know what you think happened to this metal" Aizawa explained.

"This is what remains of the front gate after yesterday's incident" he said.

Basil inspected the metal, "It looks decayed sir. Starting at one point of contact based on the gradients of it" he said.

"So a decay quirk? Probably 5 point activation" Izuku said.

"I see. Thanks for the information" Aizawa then got up and left.

"Alright settle down everyone" Aizawa said walking into class.

"Today we will be going to an off campus location and you all will be monitored by me, All Might, Vlad King, and another teacher" he added on.

"What will we be doing today? kero" Asui asked.

Aizawa pulled out a card and flipped it around to show the class.

'rescue training'.

"Now you can choose whether or not you wear your hero costume but just know it might slow you down due to not being used to it" Aizawa explained.

After that everyone left to get on a bus.

"Hey Sunny?" Asui asked.

"Yea Asui?" Izuku replied.

"Call me Tsu kero. But can I ask a question?" she asked.

"You just did but go ahead" Izuku said.

"What's up with yours and Basil's quirks? They are super complex for it just to be one quirk" she said, getting a round of agreements from everyone.

"Just think of it as a video game. Because our quirks basically work like that" he said.

Before anyone could question further Aizawa spoke up.

"Alright we're here. Everyone get off" he said.

Everyone got off to see a massive dome shaped building along with pro hero Thirteen and their sister class 1-B.

"SUNNY, BASIL" an energetic voice called out from their sister class.

Everyone looked over to see Kel running towards the two.

"Kel I swear to god I will punch you if your hug sends us to the ground" Izuku said, glaring at Kel.

Kel then slowed down his run and just hugged the two normally.

"As wholesome as this is we should get started on all of your training" a hero wearing a big puffy looking space suit said, standing in front of the dome building.

"It's The Rescue Hero: Thirteen" said Uraraka, jumping up and down with excitement.

"Ah, I'm glad to see I still have fans" Thirteen said.

They then went on with a lecture on how quirks can kill if used wrong and was about to continue until the lights started flickering.

"Hey what's going on?" Kel asked.

"Probably simulating the disaster happ-" the teen was cut off as the shriek of Kaminari was heard as he fell onto his knees and threw his communicator of his head before putting his hands to his ears.

"Woah, whats happening?" Jiro said, running to Kaminari's side.

"My communicator, it made a high pitched noise" he said, a bit too loudly.

While the teachers were focusing on Kaminari, Izuku was on guard because his quirk picked up on multiple people entering the facility.

"Aizawa, villains" he said causing the teacher and subsequently teenagers to look to the plaza, they all saw a purple portal swirling as people were exiting it, finally it closed with the last people to leave being a big bird like creature with it's brain exposed, a bird like creature that was less muscly but had wings on it's back, a bird like creature with four arms, a villain with a shark mutation wearing a suit with vertical white and light blue stripes and wearing a pair of sunglasses and a thin villain wearing a black bodysuit like Aizawa's and wearing multiple grey hands.

"It seems they have a Warlock in their party. I hope they aren't too high level yet" said the hand wearing villain.

The portal then faded out of existence to reveal a man made of the same material as the portal wearing a nice suit.

As this was happening Aizawa and Vlad King got into fighting stances and spoke up.

"Thirteen, protect the students. Izuku, can Pluto help us?" Aizawa spoke up. The hand villain, shark villain and portal villain all laughed upon hearing that.

"Yea, but be prepared, he will be in his strongest form which can be as strong as All Might at 50%" he said.

"Pluto" Izuku said.

Everyone sat in silence for a few seconds until a hole appeared in the ceiling and Pluto appeared next to Izuku.

"Expand" at that the muscles on his arms and legs became bigger and more defined. His torso also became muscular and he looked like a more buff All Might causing the villains to feel intimidated.

"Pluto, help Aizawa and Vlad King with the villains, and protect the students at all costs" Izuku said.

"GWAHAHAHA" "VILLAINS, IF YOU DARE HURT THESE CHILDREN YOU WILL KNOW THE TRUE MEANING OF CRUEL, FOR YOU SEE, WHEN I FLEX I FEEL MY BEST!"

At that, Pluto jumped down along with Aizawa and Vlad King.

Thirteen then told the students to follow them.

As they were running towards the door a portal formed in front of them.

"Greetings, students of U.A. We, the League Of Villains, have invited ourselves into this haven of justice to bring the Symbol Of Piece his death. But it appears he isn't hear. Oh well, I still got a job to do" he said.

Thirteen was about to try and use their quirk; Blackhole, to suck up the villain but the villain expanded before they could do so.

"SCATTER"

Izuku opened his eyes to see himself falling towards the mountain zone.

He quickly adjusted himself mid-air to land feet first and landed graciously, barely even making a noise.

He looked around to find out which students were sent with him and found Yayorozu, Jiro and Kaminari. He also saw some students from 1-B with them, a boy wearing a bandana, a girl with horns and a guy made of fur.

They all quickly spotted each other and joined up.

"So, looks like we are in the mountain zone" spoke the kid with a bandanna.

"Yea, what are everyone's quirks and names?" Yayorozu asked.

"Well I'm Yosetsu Awase, and I can weld whatever I touch to anything" the bandana kid said.

"Pony Tsunotori, I can fire horns on head" the girl with horns said in broken Japanese.

"Jurota Shishida, and my quirk lets me get stronger and faster at the cost of my intelligence" the fur covered guy said.

"I'm Kyouka Jiro, and my quirk lets me channel my heartbeat into my jacks, and my hearing is amplified" Jiro said.

"Momo Yayorozu, I can create anything non organic using the lipids in my body" Yayorozu said.

"Denki Kaminari and I can produce electricity but I can't aim it and if I go overboard I short circuit my brain" Kaminari explained.

...

Everyone turned to look at Izuku but he wasn't with them.

They looked around and saw him standing at the edge of the cliff with a black glow on him.

"Sunny... what are you doing?" Jiro asked.

They got no response.

They walked over to him to see what's happening but once they got near him they saw that he was looking down seeing a massive drop.

"Shit, he must be scared of heights" Jiro theorised.

All Izuku could focus on was the drop in front of him.

*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*

Hands were surrounding him, threatening to push him over the edge to plummet to his death.

*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*

His heart felt like it was beating out of his chest, sweat was dripping down his forehead and his hands were clammy.

*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*

His breathing felt shallow and his quirk was acting up. He could usually tell what emotion he was feeling but he never felt this before, at least, he doesn't think so.

*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*

He looked to his hands and saw he was glowing black.

*Ba-bump* *Ba-bump*

This emotion, it was fear.

"Why not just jump" a voice said from all around him.

"It's not like you deserve to live anyway" it added on.

"N-no. G-go away" he said. His speech stuttery.

"Go to hell where you belong" the voice added.

"S-stop" Izuku said.

The voices continued and he couldn't hear anything other than them.

He was full blown panicking, the same thing that happened the night before was happening and he couldn't stop it.

"Calm down" a different voice said. It sounded oddly familiar but he couldn't tell why.

"Calm down" it said again.

That's right he learnt his new skill. He focused and used it.

The hands that were filling his vision disappeared and in front of him he saw a bunch of villains on the floor, knocked out.

"Hey, you with us?" Awase said, crouching down next to him.

"Y-yea. I'm good now" Izuku replied.

"What happened back there Sunny?" Kaminari asked, shaken up from something.

"I-" he paused, he didn't know if he should tell them but he did cause them to worry about him.

"I have some major fears... they appear in the form of hallucinations for me because of my quirk" he explained.

"So you have a fear of heights?" Yayorozu asked.

"Yea, but I think that I just got over it. But I still have a fear of spiders and swimming" he said.

"Well that's good, but what do we do now?" Shishida asked.

"Lets go meet up at the entrance" Yayorozu suggested which, they all agreed.

Basil and Kel were at the entrance.

"What did you do to them" Thirteen asked of the mist man.

"I sent them to their dooms" he replied.

At that, thirteen activated their quirk on him only for him to open a portal in front of, and behind Thirteen causing it to teat apart their back.

Both Basil and Kel saw this and leapt into action.

Cacti bloomed on a metal collar around the villain's neck due to Basil's quirk.

Kel then aimed a kick at the collar causing it to crack and knock the villain out, along with damaging Kel's leg.

Basil then pulled a leaf and infused his quirk into it to heal Kel.

"Lida" Basil called.

"Yes?" he replied.

"Run to campus and inform the teachers of what's happening" Basil commanded.

"But-" Lida was about to retort but a glare from Basil and Kel sent him to inform campus.

Izuku and his group had arrived at the entrance to see the knocked out mist villain.

"I take it that's your doing?" Izuku asked of his two best friends

"Yea, they hurt Thirteen badly, lucky I healed a lot of the damage, but their still out of commission" Basil replied.

"Has anyone else arrived?" Yayorozu asked, concern in her voice.

"No, are they okay Sunny?" Kel turned and asked.

Izuku used his quirk to sense everyone in the USJ and sensed that the students are all fine, "Yea, they should be, if i sensed them correctly" he responded.

They were going to continue when a cry of pain came from the plaza.

Aizawa was laying face down with his arm behind his back in a painful position and blood oozing from his face, the winged bird creature was holding him down.

Vlad King was in a similar position and had the four armed creature holding him down.

"Great job Nomu's" the hand villain replied.

"W-what. Where's Pluto?" questioned Basil.

They all scanned the plaza and saw a beaten Pluto laying on the floor, cracks all over his body and instead of his usual whitish colour he was black.

"Shit. They defeated Pluto" Izuku said causing everyone to look at him in alarm.

"You're telling me that that thing is stronger than All Might at 50%!" Awase exclaimed.

"Actually it's stronger than All Might at 100% too" the hand villain said, now half way across the plaza and walking towards them.

"W-what. There's no way" Kel said.

"Yea, you got to be joking" Kaminari added on.

"It doesn't matter if you brats believe me or not. Nomu, kill the Warlock" in an instant the bulky Nomu was in Izuku's face, all he could do before being punched was switch into Omori.

Omori was sent flying and landed straight into the domed walls of the USJ.

He got out and above him was his healthbar.

100/360 heart.

"Shit" Omori said.

He then summoned his knife and got ready to fight.

"Cripple".

Spider legs burst out of the ground around the Nomu and impaled its legs. Once done the Nomu looked at Omori and burst after him, seemingly unaffected by the speed loss.

Omori's eyes widened as he raised his knife to try and stab the Nomu but it only did 4/1000 damage.

The Nomu then punched Omori sending him flying back.

1/360 heart.

Omori did not succumb.

He got back up, the edges of his vision were black but he would still fight.

He summoned three presents and three poems before using them all.

The Nomu shined a deep blue and looked miserable, meanwhile Omori was glowing a vibrant red with a deep cowl on his face with one eye visable, he was furious.

Omori lunged at the Nomu and slashed all over.

8 damage.

6 damage.

7 damage.

Slash after slash was being landed on the Nomu but suddenly one missed and that's when the Nomu struck.

It grabbed onto Omori's face and slammed him into the ground.

1/360 heart left.

Omori did not succumb.

It then threw him up and grabbed onto on of Omori's legs before throwing him into the ground.

Omori got up, his singular eye seemed to pierce through the Nomu but it wasn't intimidated in the slightest.

'Tsk, if only I could use my moves without saying them' he thought.

Suddenly he could tell when the Nomu would attack him.

'What? Did I just use Observe?' he realised.

The Nomu then lunged at him as his vision said it would and he dodged to the left. The Nomu missing him by a hair.

'Well, let's put this theory to the test' he thought.

Suddenly red hands appeared and grabbed onto the Nomu and caused him to screech.

27 damage.

14 damage.

35 damage.

In an instance the tide of the battle had changed.

Omori smirked before going on the offensive.

Red hands, spider legs, black hands, seaweed and all kinds of things were surrounding the Nomu constantly, doing as much damage as possible

When the Nomu tried to attack it would miss due to Observe being used.

Finally Omori landed a hit to the brain using his knife.

Critical hit.

The Nomu collapsed onto the floor Nomu defeated. Omori stood above it, still glowing red before turning into Izuku who immediately collapsed due to exhaustion.

As Izuku was facing the Nomu, the others were facing the hand villain.

"I wonder if killing you U.A brats will get All Might to appear" he said before suddenly lunging at Jiro.

No one even saw him move and just as he was about to put his hand on Jiro's face, a leg had kicked him in the gut, sending him flying.

"Leave him to me" Kel said, standing in front of the others protectively.

"Damn speed builds" the villain said.

Kel and the hand villain were going at each other. Kel was landing kicks and punches on the villains neck, stomach, chest, etc while the villain kept trying to touch Kel with his hands.

After landing a good kick to the villains legs, the villain had touched Kel's elbow with all five fingers.

The elbow started decaying leaving muscle left before Kel could finally get away.

Everyone else saw this and looked on in shock.

"JAWHAWHAWHAWHAW. A bunch of puny kids trying to stand up to us?" the shark villain bellowed.

"Who are you people?" Basil questioned, standing in front of the others protectively.

"You can just call me Mr. Jawsum." he said.

"And I'll be your opponent while the speedy kid tackles Shigaraki" he said, lunging at Basil.

Basil saw this and made thorny vines burst from the ground to wrap the villain up and keep him in place.

"JAWHAWHAWHAW. You really think you can stop me?" he said.

Suddenly the vines burst as Mr. Jawsum freed himself and rushed the kids.

Basil couldn't think of anything to do in this moment and instinctively summoned One For All.

He raised his fist and punched Mr. Jawsum right in the stomach, sending him flying back.

"Wow, didn't know you had a strength enhancing quirk" the villain said, seemingly fine.

Basil expected pain but instead felt nothing. He looked down to see his arm was fine and was confused.

He decided to think about it later and got back into a fighting stance.

Before anything else could happen the door burst open to reveal All Might standing there with the other U.A teachers behind him.

"Shit, Kurog-" Shigaraki turned to see the mist villain with a cracked metal collar laying motionlessly.

Suddenly grey goop burst from his mouth and consumed him, the two Nomu on top of the pro heroes and Mr. Jawsum before they disappeared.

All Might ran all around the USJ and knocked out any villain that wasn't already knocked out before grabbing the students and putting them all down at the entrance.

"Anyone injured please come out to the ambulances" Nezu said next to Recovery Girl.

All the students exited the USJ to find police and ambulances all over the place.

Basil however, looked around and noticed something wrong.

"U-uh, guys. Where's Tsu?" Basil asked, unable to see the frog girl anywhere.

At that question All Might suddenly started getting tears in his eyes.

Nezu noticed and turned towards him.

"All Might. What. Happened?" Nezu asked, a dark edge to his voice.

"I-" "I found her body. But her head was missing" his voice was coming out in choking sobs.

"I have somewhere to be students" Nezu said. A dark look on his face.

"Students, get on the bus so you can see your family" Ectoplasm told them, head hung low.

The students all complied, non looking up or questioning the silence.

Because one of their friends died.

Chapter Text

With injuries healed by Basil and paramedics when they arrived, the students departed.

They all sat in the one bus along with the teachers in silence... all except one.

"So... Tsu died?" Izuku asked, having been woken up by the paramedics.

Everyone just hung their heads lower.

"Who saw the body?" he asked, trying to get some information.

"I-... I did" Uraraka raised her hand.

"1-B?" he asked.

"Yea, me too" a guy with a black ponytail said.

"Sorry to make you relive this but... what happened? Why was her head missing?" he asked.

"T-the hand villain. H-he put five fingers on her face and-and... it turned grey before becoming dust" Uraraka said, looking at her hands in disgust and crying loudly.

"Fucking handjob" Izuku said, glowing deep yellow.

Learning about what happened while he was having a panic attack made him angry already, but after hearing that he became manic, sadly, that comes with consequences with how he speaks.

"Hey, at least she survived longer than frogs usually do" he said, making everyone turn to him.

"Dude, what the hell!" a guy with grey skin yelled, getting out of his seat.

"Just like her natural habitat, she leafed us" he said.

"Shut the fuck up" the ponytail guy said, getting out of his seat as well, pointing his palm towards Izuku.

"W-wait" Basil said, getting up and standing in front of Izuku.

"This isn't like Sunny" Kirishima said, getting up in case he needed to intervene.

Basil just grabbed three dandelions before giving them to Izuku, stopping the glow.

"Great, and now my quirk is making me look like I don't care about her death" Izuku said, putting his face in his hand.

"What do you mean" the grey guy asked.

"My quirk is emotion based. I can have three stages of basic emotions, causing me to glow. Red is anger, blue is sad and yellow is happy. When going past the second stage my quirk changes my personality. Going into the third stage makes me... the worst of that emotion... anger's worst is furious, making me ready to kill people. I do more damage but I become blinded by rage reducing my defence. Sadness is miserable, making me a nihilist basically, I take less damage because I don't care about anything, but I also do less damage. Happiness is manic... I make jokes about fucked up things, I look insane and act insane. I'm more likely to get a critical hit due to an increase in speed, but I miss attacks more often" Izuku explained, the class just looked at him in shock.

"What about that Omori person?" Mina asked.

"He's like an alter ego. He's basically my quirk manifested" he said.

"We're here" Aizawa said.

"Well. I'm sorry. Trauma makes my quirk act up, I only just learnt that fear can be shown by my quirk as well. It isn't an excuse for my actions and for that I am sorry" Izuku said, bowing.

"Look dude... it's fine, we're just... we all are dealing with this in our own ways. You're quirk just makes it fucked up" the grey guy said.

"We should have realised from you glowing" the ponytail guy said.

"Off. You've already dealt with enough today, go relax and spend time with your families" Aizawa said, turning around with a somber expression.

"Yes sir" everyone said in unison.

They all got off to see a bunch of adults standing near the buses. Some pacing, some fidgeting and most calling presumably their bosses to get some days off.

One family however was looking worried as they searched the kids frantically.

"Mr and Mrs Asui" Nezu said, walking towards them with a down face.

"I-... I'm sorry for your loss" Nezu said, bowing towards them.

The parents broke out crying at that.

While that was happening other parents were hugging their kids tightly, crying into their shoulders.

Some other parents were looking at the Asui's with pity, shock and rage at the fact that a villain got away with this.

"Everyone here, I would like to apologise for our incompetence to keep your kids safe. From now on schools security will be increased tenfold. And the villains who did this will be brought to justice" he said, before turning back to the teachers.

"School will be back next week. If you can I would like you all to sign these permission slips. It allows us to let your kids talk to our therapist about this. Under that you can withhold students and drop them out of the school. We will pay fully for whatever school you decide to transfer them to. Or you can move them to general education. I would also like to apologise for having to rely on kids to do a job they weren't ready for" Aizawa said, bowing to the adults.

"We're sorry" the other pros said, mimicking Aizawa.

"I-its fine" a golden haired mother said, getting a round of agreements.

"You couldn't of known they had a warp quirk" Izuku spoke up.

"See, even that kid doesn't blame you. You wouldn't of done this if you knew they would be in danger" she said.

"I-I would like to be able to have a proper funeral for my daughter" Mrs Asui said, still crying.

"We will provide the funds for the funeral and anything else Mrs Asui" Nezu said.

"I'd like for the kids to be able to get some rest" Aizawa said, motioning the adults to take their kids home.

"Problem child? Where's your parents?" Aizawa asked, looking towards Sunny who was one of the two students left.

"My father works overseas and my mother went to visit for a year. I know how to live alone and my quirk works well as a defence mechanism, seeing as Omori comes out before I die" Izuku said.

Aizawa just sighed before turning towards the other student.

"Komori?" Aizawa asked.

"U-um... my parents have been gone for a while..." she stuttered, looking away.

"You live alone as well?" Aizawa asked, flabbergasted.

"Y-yea. My spores work well enough to deter unwanted people. Though it gets kinda lonely" she said.

"Damn problem children" Aizawa said, shaking his head.

"You could live with me if you want?" Izuku said, turning away to hide his blush.

"R-really?" she said, turning towards him with her own blush.

"Yea. We don't have a spare room but I can sleep in my mothers room while you sleep in my room. It should be big enough after..." he said, derailing his thoughts before shaking his head.

"But yea. You don't have to bu-" he started talking but was cut off by Komori.

"I'd like that" she spoke quietly.

"Great, do you need anything from your house?" he asked, checking his pockets.

"Yes. I can get them myself" she said.

"I can help, I should have enough energy for Pluto" he said, pulling out a granola bar and eating it.

"Seeing as you two are still here, could you hand your costumes over?" Aizawa said, looking at the two with a small smile hidden behind his capture weapon.

"Oh yea, forgot we were wearing these" Izuku said, looking down.

He and Komori quickly changed and arrived at the front entrance after saying goodbye to the teachers.

"Where's your house?" Izuku asked.

"It's at *Insert house number and street name here*" Komori said.

"Cool. Pluto" Izuku said, summoning Pluto.

"Take us *Insert Komori's House*" he said, climbing Pluto's back and helping Komori up.

They rode through the sky towards Komori's house.

"So... how you holding up?" Izuku asked, softening his voice.

"I'm- I don't know... definitely better than some of the others" she said, softening her voice as well.

"I don't really know how to handle stuff like this" she said.

"Talking about it helps" Izuku offered, turning towards her with a small smile.

"Yea... I landed in the fire zone with Ojiro, then Kendo and Shoda from Class 1-B. We defeated them easily enough and decided to head back to the entrance.

Once there we saw you standing atop the big bird thing, you looked so cool but then you collapsed and I got scared and rushed to you.

Once there I tried waking you up but it didn't work and suddenly I was outside with the rest of the students. I didn't really see much but I was still scared. I thought you died when you collapsed but Kendo said you were alive which helped" she said, her hand unconsciously reaching for Izuku's.

"Yea, I had taken quite a beating against the Nomu. Found out I can use my quirk with my thoughts now which makes things easier. I have a healthbar, and I was able to survive at 1 hp for too long. Omori kept not succumbing which I didn't know was possible" Izuku spoke.

"That's your house right?" Izuku said, pointing to a house with a bunch of mushrooms growing outside it.

"Y-yea... it's kind of embarrassing to show people" she said, blushing a bit.

"Because of the fact you grow mushrooms and your quirk is related to them?" Izuku asked, tilting his head.

She just nodded.

"Don't be. I find it kinda cute that you theme yourself around mushrooms" Izuku said, making her blush madly.

Pluto landed and Izuku helped the still blushing Komori off.

"I'd assume I can't help for privacy reasons" Izuku said..

"W-what do you mean?" Komori asked.

"Well. You probably don't want me to see..." Izuku trailed off, pointing at his shorts.

"Why would it matter if you see my shorts?" she questioned.

"What's under them..." he said.

Komori finally realised what he meant and quickly denied his help before rushing inside.

"You have a crush on her, don't you" Pluto said, leaning down to whisper in Izuku's ear.

"Shut it Pluto. Anyway, your all good right?" he asked, glaring at him before returning to his neutral face.

"Yes. I'm fine. That thing was too strong to be normal. That hand villain... Shigaraki I think it was, said that it had multiple quirks. I know it had at least regeneration and impact absorption" he said, sighing at the strength of the beast.

"I see. I don't remember much of the fight against the Nomu. All Might should know about this if he doesn't already" Izuku said, sending a quick text to All Might about this information.

"Did you fight the other two Nomu's? The shark villain?" Izuku asked.

"The other two had similar quirks to the one you fought. The quirks weren't as powerful though and they both had extra mutations obviously. The shark villain seemed to be similar to Spider Man. Quirk made him a shark and gave him shark like abilities and strength for the proportions of a human" he said.

"I see. Thanks... for everything" Izuku said, sending that information to All Might as well.

"No problem. I said I would always be there for you and your friends. Even if you had to make me seem like a part of your quirk" Pluto said, lowering his voice at the end.

Izuku sighed. "The only ones who know about that are Basil, Kel, Aubrey, Hero, Mum and All Might... I don't know if I should tell anyone else" Izuku said.

"That's something only you can decide. I trust you enough to tell our secret to whoever you want to. But, with you saying that we got a problem" Pluto said, looking towards Komori's house.

"Yea... I can explain the nightmares and hallucinations well enough. I don't care about anyone knowing that happens. But she might need to be in on the secret of All Might's true form at least. But... I might tell her about what you really are soon enough. Also about my 'quirk'" Izuku said, looking towards the house also.

Before the conversation could continue any further Komori opened the door to reveal a couple of boxes and suitcases.

"That's everything?" Izuku asked.

"Yea. But I don't know how this will all fit" she said, moving the boxes out one at a time.

"Don't worry about that" Izuku said, picking a box up only for it to disappear into thin air.

"W-what the?" Komori said, eyes wide.

"I don't actually 'summon' a knife. It's a pocket dimension that stores stuff" he said, disappearing the boxes and suitcases.

"Your quirk is too overpowered" she giggled, getting back on top of Pluto with Izuku's help.

"Pluto, home"

And they took off.

"Are you fine with sharing your experiences?" Komori asked.

"Yea. Got teleported to the mountain zone. I don't really know what happened due to having a panic attack" he said.

"You had a panic attack!" she said, worriedly.

"Yea, fear of heights" Izuku said.

"Anyway, I finally conquered it with a skill I learnt the night before. Once out of my hallucination I found out they defeated all the villains. We decided to head to the entrance as well and arrived to see the knocked out mist guy. Turned around to see Mr. Aizawa hurt. Handjob had the big bird guy which he called Nomu attack me. I was able to kill it using the quirk upgrade I got and passed out" Izuku explained.

"Jeez... how did you learn that skill?" she asked.

"Remember how I killed my sister" he said.

Komori just nodded slowly.

"I had nightmares and hallucinations after I killed her. They stopped for a while, I'm assuming it's because I repressed the memories, and they came back last night. A weird voice talked to me and I somehow learnt the skill 'Calm Down'" he explained.

"I... I'm sorry for your loss" Komori said.

"It's fine. I'll get over it properly this time" Izuku said, seeing his house.

"We're here" he said, Pluto landing outside.

"Thanks buddy" he said, patting Pluto before he left.

"Well, let's enter" he said, unlocking the door.

He did a quick showcase of the house and then stopped at the stairs.

"On the left is... where Mari's old stuff is. On the right is the music room, but don't touch the piano please" Izuku said before continuing up the stairs.

"The middle room is the bathroom. Shower, bath, sink and toilet. Left room is where I'll be sleeping and the right room is your new room" he said, walking up to the right door.

He opened it to show a pretty plain room.

"Most of it should be clean. I'll leave the bed and wardrobe for you. I'll also get clean sheets for the bed" he said, quickly vanishing his stuff before making all of Komori's stuff appear.

He then went off and grabbed new sheets before returning and replacing the sheets.

"All done" he said.

"Tell me which boxes to not touch and I'll help put the rest away" Izuku said.

"U-um... those two" she said, pointing to two boxes on the side.

"Ok. Let's get started"

They then spent the next hour putting her stuff away and hanging stuff up on the wall.

"I-I can help you" she said, getting up.

"No need. I can make them appear where I want. I couldn't do that here because I didn't know how you wanted your room" he said, smiling at her.

"You put the rest away while I start dinner" he said, going to the kitchen.

The two then do their things and eat dinner.

"T-thanks for the food... and letting me stay with you" Komori said, bowing towards him at the bottom of the staircase.

"It's no problem. Friends help eachother out after all" Izuku said.

After that they both got ready for bed and fell asleep.

*Knock Knock*

Izuku opens his eyes groggily.

"Who is it" he said, half asleep.

The door slowly opens to reveal Komori in red sleepwear standing there.

"I-I had a nightmare... I was wondering if I could sleep with you" she said shyly, her face matching the colour of her sleepwear.

"Yea sure. We can talk about it in the morning" Izuku said, moving over to make room.

"T-thanks" she said.

Seconds later Izuku felt a weight on the bed and fell back asleep.

Izuku wakes up to the sound of birds singing, flowers blooming.

On days like these, kids like Izuku.

"Shouldn't have to go to school" Izuku groaned.

He then felt the same weight on his chest that he felt a couple days ago.

His arms also seem to be holding onto something.

He looks down to see Komori laying half on top of him with her arms wrapped around his neck, and with him hugging her closer.

Izuku immediately stiffened and tried to stay still.

'If I move my arms off her and pretend to be asleep... I should be fine' he thought.

He then slowly moved his arms off of her back and placed them at his side.

'Perfect. I might miss... oh yea. No school till next monday' he thought.

Then, the worst situation happened.

He felt his shorts grow tight as the blood drained from his face.

'FUCK FUCK FUCK! NOT NOW! A PRETTY GIRL IS LAYING WITH YOU! YOU'LL EMBARRASS YOURSELF ME!' he screamed in his mind.

Then his words caught up with him and he felt the tightness grow.

'Ok... this is fine. Just pretend to be asleep still and this will all turn out for the be-' his thoughts paused as he felt Komori shift.

"Uhh, my bed feels so warm... and stiffer than usual" she said, opening her eyes a bit.

Izuku just froze up.

Once her eyes opened fully she blushed madly.

She saw she was laying on top of Izuku with her hands wrapped around his neck.

"I-" she couldn't even speak properly.

"I. Wha. How." she paused as she finally remembered what happened.

"I had a nightmare" she said, her blush darkening.

"And I asked to sleep with Sunny" she said, moving her hands to get up.

And then saw his face.

"..."

"..."

They both just stared at eachother in silence until Komori spoke.

"S-sorry!" she said, bolting up and dropping the blanket to the floor.

But because of that.

"AHH" Izuku screamed, moving his hands to cover his erection.

"AHH" Komori also screamed, moving her hands to cover her red face before sprinting out the door.

"That could have gone better..." Izuku mumbled to himself.

"Oh my god I slept in the same bed as Sunny and hugged him all because of a nightmare and I probably upset him and embarrassed him and he now probably thinks I'm a creep and I made him hard and I-" she cut her mumbling of as she realised what she said.

She then just blushed harder.

Izuku finally got dressed and put casual clothes on before getting his erection under control and walking out.

Only to see Komori sitting on the floor mumbling to herself and hiding her face in her hands.

"Are you alright Itake?" he asked, bending down to check on her.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry" she kept repeating over and over.

"There's nothing to be sorry about. You had a nightmare and needed some comfort" Izuku said.

"I'm sorry I'm sorry I'm sorry" she continued.

"I'm sorry as well" Izuku said before bringing her into a hug.

She finally stopped and realised what was happening, before she could talk though Izuku did.

"There's nothing to be sorry about. You had a nightmare. You needed comfort and I was the only one. If anything I should be sorry" he said, running his fingers through her hair.

"I-it's not your fault" she said, leaning into him.

"I made it awkward. Also... if it helps any I also woke up hugging you" he said.

"Y-you did?" she asked, looking up to his blushing face.

"Yea... I tried getting out of the situation but you woke up" he said, turning away.

She didn't say anything and just continued to be hugged by him.

"Do you want to stay like this" Izuku teased, realising they've been in the same position for at least 5 minutes.

She just blushed harder but didn't speak.

"Want to talk about the nightmare?" he asked.

She nodded.

"We were in the USJ and the villains had killed you. The hand guy had grabbed your face and turned you to dust. The mist guy had cut you in half with his portals. The Nomu things grabbed you and crushed your skull. I-I couldn't do anything to save you" she said, crying.

Izuku just hugged her tight until she stopped.

"I... I think I'm better" she said.

Izuku nodded and broke the hug.

Both missed the others embrace but didn't vocalise it.

"What do you want to do today?" Izuku asked, helping her up.

"I-I don't know" she said, blushing at realising she was in her pyjamas.

"That's fine. We can work it out over breakfast" Izuku said, going down the stairs.

Komori came out in casual wear and saw Izuku making two bowls of katsudon.

"Here, has mushrooms in it by the way" Izuku said, handing a bowl to her.

"T-thanks" she said, taking it and going to sit at the table.

Izuku joined her a minute later and they started eating.

"Would you like to watch some movies?" Izuku asked.

"Y-yea" she said, nodding.

"I can go get some snacks. Want anything?" he asked.

"N-no thank you" she said, shaking her head.

"You want to cuddle, don't you" he said, smirking at her.

"N-no! W-well y-yes b-bu-" she was cut off by a laughing Izuku.

"Don't worry about it. If you want to you can and if you don't you don't, it's simple" he said, finishing his food and putting his bowl in the sink before heading to the door.

"Be back before you know it" Izuku said, turning around with a smile and a wave before leaving.

Komori just sat there in silence, eating her food.

"He really doesn't mind about this morning..." she said to herself.

"Meow..."

Komori turned to see a black cat staring at her from the top of a cat playground.

"Oh... he has a cat"

"Meow..."

"Are you waiting for something to happen?"

The cat just stared at her before turning away and scratching at a post.

"Huh... ok then" she said.

"Didn't I embarrass him. He shouldn't be this nice to me after that. Is he just that nice of a person. I mean... he did try to comfort me when he saw me on the floor" she said.

"I'm back" Izuku called out, making Komori jump.

"If you're finished you can go look for some movies to watch" he said, walking to the kitchen and putting popcorn in the microwave.

Komori looked down to see her empty bowl and put it in the sink before going to look for some movies.

She picked out 4 before Izuku walked into the loungeroom with a bowl of popcorn.

She set three of the movies down and put the other one in the tv to watch.

She sat on the couch next to Izuku and fidgeted before speaking.

"You're not mad about this morning right?" she asked, looking away from him.

"Why would I be? Do you think I'd be mad at you for having nightmares?" he asked, turning to look at her.

"But I slept with you and embarrassed you" she said, turning red.

"Itake, look at me" he said.

She turned around slowly and saw Izuku looking at her with a small smile.

"It's ok to have nightmares. It's ok to want comfort after them. You may have embarrassed me a bit but no harm was done. If you have nightmares again I'll gladly help in any way I can" he said.

Komori looked at him with watery eyes before hugging him.

Izuku just hugged back and let her release all her emotions.

After a bit she stopped crying and backed away from the hug.

"You're really ok with it?" she asked, wiping her cheeks.

"Of course. For you Itake I'll do anything" he said.

"Now, let's watch this movie" he said, grabbing the remote and turning the tv on.

Itake just looked at him and smiled before resting her head against him.

"Thanks for everything. Izuku" she said.

"No problem. Kinoko" Izuku replied.

A week later Izuku wakes up with Komori in his bed again.

"Well, school day today. Hopefully she can work through her nightmares with Hound Dog" he says, stroking her hair unconsciously.

"Izuku?" she says, waking up.

"Kinoko. We have school today" he says, waking her up fully.

"Crap" she says, bolting off of Izuku and through the door to her room.

"All week she's been having nightmares. I wonder if I can be with her for her sessions with Hound Dog" he says while getting dressed.

Once dressed he steps out and makes breakfast.

"That seems like more breakfast than usual" Komori says, looking over Izuku's shoulders.

"Yea, Basil should be here any minute to have breakfast with us" Izuku says.

"B-Basil's coming over" she says, face growing red.

"Don't worry. He'll be understanding of it" Izuku says, turning around and smiling at her to reassure her.

"O-ok" she says.

*KNOCK KNOCK KNOCK*

Pounding comes from the door.

"Hello! I'm here Sunny!" Basil yells from the other side.

"I-i'll get it" Komori says, walking to the door with deep breaths to calm her nerves.

She opens the door and sees Basil there with two bags.

"Hi Sunn-. Oh, Komori, why are you here?" he asks.

"W-well I- Ah-" she kept fumbling over her words but Izuku came to the rescue.

"She has no one with her at home so I'm letting her stay here" Izuku says, letting Basil inside.

"Oh... how nice of you" Basil says, smirking at him.

"I can and will punch you" Izuku says, glaring at him.

"I'm kidding. Jeez" Basil says, putting his hands up.

They all go and sit at the table and eat their breakfast.

"So. What's with the extra bag?" Izuku asks, gesturing to the two bags at the door.

"Well... I forgot to put my hero costume away and went home with it accidentally" he says, rubbing the back of his head sheepishly.

"Yea, Aizawa said he forgot" Izuku mentions.

"Well, I'm all done" Izuku said.

"Same here" Basil followed.

"I-I'm finished as w-well" Komori says.

Izuku then cleans up and the three walk to school together.

Izuku then leans closer to Basil so they can whisper to eachother.

"I think we should tell her about All Might" Izuku said.

"You sure? We'll have to ask him first" Basil said.

"We won't tell her about OFA yet... but just his true form. I'm also thinking of telling her the truth about my quirk" Izuku said.

"If you trust her with that then All Might should be fine with telling her about his true form" Basil said.

"Cool, we'll invite him for dinner after the sports festival" Izuku said.

"Are they still doing that?" Basil asked, shocked.

"I don't know. But knowing the HPSC they'll probably force Nezu to do it" he said, leaning away and ending the conversation.

They arrive in the class to see people sitting at their desks, but no ones really talking and the reason is obvious.

Izuku does a head count and sees everyone is here and motions for Basil and Komori to sit.

"All right everyone" Izuku says, standing behind the podium.

"The USJ was traumatic for everyone here and even people not here. First I'd like to know who has their permission slipped signed and hand them to me" he said.

Everyone raised their hands.

"Is anyone dropping or transferring?"

No one raised their hands.

"Good. Now, I'd like to know who killed at least one villain" he said.

Four people raised their hands.

"Tokoyami, Ashido, Yayorozu and Todoroki. I'd like you to talk about that with Hound Dog. If any of you need help I'm open and I'm sure others are too. I don't know what will be happening with... Tsu's seat but whether we get a new student or stay at 19 is up to the teachers. Any questions?"

Multiple hands shot up at that.

"Sato"

"Will the sports festival be continuing?"

"Probably. Nezu and the teachers most likely don't want it to happen but the HPSC will push them into it"

"Basil"

"What do we do with our costumes?"

"Hand them to me and I'll give them to Power Loader"

Multiple people got up and gave him their bags with their costumes in them.

Once they sat down the amount of hands up had dropped as well.

The bags disappeared into thin air and several hands shot up.

"My quirk. Don't question it" he said making those hands go back down.

"Komori"

"C-can we have g-group counselling?"

"Yes. Anyone who wants to do their counselling with someone else can. Obviously you can do both group and solo, so don't think you need to choose between the two"

"Yayorozu"

"What's happening with hero classes?"

"I-"

"They'll continue" Aizawa said, walking into the class.

"Thanks for doing that Midoriya" he said, taking Izuku's place at the podium while Izuku sits in his seat.

"The sports festival will be continuing. Yes, it was because of the HPSC" he said, making some people's eyes widen but no one talked.

"For now... no one will be replacing Asui's seat" he said, taking a more mellow tone.

"Now, meet me at Gym Beta with your P.E uniforms" he said.

The students got up and went to the gym after getting changed.

"Now. With the sports festival you all will need to train harder. Quirks, bodies and minds. I can't tell you what to expect in the sports festival but I can tell you that you're allowed to watch previous ones" he said.

"Go and train. Midoriya and Komori stay behind" he added and received a round of "Yes sir!".

"Now, I'll assume I change your address to Midoriya's?" Aizawa asked.

"Yea. Also, we'll be doing group sessions" Izuku said.

Aizawa just nodded.

"Komori, you're dismissed" he said and she went off to train.

"What about me sir?" Izuku asked.

"You took on that Nomu, and have info on it, the other Nomu's and the shark villain" he said.

"Yea, gave them to All Might" he said.

"I see. The staff knows of your connection to him and about his quirk" he said.

"Makes sense" Izuku replied.

"Now, I would like you to help everyone out with their quirks. When we do costumes I'd like for you to help with that as well" he said.

"Alright, anything else?" Izuku asked and got a shake of the head.

Izuku then went and started his job.

"Komori!" he said and she turned around.

"I'm here to help with your quirk" he said.

"Oh, t-thanks" she said.

"Don't worry about it. Now, what can you tell me about it?" he asked.

"I can make mushrooms grow from spores that I release from my quirk. They can grow anywhere and I don't really have a limit. Weaknesses are fire and water" she said.

"Cool. Can you grow them inside of people?" he asked.

"I... I don't know" she said.

"Test it out on me. Grow it on the inside of my cheek" he said.

She released some spores and after a while a mushroom grew inside his mouth.

"It worked but took some time. For now test what the mushrooms can and cant do, if they can defend well and stuff. Tomorrow I'll help you train with it" he said, giving her a small smile which she returned.

He then went to his next classmate.

"Todoroki"

Todoroki turned around and saw Izuku approach him.

"Want some help with your quirk?" Izuku asked, stopping in front of him.

"I'm not sure what you can provide that my fathers quirk trainers can't" Todoroki said monotonously.

"Well, I notice that you don't use your fire often. Can I ask why?" Izuku asked.

"I have more control over my ice. My father is only recently teaching me to use my fire" Todoroki said.

"I see. How precise? Can you make a snowflake pattern? Do you produce the ice from inside your body or are you freezing the air around you? Could you make your ice snow? If so can you control the snow as well? What about water? Ice is just water after all so can you use hydrokenisis? Can you control fire and ice in general? How abou-" he's cut off by Todoroki looking at him wide eyed.

"I... I think I got all of that" Todoroki said, getting into a stance.

A snowflake made of ice appeared in the air a second later before falling into Izuku's palm.

"It's not perfect and the lines are jagged, but the control should be good enough for hero work" Izuku said, letting go of the snowflake and writing in his notebook.

"We had it tested and I make the ice inside my body by using my body's natural supply of water. I haven't tried making snow out of it. I have basic control over water but not to the level of hydrokenisis. Fire and ice that I don't make can be controlled but to do so is difficult seeing as the ice and fire I make aren't exactly normal ice and fire" Todoroki answered all the while Izuku writes.

"Try making snow. And after that make water" Izuku said, looking at Todoroki.

Todoroki gets back in a stance and closes his eyes. A second later the air around him chills but not to the degree it usually does. Suddenly a line of snow comes from his foot before forming a pile of snow.

He drops the stance and looks down to see the snow pile.

"Interesting. I'll try making water now"

Todoroki melts the snow with his fire and focuses on his palm.

After a minute Izuku was about to tell him to stop until...

*SPLASH*

Water shoots out of his hand and onto the floor in front of him.

"Wow! That's so cool!" Izuku says, back to writing in his notebook.

Todoroki looks at the puddle of water on the floor in awe and then at Izuku in a bit of fear.

"Midoriya. Thank you for the help. I'm sure my father would want to see you after this" Todoroki says, now staring at his hand.

"Ahh, it's no problem really. And I'll meet your father if he's fine with it" Izuku says.

"For now I'd suggest getting better control of your hydrokenisis and making water. And I'd assume that dehydration is a serious weakness so try and make it so you use less water when you use your quirk" Izuku says, walking away with a wave.

Izuku then finds his next victim classmate and walks up to them

"Shinso! Would you like some help on your quirk?" Izuku asks, stopping in front of him.

"I... you won't make fun of me for my quirk right" he says more than asks, glaring at Izuku.

"Promise. There's no reason to make fun of anyone for their quirk" Izuku says, putting his hands up.

Shinso glares for a few more seconds before lightening it and talking.

"My quirk is Brainwashing. I can control someone if they answer a question I ask them" he says, waiting for a reaction.

"That's so cool! You'd be perfect in a hostage situation, you could stop villains with no collateral damage, you could be one of the safest heroes out there!" Izuku says with joy, already writing in his notebook.

Shinso just stares at him with disbelief.

Before he could talk Izuku speaks.

"How do they follow your commands? Is it voice related too? Is it only basic or complex commands? Can you just word every sentence like a question and it will work? Does it work over phones? Will the person be able to pass any quirks that can read the persons mind or voice, like a lie detector quirk? Could you use it on yourself? How many people can you use it on at once? Does a persons will determine how successful the brainwashing is? How easy is it to break out of?" Izuku finally finished his mock interegation to wait for Shinso's answers.

"I. I don't have to answer all those questions right? Because some of them make my quirk redundant" Shinso said, staring at Izuku.

"Oh. Yea, sorry. But at some point I will need the answers to help you" Izuku said, scratching his cheek.

"Well. They follow my commands based on my voice. Only basic commands, they can't tell me information or anything. Wording every sentence like a question does work, but it has to obviously sound like I'm asking a question. I'd rather not answer the phone one. Same with the next one. I haven't tried using it on myself but I'd assume I'm immune. I can control about 4 people at a time. Will doesn't determine anything, it just works no matter what. And I don't want to answer the last one" Shinso answered, somehow being able to keep up with him.

"I see. I'd say you should work on the amount you can control at once, the complexities of the commands you can use and making your sentences not sound like questions as much. Other than that I'd try and lessen the weakness" Izuku said, finishing his notes.

"I'll try I guess. Thanks for the help" Shinso said, turning away.

"Anytime. Goodluck!" Izuku said before skipping away.

"Uraraka!" Izuku said, stopping near her and staring at the boulder in the sky.

"O-oh. H-hey Sunny" she said, face green.

"Want some quirk help?" he asked, notebook in hand.

"S-sure" she said, whispering a release before the boulder smashed into the floor.

"So, what's your weight limit? How long can you use it on yourself for? Can you increase gravity instead? C-" he was cut off by Uraraka punching him softly.

"You need to slow down if you want answers. My weight limit so far is about a tonne. I can use it on myself for about a minute before I vomit. And I haven't tried increasing gravity" she said, answering those three questions.

"Well, try to increase gravity right now" Izuku said, gesturing to the boulder.

"Ok then" she said, putting a hand on the rock and closing her eyes.

...

...

...

*BAMB*

A loud noise was heard across the gym as all eyes turned to Uraraka and Izuku.

The reason for the noise was the boulder suddenly pushing down on the floor so hard it broke and tore through the earth.

"AHH RELEASE!" she screamed, quickly putting her fingertips together.

"Well, you now know you can do that. I'd say just practise increasing gravity on pebbles and stuff for now. I'll try and find a way around the nausea" Izuku said, leaving the shellshocked Uraraka.

"Basil"

"Sunny"

The two boys greeted eachother.

"So, got the hang of it yet?" Izuku asked, staring at Basil's arm.

"No... I can't get it to not damage me while using it. And I'm running out of Hero's food" he said, staring at his own arm in dissapointment.

"Well, I'm sure you'll get it eventually" Izuku said.

"Want some help?" he asked.

"No thanks. I want to try and master it on my own, y'know?" he said.

"Yea. Well, you might want to get a move on it. The people all around you have had years of training with their quirks, you've only practised with your super strength for a couple of months at most" Izuku said, walking away to leave him to it.

He walked to Aizawa and waited there for a bit.

"Think he'll get the hint?" Aizawa asked, staring at Basil.

"He's smart. At most I'd give him a week until he realises what I meant. He might even understand it today" Izuku explained, looking at Basil.

"Well, better get to helping the others as well. Also... thanks for the help kid. Without you we would've lost more people than just Asui" Aizawa said, looking at Izuku.

"It's a heroes job to help people whenever they can. I'm just angry at myself that I couldn't save Tsu" Izuku said, clenching his fists.

"It's a sad reality of the job. I'll need to make sure that Vlad's kids understand that it wasn't their fault she died" Aizawa sighed.

"Well, better get to it" he said, shooing him away.

"Also, the principal would like to use Pluto as an extra defensive measure for the festival" Aizawa said.

"He'll be glad to help" Izuku said before leaving his earshot.

"Something's up with him. Nothing bad... but he isn't telling the truth" Aizawa muttered under his breath before looking at his students again.

Izuku spent the rest of the lesson going from person to person and giving them tips on how to better utilise their quirks or lessen the drawbacks.

Once he finished his talk with the final student the bell rang signifying the end of classes.

"Alright, get changed and head home. Anyone who wants to do therapy together please report to me before leaving" Aizawa said.

A couple of people went up to him and the rest just left.

Once changed everyone went home except for Izuku, Komori and Basil.

"Need to hand the costumes in before heading home" Izuku said, walking towards the support department.

The two followed in silence. Even once Izuku handed the costumes over and left the school grounds.

"Alright, spill it. Why aren't you two talking" Izuku asked, stopping near an alleyway and looking at the two of them.

"It's... Well..."

"We... You..."

They both seemed to be stuck on the first word of their sentence, but Basil finally was able to speak.

"How are you holding up? I know that your quirk lets you not feel trauma as much as a normal person but you still seem off" Basil said.

"Yea... on the bus back you didn't seem that effected except for turning 'Manic' or whatever the emotion was... and you said that's under the happy branch..." Komori said.

Izuku just sighed before talking.

"Don't get me wrong. I'm livid at the villains. I'm not really effected that much emotionally or mentally. But... my quirk works differently. You know how I skipped past the first two stages of happy?" Izuku asked, staring at Komori who just nodded shyly.

"That's because I never entered those stages. I skipped straight to the worst of the emotion. 'Manic' is my quirk supressing trauma by making me numb to it. When 'Manic' my personality is that of a sociopath. I don't feel empathy or sympathy for anyone, meaning, I didn't feel anything about her death. After it wears off it stays a bit. I lack the empathy and sympathy for her death until I'm over it. I still feel it, just not for her" Izuku explained.

"So... you don't care about her death?" Komori asked.

"I care. Just not enough to leave any trauma" he explained.

"We should get goi-" he was cut off by a bump into his leg.

Izuku looked down and saw a little girl sitting on the ground, covered in bandages and wearing a hospital gown.

"Hey, are you alright?" Izuku asked, bending down to check on the girl.

The girl just stared at Izuku with wide eyes before dashing behind his legs.

"I... what?" Izuku asked, looking behind him.

"Eri. You shouldn't be interrupting these U.A students" a dark voice said from the alley.

The three turned towards the voice, only Basil and Izuku on alert while Komori looked on in fear.

"You know that I'll have to kill them now"

"Shit!" Izuku immediately picked the girl up and ran, Basil and Komori following.

"Pluto! Get us to U.A!" Izuku called out.

Pluto appeared faster than ever before as Izuku jumped on him with Eri. Basil grabbing Komori and jumping up.

Pluto took off just as Overhaul left the alley, only seeing a dust cloud.

"Dammit!" he screamed, punching a wall next to him.

"U.A. You're going to regret stealing her" Overhaul said, going back into the alley.

Pluto had landed right outside U.A, Izuku, Basil and Komori jumping off.

"Thanks!" Izuku called out, rushing inside.

He ran towards the teachers lounge, entering it to see most the teachers there with the exception of Hound Dog and Power Loader.

"Help. I... I think we ran into Yakuza" Izuku panted alongside the other two.

"Kid. What do ya mean?" Snipe asked.

"Eri. The girl in my arms. She was running from a guy wearing a plague doctor mask. Like the Shie Hassikai" Izuku said, all eyes in the room widening.

"What was he wearing?" Ectoplasm asked.

"Green jacket with purple fluff. Gloves, black or grey pants I think" Izuku replied.

"You ran into Overhaul!?" Thirteen asked in shock.

Eri visibly flinched at that name.

"I think so. What do we do?" Basil asked.

"I'll inform Nezu. For tonight you all are staying in the teachers dorm. I'll contact your caretaker for you Basil" Aizawa said, getting up and rushing towards the principals office.

"Here. Follow me" All Might said, in his deflated form.

"Thank you sir" the three thanked.

He lead them to a building similar to an apartment complex.

"There are three spare rooms in here. Young Eri was it? Will have to sleep with one of you" he said, leading them to the spare rooms.

"Hey Eri. Are you fine with sleeping with one of us?" Izuku asked to the frightened child in his arms.

"Please... don't leave me alone" she whispered.

"We won't leave you Eri. You're safe now" Izuku softly told her.

"Are you fine with staying with one of us for the night?" he asked and received a nod.

"Then she can sleep with me. I'll make sure she stays safe" Komori said, taking Eri.

"Thanks. I've got stuff to do" Izuku said, walking off.

"Is that safe? I know he's strong but still..." Komori asked, looking concerned at Izuku.

"He'll be fine. His quirk literally let's him defy death" Basil comforted.

Izuku had exited the school ground, All Might was told beforehand and was given permission, even if Aizawa will punish him for this later.

He walked aimlessly, making sure to stay alert to not get snuck up on.

His walk had took him to a graveyard, one in Faraway Town. A little distance away from Musatafu.

He greeted the Pastor of the church when he saw him, giving a small smile.

He walked to the back grave, where a pot with a white egret orchid inside was sitting on a stump nearby.

[Midoriya Mari

The sun shined brighter when she was here]

Izuku sat at the end, small tears coming to his eyes.

"Hey Mari. I-it's been a while" Izuku smiles.

"Schools been going good. We were attacked at the USJ and I lost a classmate... I... I think they hate me. My stupid quirk made me joke about her death and it pissed people off. Hero's still been good and had helped heal us. Turned out he's now Recovery Girl's sidekick and went to U.A with me and Basil alongside Kel, but I haven't been able to get in contact with Aubrey for a while. Pluto's been a big help too. Mother misses you too, but she left for America recently. I've made a new friend too, Kinoko. You'd probably like her. I... I'm thinking of telling her about the truth of my quirk but I'm not sure. Would she believe me?" Izuku talked.

"I want to think so but... I mean... my quirk is literally from my dream. I... I guess I shouldn't be worrying about that right now anyway" he chuckled.

"The sports festival is coming up and I'll finally be able to participate. I get to do the opening speech too so I hope I don't flop"

He continued talking to Mari, the sun slowly setting on the horizon and basking the world in an orange hue.

"Hey Midoriya" the pastor greeted, now standing beside him.

"Hey, father" Izuku greeted back.

"Good job in getting to U.A. And I'm glad you weren't hurt in the villain attack" he congratulated.

"Thanks. You'll be watching the sports festival right?" Izuku asked.

"Of course. Why would I pass up the opportunity to see you, Basil and Kel compete in one of the biggest events in the world" the pastor chuckled.

"Y'know. It's never really been the same since you six left Faraway town. Whenever we saw you all play in the park or hang out in your secret hiding spot we couldn't help but smile. Even remembering those days brings a smile to my face" he smiled.

"If you want I'll allow you to stay as long as you like. I'll also give you the keys in case you ever want to visit Mari when the place is locked" he said, pulling out a set of keys and giving them to Izuku.

"Thanks. You've always acted like a father figure to us all. I don't hate my dad but he's never been there y'know? I'm glad you could fill that roll for me at least" Izuku got up and smiled at him.

"It's no problem Izuku. The whole town'll be watching so make sure you give it your all. I'll be rooting for yous" the pastor said, patting Izuku's head before walking off.

"And please lock the place up when you're done" he said, walking through the door and out of sight.

Izuku just stayed, tears falling down his cheek as he smiles warmly.

"I'll make sure to win. For everyone"

Izuku stayed for a bit longer. Once he left and locked the church up the sun had set and the moon was easily visible in the sky.

He walked back to U.A, luckily not running into any Yakuza as he made it back.

He entered the teachers dorm at around midnight as everyone was asleep, he went and sat on a couch in the common room and sighed once sitting.

"I wonder why Aubrey hasn't been replying to my messages. She's probably busy with school" he concluded, opening his phone and mindlessly scrolling through it.

-Elsewhere, in an unknown bar location-

"I want you to enter the sports festival. You're friends with some of the participants, yes?" an imposing voice told a now 15 year old Aubrey with pink hair.

"Y-yes I am m-master" she said fearfully, unable to see anything as her eyes were gouged out recently.

"I'll be making sure you've got some new eyes before then. I'll even have the good doctor add some improvements to them" the imposing voice told her as she was dragged off by two Nomu.

"Master, are you sure that she wont make a run for it if we let her leave again?" Shigaraki asked, sitting on one of the bar stools and playing with a handheld console.

"I'm sure. Last time she lost her eyes, this time I'll let her know that she'll lose her precious friends" the imposing voice, which was coming from a tv mounted on a wall, laughed darkly.

"Is there anything else you need master?" Kurogiri asked as he wiped down the bar.

"For now, I would like to give Shigaraki some more quirks" he said as Kurogiri nodded and opened a portal behind Shigaraki who grumbled as he put the console down and walked through the portal before it closed.

"Aubrey is meant to be our infiltrator for information on the strongest students while the one we have inside U.A already are for the rest. I feel like this wont end well though, for us" Kurogiri spoke aloud.

It's the day of the sports festival as the entirety of 1-A are inside their locker rooms, all in the U.A P.E uniform.

"Man, I'm so pumped up for this!" Kirishima spoke enthusiastically as he spoke to Mina and Kaminari.

Around the room, groups were chatting to eachother as Izuku and Basil were sitting on a bench near the wall with Komori.

"Aren't you giving the speech?" Basil asked Izuku who nodded. "I have the speech memorised. It's just a matter of not flopping on stage" Izuku answered as he was slightly shaking with nerves.

"Midoriya" Todoroki spoke as he walked up to the trio. "Yes Todoroki?" Izuku asked, looking to the bi coloured boy.

"You're probably the strongest in the class. Because of that, you're the one who I'm aiming to defeat" Todoroki said as the class went quiet.

"Hey, there's no need for confro-" Kirishima tried to step in and de-escelate this but Izuku stopped him.

"Todoroki. If you think I'm your only competition, hell, that I'm even the strongest in the class then you have another thing coming" Izuku said as he stood up to face Todoroki.

"Everyone here has been training their asses off for the past week, not just you and me. Everyone here is aiming to win, so you're going to have to give your all against everyone in this competition and not just against me" Izuku told him as the speakers chimed, signifying that they're about to enter the arena.

"So manly" Kirishima said in awe at Izuku's deceleration and praise of the class.

"Welcome fans, to the U.A Sports Festival! I'm Present Mic and I'm joined by my great pal Ereaserhead to bring you all some amazing commentary!" Present Mics voice could be heard from the speakers outside, followed by a grumble.

"Now, lets start this show by introducing our contestants!"

The class exited the locker room and into the stadium in two lines, the crowd going wild at their appearance.

"First up for todays students we have Class 1-A! You know them from the tragic incident both them and Class 1-B were a part of but they're still choosing to come out here and put on a show!" Present Mic introduced as the cheers of the crowd died down a bit at the mention of the USJ attack, 1-A also loosing a bit of their cheer but braving past it as they stop in the middle of the field and in front of a stage.

"Next up, they may not be as high of a letter as our previous class but having the same amount of drive, determination and strength as 1-A, it's 1-B!" Present Mic introduced as 1-B walked out also in two lines as they stopped at the middle, Kel walking up to Izuku, Basil and Komori.

"Hey guys. Man, I'm so excited that I actually get to participate in a sports festival for once" Kel bounced in excitement as the three nodded.

"Now, these guys may not be Hero Course but they can still put on a show, it's the General Education Course students with Class 1-C, 1-D and 1-E!" Present Mic announced as the general education students walked out with a smile at Present Mic not showing favouritism for the Hero Course.

"These guys and gals have the wits and intelligence to provide equipment for our heroes on the streets, it's the Support Course consisting of Classes 1-F, 1-G and 1-H!" Present Mic hyped up as the Support Course all walked out, decked with gadgets.

"Are they allowed those?" Mina asked as Izuku replied, "They get to bring up to ten things they've made in with them. They mostly spend their prep time doing maintenance".

"And last but not least, these students are the foothold of any good hero agency, the Business Course students of Class 1-I and Class 1-J!" Present Mic finished as all the students were standing in front of the stage.

Smoke appears from the stage as a platform rises from below, the silhouette of a woman appearing from inside the smoke.

"And our ground host for the day is our very own, Pro Hero: Midnight!" Present Mic said as the crack of a whip was heard, the smoke disappearing to reveal Midnight on the stage in her hero costume, much to most of the mens delight as death stares could be felt from around the stadium by wives and girlfriends.

"Midnight, would you please get this show on the road!" Mic said as the speakers switched to a hidden microphone Midnight was wearing.

"Welcome all, to the Year 1 U.A Sports Festival!" Midnight greeted as cheers were heard alongside applause.

"Before we start, can Midoriya Izuku please come on stage to give the student pledge!" Midnight said as Izuku walked up on stage, the people around him whispering.

"Why's he doing the student pledge?"

"Didn't he get the highest point amount on the entrance exam? Maybe that's why"

"Yea. But that wasn't the only entrance exam"

Izuku walked up to Midnight and took the microphone she offered, quickly turning hers and his off.

"Good luck kid. You can start whenever" she smiled, it being more gentle and compassionate than her usual one.

"Thanks. I tried my best to make it good" Izuku told her as she turned the mics back on.

Izuku took a deep breath, the crowd and students going silent in anticipation.

"Hello everyone, and thank you for coming out here to watch us grow and have fun. I'd like to start with a moment of silence for Asui Tsuyu, who died in the USJ incident" Izuku said as he waited, no one speaking as they all stayed quiet to respect her.

"Thank you for that" Izuku said after a minute, smiling softly. "Us hero students may have faced a villain attack, but don't think that means we won't be trying our hardest in this festival. Every one of you students down there should give it your all, because it would be disrespectful to both your opponents and yourself if you don't. Now, for everyone at home, sit back, relax and watch as us all of us U.A students show the world what we're made of!" Izuku yelled as he finished, everyone becoming hyped up at the speech and excited for the festivals first round.

"What a speech from Midoriya Izuku! Please give it up for his inspiring words!" Present Mic cried out as the crowd cheered, Izuku walking back down towards Basil, Komori and Kel.

"That was great Sunny!" Komori congratulated, Izuku chuckling. "Thanks, I tried my best" he said as Midnight started speaking again, turning back to the stage and facing it.

"For this sports festival, we'll be starting with a free for all event, followed by a team event and to finish it up we'll conclude with a one on one fighting tournament!" Midnight explained as the screen behind her came to life, it's image looking like the wheel of a slot machine.

"Now, for our first event we'll be beginning with!" Midnight's whip cracked as the wheel spun, options being cycled through for a couple of seconds before slowing down and finally stopping.

"Pass The Bomb!" Midnight announced as confusion could be heard. "It seems we'll be doing a new event for this year! The concept of Pass The Bomb is simple, ten student that will be randomly chosen will start with a 'bomb' which is indicated by a red dot on the vests we'll be providing. These student with the bomb must pass it on by touching another student thus, relieving themselves of the bomb. When it's passed on, the person who received it must then do the same before the bomb explodes. The bombs will explode every 2 minutes and once they do, the students who exploded will be eliminated and ten more random students will be chosen to start with the bombs. These bombs are simply just mechanisms inside of the suits that release confetti when the student explodes" Midnight explained the premise of the game.

"Now, for the rules. You can't pass the bomb onto someone who is already holding a bomb. Your arena will be the stadium here, leaving counts as an immediate fail and you'll be eliminated. No attacking other students, you can immobilise but we don't want to see any harm caused. And finally, the last 42 remaining students will continue onto the next round" Midnight announced as robots wheeled in with crates of vests for them to wear.

"Please put on a vest an choose an area to start at" Midnight said as she alongside the stage disappeared underground and replaced with the same surface as the rest of the arena.

"Well, good luck to you all" Kel said as he ran off and grabbed a vest.

"Good luck guys, if we make it to the second round we can team up" Izuku smiled to the two as they smiled back and everyone grabbed a vest.

Everyone had put their vests on and spread out around the arena, most people readying themselves to run as Izuku just casually stood there.

"Alright contestants! When the timer hits zero the game of Pass The Bomb will start!" Present Mic announced as a timer appeared on the big screen.

"3!" the countdown started as Basil lowered himself and prepared to run.

"2!" Komori released spores into the air incase she needed them, also getting ready to run.

"1!" Izuku smiled as he called on Pluto who appeared with a cloud of dust.

"Zero! Go go go!" Present Mic yelled as students took off, looking at themselves and around them to see who started off with a bomb.

Izuku jumped onto Pluto's back, getting comfy as he took to the sky.

"We'll be staying up here. If I gain the bomb though I need you to let me off and pass it to someone else though" Izuku explained and Pluto nodded and hovered around near the big screen.

"What's this? Class 1-A's Midoriya Izuku has took to the sky on a planet? Is that even allowed?" Present Mic asked in fake shock to help add fun to the show.

"It's allowed since it's part of his quirk!" Midnight announced as she came on screen for a second before disappearing.

"Then it's allowed, will anyone be able to reach Midoriya?" Present Mic asked as people ran around beneath Izuku.

With Basil we see him running after people, having been one of the ten people to start with the bomb.

"I'm sorry for this" he said as vines wrapped around a general education student, trapping them in place.

"Please man. This is our only chance to join the hero course. Just let me go, please" the student cried to Basil who looked away in shame.

"I truly am sorry" Basil told them as he tapped him on the shoulder, the red glowing dot on his vest disappearing. "Don't worry. I'll let you out when I'm far enough away" Basil told them as he ran off, despawning his vines when he was nearly half way across the field.

With Komori we see her narrowly avoiding a tag from a girl with pink dreadlocks and googles covering their eyes.

"With baby number 13 you'll be unable to escape" they boasted as they pulled out an airsoft gun and aimed it at Komori who was too busy running away to be able to look back and see it.

"With these foam rounds I made, 1 shot will leave you captured and unable to move! All the support companies will want to see the genius of the great Hatsume Mei then!" the now named Hatsume yelled to the crowd as she pulled the trigger.

Komori acted on instinct as she grew mushrooms behind her in an attempt to stop the crazed inventor.

*BOOM*

The airsoft gun exploded into a mess of foam as a mushroom had grown inside the guns chamber, stopping the bullet and setting it off inside of the gun. The foam created had caused the gun's mechanisms to lock up and the other bullets to activate, covering Hatsume in her foam.

"Well, looks like I'll have to go back to the workshop and re-plan it then" she said as the first round of people were disqualified from bomb detonation.

Komori sighed in relief as she took the time to catch her breathe.

With Todoroki we see the big dot on his vest flashing red, signifying that the next batch of students to start with the bombs are being picked.

The flash slows down, the vests of others around him doing the same as it came to a halt, stopping on its neutral grey as Todoroki focused back onto the students around him.

The vests of 5 of the students near him were red, all of them looking at him since he's their closest target.

"Well, well, well. Looks like we have some hero course trash on our hands" one of them said as they all took a step towards him.

"You should go and find other opponents. I can guarantee that if you go after me, you'll lose" Todoroki warned them as mist formed in the air around his right side.

"You're petty threats don't intimidate us" another one said as they all charged at him. Todoroki just sighed in defeat as he launched his ice at the 5, encasing them all in it.

"I warned you. But I guess it didn't matter in the end" Todoroki told them as he walked away, looking to see what Izuku was doing.

"And Todoroki Shoto from class 1-A just froze 5 of the bomb holders with 1 attack! What are you teaching these kids Eraserhead?" Present Mic asked of Aizawa who grumbled at having to explain.

"I haven't taught them these moves and strategies. Todoroki has near perfect control over his ice and the firepower behind his quirk is phenomenal. Midoriya is one of, if not the best, strategists in my class. He also has quirk knowledge down to a T and can correctly guess most peoples quirks by seeing them in action only once.

Midoriya also helped the class with areas they're weak at in combat. Komori for example, would've been a lot more shy and intimidated while in situations like these before but now, she's able to at least push past them.

Basil may break his bones from using his quirks super strength but can use the versatility of the rest of his quirk to his advantage. Now, don't question me about them again" Aizawa complimented them, Izuku turning to look at him on Pluto and seeing the glare Aizawa shot at him when he did it.

The rest of the first round went similarly to the start of it. By the end, all of both class 1-A and 1-B had passed with the remaining 2 spots going to general education students called Keiko Hanei and Kawahara Susumu.

The students who passed had returned their vests to the crates and stood together in a crowd in front of the now returned stadium in front of them.

"And the first round has passed! All of the hero course passed with two underdogs from general education having taken the remaining two spots!" Present Mic announced as the crowd were all waiting in anticipation for the next event.

"They aren't underdogs just because they're from general education. They could easily have a quirk to rival any of ours" Izuku sighed to himself at Present Mics words.

"You mean it? You think we could be just as strong as you hero course students?" a girl next to him asked. He looked over and saw an unfamiliar face, her being one of the two gen ed students to pass.

"Of course. If anything, in this tournament you gen ed kids would have the upper hand since we can't strategise for your quirks whereas everyone knows ours already. While the sports festival is meant to showcase the next generation of heroes and what their abilities are, I've always seen it as a way for the gen ed kids to prove that they are just as strong as us hero course kids" Izuku nodded to her, partly to hide the blush on his face as she smiled brightly at him.

"I guess you hero course kids aren't as bad as Yukio made you guys out to be. I'm Keiko Hanei, from class 1-C" the girl introduced herself.

Keiko was a rather cute but beautiful girl of slightly above average height, being only slightly taller than Izuku, with fair skin and a rather curvy but athletic build. Her hair was long and reached down to her waist, coloured a beautiful crimson red. Her eyes were unique as they had a four leaf clover as their pupil with the eye itself being a dark green to contrast the clovers light green.

'Wait... cute? Beautiful?' Izuku thought to himself at his description of the girl, causing his face to become slightly red as he took a second look at her.

"Midoriya Izuku, class 1-A, but I'm usually called Sunny. Nice to meet you" Izuku introduced himself as he noticed Komori's blush upon looking at her also.

"Aww. What a cute nickname" she told him as he was fighting himself to keep his blush under control.

"Attention everyone!" Midnight called from upon the stage, the crowds roar being louder than the first time as she decided that it was fine to change into a costume with a boob window. Izuku however, didn't really care as he waited for the next round to be announced.

"Our next round is here, this one being a team event!" she reminded as the wheel behind her spun rapidly to choose the next event.

"And, for our second round we have!" the wheel slowed down, the words being visible as it passed over events titled, King Of The Hill, Octopus Tag, Calvary Battle and so on.

It finally came to a stop as the crowd went silent, this event being just as unknown as the first rounds.

"Pole Rings!" Midnight announced as a collected 'huh?' was heard from the students.

"It seems we have yet another new game for our team event! For this game, students will be making groups of six to form teams. Each team will be given a ring to defend, and a pole in the middle of the rings. Teams can send players out to attack other teams. Your team will get points for every ten seconds someone stands in an enemies ring, if two people from the same team stand in an enemies ring for ten seconds, the points will be doubled since there were two of you. If you're able to remove the pole from an enemies ring and step foot in your own ring with the poles then the team you stole from will be disqualified and you'll gain their points! However, there's a twist. The team with the person from the last round that held the bomb for the least amount of time will have the 'King's Ring'. The King's Ring is double the size of the other rings, contains three poles to steal and gives you double points for standing in it!" Midnight explained as the students slowly nodded along, the screen showing some of the teachers doing the event to help give them a better idea of how it works.

"Now, for the person who held the bomb the least last round!" Midnight paused to build tension, the students all worried it might be them to have the disadvantage.

"Midoriya Izuku!" Midnight revealed as the crowd all turned to face him, their gazes boring a hole into him which he ignored.

"Guess we'll be having the hardest time in this event" Basil said as both Kel and Komori nodded. "You guys know we still need two other members right? I doubt Pluto'll count as a member" Izuku told them as a timid Uraraka was walking through the crowd and towards them.

"You all have ten minutes to form teams!" Midnight finished as the students all rushed off in search of teammates.

"I-Uh. I'll join if you're fine with it" Uraraka told them as Basil blushed, "Y-yea. It's fine right Sunny?" Basil asked of Izuku who sighed. "Yes, she can join" he told him with a facepalm. "Why does our team have to consist of three shy people" he muttered under his breathe, not caring of the fact that they're shy since he was once shy after all, but because he seems to attract shy people into his friend group nowadays.

"I'd like to join too, if you'll have me" Keiko told him as she raised her hand, Izuku turned to face her with a small blush at the jiggle the action caused.

"Uh, sure. You guys know I'm not our team leader right?" Izuku asked as Keiko happily skipped next to him. "Sunny, you're the best strategist out of all of us. Even my class thinks you could be a fair match against Monoma with what I've told them" Kel happily told Izuku who sighed in defeat.

"Alright then. Everyone tell your quirk, it's weaknesses and your name" Izuku told them as they nodded. "I'm Kel! My quirk's called; Can't Catch Me. It gives me super speed as long as I drink enough coffee. Overuse causes me to burn my legs from friction" Kel introduced himself as Basil went next. "I'm Basil. M-my quirk is called Botanist and it kind of makes me like a druid, for example I can do things like summoning vines from the ground and stuff. If I'm not in contact with flowers I die" Basil greeted.

"I-I'm Komori. My quirk lets me grow mushrooms on any surface but I need spores to be in the air to grow them" Komori shyly told them. "U-Uraraka. My quirk is called Zero Gravity and it lets me remove the weight of anything I touch with 5 fingers. I-I get nauseous from overuse" Uraraka introduced herself, leaving Keiko and Izuku.

"Midoriya, or Sunny. My quirk basically turns me into a video game character and also lets me become an alter ego. It's only real weakness is using too much juice, which is basically just energy" Izuku explained and left only Keiko left. "Keiko here! My quirk is called Luck Of The Four Leaves. It basically lets lucky things happen to me, but most of the time it only works if it saves my life" she finished the introductions, letting the team move onto making their plan.

"Alright. I'll stay and defend the ring with Kel and Keiko. Komori, Basil and Uraraka, you guys go and eliminate other teams while also getting points while at it. Try and stick together so Basil can heal and give you guys some increases to your abilities. Uraraka, you're the one on pole capture duty since your quirk will make it a cake walk. Komori, try and grow mushrooms around their eyes to blind them and if needed, don't be afraid to grow some in their windpipe" Izuku ordered their attackers who nodded.

"Kel, you'll be defending the outer perimeter. If anyone enters, make them leave. If you're unable to then let them go up against Keiko. Keiko, while fighting I'll need you to try and move yourself to take any fatal hits you can see, hopefully your quirk'll do something against the opponent if you do that. Basil can make you some healing leaves incase you get too injured. I'll defend the poles since I'm the best in tight spaces. I'll also see if Pluto is allowed but I doubt it for an event like this" Izuku finished planning as his fellow defenders nodded.

With their plan set, the arena had formed. They were told to stand off to the side of the arena to let the battle grounds for the second event to be made and so they listened.

Once they all stood near the arena's walls, the ground opened up. Seven circles opened from the ground as platforms rose from inside of them, six going into the sky with some hover technology. The platforms then all created varying bridges that connected to other platforms or bridges.

The platforms all finished setting up as they all sat at varying heights, the tallest being about 2 stories tall at most. The middle of the arena had stayed pretty similar to before. From it rose a massive ring, the ring being coloured yellow opposed to the other platforms black rings.

In the middle were three poles, all about a meter tall and made of solid steel. The King's Ring was on the ground floor with two ladders on either side of it about 5 meters away from the rings edge and both leading to a platform.

The students and crowd all stared in awe at the sight, the scene looking like something from a movie as they walked back towards Midnight.

"Could all teams please choose a platforms ring! Team Midoriya will take the King's Ring which is the ring on the ground level that's yellow" Midnight told them all as they did as told.

"Midnight? Is Pluto allowed in this?" Izuku asked as Midnight shook her head. "Midoriya Izuku is unable to use Pluto in this tournament, otherwise he'll be disqualified" Midnight told the crowd as Izuku nodded knowingly and walked to the middle of his teams ring.

"And begin!" Midnight announced as students immediately rushed Izuku's team. "Kel, start guarding the perimeter. Basil, Uraraka and Komori, start taking points!" Izuku ordered as his team went to go do their job.

Basil, Komori and Uraraka was immediately climbing the ladder once in reach, scrambling to get to the first platform ad fast they could.

"Oh? Some Class 1-A snubs?" the cocky voice of Neito Monoma was heard from the top of the ladder. "Don't think we'll let you up here" he told them as Juzo placed his hands on the ladder, turning it into mud.

"Uraraka! Make us float!" Basil called out as Uraraka touched the two then herself. "Floating won't get you anywhere" Monoma mocked as he put his palm towards them, scales firing out of it rapidly.

Basil pushed his hand forward as roses grew on Monoma, reducing the strength of the scales. He then shot vines out of the floor, trapping Monoma in them and the three landed on the platform with Uraraka cancelling her quirk.

"Sorry about this" Basil apologised to the thrashing Monoma who was soon covered head to toe in different kinds of flowers.

"And what an attack by Team Midoriya's Basil! Team Monoma's captain has been captured, but will the rest of his team be able to stop Team Midoriya's attack?" Present Mic asked as the three charged onward, meeting Kendo half way to the pole.

"Oh, there you guys are" she said as she turned to face them, getting in a fighting stance. "I apologise for Monoma if he said anything rude towards you" she apologised as Basil waved it off. "O-oh, it's fine. He didn't really say much" Basil told her as the three got in their fighting stances.

-With Izuku-

Izuku sees Basil, Uraraka and Komori run off and prepares himself to defend their poles. He looks over to Kel and Keiko to see Kel holding off against most of the students, some getting past but being swiftly taken out by Keiko who was apparently dancing while fighting.

Present Mic's announcement of Basil, Komori and Uraraka capturing Monoma was heard and he smiled to himself. He saw Keiko slowly being overwhelmed by numbers and prepared himself for a fight.

In the next ten seconds, about 10 students were on him, all looking to be from class 1-B. "I hate to break it to you guys" Izuku told them as he turned around and slashed at the air, a cry of pain being heard as he struck an invisible girl, "But you're not getting past me" Izuku finished as he pulled out three presents and became furious.

He immediately ran at the first student, slashing them three times before rushing to the next. By the time the first one fell, he had already used 'Cripple' on the others and had knocked out another two. He then used 'Red Hands' on the remaining seven, knocking them out from the pain. "And Team Midoriya seems to be on a roll! Their captain has just taken down 10 opponents with his teammates in the ring having taken out another 7!" Present Mic informed, Izuku knowing the invisible girl is still down using his emotion senses.

He looks around to see Basil and Komori protecting Uraraka, who was holding three pillars in her arms and all of them were running towards him. "Sunny! We've got some!" Basil called out as they stepped foot in the ring.

"And team Monoma, Shinso and Shoda are eliminated! Will another team be disqualified and end this round already or will the remaining teams all be able to defend their poles and leave it to a point count!?" Present Mic asked as the three came to a stop in front of Izuku.

"Leave the poles here and go defend our ring. We'll have enough points to pass with the points we got from those three teams" Izuku ordered as they ran off to start helping out Kel and Keiko.

"And the round has ended with team Shoji having lost their pole! Our second event has come to a swift end!" Present Mic announced before Basil, Komori and Uraraka could even start running.

"Huh. Guess that's it then" Izuku said as Kel and Keiko joined up with them. "We'll be giving our students an hour break! But in the meantime, any students who want to participate in the games can!" Present Mic told everyone as most people chose to go and rest up, with the students that were eliminated in the first round participating in the games.

With Izuku we see him, Kel, Basil, Komori, Uraraka and Keiko walking down the halls and to the cafeteria. "Sunny!? Basil!? Kel!?" a voice they haven't heard in ages came from down the hall, their eyes widening. "Aubrey? Is that you?" Kel called out as the three rushed down the hall, leaving the girls to catch up.

"Guys! I've found you" Aubrey had appeared from a connecting hallway, her outfit having changed over the years to look more delinquent. "Aubrey!? I didn't know you would be here" Basil said as the four entered a group hug, the girls having caught up with them and looking on in confusion.

"Where have you been? You haven't been answering my texts" Izuku asked as they broke the hug. "Oh, I've been busy lately. I wanted to surprise you here and so I rushed through my schedule and got everything done just in time" Aubrey told them as they nodded. Izuku was semi suspicious since she had fear hiding in her emotions, but figured she just thought they'd be mad at her for not answering them.

"Man, I would've tried harder if I knew you'd be there" Kel said and earned a punch from Aubrey. "Shut up idiot. We all know that you did try your hardest" Aubrey told him with a slight blush.

"Hey, why don't you join us for lunch? I'm sure I can get you a pass" Izuku asked as Aubrey nodded. They got a pass from Aizawa and had quickly gone and taken a table in the cafeteria to eat their lunch.

"Oh, Aubrey, meet Komori, Uraraka and Keiko. Komori, Uraraka and Keiko, meet Aubrey" Izuku introduced the girls to eachother, having forgotten they didn't know eachother.

"N-nice to meet you" Uraraka and Komori greeted, "Hi! I'm Keiko" Keiko greeted, seemingly full of endless cheer. "Hey, Sunny? Where's Eri?" Basil asked as Izuku waved it off. "She's with Aizawa and Present Mic. I'm surprised Aizawa took so nicely to her" Izuku answered as Keiko and Aubrey raised an eyebrow.

"Eri's a small girl who was being tested on by Yakuza. We were able to rescue her and she stays with us now" Izuku answered as the two then looked on in worry. "The Yakuza? You weren't hurt right?" Aubrey asked as Izuku shook his head with a small smile at her concern. "We quickly escaped with Pluto" he calmed them down.

For the entirety of lunch, they all caught up and before they knew it, Aubrey had to return to the stands and they had to return to the arena.
